Avis sur DQ Grill & Chill Gainesville
We came in late in the evening, shortly before closing. There was no complaining from the staff. Our food tasted great and was ready quickly. The restaurant was very clean and it was a great experience.
This new DQ was very nice, clean and convenient. Good parking. We had the grilled chicken sandwich. It was tasty and tender. Pleasant stop for our road trip.
Few details. I was on a long trip stopped here. The bathroom was clean, the staff was quick and had smiles (it makes a difference). I'd had a rough weekend and needed to get a bite to eat and use the restroom. This place was clean, brightly lit, and the staff smiled. When you find that after a rough few day it's important.
We got a steak finger basket and a jalisto ranch burger. Service was helpful and friendly and fast. Food was tasty and correctly filled. Our only complaint was the fries which were soggy and under portioned.
We had blizzard yesterday. Done to perfection.
Came in the Wednesday before last around 5pm. Food was fast, good, and the girl working the register was really nice. Probably the best dairy queen experience I have had in years.
The drive-thru lady tonight was a bit rude, but I love their food and blizzards
The GM was working alone. All the other employees called in or did not show. She was working her tail off and provided the best service that I have seen in a long time. The food was fresh and hot and made to order.
Food was hot and fresh. I got the steak finger basket. Tried my wife's tacos. They are greasy, but delicious. And dessert, i had the chocolate turtle blizzard with Caramel. Service, manager, was very friendly. Clean restaurant too.
It was quite when we arrived but several more people came in. The staff was friendly and fast. They served both the dine-in as well as the drive-thru. The dinning area was clean. The bathrooms were clean as well. I really enjoy going to that location.
This is a good DQ, the management is a little intense. Management expected the girl working the counter to keep up with food orders, food coming out of the kitchen, ice cream mixing and clean the dining room all at the same time. As you might imagine that's a lot for a younger worker to process.
The staff was great brought in 2 little nephews. They loved it. It took a while in serving your food that was a disappointment. Came in the 2nd time on the same day got a plain soft serve ice cream for the little one and it took over 5 minutes. A bit disappointing but I would still visit this place. There's certain things that you can tolerate but if you have a great staff sometimes it overrides it.
The manager is so awesome with his employees (most of them are young kids). Patience and takes his time for them to understand what needs to be done to get each order out. Yes, it might not be speedy service, but it will be done in a smiling and kind way. LOVE this place.
I hadn't had Dairy Queen in years because I thought it was overrated. I was wrong. I spent less and got better quality food than I would at McDonald's or some place equal. I was pleasantly surprised.
Was sad they do not carry the chicken and dumplings, the whole reason I drove all the way there. But what I did order was very good and made in a timely manner.
Triple burger, and I was very impressed with it. I'll give it up to the cook also because he was cooking and taking orders. And he was doing a great job, and the food was nice and warm. High-five
Really good food and Really great service. We going back
4 stars for going thru the drive thru...sometimes there are looonngg waits for people to move after they get their orders.
Oh my goodness 🤩 I'm beyond excited this location still make Tropical Blizzard. I stay in Dallas: they either don't serve it or they don't have all the ingredients. Gainesville DQ took me back to my childhood 😋 yummy. Can't wait to go back❣️
The drive thru female was absolutely lovely. Food is consistent
The food was cooked to order. This is always a plus. The drive up appeal was nice. There was a little wait, but not unreasonable.
I wound up there about 9:15, right close to closing time. The young lady that greeted me was friendly. And my Ice Cream Cone was a nice little break before heading back home. And after all, Texas is DQ County!!!
The food there is expensive, but it's also really good food. It's kinda dirty, being that most of the tables hadn't been whipped off. The service is pretty good, and the employees are nice. Overall, it's not my favorite place to go, especially during Covid-19, as it seems the pandemic is affecting their business. It's a good place to eat, if the prices were a little lower.
Had a reasonable experience here. The young man behind the counter seemed upset that my kids were having a hard time figuring out what they wanted to order, but we were the only customers at the store. There was not even anyone in the drive-thru. My daughters cheese curds were not cooked all the way. The Blizzards were on point, though. Not horrible but room for improvement.
I hesitate to complain about the specialty burger I ordered. For me it had a freezer burn aftertaste. But my wife's hungerbuster was top notch. The southern tea was spot on. I couldn't help but notice that the majority of the tables were dirty.
