Dunkin Donuts is my favorite coffee so I almost always have a good experience when I go to a location. Nothing bad to say about this one either.

They were super nice this morning. Expresso machine wouldn't work, quit working, broke, whatever it do so they Happily refunded me without me even asking and offered me a different drink. Yes I wanted expresso but its nothing to let ruin my day. I still got me a coffee. There is enough hate in this world right now so if you can not get expresso today please smile and move on instead of being angry with the workers over a machine. As a truck driver, I stop at a lot of Dunkin’ locations across the country, and this was honestly one of the best I’ve been to. I do also come here very often. I woke up at 4:30 in the morning at the truck stop and came in looking for coffee and breakfast. Since it was very early and only one employee working, not everything was ready yet — which is completely understandable. Even with that, the employee went out of her way to take care of me and make sure I got my breakfast on time. She was extremely nice, respectful, and provided great service despite handling everything herself. It’s rare to see that level of professionalism and kindness that early in the morning. Overall, great experience and I truly appreciate the hard work. I’ll definitely be stopping here again.

Everytime I come into this establishment the manager is belittling and cursing at her employees. I for one am utterly appalled at this behavior. This has been going on for the last year and I’m afraid to bring my nieces here anymore. The girls refer to this Dunkin as the one with the scary lady! Not to mention the bathrooms are disgusting, and the orders take forever. Whoever is in charge of running this store should be ashamed and take a deep look at themselves, ask yourself “Am I truly doing my best?” Because I personally believe the answer is no. As for the manager please reflect upon the way you treat your employees, the work they do is a reflection of your management and if they do poor work, you are a poor manager. I hope one day this store will be properly managed.

One of the better DD in the county!! Staff are usually very friendly, prices are cheaper than surrounding ones, always clean inside & has very nice tables/booths to sit in and do work with their free wifi or just sit & enjoy your coffee and chat. Only reason I did not give a 5 ⭐️ for food is because they do have a tendency to run out of certain donut & bagel flavors very early (talking out by like 8am) & are not replenished that day. (Not sure how that works..if staff can make more of X or if they only have a certain amount allotted for the day..?)

I love me a good Dunkin'! They are hard to come by, though, but this is one of the best in this area. The drive thru line may wrap around the building but only a small handful of times has it gotten to the street. And even when the line is that long, it goes relatively quick. I was behind someone ordering, what I thought was, the entire store for a van full of people. Breakfast sandwiches with this and that, but not this on that one; coffees in every combination of ways; donuts; Munchkin's; bagels. If Dunkin'sells it, it was almost surely purchased by this one van. And yet, I still only had to wait maybe an extra three minutes. Now, to some, that is a long time - and I would agree three minutes in a drive-thru is a long time - but for an order nearing $100, that's not bad at all. Now, the people of that van really should have gone in to order, but that's a different story to begin with. (Note: I am writing this in 2020, the year of the Covid-19 and coronavirus, but this story was pre-covid.) Overall, a great Dunkin' with friendly staff and really quick service. Keep up the great work at this location!!!

Pleasant cashier. The dining area was clean. However, Dunkin needs to train their staff better or hire more help to speed up their service.

Dunkin donuts needs to bring back sugar raised and Bavarian cream donuts. I gave it four stars because the young girl with the glasses was real nice and helpful

Very good, hot Americano with a shot of Caramel. Forgot not sugar. Only complaint with DD is they use a heavy measure for sugar in regular.

Typical Dunkin’ Donuts shop with a convenient location, right across from the entrance/exit for the thruway. We were a bit disappointed on our last visit though as they were sold out of donut fries. Their sweet tea isn’t very sweet and you have to constantly stir the sugar up at the bottom, but other drinks here are preferred by some in my family.

Love their Peach Pashion Refreshers with coconut milk. Inside is decorated pretty with holiday decor. My order was made wrong, but they fixed it and I got to keep the messed up drinks. It wasn't too busy, so besides the remake of drinks, my wait time wasn't bad.

So I drink hot coffee. I'm in their parking lot every morning before they open at 5am on my way to work. The coffee is always great first thing in the morning. However after about 9am or 10am the hot coffee is not that good. Tends to be bitter and stale like it's been sitting on a heater for too long or being reheated. I know that a lot of corporations and franchise holders tend to read reviews about their locations. So I do want to give a shout out to the morning team at this location. They are always friendly, funny and personable. They have never gotten my order wrong. Even at 5am when even on the summer solstice, the sun still sleeps and someone on the closing crew didn't put the keys to the drive thru window back where they belong. If the app let me, I would give the morning crew 5 stars by themselves. Thanks friends. I'll see you bright and early.

The service is always slow for walk in customers. They always seem to just cater to the drive through window. I have noticed this on several of the Dunkins in this area. Don't go in if you're in a hurry.

