The service here at this KFC was amazing. As soon as I walked in I was greeted very kindly by 2 young ladies whose names are Diana and Rebecca. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to get and I was told to take my time that there was no rush. I ordered a pot pie meal and was offered to do this thing called going large on a combo where I can get a small side and make my drink a large for just $2 more how cool is that?! I was given my meal within a span of 3 minutes by a very nice guy named Anthony and was told that my pot pie had just came out fresh from the oven and I knew instantly I was gonna be satisfied because who doesn’t want their food nice and fresh, because I sure do. Anyways, I was offered a variety of sauces for my meal and I asked for hot sauce and I was given a handful of it, I was shocked but satisfied at the same time because I know other places are stingy with their sauces and only give out like 1 or 2 packs. I’m finally eating my pot pie at one of their tables and omg it was so good it had so much chicken which is my favorite part about their pot pies it was so yummy. As I’m leaving I was told by that young lady Rebecca that she and her crew would appreciate it if I left a review on their service and the food so here I am writing this! These workers were so sweet I’m definitely coming back soon everything was amazing.

This KFC has been the best one i’ve ever gone to 10 out of 10 amazing warm chicken with perfect seasoning and the fries were nice and warm and fresh. Oh and the mashed potatoes were absolutely amazing consistency. I definitely recommend and will be coming here again!!!

Man this place is great I love it I come 2 times a week even thought my doctor tells me to ease off the oils lol but I don’t care I’d rather die happy eating this yummy yummy in my tummy chicken and finger lickin good coleslaw. Staff is always nice to meet me I make sure to bring all family and friends here when they are over

10, 10, 10, 10, checked off all my boxes I mean WOW what a place. From the second I was about to enter the place, a young man who appeared to have just came back from his break, rushes over to get to the door before me and proceeds to open it with a wonderful smile across his face while welcoming me. A nice young lady, also with a beautiful smile, then takes my order. She had a name tag that read Diana. I only stopped by here because I was traveling down highway 99 towards Los Angeles. However I wish I was a local to come here often. The food gets prepared just on time and my family and I begin eating. The food quality I could tell was just amazingly fresh and chiefs kiss. My kids love ketchup so I watched my 5 year old son run up to ask for some while a different young man who smiles and shows a great compassion to my son with a name tag that read Anthony Rios, the store manager. It made a lot of sense as to why the crew was so great, because the manager himself is awesome! Anyways, I got on here to share my experience because it took me back to the good 90's days where everyone was great like this! Which is quite rare to find now, so I reccomened this place to everyone. A lady with a name tag of Liliana Rios wished us a safe drive down south and gave us togo boxes for our leftovers. This crew really deserves it guys keep it up.

It seems like I have to pull around and wait every time I go to the drive thru. The food is hot this way, but it's not my favorite "fast" food option. If I have to wait some things are hot while others are now lukewarm. It's chicken, it's good, I keep going back.

Grabbed a burger after a night at casino, we did not win but we did learn something when not smoking indoors it's hard to walk in and smoke I out side the fresh air is nice barely walk in the door without panic attack.

The food, extra crispy bucket with mashed potatoes, gravy and coleslaw was okay. The young man who waited on me was professional and helpful. He suggested a special which saved me money.

Food is good, in spite of the lazy staff. The front door is very difficult to open. I thought it was locked. When I began knocking, the girl at the counter just looked at me and turned away. Finally, a customer came and openes the door for me!! Also, I ordered the chicken tenders and baked shrimp, which I have had a few times. She looked at me as tho I was ordering tacos!! Then I received deep fried shrimp instead. Not quality service. Next time I'm gonna go elsewhere. Its not worth it.

Unfortunately Galt only has one fast food place to get fish and chicken. We keep trying them, but they still do not have their act together. We have yet to get an order that was correct. Something is either missing or the fish was cold or hard even though we asked for fresh fish. The staff is friendly but lacking in efficiency and continuity.

Experience pretty much the same as always tired faces , place is never busy. It seems more often than Not that I have to Pull Up Front please well bring your order out some times that out can be damn near 30 minutes. Because of Economy the price is STUPID.

Staff is unfriendly, there is always a wait, and the sandwich buns are always stale. Last time we went they had no bacon or cheese on a Doublicious and left one piece of chicken out of a meal. They also did not give us drinks with the meal, didn't realize until we were home.