Was traveling from out of town and we decided to stop at this location for dinner before heading into oklahoma. I will have to say this was a great dairy queen. It was very busy at dinner time and at first I said let's go somewhere else. But my wife said nope let's stay and eat. I was pleasantly surprised. We had to wait for 4 minutes at the front counter, but after our Order was taken. It only took about 10 minutes for it to be cooked and delivered to our table. The food was hot. The order was correct and the food was tasty. In the past few times that we've' eating at a Dairy Queen it was substandard. Glad we stayed at ate here.
Taco bueno has been a family favorite for many years. They are still a good place to go, but with rising cost and smaller sizes they have list the value they once had. I can take the family to a sit down restaurant for almost the same price now.
Food was good. After spending almost 50.00 dollars, was made to buy 2.16 worth of Ranch and Honey mustard (x4) for our orders of chicken strips and steak strips. Why not allow people a choice of not getting gravy vs ranch...
Was clean, food was good, apparently lead worker was having issues. Talking loudly and rudely to the other workers. Talking to someone on the phone, about her day at work, and threatening to " just walk out." Everyone in the restaurant could hear her language.
We always go through the drive-through. Service is decent, never had to wait long, and the food has always been good and fresh. But it annoys me that we always have to ask for a drink carrier. 3 drinks and 3 blizzards, yet every single time we go there, they're handing them out one at a time, and they always look at us like we're weird or something when we ask for carriers.
Usually good service. Said no refills. We dined in. They gave us our cups with sweet tea. If they weren't going to refill like other restaurants with a new cup then they need to give everyone a large cup without extra charge & make sure they know when they are ordering. You dine in so you can get a refill. This is the first place and also 1st DQ that has done this.
Ordered the chicken basket and the chicken was deep fried for so long that it was tough to bite in to because the meat was all dried out. It was mostly breading. The employees all looked like teenagers and were loud and raucous with no adult manager in sight. The only good thing was my banana shake.
Food is decent but priced pretty high for the quality. The only thing I find enjoyable on the menu anymore is the Blizzard. Compared to Braums, the food and ice cream at Braums wins hands down. Very small dining area; I'd suggest going through the drive-thru and eating in your car instead of ordering and eating inside.
The food wasn't good the burger tasted old. The ice cream was on point. The service was okay. There was only 1 guy taking orders at the counter and for the drive through. So it took awhile to get to order.
The girl working the drive-thru window at nighttime is anything but friendly. She acts like she absolutely hates her job. Asking her for napkins is like asking her to kill her first-born. We've stopped in several times over the past few weeks & finally addressed it with the manager last night who jokingly laughed it off. It's absolutely not funny. RUDENESS is not funny! Updated 03/21/25: Complete 360. The young lady in the drive-thru is new, bubbly & fun. She always smiles. She makes my day every time I stop by. I believe her name is Bailey. Keep up the good work young lady!
AC is busted and has been for weeks according to employees. Supplies like straws not stocked and had to ask. They forgot my milkshake with my meal and I had to ask for it. Staff spent a bit of time complaining at each other.
i only go here for their dessert menu, which is always great but the actual food sucks, which is a general experience with every fast food place. anyways, i went here a few weeks ago for a choco brownie blizzard but they gave me a fork instead of a spoon 😆 also the guy that was in the drive thru at that time ignored me after i had asked a question. service here was better today, thankfully no fork. also, cannot wait for the pumpkin spice blizzard again!
Had to wait for 3 minutes to be acknowledged by the staff. All but one were in the back talking (you could hear them easily) while one girl took care of the drive thru......she just didnt care about the counter help cause it wasn't her job.....so she kept saying "they will be with you in a sec".... Then when I had my order took (tacos to go) it took over 4 minutes before the cook was done gossiping in the back and started them. Make it another 4 minutes before she got done and sat them in her window....and a minute or two before someone grabbed them and gave them to me. Bad day for me to be in a hurry.
Stopped for lunch. We ordered meals and blizzards. My mini ultra chocolate extreme blizzard was not. Only half mixed and only vanilla in bottom half. Waitress said sorry but didn't correct. Chicken fingers fine. Burger very thin pattie.
Burgers were soggy and cold. Fries were cold and bland. Meat on burger still a little pink inside. Service bad. Had to go ask for our order-they forgot it. The QR Code on the receipt didn't work to do the questionnaire. Won't be going back any time soon.
