Phenomenal food, presented well and in generous portions. I came during restaurant week and had the wedge salad (so delicious), Moroccan bowl with beef tips (tender & cooked to med-rare perfection), and the coconut cream pie. Paired dinner with a Spanish Rioja, all for under $75. Ashley the server was accommodating and considerate, which contributed to a great experience overall. Give this place a try!

What started as a dinner party for 20, turned into my amazing, beautiful wedding dinner party. Rebecca was amazing! She was always genuinely friendly, extremely accommodating and all around an extreme pleasure to work with. Her staff were also amazing; Jolene and the wait staff alike. Jolene organized my dinner party beautifully and just how I asked and the wait staff were extremely on point. Never once did my husband nor myself need to ask for something or were lacking anything. They tended to my party better than I have ever seen. And the food, I don't know where to even begin... the NY strip was absolute perfection and every single dish that my family ate were all raved about: brisket lasagna, crab soup, salmon and the amazing carrot cake. Seriously I can't say enough good things. My husband and I can't wait to come back! Thank you so much for everything!

This may be one of the best restaurants I've been to in the area. Luckily, we were rejected by two nearby restaurants because they were full so we decided to go here. This was actually my second visit and both times, the food has been absolutely to die for. It is pricey but worth it because you're getting quality, well seasoned and wonderful food. I can't wait to go back!

Superb meal, fantastic service from our waitress Erin and great ambiance. My husband raved about his very tender and tasty ribeye. The Jersey tomato salad was absolutely delicious as was the blackened shrimp. Be sure and save room for dessert! Overall great experience and very much looking forward to a return visit!

Overall excellent experience. The candied garlic spare ribs are a must, cocktails are on point, and saving the best for last we had the most outstanding service with Emma. She was very pleasant while remaining extremely attentive throughout the entire evening. She demonstrated the perfect balance of kindness & professionalism. Thank you Emma!

Came in with my wife for Valentine's Day after road tripping it up from Long Island. We chose the Valentine's day special, Chateaubriand. It was cooked to perfection, everything from the soup down to the desert was made with passion. Our server Ashley was excellent, from start to finish. I highly recommend checking them out, it's seldom you can find food that you can tell is made by someone who really puts a culmination of experience and creativity into each dish.

This restaurant was a pleasant surprise find for us. We were looking for a great tasting meal and found this place by luck. Parking at the restaurant is fairly difficult at dinner time. I had the Charleston She Crab Soup and the Seafood Bouillabaisse shown in the photo which tasted great and the portions were ample. The service was excellent. The only downside was the price which was on the high side. Overall, a wonderful experience!

We had dinner here on Saturday night and from beginning to end the meal was perfect! We sat outside on the porch and our waitress, Ashley, was attentive but didn’t rush us! We had the seafood bouillabaisse and “Grandma’s fried chicken”! Both were delicious! The wine was also delicious! We will be back more often as we’d forgotten what a gem this place is in our town!!

Oh my godddd. The NY strip and salad. Some oysters on the half shell. And the bread pudding. I'm stuffeddddd and satisfied.

I am still kicking myself for not taking pics of my food. When I tell a chef I want my filet mignon to moo back at me, I expect it to moo back at me. Guess what? that's what I got. The gluten free calamari was to die for. Not rubbery, very crispy and a very generous portion. The atmosphere was very calm, classy and not in a snobbish sort of way. I will definitely be going back there when I'm in Glens Falls. Update: I went back again and took a few pics.

The service was great. We had a reservation and arrived a few minutes early and there was no delay getting seated. Our waitress was very prompt and friendly. She was very good with our little one. Food was very good. The sticky garlic spare ribs were really yummy and the whole table enjoyed them the. All of our meals were exactly as we ordered and expected and tastes fantastic. Would highly recommend and will certainly come back when we're in the area again.

I had a wonderful Mother's Day Brunch here with my family. The food was delicious and the portions were large! The porch was nice and warm for a cold rainy day! Great service from our server, Sara! I always have a good experience here!

