Although it's been open for a while, I'm surprised Mr. Google hasn't located it already. This restaurant was already known for its previous location, in Gavà. They changed their situation and the new owners of Gavà kept the name. Now, the management and the original team are in Viladecans, on a corner behind Carrefour (note Carrefour as a possible parking lot if you can't find it on the same street). The restaurant is small, familiar and cozy. It has a main room, one on the first floor and a huge terrace with many tables and ideal space for vermouth and breakfast. With better weather it will be very useful, I'm sure. The cuisine is excellent and the service is very friendly and professional. Mediterranean cuisine, ours, the same as always, taking care of good ingredients and made in the traditional way. I mean that a smoke is made, not bought in powder form. On the occasion of a gathering of friends, about ten of us, we ordered a little bit of everything and it got out of hand because we didn't know the quantities. The huge calçot croquettes are fabulous, the brothy rice with lobster, as it should be, tasty and just right. We ordered some tripe as a snack for two and they really gave you a good casserole that we would have eaten with. Delicious, by the way, even with its spicy touch (tripes that don't itch, they are not tripe). Shrimp pancakes, Iberian secret, sirloin... We ordered a little bit of everything and it was great, even the desserts. More than recommended place, as well as the reservation or you will be left without a place. Special for special days and for those that are not so special.

She prepared an exquisite paella for four of us; the ingredients were super fresh. While she was preparing the paella, she gave us a plate of Andalusian-style anchovies, which were delicious.

The food is quality, but they have a very limited menu. I've ordered a few things several times, only to have them forget them, and they're a bit unfriendly, serving the dishes in a messy way.

We went one night on a recommendation; there was hardly anyone there, just three other tables besides ours. The service was quite slow; we sat down around 8:30 pm and left around 1 am. We went with the menu already checked, intending to order their meat dishes. To our surprise, after a while, neither of the two meats we ordered were available, and the only thing left was one ribeye steak. We don't understand why, with dinner service and early opening time, they have so few dishes to offer, especially since some of the tapas were also unavailable. Despite that, the food is good. However, that day the ham hock was cut very thick, and some of the cockles had sand in them. The suckling pig was delicious; I recommend it, and the salad was huge. If you're not very patient, I wouldn't recommend it because of the long wait for the food.

Average food at high prices with incredibly slow and inattentive service. A portion of suckling pig cost €12.50 and a 1-liter bottle of water was €4! We commented that €4 for a 1-liter bottle of water seemed excessive, and they told us that was the price. The receipt was handwritten, and they don't accept cards... a bad sign. We didn't like it at all. I won't be back, and I can't recommend it.

It took a long time to take our order, even though we had a reservation and the dishes were already chosen. To make matters worse, we had to change our dishes because they had run out of food because it had been served to other tables who didn't have a reservation. Disappointing.
