Great place and good food. Don't listen to the bad reviews, been coming here for a couple of years now. Love the lady's great customer service and she's always smiling! Gotta love that! Tip #1: if ordering for take out.. they usually take 15 minutes to have your order ready, so plan ahead. Lots of people like this place so it's normal to wait a little bit for your food to be ready even if dinning in, keep in mind this is a family owned business, not a famous food chain. Tip #2: Try the combination Mei Fun. Tip #3: Relax and enjoy the calmed and friendly environment.

The owner of this place is amazing and yes the wait is a little long but it is worth it. She is exceptional with her customer service skills always ask about my family my son. She’s the sweetest. Also my order is always quite big and she gives me a soda.

Wanted to give 4 stars, but couldn't do it. I've been coming here for about 6 years. The food is beyond excellent compared to the prices. Other Chinese restaurants in the area do not compare to uncle wing. The only reason I debated giving 4 stars is because of the wait time, the state of the restaurant itself and no delivery. They take a little extra time to cook, so if you phone an order in, they'll tell you 10-15 minutes, but really its gonna take 30 minutes. Not a big deal for me, as I live about 25 minutes away. The dining area isn't necessarily dirty or gross, but is definitely waaaay dated. It's not very aesthetic even for a fast food Chinese restaurant. I am giving 5 stars because the quality of the food is so great, it heavily outweighs the cons.

They are really good people there the service is really sweet we always like to go to Uncle Wing restaurant with my family they are real nice to us all and we do love our old servers they work there and the management they are so kind to us all and help us with our food

Our local go to Chinese take out place. Good portions, cooked fresh. You can find cheaper places but Uncle Wings has consistently better food quailty. Orders do take around 30-45 min, sometimes longer on busier nights but its made with love so worth the wait. I wish they had pictures of each dish on their website is my only nitpick.

This is my first time visiting. At first I was a bit nervous as there was no one in there but the staff. They may also be doing some renovations. I was very impressed by the food however. The Spicy is filled to the brim with peppers and onions and it really didn’t disappoint, I love egg drop soup and a pint goes a long way and it was delicious. I basically ordered from there because I wanted some steamed dumplings and wow I was in love with them and finally the crab Rangoon was another awesome treat. The price for it all was affordable and well worth it. Uncle wing made my tastebuds sing with so many oooos and ahhhs I had to share my review. Yes, it was my first time and I will make this my favorite Chinese restaurant in Garland, Hands down

I love this place been coming here since my teen years and I still love their food. Their egg drop soup is mouth watering. The orange chicken is also one of my favorites and my son loves the mei fun. Awesome place and I will always continue recommending them.

Excellent food. I ordered hot and spicy chicken she told me people dont order it often. Too spicy she said. It was very spicy but I wouldn't say too spicy. I do appreciate the warning as it's not for everybody. LARGE portions though. $10 for hot&spicy steamed rice and 2 egg rolls. One meal is enough for two. Seriously. My favorite Chinese place.

Love the food here. Beware good food takes time. So if takes more then usual time don't fret, It's worth the wait. The lady who runs it is always nice! Love the fact that due to Covid she has the front setup and easy for takeout pickup. Uses gloves and keeps it clean. Thanks for good food Uncle Wing!!

They have a very unique recipe for their hot and sour soup. Loaded with vegetables, which I like, but it did not have a lot of flavor. It just wasn’t what I am used to ordering from other Chinese restaurants. I found myself adding chili oil and soy sauce to try & make it taste better. Piping hot though, which I love. The Szechuan chicken was not very spicy and lacked flavor. It was also mostly vegetables. I think I found about 3 small pieces of chicken in the whole order. All in all, it wasn’t terrible, but I won’t be in a hurry to come back.

Doorbell rings lady (owner) walks out...looks at me and completely ignores me...she goes back and forth to the kitchen and I am standing at the counter and she never greeted me or takes my order. After ten minutes I'm still waiting to be helped. Each time she comes out she looks at me but doesn't take my order. I finally left with no food and won't go back there again.

Terrible, no taste, no seasoning. The lady that takes the order doesn't listen or understand what you're saying. She got my order wrong. They don't put eggs in the shrimp fried rice as they should. There was no taste at all. The inside was blocked off with several industrial boxes of to go plates along with a red long couch. Their mission is for you to order and leave..you can't sit down and eat or use the restroom. It's a ran down establishment and a zero star customer service experience. The food is not great at all. Don't waste your time and money going here. You'll be happy you took my advice.

While the food is always good and hot, the service is always so slow. While I understand it's a small mom and pop restaurant, placed my via phone, it took them 45 minutes for a simple order. 9 times out of 10 my order is not ready when they say it will be.
