The "eat and drink" thing is exactly what it is: stuffing yourself with food and drink, without any regard for quality. And for that price, between seven and eleven euros, it's actually quite good. The staff are friendly and the place is nice. The downside is the service is incredibly slow; you practically have to go into the kitchen yourself before someone comes to the counter. Plus, they only had the original crust and you couldn't choose thin crust, I suppose so you'd fill up faster and order less.

Low-cost pizzeria in every sense: wait time, quality, and price are completely unrelated. It's always packed, a bit chaotic, the service is unremarkable, the place is poorly maintained, etc. ❤️ The pizza and drink buffet seems pointless to me, and as a consumer, it makes little sense, since it makes it difficult to try different pizzas unless you eat them all, which is already a challenge. ❤️ In my experience, there are better fast-food places in the center of Getafe. When we arrived, we ordered four takeaways. They told us they didn't have any thin crust pizzas. When the thick-crust pizzas arrived, there was a hair in the pizza. We then wanted more and asked if they could give us thin crust pizzas, and they said yes, so we could fill up on the thick-crust pizza and not order more. Terrible.

Buenas ofertas, pero en la noche parece que las que atienden ya se quieren ir a casa, dicen que no hay ofertas así mismo en la oferta de comer sin limites parece que solo esperan que te repletes con una pizza se demora el pedido a mesa!! más de media hora por una pizza mediana y atendieron a otros 5 o 6 clientes antes que me trajeran la pizza mediana, lamentable...

Desde las 22 llamando y me dejaron en el teléfono más de 15min esperando que me atiendan, mandan promos al correo de 3X1 a domicilio web y app pero ellos nunca lo quieren aplicar cuando uno llama, la Domino's burger sin pepinillo son salsa y la carne sabía a carne vieja, a todos nos dió dolor de tripa, y las demás tampoco estaban buenas como las anteriores veces que hemos pedido han desmejorado mucho y son muy mal educados al tomar pedido

Pésimo servicio al cliente. Se han confundido en traerme la pizza y la respuesta de la persona que se ha puesto al teléfono (una chica) ha sido que me pueden traer otra pero cuando al repartidor le venga bien, que me tengo que esperar el tiempo que haga falta y, por su puesto, que no me coma la otra pizza. Además de esto, me ha hablado con soberbia y prepotencia alegando que no era su problema ya que no es culpa de ella que la pizza haya salido mal por lo que no iban a sacar la nueva pizza con prioridad.

Que vengueza de servicio por Parte de la empleada de este local la tia siempre es muy Borde hacia el trato con los clientes y no es ni la primera vez que consumimos en ese local y siempre es esa chica morena delgada deberían de cambiar personal la chica que estaba de turno el dia 17 de febrero a las 14:30 fuimos por un come y bebe y la niña es pequeña y por que la niña llegaba al máximo de la línea ni pasaba lo unico que pasaba era la coleta siempre deja una mala experiencia esa empleada como lo mencione antes no es la primera vez. Deberían de cambiar personal mejor

The service was terrible. The woman serving me couldn't wait two seconds for me to choose my pizza toppings. She was gesturing and making faces, writing down whatever she felt like. I presented a discount coupon, and her reaction was even worse. She entered the wrong prices, and when we asked her about them, she looked like the end of the world. I told her, "If you're really busy, it's no problem, just give me a refund." She didn't even know how to process a refund. She called the manager and told her I didn't like the prices on the receipt. To avoid further issues, since it was obvious she wasn't passionate about her job, we went to another Domino's. Sure enough, she was entering the wrong prices there, because everything was correct at the other one. So, the staff at this Domino's were awful.

It was a disgrace. We paid for a 5-pack of food and drinks, approximately €39. We ordered 5 pizzas for the first round, and so far, so good. For the second round, they told us it was reduced to 3 pizzas. This makes no sense since we paid for 5-packs, not 3. The manager told us it was in the rules and asked if we couldn't read Spanish. First of all, the rules stated in small print that the pizzas would decrease progressively; it didn't specify the quantity or anything. We went from 5 pizzas to 3. I asked for and filled out a complaint form, which the manager didn't even come to collect after I had signed it. He also didn't give me a copy. If the rules change or aren't clear, they should be communicated to the customers. Even so, next time it's definitely better to order 3-packs and 2 pizzas, if it ends up being cheaper. Very unhappy with the staff who served us that day, I hope my complaint form doesn't get thrown in the trash.

It's inexplicable that this place didn't pass inspection, and especially that the store manager has this attitude toward customers. They should check the cameras and take this type of behavior into account because, in addition to what I've mentioned, while I was waiting for my order to be taken, everyone inside was yelling and saying things they don't like about their jobs and who was closing the store, etc. In addition to all of the above, they took my purchase receipt... BE CAREFUL! They're so quick to charge you that they charge you twice. I recently placed an online order, which was charged to my card.
