The lady, I think her name is Marta, has a courtesy and customer service that I dare say is from another era, typical of #OsteriaLombarda. In my opinion, the best bar in Gallarate. I happened to pass by here a while ago. The owners and bartender won me over from the first moment! Professionalism and prices appropriate for the Gallarate area, unlike many other "fake Milanese" bars that have become boring for years! For me, Gallarate is now exclusively Bergamo.
I celebrated my birthday here last night for an after-dinner drink: we had a great time! The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive, and the drinks were delicious. The prices were absolutely reasonable, and the location was really nice and well-kept. Highly recommended!

Se era possibile avrei messo 0 stelle Oggi pomeriggio sono entrato nel bar per un caffè e mi è arrivata una chiamata.... la ragazza bionda al bancone mi ha assolutamente imposto di non parlare al telefono perché lei era stanca ed era in servizio dalle 6 del mattino e non voleva sentire parlare nessuno 😅 Sono stato mandato via dal bar A dir poco VERGOGNOSO!

Terrible, treated badly, given dirty looks, and on top of that, he made us get up because, according to him, even if all the tables were empty, after an hour of coffee we had to get up. Oh, and he also made us pay extra for the coffee because we sat on it.

Terrible, rude, and expensive Three mothers and children sat down and spent €32 for a couple of piadinas, two Cokes, one Sprite, and three ice creams. As soon as we'd finished our drinks, the sullen and arrogant waitress asked us to leave or order more.