I like Dunkin but I don't like how some people I know where treated yesterday, the guy was super rude and taking the order from the guy behind them before serving them first although they were first in line... Only reason it gets 2 stars is I like other Dunkin donuts

Great location, not so great service. Each and every time we stop at this location they act as if there are lines out the door. Rushing around when they could be more effective if they slowed the pace of the atmosphere. Even when managers are on duty it feels like they are being pushed to work way to fast for the number of customers they are serving. If there were another location nearer to the highway we would go there instead.

I ordered a coffee with caramel and I got really sick right after taking a couple sips. I have a feeling I was either poisoned with a chemical or have food poisoning...

Visited there twice today, once for breakfast, once for a late lunch. Food was good both times. Staff was braindead and obnoxious both times, including to other customers that I witnessed. Shows how desperate employers are to get warm bodies behind the counter right now. If this is the best they can do, they should be replaced with machines. Pitiful.

I get having issues with product availability (I work at another fast/quick food franchise)...but there are issues with ALL of the local-ish Dunkin locations every time I visit. I specifically drove about 15-20 minutes just to give your location business, as there are no Dunkin locations in the immediate vicinity of my house. I tried the lobby first - no employees in sight, although I could hear them cleaning. Rather than waiting awkwardly or calling out, I opted to choose the drive thru. Both of the two food items I requested were unavailable, despite being prominently displayed on the signage...when I asked her "do you at least have any munchkins left?" I was met with a sheepish "Well, I have about ten jelly munchkins left if you'd like those." I opted to just go with my coffee order and pulled up. It looked like they were basically breaking down for the day, despite it being 4:30 and your location being open until 8pm. If you're going to be open until 8pm, you should probably still have a selection of food items at 4:30 in the afternoon. I paid for my caramel chocolate cold brew and a few seconds later she walks to the window - with a caramel iced coffee with REGULAR whipped cream and the sprinkles on top. I'm going to assume that, had I asked, I would've been told that that too was limited edition and you were out of the chocolate whip in the store. To be clear, I have zero issue with the employees on duty. She was very courteous and apologetic. I have a huge issue with you guys' inventory issues and the poor/inconsistent signage. Maybe update (like virtually every other franchise) to digital boards that you can list product outages on with ease. Just a thought? Also, once again - if you're open until 8 or 9 at night, the donut place should have donuts until closing time. Just saying.

Girl took my order (beautiful job), when we got the food it was a man who obviously didn't read the receipt and forgot things, like the sugar was way too sweet in my latte and my friends' was way too sweet as well. Twice now we've had a bad experience there.....

Walked over at 1500 and only the drive thru is open. Doors are locked.

Horrible service...on Xmas day, they completely messed up on our order.

Asked for a toasted bagel with butter and cream cheese, got a COLD bagel with a clump of cream cheese. It wasn't even toasted.

It's a shame that a company penalizes a customer when they need a substitution. I can't have cow's milk, so I asked for almond milk, and I got charged a dollar more for a medium coffee because of that. I didn't think that was fair or correct so I tried calling the store, the telephone number that's posted is out of service, and there's no other way to contact to see if it's correct. I ultimately ended up dumping the coffee anyway because it didn't taste like coffee, just flavored water.

Most workers have little to no customer service, and wait times can be very long. Also no donuts options like ever🤦🏽‍♀️.

Dunkin in Fultonville can NEVER get a croissant sandwich right. They either do not make it as requested or it’s burnt or today I had a bottom with the egg and meat And a sliver of a top. Unable to pick it up and eat it without a mess. Their answer is to give you a free one next time if you complain. I’m not looking for free I’m just looking for competent help that know how to make a croissant sandwich right the first time! Sadly the reputation all locations receive is true. You rarely get what you request but rather what they feel like making! And then its sloppy!

I ordered another food item and was told to wait at counter when another employee asked why I was standing there. She had no idea I had ordered a food item. Who closes a Dunkin at 9pm when your are located 100 yards from a NYS thruway tolll booth? 9:15 PM (unaware of these ridiculous hours), lights on, people inside but yet they will let you sit at the drive up window without telling you they are closed. Pitiful!

I have been to this particular Dunkin Donuts several times and this is by far the worst. I travel all over New England and New York for my job so I think this is saying a lot. Every time I go in the service is slow, the male manager is rude and doesn’t even acknowledge customers. One time he was more concerned with selling gift cards than serving myself and the other 5 customers who had to stand and wait through the whole ordeal, which took over 10 minutes. I’m not a Dunkin Donuts manager but I would think maybe have another employee come over and serve the remaining customers on the other register?Not good. Several other customers walked out after coming in. Apparently this manager doesn’t care seeing sales walk out the door. I paid $6 for a large ice coffee and 2 donuts so any sale they make here is significant as far as the bottom line goes, I would think they would be more appreciative of the patrons. Today was another typical 10 minute wait with one person ahead of me in line. It was not busy. They are very disorganized and apparently worried about everything else other than selling donuts and coffee. I will be avoiding this place at all costs.

