Avis sur Glazed & Confused Godley
Quack quack! Gosh, I waddled into Glazed and Confused the other day, and boy, oh boy, was it a treat! Five stars all the way! This bakery and coffee shop’s got charm that’d make even Uncle Scrooge smile. The moment I stepped in, the smell of fresh pastries hit me like a feather-filled pillow—pure heaven! Their coffee’s so good it could wake up Sleepy from the Seven Dwarfs, but lemme tell ya ‘bout their humongous apple fritter. It’s bigger than my tail feathers, crispy on the outside, soft and gooey inside, with just the right apple-cinnamon zing. One bite, and I was quackin’ with joy! The staff? Friendlier than Goofy on a good day. If you’re near Glazed and Confused, don’t be a daffy duck—get in there and grab that fritter! Quack-tastic!
I've never had such fresh donuts in my life! Seriously the best ever. I first messaged hoping for a miracle. Do they make gluten free donuts? They do special order! So we placed an order for a dozen with several different options. My boys have celiac and they said they were the best donuts they have ever had. The owner was right! I ordered a few regular donuts for myself and they put filling in them right in-front of us. Never seen this before, what a treat. The owner is responsive and the staff is friendly. We will never go anywhere else. Definitely a gem.

What a hidden gem! These are by far THE BEST donuts and piggies I have ever had. I love that they have GF options as well. The owner takes much pride in the products, the service & the experience. Thank you for going above and beyond for your community, your generous hospitality & sprinkling it all with love. Highly recommend!
Drive from Granbury early mornings for the pigs… my only upset is I like the jalapeno pigs and there’s hardly any jalapeno in them, of my 2 I just had I got 1 dice of jalapeno total. Otherwise love it here, always fresh and lovely people
A nice selection of tasty donuts and other savory treats. Awesome customer service. It's nice to go to a business where the employees are friendly and helpful. Definitely a place worth checking out if you're in Godley.
Best donuts! Depending on the time you get there; options for donuts are limited. This is because donuts are 1000% delicious and are always fresh. If you are traveling far call ahead to make sure there are still donuts available. They do have other items, but my family comes for donuts. I was a little heartbroken to see this couple one day come to the shop and not be able to buy donuts because they were out. It looked like they either traveled to try them or was just looking for donuts. If this happens to you don't give up. Come again just earlier it's worth every penny.
Love this place! They have the best yeast donut I have ever had. Their staff is always kind, and I've loved everything I've tried.
Great place for fresh delicious donuts! Staff very customer friendly! Get there early cuz the donuts, fritters and cinnamon rolls go fast.
Moved here from Round Rock, the world famous donuts, I have to say that I love Glazed and Confused more. Donuts are fresh, kolaches have more meat and the service is always friendly.
I drive by this place occasionally if I'm traveling but never stopped. Wasn't expecting much after some of the reviews. All I can say is, wow. This has to be the best donut I've ever had. The boudin kolache was awesome. The service was super friendly. This will be my stop when traveling from now on. My only regret is not trying it sooner. Wish it was closer to weatherford!

Great donuts. The fritters are huge. Totally awesome. Went 3 times in one week.

I am always on the hunt for the best donut and I am so glad I found it at Glazed & Confused. The giant apple fritter and the maple pecan donut are by far the best I've ever had and I put that on everything I love. Don't trust me. Go see for yourself. And the people are super nice.
Service and atmosphere was good/nice but the donuts were like store bought donuts, and pigs in blanket looked burnt, very thin, and didn't have much taste compared to other donut shops I usually go to.

Glazed and Confused, I felt invisible at your shop today. No greeting, just ignored at the counter until I had to ask if you were open. Then, an employee on his phone finally came over and sarcastically said he was the "imaginary person" to help me. Not cool. I left without buying anything.
This donut shop must not want to make money. I pick up donuts for my kids in Burleson and Crowley and they are never sold out of things by 9:00 AM on a consistent basis. It can’t be because of the quality because that is not there either. Donuts are just ehhh. They need some competition in Godley.
Been a few times now and overall the people have been nice and they got better pigs than most donut shops. But I did take a risk on their milk that was 1 day away from due date and it was a mistake. It tasted bad and smelt terrible. Waste of money. I’ve also been there at 6 am before work and I saw 3 people in there and it says they open daily at 5. The door was locked and they just ignored me, I waited a bit then went back to my car and that’s when I notice them turn on an open sign and unlock the door. What a joke. They should change the 5 am lie on Google.
I want to give it a better review! I come in town to visit my parents with my kids and it’s become a tradition to get donuts every time. Unfortunately, we always seem to get the same girl who acts as if she’s put out when helping me and is very unpleasant. Donuts are delicious though, but she really brings down the excitement of getting donuts for my kids.

Taste like store bought donuts. Little glaze on donuts. Pigs in blankets are thin and doughy.
I was pretty disappointed with my visit. I stood at the counter for quite a while waiting for someone to take my order, which wasn’t a great start to the experience. They charge $2 for a bag of donut holes, but the bag was barely filled, which made it feel like you’re not getting what you’re paying for. If you’re going to price items that way, customers should at least receive a fair portion. The donuts themselves were also underwhelming. They didn’t taste fresh and lacked the flavor and texture you’d expect from a local shop. I really wanted to support a place in town, but between the slow service, pricing, and quality, I’d rather make the drive to Cleburne for better donuts and better value.
I’ve come here late in the morning and as early as 7:45. I have never seen a place that is always “out” of something. It’s the only donut shop in town and they run out of sprinkled donuts by 8am and out of donut holes by 8:30. Anytime I go in there I feel like a little African boy picking at the scraps of everyone’s left overs. Not to mention the prices are a little over priced considering the quality isn’t all that great.
Service was not great. Went in at 9:50 in hope of getting some donuts and was treated poorly due to it “almost being 10:00am”. They were out of almost everything that we wanted, but you say you close at 12pm. Maybe don’t be so rude to your customers when they come in to support your business even if it is 10:00am.
Just not it. Service/experience was off putting. Seemed short or disinterested in being there. It’s a donut shop! We are used to friendly greetings and happy to help service in finding and trying delicious doughy treats. But each time we’ve gone it’s rough. Short and attitude in every interaction. Not sure what’s the damage. But we’ll have to continue our search for the best donut in town or at least nearest to us. Sucks because we love supporting local small businesses and seeing how this is basically Godley’s donut shop we tried to give them a few more tries. But donuts are mediocre and sausage rolls are dense and a bit dry. 10/10 not worth it. :(
Stopped on a Saturday morning on our way to my daughter’s game. Everything was sub par and the pigs in a blanket were not it. Doughnuts were ok. Service was a decent speed but definitely a little unorganized considering how busy it was. Then the microwave broke while they were heating up the pigs in a blanket and it stunk up the whole place.