Frankly I love this place. I had no idea that Glens Falls had such a cute downtown area. This restaurant was simply wonderful. From the food to the outdoor patio to our waitress Ashley. We tried several different appetizers which were quite delicious- mussels, stuffed escargots, Moroccan lamb cigars, and oysters. Even the house salad was divine- which roasted chickpeas on it! I was impressed with everything… except the pulled pork grilled cheese. That was not a favorite of ours. Thankfully it was only one part of our experience so I still think Morgan & Co. deserves 5 stars for such a interesting dining experience. We will be back again!

We attended a wedding at Morgan & Co this past weekend, and everything was amazing. The venue is beautiful and was decorated for fall. The service was great, and we enjoyed the seasonal cocktails. Most of all, the food was fabulous. We loved the cocktail hour, especially the puff pastries. The buffet dinner was awesome - the pumpkin gnocchi is to die for. Highly recommend.

My husband took me here for our anniversary dinner. It was a great experience! The staff so friendly and accommodating. They even helped him make the night extra especial by reserving a nice window table. A beautiful vase of flowers he had delivered there was waiting for me! The manager Jolene was wonderful. The waitress also great! The food and dessert was delicious!

Best octopus in Queensbury, enough said. Morgan and Co feels rich and luxurious inside without a proteinous air at all. Service is impeccable and food solid and well balanced, again the octopus was just melt in your mouth!

I always make a point to stop in at Morgan & Co every time I am up visiting my family. It's such a cozy warm atmosphere and the food is very good. I highly recommend the She Crab soup and the Bubbly Shrimp and Octopus Appetizer as well as the escargot amd Truffle Deviled Eggs if you want a light option fare especially sitting at the bar next to the fireplace. It does have a TV to watch a game as well. Mike & Mike are great bartenders!

What a fantastic experience dining here last night. They only have a couple vegan options but wow the Inca Bowl was possibly the best vegan meal I have ever been cooked. Absolutely worth every single penny. The atmosphere is cozy and everyone working there was a pleasure to connect with. Will definitely be returning. Thank you for your vegan options!!

If you want expertly prepared seafood, go to Morgan & Co. - the fish is always perfect! My mom loves the ribs. Order the country pate if it’s on the menu. Make sure you sit on the patio in the summer.

First visit. Hope to come again. Regular getaway vacationers to Lake George my wife and I made this our send off meal. Reminded me of the Belhurst Castle in Geneva. Dinner on the porch as the sun replaced a summer rain. Coquille St Jacques for her and I had the rib eye. Both out of this world good. Could pull the medium rare meat apart with a fork.

Was in Glens Falls for the Adirondack Theatre Festival, and decided to try this place for pre-show dinner. The house is simply stunning; a beautifully restored historic gem. The staff were all incredibly polite, helpful and attentive. I ordered the wedge salad (delicious and with house-made blue cheese dressing!), and for entree- the chicken piccata meatballs...oh, my heavenly creator, they were astounding!!....I would do anything for the recipe....you have to try them. Chicken. Piccata. Meatballs!!! Great food. Great people. Great restaurant. I will go again and again anytime that I find myself back in Glens Falls.