One of the WORST Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. Looks like only teenagers work there. They mess up my drink EVERY time. So I always have to go to a different one to fix it. I’ve always given them the benefit of the doubt but after the 8th time. I’m done. I order an iced cocoa mocha signature latte. They give me an iced coffee with whipped cream and hot chocolate powder

This is the worst Dunkin in the area. I used to go here all the time because it’s the only Dunkin close to me, but stopped because it’s not worth the money. The prices are higher cause it’s off the thruway, the staff are unprofessional and rude, and the drinks are rarely made correctly. I went through there this morning on the way to work and the older woman who I always seem to see in there when I go was extremely rude. I don’t recommend Matcha Lattes and any expresso beverages from here as every time I’ve gotten them, they were not done correctly.Their management needs some serious help!

Rude and unprofessional behaviour. These people really need proper training as how to deal with customers. If someone gives you 2 orders of 2 for 2$ wraps you should give them 4 wraps not 3 and to ask to pay 2$ extra to get another wrap . Do some math before showing rude behaviour.

To the people working today, scrolling through your phones; I have always liked this shop until today. Absolutely rude. We ordered two Medium iced coffees; Received a small and medium AND an attitude when we asked for the two mediums like we ordered. No apple fritters, which is fine, however when we are sitting there waiting 5 minutes for our bagel in place of the apple fritter; The window slides back openand we are told, “Oh I forgot to ring it up, what kind did you ask for? Cinnamon Raisin, okay.” They take our card for the second time and charge us -no receipt. We get our bagel and leave, aaaaand it’s a plain bagel. WOW.

Employees looked bothered that I was there to order food. More worried about their Halloween costumes they were going to wear next week than getting my order right. Ordered two hash browns only got one. My husband ordered hot chocolate and got some weird mix of hot chocolate and cappuccino or something it wasn't hot chocolate and wasn't good. Not the first time I've had issues here. Will go to Amsterdam or Johnstown from now on!

If you are at all forgetful please do not come to this Dunkin because the female staff will take it as an insult which obviously then grants her the right to be rude and unkind to me. To then still not completely fill in my order.. she must’ve too been forgetful which happens to us humans. It makes me sad for the male staff and the female staff that are truly doing their job greatly but even when I asked who had taken my order the young man said he did not know and the only other person I saw wearing a headset/next to the window was the manager who is female and it couldn’t have been the young man. This not only makes it harder for staff at the window when the order isn’t completed to be able to prepare but then the frustration then gets put onto the window worker for the lady taking orders. That’s not fair, let me conclude my review by saying exactly what I told the young man, the young men especially the one at window has always been kind but when us customers are treated rudely bc we are one in the two-hundred and fifty people they see but that lady is the one and only person we talk to before the window to tip, it make it hard to want to or even be friendly when people are being shouted at, at the speaker about cream and sugar.. Management surely should not stand by and not say anything or reprimand their staff or herself be acting as so in a place of business. Edit add on: now since going back through other recent reviews it seems like management may need to be re-established or retrained. No customer OR employee should be treated like they are at this establishment.

As a manager myself I would never yell at my employees in front of customers. Yelling and threatening to fire the employees in front of customers doesn’t maintain employees or customers. Instead it’s a revolving door. This manager, she has chosen to bully instead of mentoring. Again as a manager myself I would not allow this behavior from anyone. This isn’t leadership. This is toxic. Shame on the franchise owner, who should be accountable for his managers behavior. This type of behavior has existed for decades. Appalling.

No toilet paper in woman's washroom. No bread and staff member says "she's already paid, just thaw bread". First staff creates wrong sandwich, have to wait for more thawed bread for a simple grilled cheese. Would not recommend !!

Stopped at this location a couple weeks ago with family. Had to change my order twice. First order was the banana bread with chocolate chips in it. "I'm sorry we are currently out of that." Second order was munchkins. "I'm sorry we're out of that as well." I eventually got my order (a Boston cream donut) but this happens just about every time I go to this location. I wouldn't be surprised if one day they say "Sorry we are out of donuts". Only in Fonda.

If I could give this no stars I would. I ordered a maple bacon sandwich on an everything bagel & I did not get that. What I got was a bacon(regular bacon not maple bacon), egg, and cheddar cheese on a croissant(not the everything bagel like I ordered)

My least favorite Dunkin to visit… line is always out into the road, hash browns are consistently tough and burnt (been sitting in the warmer tray too long), drinks are never EVER stirred, and to top it off… I get the wrong bread 7/10 times I visit (see picture). I’d give no stars if possible. Location needs better training and people who care.
