Tip: Great spot for handcrafted cocktails. If staying at the Omni, it's a convenient and surprisingly good dining option. Consider the prime dinner Friday night special.

Everything is great here we been here many times and different location Thank you for the good food and service Here is One of my wife favorite restaurant in Dallas
I have 2 words for Neighborhood Services. Those words are Top Notch. I loved my experience at Neighborhood Services. The decor, the flavor and taste of the food, and the service! I truly didn't want to leave. It wasn't the best meal I have ever had, however the overall experience was amazing. I had the fish and chips, and it was light and flaky and seasoned to perfection. The coleslaw was chilled and was a perfect match with the fries and fish. On a final note, the warm chocolate cake for dessert was such a delight:)
We’re not new to Neighborhood Services in Frisco, but it has been quite some time since we visited. But boy howdy, I’m glad that we did! The Chef had a stunning Redfish dish on the menu that was legit to die for. I’m still obsessing over that sauce with a hint of spice (please tell me what’s in it), and the cook on the fish was 😘. Like…I just need to know if this will become a staple dish because we’d be back weekly. My husband had the Mahi Mahi and our baby girl destroyed her Mac & Cheese. Those dishes, accompanied by two cocktails, grilled avocado, and two glasses of red left us full and HAPPY. I should have personally spoken to the Chef but didn’t want to overboard them by being a dramatic fan girl 😂 The extraordinary food + perfect service = a five star review. We thank you for the perfect night and know that we’ll be back very soon!
Great spot for a surprisingly good handcrafted cocktail. The bartenders were really friendly and knowledgeable. Food was way above par for what you would expect. The last review was a 1/5 star because there were no gluten free options. Get a steak weirdo, you’re in Texas!
Had a large lunch group and NS got us sat quick no problem. Everything was very large portions and tasted great. I enjoyed the crispy chicken sandwich and with side salad. Fresh and came out hot! Will be back.
Omg my mom and I loved this place!! The drinks, food, and desserts were incredible! Our server was amazing and made my mom's overly special requests doable for her! The pumpkin pecan cheesecake was to die for!
We came in for both dinner and breakfast and both were amazing! Last night we had the appetizer nachos with grilled chicken-Amazing! For our entrees we had the Chicken Fried Steak, Scallops, Tenderloin, and BBQ Shrimp. We had no complaints. Id prefer to change the dressing on the side of Argula salad. For breakfast we had the Sunrise Omlette and the Get Up and Go with a side of avocado. It was also and amazing breakfast. The waiters were both very pleasant. We will definitely return!
I'd never have thought to dine at a hotel restaurant until a date took me here. The food is fantastic! Do not skip the Butcher's Meatballs appetizer. Location is at the Star adjacent to the Cowboy's headquarters and they have valet parking. Omni's lobby is very nice as well. Great date spot.

Tucked right next to the Dallas Cowboys practice field, Neighborhood Services is a stylish spot with a great bar vibe and even better service. I had the Caesar salad with chicken, which was super flavorful—crisp romaine, just the right amount of dressing, and perfectly grilled chicken. That said, the portion size was a little on the lighter side, so heads up if you’re really hungry. Meanwhile, my friends ordered the BLT with avocado, and those came out huge—definitely a hearty, satisfying option. It’s worth noting that there aren’t a ton of other solid food options in the immediate area, so this place stands out as a reliable go-to. Great service, relaxed but upscale atmosphere, and thoughtful food. I’d absolutely come back—especially for a drink and a sandwich with a view of the Cowboys’ stomping grounds. Thanks, Neighborhood Services—you’re doing it right. 👏
The Steak Frites is absolutely amazing! The steak was tender, flavorful and cooked perfectly medium. The sauces are out of this world! I stuck with the horseradish sauce, but the voodoo sauce is also fantastic. I was impressed with the bourbon selection too. To be fair, they didn’t have any of the hard to find ones, but they had some that most high end restaurants don’t have. Eagle Rare, Blanton’s, Russel’s Reserve and my go to Buffalo Trace. Highly recommend for an easy night out with a flair of high class.
One may assume that the restaurant located within the Omni Frisco Hotel is an easy pass, but they would be mistaken. This restaurant has consistently delivered great food, service, and the atmosphere is wonderful. The dining room is well decorated and feels casual during the day, and takes on a more sophisticated and intimate ambiance during the night. The burgers and steaks are always perfectly cooked, and the fries are dangerously good. The breakfast menu is also very solid and has a good variety. Overall I highly recommend this spot in the star!