Understaffed and dirty. Bathrooms are atrocious and out if everything. When I told the kid at the counter the bathroom was out of towels to dry your hands he handed me a stack from behind the counter and muttered 'sorry' as he walked away... Food has gone so downhill but what do you expect for a Cree of kids getting paid minimum wage.
In 3 years I have NEVER received what I ordered in the drive thru, and lately it's just as bad inside. The food is ok, but service is horrible.
My first time visiting this particular location but it was one of the worst ones I’ve been to. We came about 45 min before closing time to the drive thru. They weren’t accepting any ice cream orders but just regular food items. We got two different combos and they messed both of them up. When we tried to ask them to fix it, they said they were closed and couldn’t do it.
Cooked chicken strip way to long , and frys not long enough. For the price not very good! I have given Dairy Queen in a lot of different places and order the same thing, hoping for a better out come, I think I won't try again. But the service at this one was very helpful and kind!
Went there for an early dinner 9/2. Had to wait an extended time in the drive through which is fine but every piece of food we finally recurve was cold. My fiancé's burger had zero veggies after she was asked and said she wanted them all on there. Employees didn't seem to care.... have some period in customer service. I normally love Dairy Queen but this one was particularly terrible
No diaper changing table. Waited forever to be waited on....nobody was at the counter/registers. Waited forever for our food...2 kids meals and a salad....finally asked for it to go after 30 minutes....got 10 minutes away and didn't get any dressing for the salad even though I specifically asked for honey mustard.
We sat in the drive thru for like 10 mins someone came on and said look over the menu and never came back on and took our order. We even said hello and no on said anything back
Ordered A1 steakhouse burger and gave me a chicken sandwich and refused to swap out for a burger. Worker was rude as all get out. I will not be giving DQ any more service. I must add the food is far to over priced for the mediocre taste
Food not cooked all the way. Tables dirty..kid putting food up on counter doesn't put food to go. Has ear plugs in ears.no napkins on tables. A large strawberry milkshake $3.99 the same as a chicken fried steak sandwich. Won't be going back.
Waiting to order four employees look at me and didn't say hi or anything. I understand if your short handed but acknowledge the customer and let them know you know they are there. I won't spend my money at dairy queen in gainesville ever.
Poor customer service and management skills at the store in Gainesville #44740! Don't usually complain but in this case it was needed!! Attempted to use a gift card and it was declined for unknown reason! cashier called to verify balance, still wldnt work the manager Josh informed his staff in front of me that system had been down since yesterday but didn't apologize for the inconvenience nor did he offer a discount or coupon as a good manager would to maintain good customer relations!!! He was very rude about the whole issue and could have cared less about it!! Very poor mgmnt since he knew ystrdy the gift card system was down but his staff was unaware! To top that off the French fries were over cooked, toast wasn't toasted & cold!! Take my advice don't eat there!! Very dissatisfied 😡
Very poor service. The staff behind the counter very unprofessional, we could hear them cursing in the back. One of the girls was walking around in just her socks! No shoes, so unsanitary! Eating and drinking while handling the food that was to be served to us. We will not ever stop at this location again!
I posted a very bad review almost 2 weeks ago and still nobody has contacted me. We order by drive thru and at the window when we were getting our food we noticed that the cashier at the dinner was wearing FLIP FLOPS WITH BLACK SOCKS!!!!!! we asked the drive thru girl if the manager was aware of the situation and she just laughed and asked us to move forward while our food was ready. People don’t eat at the Dairy Queen at Gainesville tx
My family stopped in at 8:45 pm for some ice cream, staff was already cleaning restaurant (all chairs flipped up on table) after we ordered our blizzards staff complained about making them. My sister and i got the reese outrageous blizzard which had no peanut butter in it but carmel and we don't know what else exactly in it. My mom ordered a peanut butter parfait to be told they were out of peanuts. Not a good experience.
Pulled up to the drive thru, the girl said “take a minute to look over the menu and someone will be right with you”. Then she never came back to take our order.. sat there for 10 minutes. Looked like no one was even working
The girl was so rude in the drive thru!!! I finally told to cancel my order! Told her she was too rude, I’d go elsewhere!! I was really looking forward to my DQ burger and fries. I hope she doesn’t cause them to lose any other customers!
Not many customers and it took 25 minutes to receive our order. The wife's spicy cheese burger was visually unappealing and after two bites she declared it inedible. Steak finger basket was ok. One worker was babysitting a child while on duty. Will not be going back to the Gainesville, Tx location.
