Very cute cafe with a variety of breakfast and lunch items on the menu, delicious coffee and pleasant atmosphere! We tried it for breakfast, came back for lunch, and ordered a take out! Do not miss it if you are in the area!
Wonderful staff, powerful air conditioning, tasty drinks! I had a wild berry smoothie, there were 0 ice crystals which I was asthonished by. Super smooth and went down easy, which I believe is attributed to the smoothies being made with puree.
We always enjoy our breakfast when we are visiting glens falls during our Philadelphia escape getaways! Worth the wait, the baked goods are always warm and filling, and the breakfast sandwiches are on point. Absolutely worth grabbing a cup of coffee and hanging out if you have the time!
You can't go wrong here. I dont know how to put it but it has that cool vibe with some higher vehicle traffic which is a great pace change for up north... . The service is solid. The coffee and pastries are very good and the breakfadt/lunch food is top notch. Breakfast all day. I usually get the sausage egg and cheese on a bagel...
I’ll always love this place! Get vibe and great food! I’ve never had a bad meal or bad service! And I love how everyone seems to know each other! I wish I could have worked here when I was younger! That’s how much I love it!
Good Prices, Happy Staff, Tasty Breakfast, Great Coffee. Nice interior decor. Had a nice sunday breakfast with my family. I recommend the "Spicy Tuna Wrap".
Spot's house blend coffee is fantastic! The hot chai tea was also good. Same with the food. And everyone who worked there was friendly. Just overall a very pleasant experience.
This has become my go to spot to relax and pass time when I'm downtown. It's a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, the coffee is on par with, or better than, starbucks and while much of the food is pricey, it's very good and the drinks are quite reasonable. Staff are friendly and helpful. It can get very crowded and noisy, so if those are things that make you uncomfortable, avoid peak times.
Amazing. Huge open sitting area. Free WiFi. Not too loud with music. Great bagels and soup for cheap. Very well done japanese iced coffee. Best place to work on Glens Falls. Recommended!
Excellent Food and coffee. Avocado toast was awesomeee!!! Veggie wrap was also too good!! Kudos to the servers.. they were friendly and service was excellent! Do you have this in NYC area? I would love to go there :)
Visiting Glens Falls for the first time - this coffee shop was great! Lattes were really good and the avocado guacamole toast were delicious - very flavorful. We put eggs on top and they exceeded our expectations. Would definitely come back here again!
Typical Spot Coffee atmosphere. I have been to 2. Order food and listen for name to pickup. I find bagels are a little smaller than most places. My wife loves them.
Really good coffee and food. Outdoor seating on a beautiful day is also great. If there isn’t any available, a park is fairly close. So you could go eat there. Indoor seating is also well spaced out to accommodate Covid precautions. In regular times, it is a cozy pleasant space to grab a coffee and a bite to eat. I really like the Cajun Turkey wrap, but sometimes a bagel with cream cheese is what hits the spot.
A cute local cafe with nice decorating and comfortable seating arrangements. I didn't eat, but the banana smoothie I had was delicious. I saw one of my friends perform here and really liked it; it was great to see somewhere that supported local artists. They also support visual artists and have several paintings/drawings hanging up for sale
First experience here is a nice surprise. Spacious setting for a coffee shop and breakfast. Very popular downtown spot, no pun intended. They have an excellent menu for breakfast and lunch. Multiple experiences are as good as the first.
Great place for coffee, food, people watching and music. In the heart of downtown, near library, restaurants, theater and sports arena. Window-wall looks out onto the main drag, and opens in the summer for breezes. Fireplace in the alcove room is cozy in the winter. Great "spot"!
Always friendly, delicious food, convenient to downtown Glens Falls attractions like the Wood Theater. Not sure if they have resumed live entertainment on the regular but that was a nice feature too.

Trendy coffee spot in beautiful downtown Glens Falls. It was quiet enough on Friday morning for us to sit outside and discuss business with a new associate. Coffee was yummy and so was the avocado toast.