All we have to say is: OMG!! The food, in our opinion, was UH-MAZINGLY Delicious!! The location is right in Downtown Glens Falls. We recommend that you make a reservation as they become extremely busy and fast. We walked in and greeted with a friendly staff member and with a smile. Upon being seated, our waitress (Sue) greeted us almost immediately. As she was taking our appetizer order, there was some light fun conversation & she made reference to herself as being, "Aunt Susie" (this is going somewhere, I promise). Anyway, for starters, my husband ordered the: Charleston She Crab 🦀 Soup. It was REEEEALLY GOOD, Tasty & Savory. Oh & let me not forget the Crab Fondue 😱. Not the kind of cheesy fondue you would think of but it does have the cheese & a whole lot of crab 🦀 meat (which we love). This was served with vegetables & small sliced up toasted bread. Sooo goood!! For the entrees: I got the Coconut Pineapple 🍍 Shrimp 🍤 Supper with the Candied Garlic Braised Spare Ribs (so tender). My dinner is the one pictured on this review. The presentation of this dish was beautiful & picture worthy. The flavors of this entree: OMG! 😱 They were to die for. My whole entire dinner was pleasingly, DELICIOUS & Filling My husband ordered: Grilled Berkshire Pork Chop (unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to take a picture of his because I was too busy stuffing my face... LOL 😂). This was not your ordinary size pork chop (quite big 😱). He loooved the way it tasted & he enjoyed the sweet potato frites. Our waitress comes back to us & asked us: How was everything? We told her that EVERYTHING was sooo Delicious & Good & UH-MAZIN!! And then we both at the same time said: "Thank You, Aunt Susie"! That made her smile more. During our time there, she was just on point & checking on us to see if we were still good or needed anything else & just being sooo attentive towards us. So, the next time you're up in Glens Falls, stop in and enjoy some AWESOME & DELICIOUS FOOD. You'll LOVE IT!! And be sure to ask for "Aunt Susie". 😉👍

This is by far the best restaurant in town. The food is fabulous. Make sure you try the ribs as an appetizer or dinner. The service is excellent as well inquired about the secret system of the recipes, and the chef came out to speak with us Make sure you leave alone for dessert bread pudding, outstanding Atmosphere is an old historic house if weather permitting, you can eat out on the veranda overlooking the town Square

We have ventured here twice now and it has quickly become a fan favorite. Our first time was during restaurant week and it was a wonderful experience. We came back again at the request of our little one who wanted the kids salmon again. ( They didn't need to do any convincing to get us to agree to eat here again.) The dishes and I mean every dish we've had has been delicious and amazing. Our waitress both times has been Ashley and she's just an absolute ray of sun shine. Only was able to get one photo of one of the delectable dishes. Everyone else dug in right away.

We were visiting from Chicago, where fine dining is on every block. Morgan & Co. did not disappoint. Food was amazing. Our server was phenomenal. She spent time sharing with us some unique historical things in the building. She was efficient and her recommendations were spot on. Extremely friendly staff!

Wonderful place. Charming setting and well lit. The service was top notch as was the food. Live music and properly staffed. Was a pleasant surprise and surpassed expectations. It was clear you were in a historic previous home but it was clean and kept up well. The owner/ chef was present but you got the vibe that was welcomed and enjoyed by the staff. In a essentially thankless and grueling line of work it’s nice to see staff being treated with respect.

This place is right up there with Park and Elm, and Park 26. Except for the sketchy characters lurching across in the public park. But once you're inside Morgan & Co, it's like they don't exist. I have to say, service is the best!

Arrived in Glen Falls today and had a wonderful dinner at Morgan & Company. Our server, Andrea, was amazing. Our meals were terrific, service was spot on, pace of the meal was relaxing, and I would strongly recommend this restaurant.

My family and friends dined here recently for a multi-course meal event that we “won” through a fundraising auction. We were absolutely blown away by the meal and the service. The food was delicious and abundant. We loved the oysters Rockefeller, the crab dip, the beef Wellington was to die for, the cheesecake delicious. My father said it was one of the best meals he’s ever had and this is a very highly critical diner, lemme tell ya! Our wonderful server carefully marked our leftovers, of which we had plenty, so we got to enjoy the meal again in the days following. Highly recommend Morgan for your special occasion- or no occasion!

We sat at the bar because all tables were reserved (hint!). The bar-tender was congenial and served us well. The food was excellent, although we only ate lightly on this visit: soups and fried oysters. There is a surcharge if you use a credit card so take cash or debit to avoid this. Morgan & Co is well worth a visit just to see this re-purposed mansion and enjoy the period architecture.