I wish I didn't have to give 1 star, but that's the lowest I can give. Sadly, . my family and I had to stand at the counter waiting for the cashier to stop sweeping the floor before she would take our order. We could hear the others in the back laughing. She then would roll her eyes when we asked questions about some of the meal deals. Come on Dairy Queen, train capable employees, who have manners. Btw, others had to wait too....
Sorry, but this DQ really let me down last Sunday. The chicken and dumplings tasted like something straight out of a can (didn't used to be that way) and steak fingers looked like someone ran over them, they were so flat and hard. Too many other fast food places nearby; won't come back here for awhile! 😕
If i could leave zero stars i would ive been here a couple of times to give them a chance and each time they disappoint. Wont be long until it gets shut down like all the other fast food places that come and go. Dont come here , dont even waste your time or money stick to braums!
Worst DQ ever!!! African American who waited on us was RUDE and acted like she could care less if we were there. I assume she was the Manager because she was telling other employees what to do. Horrible. And we were the only customers there. Now I know why.
If I could give this DQ zero stars I would. Nearly 30 minutes for 4 blizzards it’s not acceptable.
I wish I could give a zero star review.... the only good thing about this place is the shakes and blizzards, haven’t had the food. Service is TERRIBLE! Went up to order my food the guy wasn’t even paying attention to what I was saying and wasn’t looking at me but instead he was looking at the other people who worked there that were helping another gentleman. Overall I was very disappointed!
This has always been bad and continues. Order is never right and fries are usually cold and hard. It is not the dairy Queen I remember in my day. Food is way over priced and they don't run any sales that dairy Queen runs on TV.
After driving for 3 hours, we stopped here on our way back to Dallas because I love their tacos and my son wanted a burger so it should be a win win... NOT THE CASE. First of all, the staff made us wait for five minutes before even taking to us and there were few people there and they were already sitting down eating. Second, we order and upon getting our drink, there was no ice, so a girl comes out with a bucket of ice and gets upset because I asked if we could get some. She said to wait because she was about to put it in the machine and I asked again if she could get a cup if ice from the bucket for us. While making a dirty look and a comment under her breath, she handed us a cup of ice. Third, all the tables and booths were dirty and we had to wipe one down ti sit. Fourth, we get our food and all 3 of my tacos are broken and look like someone had already started eating them! I was fed up at this point and just wanted a refund for my food. Thankfully my son's food was fine. I asked for a refund and the manager, "Fran", came up and was very rude but finally gave me a refund. I will never come here again and would advise your staff to get some hospitality training, as their service was horrible!
Went today with my oldest son the day before Mother’s Day. We waited in the lobby for minutes with no one greeting us. Just looking at us. I finally asked the young lady in the drive thru area that kept looking at us if anyone was working the front she shrugged her shoulder to say she doesn’t know. Waited a few more minutes then decided forget this. I finally asked for the managers name the young lady in drive thru said he is going to get her. I said I don’t want a manager I would like a name. She repeated herself. Young man comes back and I ask him for managers name he says Layla. I says thank you. This was horrible customer service.
The only good thing about this place was the blizzard. Other than that, it was TERRIBLE!! We ordered three #1 combos to go because we were passing through. The hamburgers had a very fishy smell. We didn't know if it was the meat or the bread. Either way, I took a bite and there was a strong taste of metal. So hamburger was a no-go. I decided to try the fries. The first one tasted ok but the other ones tasted like the oil hadn't been changed for a while. We had to throw away the food because I didn't want to risk food poisoning. I spent $27 that went directly to the trash. I wish I could go back and get my money back but it was too late and we had another two hour- drive.
Went through the drive through for a door dash order and watched my wife be humiliated because of her hearing. 2 people at the window making fun of the way she speaks. He said his name was Brandon and her name was bebe or something of the sort .. I'm sure he wasn't being honest but nonetheless This is unacceptable and I will do whatever it takes to resolve this issue.
Food was cold. Hamburger bun wasn't toasted, meat was cold, and burger was sloppy. Tacos were super greasy. Everything had an off taste to it. The service was slow and the girl in the window forgot one of our drinks. I will not stop here again! Yuck!
My girl got food poisoning from here. Didn't make the order right. Nothing was right when I got home. We will never step foot in this restaurant again. Blue moose is far better and only a buck or two more.