Every time I come here staff is not friendly. Cut you off while ordering, was told there would be a 16 minute wait for biscuits but people behind us ordered the same and was not told that. For the price you pay, you definitely don’t see the quality! Galt is a small town and there’s not many options unfortunately for quick dinners, don’t come here often but each time I do it’s the same story with this establishment. Very disappointing!

Eat here often and have never had an issue with the food. Until today, ordered the L6 and the fish looks and tastes like it is either 2 to 3 days old or way over cooked.

Absolutely disgusting fried chicken. You are better off going to Lodi or Elk Grove. They are never prepared from 4:00 pm till 6:00 pm. Hello that's what most people eat dinner. Your chicken is greasy, never a good selection and the sides are always cold, except for the mac n cheese it's colder than the coleslaw.

Avoid this place. Went through the drive thru and was told a 12 minute wait on my order. 25 minutes later they bring it out. No apology. Acted as if I should be thankful I got it. Will never go back to this location absolutely the worse fir customer service.

Customer service is the worse. You always have to wait for ever for your food. You have to double check your food before you drive off if they run out they will just short you. If you have a problem with the order management gets a attitude. Stay away from this KFC

On October 15 around 7pm I pull up to the window with no one in the drive thru at all and I'm prompted by the lady "I'll be right with you ". Almost 5 mins go by so I said excuse me and she said she will be right with me. 2 more minutes go by and I finally get some help. I tried to order a $20 fill up in extra crispy but they didn't have enough chicken . So I asked if they could substitute it and she said they were out of the chicken legs in all flavors. So I tried to order just a fricken bbq chicken sandwich and they didn't even have that. So I finally got my food ordered from what little they actually had and I pull up to the window and the girl is just standing at the window. Didn't acknowledge me for a few minutes because she was having a conversation with someone in the back. Finally she opens the window gives me a total and continue to talk to whoever she was talking to in the back and then walk away from me. At that point I was done and said f*** it and drive off. In my experience, Galt KFC have the worst customer service because this is not the first time that this location has treated me so poorly.

Most of the young staffs were not that customers oriented, they need help and trainings. Opens late and always have alibies with everything just to escape giving service. Poor service overall rating.

Very disappointed at this place every time that I go, and try to order a 8 piece meal or bigger, they never have enough chicken, of one kind to completed my order.they always try to mix different kind of chicken to make your order. Last time that I was there they didn't have any original chicken at all. and they still had about 2 hrs more if business. This place have poor service and poor management. Not a recommend place to eat.

I don't think I'll ever go here again. I've also reported this location to the health department. The store was filthy, food all over the tables, floor and a number of staff were walking on top of chicken bones in the food prep area. I have never seen a restaurant in such filth in my entire life.

The worst KFC. I don't know how they remain in business. I love KFC but this one needs to be shut down! The staff is always rude and they couldnt care less about your order or the quality of food they are putting out. Tough dry leathery chicken. Burnt batter, cold sides. One time the biscuits were so dry I could not even break one. Coulda broke a window with it. The staff act like unsupervised punks. I doubt they even have management. No quality control at all.

My husband ordered a chicken for my son friday night. Early Saturday morning my son woke up with a tummy ache. He started throwing up and having diarrhea. This is is now going into the 2nd day of him being sick. Never again will we order anything from this place.

Last Tuesday I ordered an 8 piece bucked of chicken to share with a couple of employees. When I got to the office I opened the bucket and there were 7 pieces of chicken, not 8. Five of the pieces were legs and they were old, shriveled up on the bone an inedible. The manager told me that they do that when they are low on other pieces. I told him that it was unacceptable and would not be back and he just said 'fine'. He offered no solution. I then contacted the KFC customer service by email and no answer both times. I called and they are giving me a $20.00 to replace a $31.92 order. Steer clear.

