Avis sur Pratogrande Sport Village Garlate
The facility is multipurpose, but I've only been to the swimming pool, so I'm only writing about the swimming portion. Typically, in the mornings, there are at least three lanes dedicated to freestyle swimming, but I've found it to be crowded, with 3-4 people in the same pool. There's a "speed" pool for fin-swimming, but it's also regularly used by doggie swimmers. Obviously, the flaw isn't the facility itself, but rather the carelessness of its users. I've been to many pools, including many abroad, and I must say that they're generally superior in quality to those in Italy. In this regard, the Pratogrande facility is second to none. The pools are almost always spotless, and the areas are dry, showers, changing rooms, and bathrooms are clean. Showers and hairdryers aren't free, but are managed via a card that can be recharged. The cost isn't excessive, and it's a great way to avoid waste. The staff at reception is very kind and helpful, as is the bar, where they make excellent espressos and you can chat quietly at the tables, watching those who practice in the pool. This means parents of children don't crowd around the poolside to watch their kids, but often stop by. At the bar, you can pay both cash and by card. The afternoon is usually dedicated to classes, but a lane is also dedicated to open swimming. In fact, open swimming lanes, which can be booked via the app, are often unavailable due to lack of space. So, for open swimming, it's best to choose a morning pass only, unless you book the day before. P.S. I've read other reviews and heard complaints about the high price. Honestly, perhaps it is, but I think it's fair to maintain the current standard.
Everything was excellent. The pool isn't huge, but it's well-organized, with two lanes, including one for free swimming. Wonderful lawn with very comfortable loungers. Friendly, smiling staff. Bar service right on the lawn... Average prices considering the quality of service offered 👍 Absolutely recommended for a relaxing day! Well done
Federica at the front desk was very kind and provided detailed information about the various courses. My daughter, Gaia, has been taking synchronized swimming classes for two years and gets along great with all the staff. Maria Adele was very professional. The bar staff was very friendly.
My 10 year old daughter and I were there yesterday, the staff were very kind and helpful! Excellent cleanliness thanks also to the lifeguards who work very hard. Large and well-kept lawn, large and spacious pool and a small pool for children, attached to a very small pool with hydromassage only over 18. We had lunch at the bar, excellent quality/price. We will be back
Today, as often happens, I went to have breakfast. The place is not 10 out of 10, but, despite being alone to manage a large number of people, Mrs. Laura, thanks to her professionalism, friendliness and kindness, cheered up my day.
I played tennis, finding a court with excellent lighting and good synthetic, pleasantly surprised by the type of bounce and comfortable for slides. Attention for those who book using the App -PUC (book a court) call to be sure. Price valid for the structure, 1h with lights, without heating - €20.
The structure and overall 5-star quality, the organization of the children's swimming courses is obscene... both from personal experience and from everyone's opinion, doing the same course three to four times every time before moving up a level is absurd... do the math yourself on how much a lesson costs, x 12 lessons, x 4 times... when in other structures at the end of each course you move on to another shift
Renovated and clean, normal pools, many courses on offer, unfortunately some teachers with children are not up to par and some choices, such as the impossibility of transferring or converting a previously purchased entry package in the event that you cannot use it, is not a good policy in my opinion.
Nice place, suitable for a Sunday, but nothing exceptional. The restaurant service is truly awful; inedible to say the least. I expected better service, the staff giving vague answers. There's a reason it's the only pool with free spots these days.
Problems with an instructor who mistreated my 8-year-old son. He yelled at him loudly, and the whole pool heard. He came back crying and doesn't want to go back. We filed a complaint, and they did nothing. Terrible service and mistreatment. I don't recommend it. Don't take your children there. They also refused to refund the money for the classes he couldn't attend.
Tennis court failed. Worn surface, with inconsistent bounce. Very high net. Pricing policy not very transparent. I played in the morning, but due to the court's dirty roofing from years of neglect and the bad weather, it was practically dark inside. When I asked to turn on the lights, they asked for an extra €7, saying the court was cheap. The court is cheap because it's really shabby and old. €7 for lights is about 30 times the energy consumed by those eight light bulbs in an hour. Between lights and heating, I would have paid as much as a brand-new, perfect court elsewhere.
The tennis court lighting setup was poorly organized. It was practically impossible to see the ball, so we asked the cashier to turn on the lights. The girl did so immediately without mentioning any additional cost. After 20-30 minutes, however, she interrupted the match again to ask for an additional fee, which, I repeat, she had never mentioned before.
Rude and unfriendly staff. The place is always crowded. I absolutely do not recommend it.
Over priced Different price for indoor/outdoor Only 1 hour alliances swimming indoor Food terrible tastless Staff at reception slightly standoffish You have to pay for shower and to use hair-dryers Same price children and adult Absolutely disappointed
I'm not one to give reviews, but sometimes I have to... I do my annual free swimming in the indoor pool. I have no complaints about the indoor pool, nor about the lifeguards and reception, who are always kind and competent. Yesterday was my first time going to the outdoor pool (summer park), because I'm enjoying it and wanted to try it. To be honest, I failed the outdoor pool; the pool floor is dirty. Besides that, it was the first time in a summer park where I learned that you couldn't even eat because obviously I have to eat there, where the food is honestly not to my taste. My partner and I wanted to have an aperitif there, but honestly, after what happened with the food, we preferred to do it elsewhere!
I had a really bad experience. The bar staff is rude and doesn't know how to make cocktails. What's more, if you ask for a change, they give you a dirty look. The wait is interminable. Advice: Change the staff.
The price was absolutely too high, outrageous! Given that my little girl wants me to teach her to swim, I went there to stay in the indoor pool and teach her a thing or two. Adult admission is €8 FOR ONE HOUR, and my 5-year-old daughter pays the same as me! Needless to say, there's a charge for a hairdryer and shower. The hour I paid for flew by, so after spending €16, my daughter wants to stay in the pool, but alas, the indoor one closes at 5:00 PM. I offered to pay the difference at the cashier's desk and go outside for another hour, but they told me that both of us (despite the late hour and the very high price already paid) had to pay another two full-price tickets for the afternoon outdoor pool. With great disappointment, I decided to give up.
The scenery is beautiful. The atmosphere is clean and tidy. The price is excessive, the pool isn't big, and you have to eat at the bar. We booked for lunch, arrived, and were seated in a spot that wasn't shaded. We asked if we could move to one of the many shaded tables, but they wouldn't let us. We waited an hour and a half for our dishes to arrive, and one was even wrong, but we ate it anyway. Many people who arrived after us ate first. After an hour, they told us that the server was malfunctioning and that our orders were blocked... The waitresses were young and inexperienced. This is not how you treat your customers.