Great atmosphere and super fast service! The salmon was cooked well but a bit bland for my taste. Overall, a good spot, and I’d come back to try other dishes.
Good food and location. Two of us got the prime dinner Friday night special. Service wasn’t the best and there were a lot of dirty tables. But once we got our drinks, the service picked up. Would recommend if you want to eat at The Star and want to be nearby the other events in the area/staying at the Omni since it’s in the lobby area connected to the hotel.
Visited NS for the first time on a Saturday around noon, the place was pretty empty. My guest and I were seated right away and greeted just as fast by our server. Drinks and food came out fast. I noticed they also have an outside patio. NS has Cute rustic vibes, a nice bar and all around chill atmosphere. The food was satisfactory and the drinks were good. Service was also great! I would definitely visit again. Just a tip, you can valet at the Omni, and the restaurant will comp the ticket.

Neighborhood Services definitely feels more upscale than your typical hotel bar. The setting looked nice and the food was solid. Where this place really shines is the service! I was there with a large group and our bar tender, Will, did a fantastic job. He was very attentive and managed to keep up with close to 20 people continuously ordering drinks. His mixed drinks were perfectly made and he even took the time to talk about some scotch with me which I felt added a great personal touch to the service. I rated the atmosphere a little lower because it was quite busy and loud considering it was a Monday and I felt I could barely carry on much of a conversation there. If you're looking for a more quiet atmosphere I suppose you could sit out on their outside deck area, just be mindful that in the Summer it's going to be close to 100 degrees and just flat out miserable outside.
Service was excellent overall. The food was hit or miss. The chicken sandwich and burger were both very good, and the fried asparagus really stood out. On the downside, the French fries were overcooked and almost burnt, the meatballs were dry and tough to cut, and the grilled chicken was small and forgettable.

Was in town for work and staying at the Omni. Went here for dinner. Very nice waitress… but the salmon and asparagus were both very dry. The salmon had good flavor tho. The chocolate cake was the star!

Food was okay. Drinks good but nothing remarkable. Service was lacking. Waited ten minutes for host to even appear for seating (for an Open Table reservation). Appetizer did not show up before the meal, so we canceled it. Second drink did not show up during the time we were eating, so we canceled it. My wife thought she was substituting a side, but it was an upcharge. Grits, and she did not like them. The server did offer to remove them, but we were done at that point. We will not be coming back.

What happens when you make a reservation for date night, get seated and then no one shows up to serve you? You go to your favorite restaurant and get reminded why good service matters. We have been to the Richardson location multiple times and love it there, this location however would be on the avoid list.

Our waitress, Sage was absolutely wonderful. The bartender, Brittney…was absolutely RUDE and absolutely incompetent. She has no place in an atmosphere like this. I literally watched her bully another employee. 25 minutes per drink is quite ridiculous, when you’re just standing there.

Five of us walked there from the office and were immediately seated. Slow greet time from the server in that she appeared to be the only server in the restaurant. She took our order and 43 minutes later our food arrived. We ordered a few salads, a fish and chips and two sea bass tacos on flour tortillas. The tortillas came out being corn tortillas and I asked the guy delivering the food if the tortillas were flour or corn and he let us know that he did not know. He would ask the server. French fries with the fish and chips were literally cold and soggy. We sent them back to exchange for some that were hot. Brussel sprouts were cold and kind of nasty. All of the food had to just sit in the window as it was all cold upon arrival. The server was probably taking care of over 30 people on her own and there was no way she could physically manage all of the people/tables that she had been assigned. Manager came by and asked how things were and we let him know that it was not good and we told him about the mistakes on our order and the cold food. He said he would look at our bill and take care of the items that came out wrong. The server did a follow up, apologized, and let us know that two people did not show up. At the end of the day, the manager gave us a 50% discount on all items so we only had to pay 50% of the cost of the cold food. We were taking our boss to lunch and she was not very impressed. But, the asparagus appetizer was really good!