Beautiful restaurant with amazing food. Unique dishes and a wide variety of starters and entrees. Full bar seating or full table service. Our server was great - talkative and very attentive. Refilled our water multiple times in Dry January! We wanted to order off the dessert menu but we were stuffed! Highly recommend the Brisket Lasagna! And the Pork Chop with cranberry and stuffing is amazing and huge! In good weather there is an outdoor bar on the lawn and often live music. Seating on a front porch overlooking the lawn. It's screened in winter and heated. This is a great place for a special dinner or just when you're famished! This was our first visit and we will be back.

Went for Valentines special. Wow. Delicious full course journey and an amazing amount of quality taste. Come hungry! Beautiful venue and the flavor journey was fun and interesting. Calamari with light aioli followed with Tuna tartar before an immense entree of savory ribs, citrus glaze shrimp and chicken skewers with chinese 5 spice. Finished up with a light refreshing lemon cheesecake. Okay we had to take some home. Happy, in love, full bellies. Thanks to Chris who was an attentive and friendly server.

Really glad we found this place PROS: absolutely charming environment. The building is converted from what looks to be an early 19th century house. I would sit on the wraparound front porch all the time if I lived here, and the interior is mostly dark hardwood that looks elegant without being stuffy. The staff was very attentive (almost to the point of being too chatty at times). The food was great—we got the fried mozzarella caprese salad which had a really pleasant Thai sweet chili dressing. My Cajun crusted tuna steak with red bean pozole was well cooked and a great balance of flavor and texture. The maple bread pudding was very good as well. CONS: It’s a bit pricey, so I’d definitely say it’s a date night kind of place

We had the most lovely time at The Morgan last night. The menu is so interesting and broad in terms of options. The crab fondue! And perfect oysters and scallops. Plus a beautiful French wine and pot de crème. Such a charming building and to dine in the garden was perfect. Our server could not have been more friendly and gracious. It’s my new favorite!!

Lovely end of the summer meal this evening. Our waiter ( didn't catch his name) was fantastic...reminded us of our all time favorite Morgan's waiter from early days, Joe. Tuna was superb, hats off to Steve. Another memorable dinner at one of Glens Falls best.

We had a wonderful dinner at Morgan and Co. It was so good we went back a second time in the same week with friends. Our one "complaint", we were still eating out appetizers when our dinner came out. The second night, we held off on ordering until after we had our apps. Our specialty drinks were delish, muscles were superb, steak cooked to perfection.

Hands down one of my favorite restaurants in the area. The atmosphere is immaculate, the food and drink are always incredible, and the staff consistently make sure everything is just right. Its on the pricier side but absolutely worth every penny! Ideal for a lovely date night or toasting with friends. Whatever the event, I highly recommend visiting on a night when you have time to slow down and savor life, company, and food.

Oh my gosh, let me tell you about our experience at Morgan Co in Glens Falls, NY! My husband and I went there to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was simply amazing. We chose to sit on the patio, and it was terrific. The ambiance was just perfect for a special evening. The food? Absolute perfection. We had a wonderful dinner here, we were very fortunate to get spontaneous reservations on a Friday night but the staff was very gracious. The food and drinks were amazing, we started with the calamari, I had tuna tartare and cauliflower Mac and cheese, my husband had the bowl with lamb. Both were outstanding. Tara was our server, she was terrific. It was pricey but for a special occasion I can’t recommend it highly enough. Do make reservations, they were very busy but it’s a great place to enjoy a drink and span some time.

Our first time dining at Morgan & Co. I’m not sure what took us so long to go. Everything was wonderful. Beautiful outside bar. (We sat inside unfortunately, it was raining when I made reservations) Inside seating is great as well. Perfect seat by a window. Our initial cocktails were very good. We both ordered French onion soup, which was delicious! I had the Texas brisket lasagna. I could have drank the pomarola sauce with a straw! The brisket was so tender. The serving size was huge, you will definitely have leftovers. Highly recommend this dish. My husband got the ribeye steak, topped with a blue cheese butter, with blackened scallops & frites. He said the steak was very good. However, the blue cheese was very strong for his taste. The scallops were perfectly seasoned & cooked. We ended with a chocolate pot du créme & a lemon cake a lá mode and an espresso martini. Couldn’t have ended the meal any better. Michael S. was our server, and he was extremely attentive! Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys excellent food & service.

