The place has really good drinks. They are very tasty. It has a good selection of milk teas and cakes.

So glad to have one of my favorite boba shops closer to me! I love their fruit drinks and cheese foam tea.

I had an excellent experience at Feng Cha Plano and truly appreciate their outstanding customer service. During my recent visit, they were temporarily out of matcha, but the staff immediately addressed the situation with great professionalism. They refunded my entire order without hesitation and went above and beyond by offering me a complimentary drink for my next visit. This level of care and commitment to customer satisfaction is rare and deserves recognition. On top of that, their drinks are consistently high quality and flavorful. I highly recommend this location for both the service and the product — they truly value their customers.

The staff are friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seem to care about making sure customers have a great experience. The tea always tastes fresh, but I have to give a special shoutout to their taro milk tea — it’s perfectly creamy, not overly sweet, and full of rich flavor. Definitely my go-to order every time! Highly recommend this place to anyone craving quality boba and great service.

I just had to share my amazing experience at FengCha! I stopped by on their soft opening day and was immediately hooked after trying the Mango Fantasy—! It was so delicious, in fact, that I came back the very next day just to try their Dirty Boba. I'm so glad I did, because they made it absolutely perfectly, just how I asked. It's been a long time since I've had such fantastic boba; it was soft and chewy. On top of the delicious drinks, the decoration of the shop is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend checking them out!

So happy Plano finally has a Feng Cha. Used to drive 15 mins to get to the closest one in Allen or the colony now it’s in my backyard. Only thing is the kiosk menu is a bit different. For example, I couldn’t sub out the cheese foam from the Dirty Boba but when I asked someone there they were able to accommodate. Thanks again to that person for being able to help. Overall this location is great and can’t wait to come here more often now that it’s so close.

My oolong tea could’ve been stronger, tasted mostly like milk. Good boba, kind service, and dog friendly (on a leash)!

I loved the opening and the variety of drinks to choose from, I usually choose 3 different scoops of boba In other brand stores, it there any reason why some of your drinks only allow 2 scoops instead of other brands allow a bigger cap? Is there a way to get that limit lifted? I really loved the PLANO discount, gotta love those savings 💳🍾.

We ordered the popular dirty creme brulee drink at 50% sweet and enjoyed it, but it was definitely on the pricey end. We stayed and chatted in the cafe, but there wasn't much as far as ambiance. I was disappointed they didn't have any non-caffenated drinks, but I can still say I'd go back to try their cake.

Having visited this establishment a second time, we observed that the store felt warm upon entry, and there was an unpleasant odor reminiscent of an uncleaned restroom, which was quite off-putting. The quality of both the beverages and the service did not meet the standards we experienced during the soft opening. We placed three orders via the app, but the preparation time exceeded twenty minutes, which seemed excessive considering the store was not busy. Furthermore, the taste of the items did not match our previous experience. Consequently, we are unlikely to return.

I Tried the new Ube drink(had this at other locations). My ice were filled to the top at this location. One sip and the cup is almost haft. Not really what I wanted at this location for 8$ drink.

This is the worst boba shop I have ever went to and first of them is that the smell is HORRENDOUS in there and I can’t even describe how bad it was and second of all most drinks don’t come with boba so you have to pay extra for boba and third of all THE TAPIOCA BOBA was horrible and it made my stomach weird and fourth of all when I got half way of drinking it, it made my stomach upset and fifth of all the day after I drank this my stomach felt horrible and it felt like it was burning and final of all I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO GO HERE do not.

If you value cleanliness avoid this Feng Cha! The manager at this location sneezed over my tea while he was making it, he didn’t know how to mix the beverage without reading recipes and drastically under sweetened my tea. When I asked him to remake my tea he told me to give him my cup and he would add more honey in my cup that I was already drinking out of. Disgusting!

I have become a regular here at this store in the short time they have been open, & have spent well over $60 in drinks here. I have not disturbed or harassed any other patrons at any point in My many visits; the most I have done is pay a respectable compliment here and there that has been individually well-received as a new member of this community. Although I typically do dance while I walk, I don't do so in stores - much less have I done so here. As a professional dancer, I can't help that, & wouldn't cease doing so as I commonly teach that dance is a Healing Art & what has managed to improve My personal health & save My life. After those allegations fell through, the owner attempted to say that it was a non-smoking facility & I had brought in cigarettes. I had the one cigarette of the day sitting unlit & new on My table in front of Me - being as I walk from My house to the tea shop, I carry it so it won't break in My pocket. After the officers found nothing wrong with Me (including verifying that I was not intoxicated as the owner had originally claimed in her police call), they let Me go & told Me that the owner would be okay with Me returning "as a regular person." I find this entire experience beyond offensive & highly disrespectful & dishonorable on her part. I wouldn't return here if you paid Me to do so & may be pursuing a civil suit case for defamation of character secondary to the public incident she caused to conspire amongst other things. Prejudice & insensitivity are unacceptable coming from a business owner in a culturally colorful & vibrant community & such hateful & inappropriate actions such as false police allegations are uncalled for & should not be able to persist as I foresee they may with this business in the future. I recommend folks stay far away from this establishment regardless of the beautiful souls that work under this tyrant of an employer.

We ordered two strawberry breeze both 25% sweet for to go. Both were too sweet that I had to add extra cup milk to them to decrease the sweetness!!! Really disappointing!!