Ordered a hot "Chaider" from the fall specialty menu and it was absolutely delicious!
It seems like it is. VERY expensive for an espresso drink, WOW. I don’t understand how it is getting so expensive for a smaller portioned ‘Large’, and gaining in price, everywhere. Coffee is so cheap… these places are gouging big time. Delicious coffee, decent breakfast. Clean & tidy. Thank you!
This a relaxed vibe kind of coffee shop. Very spacious with lots of seating. The staff were nice and the service was fast. We got a maple latte and a latte and both tasted awesome.
My son and husband loved the atmosphere, very artsy and most importantly the food. My picky eater, 11yrs old, ate his eggs and bagel like a champ. He said they were soft and tasty. We also ate some delicious pastries. Everything looked fresh! And my husband returned for lunch! Great pricing too.
Corporatized but still retains the ambience of a mom-and-popper. Delicious craft coffees, artisanal pizza, a leisure library, and a community bulletin board. Convenient location with free and fast wi-fi. Ample, intimate seating and clean bathrooms. The Warren County Libertarian Party meets at SPoT Coffee every so often.
I ordered a latte and omelette. The latte was so delicious and silky smooth, the omlette was full of cheese and the extras I asked to be put in. Service was excellent and they accept cash and cards. There was 10 minite wait on food and their bathroom was clean and stocked. Seating areas were all clean and spaced nicely. I will definitely go back when I am in the area again.
Love this place! I make it a point to stop in whenever I'm in town. The coffee is delicious. There are great seasonal options (frosted mocha, yum!) and the staff is super friendly. The food is amazing as well, including the gluten free options! There are a ton of seating options available but it does fill up quick. A+++. A must stop for your caffeine fix!
Polite barista, good seasonal options. The brown butter macadamia latte was lightly sweet, a bit milk-y. The BEC on a biscuit was excellent but a bit messy (the biscuit), more doughy than flaky. Outdoor seating was very nice. Parking nearby on a Sunday was easy. Pricing was overall very fair. Recommended.
The staff are very kind and attentive at their jobs and they always put a smile on my face when I come in. If you're in the Glens Falls area go see Sky and Vinnie at Spot. They'll make your day!!
Visted this "SPoT" twice in one day on a short trip to Glens Falls. Had a lavender and pistachio latte, which I thought would be "too much" but was delicious. Egg and cheese on a bagel and regular iced coffee (black) also very good. Loved everything about this place, looking forward to returning when I'm back in the area.
Beautiful large windows to look out at the rain while enjoying a late lunch with friends. My chicken feta wrap was good… it was good looking and when I picked it up it was strangely light (filled with mostly greens) but it was tasty. My husband’s chicken pesto panini was delicious. Not enough chips on the side though, he said.
SPoT Coffee is a great place to grab that morning cup of Joe and be on your way or sit down with your laptop and enjoy a full breakfast or lunch. The menu is large offering everything from omelets to smoothies to pizza and sandwiches and salads and a bit more. The dining room is spacious, adorned with funky art and a whole wall of glass beaming in sunlight, while getting your fill of watching the passer-bys on the street. I had a 3-egg spinach feta omelet that more than filled me up. Enjoy!
This place literally hits the spot when it comes to service, quality and overall value. I've visited for breakfasts, and each time it was perfect. The coffee, pastries, foccacia and breakfast sandwiches and omelets are great. My most recent visit included a purchase of a turkey, cheese and veggie panini with a side of fresh greens. Afterwards I shared an awesome frozen berry smoothie. As usual service was excellent.
I was there around 6pm. The coffee was ok. I don't know what kind of roast they use. The chocolate chip cookie was top notch! The table I sat at was horribly wobbly! The ambiance was comfortable and I could tell other people enjoyed the space as well, since there was a group there listening to someone give a sales pitch about a table full of products (weight loss aids?)
A little pricey, but the quality and service are well worth it. Great atmosphere, lots of local art work featured on the wall, and open Mic nights bring in all kinds of local artists. An awesome "Spot" to hang out.
