I was in the area, and have not have their wings in a while. Food was yummy as usual. Clean interior. Friendly and helpful staff. Prompt service. I'm absolutely comin back here again. Keep up the fabulous work!

Everything was hot , fresh and came with friendly service. I ordered online and there was no issues, smooth transaction. Arrived and only had to wait a few minutes for them to bag my order.

Excellent service delicious food, fast service , I came in order and in less then 10 min my order was ready fresh and tasty. Will be coming back more often.

Customer service was great. It was our first time trying Wing stop. They let my boyfriend try an atomic wing before ordering. We got 20 wings, cheese fries, and cajun corn (delishhhhh) for around $30 . They give you a lot of food for the price and it was overall a great tasty experience.

They always get my food on point. They are super sweet and have great service. I don’t like that they give me a whole bunch of potato skin for fries.

Wings and fries cooked to order. Fries seem to be fresh cut, but can be a bit soggy, depending on how busy they are. If you just want wings, you might want to try this place over BWW. Their "original" hot sauce is pretty balanced, although certainly has some bite. If you are looking for hotter, they have an "atomic" sauce, but I find that the flavor is not that good and kind of ruins the wings. All in all a good option when you just want wings and don't want to wait for a table. They also offer online ordering for both dine-in and take-out.

The crew here is nicer than at other locations. Not sure if it's because I'm a regular here or because the manager emphasizes customer service. Quality of food never disappoints.

The lady spaced out when taking our order, then finally snapped out of it and apologized. Then I told her I didn't need a lid for my drink cup, so she threw it in the trash. The whole point of me not using a lid was to reduce waste. Then she later asked if i wanted a lid and threw that one in the trash when I said no. Food was ok but salty.

However, it’s also fast food, so one has to lower one’s expectations to a fast food scale. And in doing so, let me say that by fast food standards, their wings are very good. However, if you’re looking for hot wings in the vein of the Hot Ones YouTube show, there is nothing here that is going to make you sweat. They have absolutely the best fries in the fast food industry. Reheat them in an air fryer the next day and they’re just as good. The restaurant was clean. Restrooms were clean. They have one of the new Coca Cola soda dispensers that offer over 100 different combinations of flavors. Even the pickiest of patrons can find something for themselves. Despite not being overly busy, they staff did seem overwhelmed. My pregnant wife dropped her cup of i e near the counter and the staff of twelve all glanced over and went back to what they were doing, letting her and I pick up the random chunks of I w that littered the floor. While she did drop it and it was out responsibility to clean it up, no one ever offered assistance, and worse never checked to see that it was cleaned up properly. No one brought a wet floor sign. The incident came and went, forgotten in moments. Our order took longer than expected, as at least a half dozen other orders placed after us were filled before ours. Maybe our order was larger or had some component that took longer, but it was simple wings and fries. Who knows? The staff were friendly and responsive at the counter.

The heavy set Hispanic girl with the eyeliner on heavy is very rude! She need not to touch customers. I will not be back to wing service the horrible service with this person was unexceptionable when asked her name she wouldn’t give it to me! Might want to have shoppers go into this store

Refused to let me use the restroom, demanded that we wait outside even though I was the only person in the store. I am disabled and was comfortably and quietly waiting for my order on a bench inside. Wings were good but I certainly did k no it feel welcomed. I will not be back.

Took 25mins (I thought it’s fast food?) Also they demand you share your phone number which I refuse to provide, they should respect your privacy and I don’t need their marketing junk.

The food is always good always best to go during the day do not recommend going after 8:00 pm and I don't know what's up with Wingstop did they change the fries because they are not the same but overall way better than the Morgan Hill location

Me and my fiancé accidentally order 16 bgq boneless wings and we realized it tell we got there and I ask if the can fix it and this is what they said "we can't fix it cause it was already suased and wouldn't know what to do with them, we would have to throw them away casue they where already sused. I told them I work in the the food district as well and if some messed up on the order we would take it home cssue it was already paid for and we had to pay additional 10 bucks for 10 on top of the 25 that we paid for.

Hello, i ordered food for pick up at 10:45pm. My order was not ready in time ao i had to white, when i told the lady i was here for a pickup andbgave her the name she asked for a confirmation number and said it wasnt ready. While waiting i saw multiple people walk in and get theres and saw 2 gentlemen walk up for pickups and didnt even know the names and wasbgiving the food without a confirmation number and felt racially profiled. After 15 min of waiting i asked about my order and it was in the back counter just sitting there for who knows how long and i was the only one waiting in the store. Not only was i kept waiting for no reason and missing food i also felt racially profiled.

Check your receipt. I've been overcharged 4 out of 4 visits here. Once might be a mistake, but 4 times is no mistake. It's a company boosting it's bottom line by adding a bit to each customer's bill. In my visits, they conveniently forget to give you the $0.60 special on Mondays & Tuesdays, or charge you for sauces that should be included. Today I ordered 10 wings plain, with bbq & ranch on the side. You get two sauces inched with 10 wings, but they charged me for an extra sauce. They've always refunded the difference when I bring it to their attention, but this shouldn't be happening. They're stealing from their customers. Food has always been good. Just watch your receipt!

The place was nice, the people seemed patient, but they gotta stop losing tickets, it's the second time I eat there and both times I've waited longer than 20 minutes for my food, too many cooks in the back to be losing my ticket and having to make my food after I ask for it.

Last Wingstop I went to didn't charge for sauce. This one convinced me to get one of each then charged me almost $3 After seeing it on the receipt, I tried asking them to undo it or let me return the unopened sauces. Wouldn't let me. Sounds petty I know but tricking someone into spending $3 on sauce and making them hold that L is a great way to make sure they never want to visit again

I'm only giving one star because it won't let me give a 0 star rating. The wings were absolutely disgusting, most of it consisted of salt. It's as if they douse it in salt then seasoning and then more salt a couple times. I didn't get a quarter of the way eating them because of how bad they were.

Nasty burn greasy fries - the wing very salty and nasty -I spend almost 40 dollars for nasty food a call to complain and they say I will do you order but is going to be the same that's how it is so I have to go and tell the manager I want my money back is no way I well it this food for porks. I will never come back again. people don't ask why is better to eat a burrito from the lunch truck.
