Welcoming atmosphere and friendly, competent staff.
My friend and I were greeted with great kindness at the Gravity Lounge Bar. The place is very well organized, clean, and truly beautiful, with a calm and pleasant atmosphere. Even though the drink I wanted wasn't on the menu, the staff was so attentive that they prepared it anyway: a simply fantastic caipirinha! Kudos to the entire staff for the impeccable service. I will definitely be back.
I went there yesterday for the first time. The place is in the center of Gallarate, near the pedestrian area, with convenient parking. We found it very quickly and just a few steps from the restaurant. The staff were kind, helpful, and very friendly. Yesterday we had an aperitivo. The platters were very good, the crostini with prosciutto and artichokes was truly excellent, not to mention the pinza with spicy salami and burrata, truly superb. It's a shame they ran out of dough for seconds. Then we also tried their burgers, which were also super good. What can I say? A very popular place, I'll definitely be back.

An excellent food and beverage experience, thanks to the drink list developed by Bartender Biagio. Service was prompt with thorough explanations. The location and facilities are very clean despite the large influx of customers. It's definitely one of the best places in the area. Highly recommended.

Nice place both at dinner and lunch. Helpful and gentle personnel. Great cocktails. Food is very good and you get the best coffee in the area. Desserts are excellent too.
I celebrated my 18th birthday at this beautiful venue in the center of Gallarate. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food excellent, with a special mention for the beautiful and delicious cake, and the decor was meticulously maintained. A heartfelt thank you to the owner, Anna, and all the staff for making this evening so special! I highly recommend this venue's professionalism to anyone looking to celebrate an occasion. :)

An extremely welcoming place despite its originality and sophistication. Excellent food and very well served. Friendly and attentive staff. The only drawback (obviously personal) is the rather loud music on Saturday evenings, making it a bit difficult for those who choose to dine there, making conversation a bit difficult. I'll try lunch there!

Elegant and refined atmosphere. I went there after dinner for a drink. The cocktails were very well made, and the menu offered many unique choices beyond the usual classics. We drank a Paloma in Love (very good, recommended) and a Rhubarb Negroni (personally, I wasn't convinced; I prefer the classic Negroni). Prices are a bit high compared to the Gallarate average (€10 per drink with a small aperitif, €6-8 elsewhere).
Positive experience, suggest that waiters be faster.

Average lounge bar... not the best service and mistakes at the till...
Mediocre cocktails, premium price
We went to this place on Saturday evening, after dinner. The price of the cocktails doesn't match the quality... both the Hugo and the mojitos contained stale mint leaves, which were definitely not fresh. One leaf in my cocktail was actually rotten. The quality definitely needs improving! Right in the city center, you can't serve cocktails in this condition!