Good for lunch and a latte! Really casual, chill place. Love when the windows are pushed back for the summer. Sometimes the wait can can be a bit long so either call ahead for food or make sure you give yourself some extra time.
Went here and tried the cappuccino and the kids ordered hot chocolate. The place was nice cozy spot to stop for a hot drink.
I can't stand the parking over here...especially for just pick ups... Some maniac parked behind me...in a NON parking spot...and wouldn't back up to let me out! He then proceeded to jump out his car and yell that he was handicap ♿️ and called me an a hole 🙄 I have no idea what that had to do with anything...because he was parked illegally...and I was in a regular spot... And his disability surely didn't keep him from acting like a wild ape! But yeah...I don't want to go there anymore because it's too much anxiety to deal with...but if you're just walking around...you should be fine!
Needs a much better system for calling orders, orders got mixed up and everyone was confused. Food was excellent, though, particularly the Belgian waffles, and the coffee was pretty good. Almost no seating for groups above four, but very comfortable and they didn't care when my group put some tables together (mostly because we put it back when we were done). Also had sofas and some great artwork on the walls. Artsy atmosphere.
First timer! Had the Hot Mocha Grande. It was very good but probably only filled 3/5 of the way up. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5. Also had the bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a regular bagel, also very good
The food at SPoT is good, if a bit on the expensive side. I was very fond of the egg breakfast sandwich when I could afford to go here more often. The only thing I would suggest avoiding is their brewed coffee, as it is the strongest and most bitter coffee I have personally ever tasted. The staff is great and the atmosphere is lovely, but you have to keep in mind that its going to cost.
SPoT Coffee has a wonderful atmosphere for studying, and people watching out of the large windows in the front. There is ample seating, so even at busier hours, there is still a place to sit. The food is pretty good, especially their black bean quesadilla and their baked goods at the counter. The coffee is hit or miss, but their seasonal latte specials are always great.
Coffee is great, I liked the frozen blend a lot more than Starbucks. Food is about what you'd expect, good coffee shop sandwiches. Atmosphere is nice and they are dog friendly. The wifi is hit or miss, mostly works, but disappointing blips and connectivity issues. If I had a note for the owner it would be to install more access points.
Friendly service, awesome coffee, tasty baked goods, all a walking distance from most places I frequent in Glens Falls. After a night of heavy drinking and debauchery, nothing picks me up like a Red Eye from SPoT and a doobie. Then again, the prices could be better. What do you expect though? It’s an awesome place with a cozy environment, employees who do their jobs well, and excellent coffee. They’ll let you sit and sip as long as you wish, too (within business hours.)
Trendy downtown coffee stop with a large variety and good seating options both inside and out. A tad bit pricy for what it is, and the place tends to get a bit dirty feeling later in the day. Best for quick service to go.
I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a chai latte, and they were good! It's a good hangout place to chat with others or get some work done!
Great atmosphere. Friendly and very inviting employees. Avocado toast is the best in the greater LG area. Both seasonal drinks (apple oat late & chaider) were fantastic. One recommendation I have is having atleast one cheese alternative for the sandwhiches/bagels. Great spot
Super cute place, lots of art on the walls. The whole front is glass windows/doors that open up to the street with outdoor seating. Big menu, the coffee was very good. They didn’t have that many pastries or sweet breakfast items to choose from. We got an omelet, it did take a while, but it was good. Seemed kinda pricey, but everywhere is these days.
We have been to spot coffee a few times now. It is a nice big place, lots of tables, big windows overlooking the street. A very comfortable place to sit and have coffee. We have always had a good experience here, the coffee is good but I have to say that this time my ice americano was not very strong. I had to go back and order another shot to be put in it and that was okay but I was a little disappointed in that. Apart from that the coffee has a good taste and they always have good pastries to eat.