We had an amazing Rehearsal Dinner there. Since we live far away, we corresponded via email and virtual meetings to discuss the menu and set up. We had a lot of food allergies to contend with and they made separate food for those individuals and brought it directly to them. They were very attentive the day of too. Fantastic food, drinks and plenty of it. So many of our guests commented on how much food was coming and how good everything was. The room was set up beautifully. I let them know what color linens I wanted and sent them a picture of the kind of flowers I was hoping to have. They arranged everything. I just showed up and enjoyed the evening. I highly recommend them for a special event.

From start to finish a perfect experience. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The restaurant is is a perfectly restored house. The waitstaff is topnotch. The meals are great and served beautifully. My only regret is waiting so long to visit. I went for my anniversary dinner it will definitely be more than a once a year stop.

The restaurant was very accommodating. The tables were nicely distant which I prefer even pre Covid. The service was attentive and informative. Our waitress was great! The candied garlic ribs are a must as an appetizer or entree. It was so good, we ordered a second serving of the appetizer lol The dessert, bread pudding was also a highlight. One of the best I’ve ever tasted and I’ve tasted plenty!! Lol Enjoy! I had the crab soup it was ok, my fish (forgot the type, it’s a long light fillet) I wasn’t crazy about it. I didn’t finish it. My brother had the brisket lasagna which he said was good. Swordfish was ok too.

My wife and I were up in Glen's Falls for a short anniversary getaway. My wife had been to the restaurant before and loved it. We had a reservation for an outside table. There was a Dixie jazz band playing. Everything was perfect. We ordered our food. The waitress did not write it down. I was brought the wrong dish. The waitress came over and stated that she "thought" I wanted the Salmon. I had ordered the pork chop. She apologized but it took 15-20 min for my correct dish to come out. We had to eat our meals separately. Very disappointing. I came very close to asking for the check and going elsewhere while I waited for my meal. This is probably the 3rd time this type of thing has happened because THE ORDER WASN'T WRITTEN DOWN!! And on top of everything, nothing was comped. Not a drink, dessert, anything.

Building is beautiful! Food is terrific!! We visited 8/21/21 with a party of 6 to celebrate a birthday But my goshhhh inside seating was hot. Air conditioner was not working or could definitely not keep up with outside conditions. What a shame! Owner really needs to fix problem. Entire room of guests were complaining and unhappy. Sweat dripping from faces. Waitress was great and understood. Kept filling our ice water glasses Will visit again but not until fall!!!

I love eating here! The food is good. Service is always top notch and the atmosphere is amazing! This time I had the snapper entree. It was a bit over cooked and a tad too salty for my taste. The strawberry shortcake was the best I have ever had! Cauliflower ap was really good! Our server was pleasant and provided a wonderful experience!

90 yo BD celebration. Good variety entrees and shared appetizers. Plates came out when ready, so a bit disappointed that all were not served in a window of similar time.

The service was the best they were so kind and they took a photo for our family. The blueberry lemon cone was perfectly sweet and rich. The cauliflower mac and cheese wasn't the best, while the brisket lasagna was delightedful a bit too oily, the cheese was great. The chocolaye mousse was great not too sweet with a sweet cocao taste.

