Bubba's on The Strand

Great bartenders and a great look in decor. Live bands on friday night's, poker on tuesday and thursday night's. They have great food,but the kitchen isn't open consistently. If they had aset schedule, it would be even better. Call ahead, but definitely check it out because its awesome.

Great rehab of a long time bar location. A light beer kinda place, and that's just fine. Lively atmosphere on the weekends.

This is a phenomenal bar. The live music is typically weekends only, but their entertainment is always beyond perfect (& with no cover charge). The staff is friendly, as are the owners (when present), & the regulars are a bonus. Give this place a chance, even if it seems "dead". You'll never be disappointed.

Great little bar with great staff. Cared about making a proper old fashion. Reid and Sheri were fantastic. They were very friendly and personable. We'll definitely be back!

Best crawfish in town! And 6.99 is not cheap, but this early in season and the quality, this was a steal! Definitely beats Bennos 2lbs for 23.95!!!!!

Very cool bar with a pool table and live music. Quite spacious. String drinks. Solid spot to chill out with a drink.

Good new find. Music is good and the decor cool for a simple hangout. Bar tending is a bit slow and customer service training would help. All in all, worth visiting but needs refinement on service.

It would be great if Bubbas cooperated with the current Dickens event going on at the Strand, but I guess they don't want to get along like that. Too bad for them, I'll do all I can to not let ANYONE forget.

Bartenders drunk. People smoking cigarettes and vaping inside and at bar with bartenders watching,. Underage kids drinking, crappy bands, this place is really going down hill. The owner is away the employees (kids will play). The good reviews must be from underaged, dope smoking idiots. What a disappointment!

I have no idea how their food actually taste, because we were standing waiting for someone to assist us for close to 5 minutes. Meanwhile I saw a lady sat down kept looking in our Direction and just assumed she was a customer eating. Ended up she was one of the workers that just couldn't be bothered to actually come seat us at first until later and looking irritated. Of course we just left and went somewhere much better. We decided on the Rainforest Cafe instead and it was phenomenal. We appreciate that lady for ignoring us so we had a chance to have an amazing experience there instead.