I was visiting for a few days from out of state and came here twice. Unfortunately I had bad luck with the food - couldn't order from the kitchen one day cause the AC was being fixed, then when I wanted to get the DELICIOUS raspberry danish again they didn't have any. I was lucky to have it once and it was one of the most delicious things ever. This is one of the few places open on Monday in this town. Wish they had an official patio but the outside tables are great.
Pros- Delicious coffee beverages. Tasty baked goods. Unique and interesting aesthetic. Fantastic downtown location. Cons- No privacy. Some booths would be nice. There is a little nook area off to the side of the main area, but it's always full. Staff is frequently pretentious and unwelcoming. On a recent stop here, my friend and I had to wait at the counter for the barista to finish texting, wake up, and seem like he could barely be bothered to take our order. Furthermore, we had another employee walk by and give us a look that we could only interpret as "you don't belong here". We're not particularly sensitive, but we couldn't really interpret it another way. If you're downtown and you want a good cup of coffee, your options are sadly limited. SPoT will provide good coffee and baked goods, but don't expect much else. Personally, I'd go to Rock Hill instead.
I have been a patron of Spot Coffee’s Saratoga and Glens Falls locations for several years and have always enjoyed their food. Recently, the Glens Falls location has declined in customer service and quality. I’ve been given the incorrect order, not even close to my actual order, three times in the last six months, once recently found a hair in my food, and one of the employees has been extremely rude on one occasion when I politely asked her which of the two coffees I ordered was which (one had a flavor added and a non-dairy milk for a coworker with a dietary allergy). I will likely not visit the Glens Falls location again. The Saratoga location is great and I have not had a negative experience there.
They always, always, ALWAYS deliver barely warmed muffins, even when I ask for "Make it hot, please" (and they promise to do so!) and I tip 20%. The coffee is okay, organic is not an option. It's a great place to meet friends.
Slightly disappointed. Everything bagles are more like sesame and poppy seed with a couple flecks of onion. Iced coffee tastes a bit off and we expected more from the Mike sandwich. This will most likely be the only time we get breakfast food from SPoT. Service was fast & friendly though!
As others have said, the wait time is excessive, especially considering the simplicity of the food. It did taste good. I had the black bean and corn quesadilla. It was overloaded with cheese, and it could have had more corn and beans on it instead. The vibe inside is chill and what you would expect from a coffee shop.
Made an online order and then waited in shop. After 20+ minutes of waiting I went and asked where our order was and turns out it was just sitting on the back counter where we couldn't see it or get to it. They handed it to us but without the drinks. I had to reorder my coffee and my wife's shake. The bagels were pretty good. The parfait was delicious and my wife really loved her protein shake. Unfortunately, I found the vanilla latte inedible. It was overly flavored and extremely bitter... Not sure what happened.
New Edit: It used to be good here. It has apparently declined. Today I walked in, their card machine was down, they gave me a drink that was half empty and my friends was filled with syrup. We sat in the side room and after we were all settled having our food and drinks, a buzz-cut teenager that works there told us we had to leave the room because someone reserved it for a meeting. I said, absolutely, but next time it would be helpful to say please rather than "you have to leave", and she looked at me like I had 9 heads and said "I was just letting you know"... not exactly customer service. A please and thank you goes a long way especially when kicking your customers off of their table. Train your staff better. Old review: Good atmosphere, friendly service, and tasty latte's!
First time stopping in while Christmas shopping. Fun interior. Service was OK. We ordered a Margherita pizza it was 21 mins and saw the person take it out of the oven and another person made a face so something wasn't right they called my name and as l looked at it I said to the girl that's burnt no reply so I was hungry and wanted to make the best of my day so I tried eating our charcoal bubbled and crust burn pie I was majorly disappointed 😞 . I feel if the person gave it and didn't care why waste my time bringing what we all knew it was a poor serving decision and No one cared.