Had a wonderful meal here for our anniversary. They even gave us each a glass of champagne to celebrate. Service there is wonderful. Very attentive staff. We ate in the porch, and love the atmosphere out there. Just a couple of minor issues with the food. First - the brisket lasagna was great. No complaints about that. My husband got a Korean bowl and he said it could have use a little more heat, but it was good. He also got some fried oysters for an appetizer. They were fairly small, so just want to set expectations. My biggest issue was with the jersey tomato salad. With a name like that you would expect the tomato to be the star of the dish, right? Well, that wasn't the case. The plate was mostly arugula with a scoop of bourbon (both described as part of the dish, so that is good, but three VERY thinly sliced pieces of tomato. Like 1/8" thick at best. That was disappointing. I was looking forward to some delicious Jersey tomatoes and instead got a tasty dish of arugula and bourbon with some tomatoes thrown in for good measure. Photo taken after I took a few bites of one of the tomatoes.

If you want to find a good food outside Lake George, this is your place. I particularly did not like Lake George restaurants so we stopped in Glen Falls and found Morgan. Very interesting menu with some Moroccan plates and many options. We had the Moroccan Cigars as appetizer which were delicious (a baked filo pastry spring roll filled w meat). Then we had Duck Hash and Crab Omelette. Both delicious. Great service, beautiful house w a nice porche. Highly recommend. I would come back while in this area to try the dinner menu.

Both the French onion and she crab soups were to die for and probably my favorite part of the meal! It was a little buggy outside in the courtyard but still incredibly romantic and a great place for a date night. The chateaubriand was very tender and made similar to an old school steakhouse, but no complaints here. I would love if the outdoor tables had a hook for girls to put their handbags so we didn’t have to put them on the ground. Our waiter was very nice. The menu has an amazing selection- I would come back here again.

We love visiting here for a nice dinner when we’re in town to see family. Great ambiance sitting outdoors with live music overlooking the park. Very walkable to downtown. Food is pricey but consistently good. Service is always great, friendly and accommodating. My partner has celiac disease and they can make a lot of accommodations. We had the she crab soup, Buffalo cauliflower (Gf!), pork chop, NY strip, and wedge salad with salmon. And crème de chocolate for dessert

Went there for Valentine’s day when we got there they had no idea about our reservation when I called the day before they said someone had canceled so maybe that was why they couldn't find it.they were under staffed and asked for a refill and she looked at me like OMG.. We ordered the steak it came with potatoes slices and green beans .steak was cooked way to much she had one bite and was done . Don't mind paying but not for this

Had a reservation for Valentine's Day and we were told after ordering drinks that there was no longer ANY steak for the evening. As someone with a seafood allergy, this was extremely disappointing and limiting. The meals we got were okay but not what we were hoping for.

I have been eating here for years. The service is remarkable, the food less so. There are great dishes in the menu, but you need to know what to order. I always order the Moroccan bowl which is a five star dish, however, most of the people I come with often complain of the charred steaks, burnt bacon on burgers, and overcooked frites. We most recently sat outside in the tent and it was lovely, shaded with a beautiful breeze. My husband was treated to the view of people loitering across the street which distracted us from an otherwise pleasant meal.

The service was phenomenal some of the best service and friendly waitresses. Our first apps were great but on the second course my fathers entree was not cooked to how it supposed to be. We asked for a hard sear on the scallops and they came with absolutely no sear! There was not as much crab meat as we hoped there would be. We felt that for the price we paid on the dish that it was not worth paying that price. The waiting staff gets a 5/5 but the chef that cooked the St. Coquille, not as high of a score.

This place has a reputation as a high end establishment in town. I went a few weeks ago and I was excited to try the food and atmosphere. I was unimpressed by the food (I had the brisket lasagna, which was good but not $27 good... greasy and kind of bland). I only tried a few menu items and they were tasty, but not worth the price. The service was spotty as well - we were seated outside and our server seemed to be spread a little too thin. I'll try it again when someone else is paying, but the value isn't there for me based on my one visit. If I want a high end dining experience I'll go to Forged or Farmacy. Update a few years after my original review. Have gone a couple more times and it’s the same, nothing has changed, same menu, same prices. Vastly overpriced for the quality of the food. Go to Farmacy or Radici instead.

