I can't get enough L&L. If I had the money I would definitely own my own franchise. I've been getting the seafood mix with BBQ beef for 10+ years and it never disappoints. The spam masabi is bomb too.

Went to lunch with my mom, uncle and aunt. The cashier was friendly and I always enjoy chicken katsu (my favorite)

Phone orders are always a breeze. So friendly and accommodating. They always make sure you have everything you need from utensils to sauces!

I like to go there during my lunch when I go to work to Gilroy. Food is really good and they have many options. Their employees are always nice and friendly.

Delicious food prepared as you order it so be patient about receiving food... It arrives fresh and hot but it takes time. Worth the wait so be patient.

The Fish Sandwich looked plain, no lettuce and no tomatoes, but when I tasted it, it was very delicious !!! I was very happy and surprised !!! Everyone was very happy with their meal. We will definitely visit this L&L BBQ when we are in the Gilroy area. Great service...

Normal L&L, very nice service though. Last week in Sunnyvale I was able to order Katsu Curry Chicken, but not here only gravy not curry. Is this a new thing that will change over time, hope not.

BBQ Chicken Bowl and Combination plate were bomb. Well that's what my husband said. On the other hand, the orange chicken wasn't good at all. My daughter said that it was too dry and needed a lot of sauce. This is why I'm raiting this place with 4 stars. The girl that took my order was really nice and has great customer service.

Wonderful Katsu Chicken, Sugar Donuts and crispy Pot Stickers! Fast service, pleasant staff and easy parking. (well, easy at 8:30 pm)

The seafood platter is fine and good. I love the fresh saimen with protein options. Hawaiian refreshments and macaroni salad are authentic.

If they could provide 2 scoops of brown rice for the extra dollar charge that would make sense. Instead of one scoop lol. The spicy chicken is pricy but so good

It was okaaaay. But people were awesome I mean staff were very kewl and quick service. But still not as good as the Hawaiian BBQ in Turlock CA. A bit pricey💸 but on plus side they do have mini plates and that's a bonus!!!🤙

I loved the food and the smell of the food that hits you when you open the door. But my food was good till I got to the rice. The rice was soggy and mushy. It was also covered in grease. And when I went the service was slow. Other than that it was very good.

DoorDashed and got one bite of pork. I didn’t order a salad I got the Kailua pork. Food is good but these portions are crazy.

The only place that serves honeydew milk and plain chicken. Today I ordered non marinated chicken with double salad. My non marinated chicken was only two slices. :(

Apparently its been to long since i ordered the ahi poke bc now it comed in s salsa side cup. Literally the ones chipotle gives for their salsa. Last time. All other plates seem over priced. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Overpriced fried food. No thank you.

I am a disabled senior... As I ordered our Katsu dinner the employee took my order and said it will take 12 min... 30 minutes later no food..., While others would order and get their food... My friend ordered quite a bit after me and with a larger order... He walked out before us... So after 35 min we cancelled our order...Sad!!!

Straight to the point i ordered the BBQ combo and the saltiness of meat made it inedible. Only thing i was able to eat was the rice and noodle salad. Highly disappointed after reading such high reviews of the place. Can't say i will try them again

The cashier lady was a bit rude, I paid like $75 an some change an got a fountain drink thinking they had sprite or Sierra mist or something an they did not, so i tried root beer, I don't drink anything but that or water, asked her how much the bottled 7 up soda was an she told me was the same in price so I asked if I could exchange for that and leave my cup or throw it away an she said no we don't do that. And I left a tip before I got food or service wishing I hadn't at that point. Will not be coming back here when visiting my family in Gilroy. Also I've worked In restaurants and ordered the cases of syrup for the soda an its pennies on the dollar so makes no sense, bay area I guess.

Just made a pit stop on our way back home to Sacramento from Monterey and decided to eat here. I have had Hawaiian bbq multiple times and this is the worst in the books. With everything as high as it is, for $22 I got oiled food and barely any beef. If you don’t like greasy foods this is not recommended at all! Completely disgusted will never go back EVER!

My girlfriend ordered a bowl that the menu clearly says comes with rice and steamed vegetables, but when it arrived it only had rice, meat, and a little cabbage. When she asked about the vegetables, she was told they had to be purchased separately. That was disappointing and confusing, since the menu states they’re included. The food was fine, but the description should be clearer so customers know exactly what they’re getting.

Then she awkwardly just stares at me and says nothing to the point I have to say, oh sorry are you ready, I thought you were counting? She replies yes, as if she was waiting for me the whole time. She clearly hates her job and you can tell by looking at her face. The chicken sucked. Was overly cooked and hard to chew. Kids fries were horrible. The Mac salad was just all mayo and not even cold. Place looks messy bunch of hanging paper signs with food options and some paper covering prices and food items. I will never come here again.