I have always liked DQ and eat often at other locations. I have eaten at this one on four occasions, the first visit right after they opened was very good, but has gone down steady ever since. Three times I have ordered a peanut butter cup blizzard only to get ice cream with just a little chocolate flakes in it, very stingy on the candy. Employees are all very young and seem to have a could care less attitude. Tonight ordered a dude combo. The fries were cold and stale and tasted like old grease, I returned them and asked for fresh fries, In less than a minute they brought me back fries as bad as the first order and was no way they could have cooked fresh in that amount of time. It appeared to be the same order I returned as one of the fries had the same black spot on it, they just reheated them and they tasted even older than before. Decided to take my loses and leave. I will give them credit for the sandwich which was very good. Was really looking forward to a DQ coming back to the local area, but this one if it does not improve quality will not last long. The number of customers is already dwindling, for same reason.
Staff un-knowledgeable of menu items, cashier ring order up wrong, asked for a strawberry limeade and after waiting for about ten minutes one employee yelled out,"does anyone know how to make a strawberry limeade?", Then burgers were supposed to have mayo but they didn't put any, asked for a side of mayo to put it on ourselves and we're told they don't carry mayo packets anymore. . Other customers were also complaining that their orders were wrong or blizzards were not correctly.. Overall a really bad experience
So my wife wanted a cheesecake blizzard. So I got her one. Med for $4.21. Check my bank account next day and I'm charged 47.21. So I call the store. I end up having to go up there and give them my card to refund $43. But not a very good manager. Didn't offer anything for my inconvenience. I would have refunded the whole thing. Our gave me something free just as a sorry. Obviously could care less about our business.
Understaffed. I came inside around 4ish yesterday to order a birthday cake. There was only 1 person running back and forth from cooking to drive thru. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting before giving up.
I would give it a zero if I could. Only 2 people in front of me in the drive thru and after I ordered, it took 13 min to get to the window. My food was cold and the cheese was molded. (Very visibly molded.) When I pointed it out the girl just stared at me. I told her I wanted my money back then. She yelled for the manager who looked to be 16 and she got upset that I wanted my money back. Wouldn’t even address me, talked the other girl and made her ask me why again. No apologies for the wait or poor quality of the food. Didn’t even offer to replace it or remake it. Save your money folks!!
Be aware… a small cup of water is $1.99. Water has been free or $0.25 at every other restaurant I have ever been to but here. No where on the menu does it say water is $1.99 except bottled water.
We stopped in on the way back from Winstar and had the worst service and cold food. There was at least 4 employees, only 1 table seated already eating and then the 2 of us. No one was working the counter. We stood there for 5 minutes with one of the employees yelling, "can I get someone one front?" Finally the one yelling came and took the order. Then we walked up to the counter and checked to see if the food was ready and it was just sitting there. So again, the employee started yelling, "can I get someone up front?" Which at that point they all looked up and no one helped. They didnt even have to walk it to the table, just hand it to us but still the employee kept yelling instead of assisting herself. Then one finally answered and said "I've got other stuff to do." So after all of that, the food was cold. Will not visit here again. After posting my review, I went back and read older reviews. It's sad, even after a year of bad reviews, they still have not done anything to make this location any better.
Unfortunately my experience this evening's experience was subpar. What could have wound up as a mildly inconvenienced patron has evolved into an irate customer and a negative review. I understand shutting down the kitchen when its a slow night - even stopping service early. But... if you have a customer pull up to the drive thru at 10-til by my phone (although the young lady on the phone argued the time was 21:56) at least have the courtesy to advise that you have shut down the kitchen. I sat at the order kiosk for 10 munites without any acknowledgement outside the prerecorded "we'll be right with you" message. When I called the store to find out what was going on the young lady devolved to a snidely repeated "we've already closed" when I noted their closing hour was 22:00. I blame the management - neither common courtesy nor common sense is being encouraged within the employees. Sadly I only wanted an ice cream, but this experience has ensured I will not be returning this or any other Dairy Queen in the future.
Poor customer service. Poor quality of food. Small portions generally served cold. Blizzards are more like a milkshake. It appears this restaurant is under poor management and cashiers are extremely rude with no care of getting order correct.
Lol. Ordered a $2 side salad. They tried to give me shredded lettuce, tomatoes and onions... aka burger toppings. Asked for a refund, and the girl said she could not take it. Girl, yes, you can and you will. She said she wouldn't and she wasn't going to argue with me. I said the manager would be a great option. She also charged me for a small coffee when I asked for a cup of water. No. The manager immediately fixed the situation.