I have been eating at Morgans for years and never had a negative experience like the last time we dined there. I ordered the Farmer's Salad with the Blackened Shrimp. The salad was drowned in dressing which made everything wilted and soggy. I remember the dressing being served on the side of the salad, but not this time. The shrimp were a little overcooked but edible. What was the most disappointing was the service which has always been decent. Our server was either inexperienced or new. For whatever reason, the service was not what we have come to expect and he never said 'thank you' one time to us. My birthday dinner was a disappointment.

We ordered multiple appetizers/shareables hummus platter, fried calamari and Moroccan cigars food was not got at all. Only thing we enjoyed was the drinks. When confronting how things were our waitress was like a deer in headlights and did not know how to respond. Very poor service. Didn't even ask if there was something they could offer.

Very disappointing. I was looking forward to a delicious meal but was unpleasantly surprised. Ordered the Moroccan bowl. A huge bowl with about a half cup of vegetables and a half cup of white rice. Their Inca bowl used to be chock full of various nutritious grains, veggies and protein. This substitute in no way measures up. Less than appetizer size at a premium price. I went home hungry. And I won't be going back. Not sure how they justify the price for a less than tasty morsel.

Do not order from Morgan & Company extremely overpriced and they couldn’t even manage to get an order of two items correct.

My boyfriend and I sat at the bar which had chunks of food leftover on it, as well as had fruit flies flying around that I kept having to swat. When my salad came out, more than half of it was wilted lettuce that I had to pick out. My boyfriend ordered the oysters which were not clean nor shucked. It’s unfortunate the food and bar was not good nor clean because the building is beautiful and the staff was very nice.

Nine months prior with multiple in person meetings and a dozen confirmations back and forth abundantly confirmed every detail for when nearly 40 guests would arrive to celebrate a rehearsal dinner for my brother in law's wedding. Arrive on the day and the entire inside of the restaurant was nicely set and decorated, but for another party, not ours! Outside is where the venue decided to put us. They put up plastic curtains and space heaters all around the porch with tables split on either side of the restaurant's main entrance way for all the thru traffic of the restaurant to pass straight through our group all night. This is where the venue decided to put us while double booking their space trying to make an extra buck, they put our group outside in this thrown together joke so they could get paid for two large events in the same night and get away with it, and sadly they did. The details of the booking were discussed at length multiple times down to the layout of the room we communicated and reserved, INSIDE. It was a cold evening with elderly guests, one of which is over 90 years old with cancer, outside for the evening. In shock, we demanded to speak with the contact person whom we worked with, Joleen. She was hiding and refused to come out and address us, so instead we met the self identified owner, Rebecca. Rebecca showed absolutely zero remorse, zero sympathy, but a whole lot of passive aggressive attitude. When we, Groom, father of the groom, myself, and one or two other immediate family members, confronted her demanding some answers, she kept throwing out simple phrases and answers such as, "people really like the patio area". At no point did anyone apologize, only kept avoiding confrontation and advising us to "just enjoy the evening". Many more attempts to get any type of answer as to what she, the owner, would like to offer us to help compensate for this major mess up led to nowhere. I could now tell her angle, eventually we would have to just give up and enjoy the evening because we literally had no other option, and she knew it too. After arguing on and off all night, after everyone finally left at the end, the venue decided to offer some compensation in the form of a free champagne toast, which was served at dinner, and two one hundred dollar gift cards back to their restaurant. Yup, thousands of dollars, several months planning, and one sour memory forever stamped on their wedding weekend. thanks for the gift cards. I can never recommend this place to anyone after how we were treated, by the owner no less. Think twice before working with this restaurant, there are plenty of other places to go to even consider visiting this one.

I was very disappointed I made a reservation for 7:00 for me and my date. We waited two and a half hours for no food to come out and the waitress only came once to tell us sorry about the wait. People who sat down after us had their food and left before us so we ended up leaving. Extremely disappointing and will not be going back. We went to Bistro LeRoux instead where we got our food within the first 20 minutes and it was excellent.