Every single one star review on here is absolutely correct. The 5 stars are fake and from employees. Do not come here under any circumstances and if you read this SHARE this Information of experiences with everyone. No one needs trash businesses or employees in their neighborhood anyways. I have legit proof of how unprofessional these scammers are because I have a dash cam on my car showing everything that took place and the absurd waiting I had to do. If this place is a franchise and has a store owner, you should fire everyone and start from scratch. They gave my order to a Uber eats driver, never bothered to check names and my order was over $50! So congratulations to staff for being incompetent enough to mess up two huge orders. If this is a corporate location, I'll be calling the main office because this establishment is robbing people for their time and money! I mean I genuinely feel bad for fast food workers and managers but this general manager should put in more effort in hiring qualified personnel. Posting on all online sites, what a disgrace!

Just ordered got home and it’s all messed up. An 8 piece that is put on the site for 21.99 is 30.00 which would be alright if I got what I ordered. I asked for extra crispy, I didn’t get that I asked for mashed potatoes I got cold slaw. The worst part was he repeated it all back to me. And of course you don’t find out till you get home! Good luck if you go there, I certainly will not go back!

This KFC looks like it's had problems which goes back several years. One would think that by now they would have thier act together, but that's not the case. The last 4 times I've gone through the drive-through they have screwed something up. The dining room has been closed for at least 2 years, so it's take-out only. I've eaten my last incomplete meal there until I see an "UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT" sign out front. One star is very generous.

I have been going to this location about twice a week for the past year. I always order the same thing, 5 piece chicken strips and a large coleslaw. It has been 13.99 for the past year. Today they tried to charge me $16.99 for only 5 chicken strips without the coleslaw! 5 strips by them selves! Crazy!!! I will never be back to this location. All the girl at the drive thru could do is smile and say that is the price! Can’t tell me that the price of 5 tiny strips has almost tripled

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered Dr. Pepper and they gave me FLAT Pepsi. Asked for extra honey, they gave me no honey at all, and ONE butter pack for FOUR biscuits. Then, they gave me mac and cheese when I asked for mashed potatoes. How badly can you screw up one order? Yes, these three things all happened at once. This was after a previous terrible experience in which I ordered a meal that came with one leg and one thigh. They were out of thighs and offered two legs. I said thighs are bigger than legs, can I just have three legs? She said no. What? It's YOUR fault for being out of thighs. Terrible customer service, terrible food, and terribly long drive thru waits. Will never be going here again.

The fried chicken which is what they are known for was not fried properly and was very soggy, They simply don’t make it crispy and the flour was raw and slimy on the chicken. Please don’t get fried chicken here.

This KFC has poor service and management. Everytime I go through the drive thru they have me park up front to wait for my food. It can take up to 30mins to wait for food from the drive thru. Last week my husband and I went with our 3 kids and our friends with their 3 kids. We waited 50mins before they finally brought us our food. They lost the order for our friends after waiting 50mins and then had to wait another 20mins to get it. We all complained to the manager who in turn only gave us a $5off coupon. I will never go back to this location! Someone in upper management needs to come out and fix the problems at this location. It's absolutely ridiculous!

This kfc always closes at 9pm; service depends on the staff, sometimes you get kind young ladies who care and make you want to leave positive reviews, but if you go at night you usually get this one dude manager who looks blazed all the time and is regularly disrespectful to staff and customers and knows he can get away with it. I think they usually have parties in the back at 9 pm which is why they close early. You can see party lights, hear people partying, loud music, and there’s no staff or customers but the parking lot is full, when I’ve gone at times in the past; and in these moments usually all (except maybe one) employees look like they all recently took fat hits of something. I’ve had issues in the past with mobile orders placed after 9pm. Basically, don’t trust the night staff (that manager gives major creep vibes when you hear him talk to female staff), otherwise the food can be good most of the time. Also, I will say everyone I know that used to work here only has horror stories regarding food handling ethics, but none have worked in recent years and it’s Galt and sometimes you’re desperate for anything affordable and different. This kfc honestly embodies the entire personality of the city of Galt… now that I think about it, but would be nice if owners cared more about how dinner customers, and their staff, get treated.

They forgot a thigh in my husband's 3-piece combo. Took them 35 minutes to give it to him because there wasn't any chicken made. Finally, they offered a breast instead. There was a drive-thru parked in front waiting also. She waited 40 minutes for a 20-piece. Got my mash and gravy cold. It was just an all-around miserable experience. It's KFC! Their main staple is fried chicken! Shouldn't there always be chicken Ready to go?