The burgers were raw and and I took my burger to the manager to tell her it was raw and she said it wasn't and gave me an attitude. I got mad and she said that's the way it's suppose to be, so I told her to give me give me my money back. The tables are dirty and I had to call a lady to come and clean the tables and seats. I will never go back to that nasty place again. No wonder their rating is so low, they need to learn how to smile and have a good attitude if their gonna work in public place especially the manager.
Service was decent enough. That's all I can say. After ordering our food, we went to sit down and noticed the floors looked like they hadn't been swept or mopped in days, and every table was dirty. We got there 5 minutes after opening, which means it was never cleaned at closing the night before. My 9 year old son was even grossed out. We got our drinks, and everything was carbonated, even the Hi-C and Powerade, which should not have been. We got our food, and the steak fingers were lukewarm. Any time I've ever been to a DQ, you can't eat the steak fingers for at least 5 minutes before they're cool enough. I've worked in fast food, and I took better care of the place at 18 years old than the 2 adults working at this DQ today. Mis-management all around. We will not be back.
Received order of hamburger. The bun had mold on it. Returned for a new one. Others in the restaurant had mold on theirs also. The cashier said they had been trying to watch for the mold. Lol would recommend to not go there.
Ordered 2 ice cream cones, waited 10 minutes. They returned to window and asked what we we’re waiting on. Another girl came to window and apologized and said she would give them to us for free and refund our money. Guy brought cones and when we told him we we’re waiting for refund he closed window. The manager came to window and asked what were we still waiting. Again we explained and she said ,”so there were 4 cone orders and no refund.” We never asked for the refund, they told us it would be refunded. Very rude lady manager in blue shirt.
My hunger buster was cold and the buns were stale. The worst part was every single table was dirty. I was the ONLY customer in there. You would hope the manager or someone would care enough to at least wipe the tables especially when they're not busy. Totally disgusted with this location. If they don't care enough to wipe the tables I can only imagine how nasty it must be in the kitchen area.
Items priced wrong on the board. 3.99 instead of 1.99 jalitos. No solution offered by staff. Said I would need to talk to the GM about the board. Taco salad lettuce was very wet, taco bowl soggy, chicken was cold. Cold chicken was surprising since I heard the kitchen staff asking if the taco salad chicken was taken out of the microwave.
Unless you want to be talked down to and rushed do not come here. Worthless service. Drive through person cares more about responding to a text on the phone than giving you napkins and your food.
Late night ice cream run and service was awful. She was rude and didn't seem to want to be there.
Manager with the long hair was ripping the employees out unacceptably. Yelling and cussing. They need better. He needs to be fired. Tonya was great!
Had half a taco out of a 3 taco order. The meat looks like it's been sitting underneath the light all day The holitos were half breaded. The fries were cold Also it looks like they've been sitting under a lamp a half a day Slightly warm steak finger basket Service was slow
Tables and floors were dirty. I had to clean the area where I was going to sit my family. Customer service was horrible. Lady taking my order didn't great me. She couldn't hear me due to wearing her AirPod. I asked for a side of Jalitos and she took my son's fries off the order instead. I went back to order an additional side of Jalitosis with another order and she still didn't hear my son and she didn't charge him, so I didn't get them. So not good customer service. Won't be coming back.
Cold food, and when I asked for Honey mustard they asked why I needed it ..due to gravy in with the chicken strips basket. I needed it for my Chicken, I don't use gravy, when order placed they never gave me a choice of dipping. needless to say ..I did not eat the food.
We waited 8 minutes to order ~ we only got to order because we went around back to get someone ~ 2 girls were sitting around the counter playing on their phones. There were 2 other families behind us. When we did get our order, they were wrong ~ 2 of the 4 patties were barely warm, 1 did not have the cheese that was requested and 1 did not have the bacon ~ it was a bacon cheeseburger! The fries were not good either ~ looked and tasted hours old. Would give less stars if it was an option.
Fresh food. Steak dinner basket was good. ow what a difference a year makes. When guy basically throws the food At us. And this is a picture of the food. The 1st comments were from when the store 1st Opened. Additional comments were a year later. This place Went way down Hill. It probably would have been best to have gone out of business during the Plague. It would have done the Community a favour. I would be embarrassed to serve something like this and charge the amount that is charged for it. Good riddance