This place serves mostly highly processed food...baked goods are bleh and soup from a bag that comes from idk where.. ...Everytime I have ordered a bagel there was hardly any cream cheese on it and had to ask for more...and that is cut w something to decrease quality and increase profits. And alot of the time you get served coffee that is not hot bcuz it sits in a thermos.... Its 9 to 10 for a lousy breakfast sandwich ....the soup is less than mediocre and 7 d ....might as well go to price chopper...or McDonald's....disappointing...and they don't wipe the tables down between customers....do better for what you charge!
It’s a cute place, food and coffee were decent, service was bad. They messed up our order, no apology or attempt to make it right overall rude staff and dirty tables
While we all heard my daughter order her own food, breakfast for three of us arrived and her breakfast did not. When I asked I was informed her breakfast didn't get rung in and I could get back in line to order for her- no apologies, no acknowledgment of the mistake. Everyone else finished their food before my daughter received hers. I think the employees at this establishment need some customer service and basic manners training.
The last two sundays I've gotten coffee from SPOT coffee in Glens Falls and the coffee was very bitter tasting. Other wise the place looked great very nice staff and very clean.. But I've literally had to dump the coffee out and go to Stewart's to get a consistent cup of coffee both times
waited over twn min while person was right in front of me at the counter just walked put . never even acknowledged that i was there not going back sucks because ove never been
Possibly the slowest I have ever dealt with. If you are a door dash or similar driver, do yourself a favor and block this place. You will lose money on the wait. Just waited over 20 minutes while members of the staff stood around, hung out and made themselves a coffee…. While I was waiting for a coffee. Done with this place. Happens every time I go here
We stood at the counter for five minutes as one employee after another passed before us, seemingly intent upon ignoring us. After over five minutes of standing there, being ignored, someone asked if we'd been served. Our orders were wrong, and when my wife went to point out she had asked for a salad, not chips, we were brought another plate of chips. The drink I ordered was half filled. We had to look over the entire restaurant to find one clean table. All the others were filthy. If this had been a one-off situation, I would have simply let it go, but this has been the same story nearly every time I've tried this place. Staff that ignores patrons, apparently incapable of cleaning tables, or getting simple orders right; WHY would I want to pay $35 for a lunch like that? NEVER AGAIN. Caveat emptor.
Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience here. The person at the register was rude. The food was almost cold. The English muffin was hardly toasted. Bacon was hardly cooked. I hate to say it, but I would never come back here The one person who was nice was the young man who served my strawberries.
Went here to get some coffee and food tried using a gift card that had value on it and they couldn't read it the only only attempted to try it manually once and it didn't work I wound up having to use my own money not the gift card for this transaction. I won't be coming back nor will I recommend this place as it seems they are able to move up the street to a large fancy location but fail to invest in things like a computer system that reads their own gift cards. They have no problem taking you money but do if you try redeeming it. Felt like a bait and switch.
Ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel. Waited fifteen minutes before asking if it was coming as I had to go to work. The nice girl working the register went back to check, only to come back to say it would be 15 minutes. I asked to clarify that it would then be a total of 30 minutes for a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. They did refund me because I simply couldn’t keep waiting around.
I got a fruit smoothie today. Nice and cozy looking place in the middle of the town, but kitchen were closed that day and there were not food available only drinks which is 👎🤷🏼♂️ But my biggest regret was about ordering a fruit smoothie, I do not know if they add a five pumps of simple syrup or a table spoon of sugar or a honey, but the amount of sugar in my drink were unbelievable “heavy” The smoothies tasted like a water with 30-40g of sugar and just a tiny a little flavor of fruit. Please before ordering ask not to add any sugar or sweetener they use otherwise your fruit and healthy meal or drink will turn into something you do not want to have. I through it out after sipping 10% of it. I wish my review were not that bad, but everything above is truth, I am sorry…
i absolutely love this place. my cousin and i were on a 4 hour drive and this is the perfect place to stop and eat. i love the food it was amazing changed my review because my cousin and i both had food poisoning a few hours later. it’s too gross to describe but it was definitely from the espresso milkshakes. couldn’t drive for 3 hours and i still feel sick.