Not for $275 a couple. Just a horrible experience for any couples planning Valentines weekend with them putting groups on a makeshift porch in February with temps below 25. with a fan to try to pack a few more customers when already under staffed It’s Draft’s. Slow service no parking and foods cooked in a microwave. Eating out 250 nights a year U expect more but for the couples that these weekends are very rare experience it’s a disaster & disappoint spend your $$$ in Saratoga or lake George. F- grade from Food to service & atmosphere

Great server, horrible chef, horrible owner and horrible filet. I’m not even sure where to begin as I didn’t even want to leave a review but after further thought I should. I make reservations and right away Chris our waiter was great. Attentive and happy. My girlfriend and I went for my 28th birthday and she is rounding out month 8 of pregnancy. I ordered 6 oysters and she ordered a salad. All was good. Then we ordered the Chateaubriand for two which is 122.95. Filet, shrimp, brussel sprouts, fries and green beans. Off the get go I asked Chris if this can be cooked on the darker side of medium as my girlfriend is very pregnant and I don’t want the chance of bad meat. We get it and immediately I look at it and my thought was did I order filet or steak tar tar. Chris saw my face and said if I need it recooked he can bring it back I said come back in a few and we will revisit it. The steak was very bloody, very red to the point of near purple, and to make matters even worse mush like steak tar tar. I’m not a chef like Rebekah Butters but I wouldn’t be happy platting what I platted. He brought it back and recooked some and we picked at a couple pieces and ultimately decided we were done with this pathetic excuse of filet mignon. I can think of 3-4 things of what went wrong. Bad meat, defrosted by a microwave, cooked too long at a low temp or excessive moisture. At this point we just didn’t want it and asked for it to just be taken away. I then had Chris come over again and asked him to see if we can get some of the of that specific dish comped, partial since we did enjoy the other aspects. He said he would talk to management about it. Chef Rebekah then came over to the wrong table first then came to ours. I expressed our unhappiness about the meat and meat only and complimented the other foods. She then went on this tangent about when she was pregnant her husband got a lobster and ever since then she could never eat lobster. Made no sense. She requested that we take an entire new dish home to eat and I said no, we aren’t hungry anymore. She kept insisting and to reheat it tomorrow…. Reheat filet mignon 24 hours later? Chef, excuse me? I said no we will not eat it today or tomorrow and it will go to waste. She said don’t worry about it and walked away. Chris then came back and asked us for dessert. We ordered dessert and then I said make sure she isn’t making us a replacement dinner because we don’t want it and he then said “oh she said she convinced you to take it home”. I said no, she did not. He came back 5-10 minutes later and apologized saying he tried but there wasn’t anything he could do. We were eating dessert and she brought out an entirely new Chateaubriand for two boxed up for us and before we could say a word, walked away. I got the bill to see the 9$ dessert comped but the 123$ meal we barely touched due to improper meat was still very much there. He came to take the check and I said two things. You can take this meal home or give it to whoever because like I told her I will not take it home, he said he understood. I then asked if the tips are per waiter or tip pooled, he informed me per waiter. If it was pooled I was going to leave a 0 and give him cash or Venmo. We got up and left a 123$ fillet shrimp meal on the table wrapped up to be thrown away. At this point the poor food was the least of my concern, it was the horrible inability to understand the customer and acknowledge. My own job is 100% customer facing and I could never do what she did. I truly hope at least one person heeds my advice to never go to this place.

Awful food from tomato based French onion soup…. Very little meat in the crab soup…. The steak cooked wrong with a lot of fat as well as super dry chicken kabobs which were basically chicken on A stick flavored like taco chicken for 38$ added to a wedge salad with no balsamic and very little toppings… the deviled eggs with truffle had no truffle flavoring and would’ve been better from a gas station… the skinny martini was extremely over poured and strong and was overkill….very slow and poor service… super steep stairs not friendly in the slightest we were there for over two hours with reservations not asked how everything was or anything awful awful and not worth it at all
