Food was MOUTH WATERING. We got the tacos, crunch rolls, and pad Thai. Everything left the table into our mouths so fast. Highly recommend. Order more than what you think you’ll need. Food is super fresh and seasoned perfectly.

This Thai food truck is hands-down my favorite spot in Goleta. The menu is small but packed with bold, authentic flavors — real street food vibes done right. Every dish I’ve tried has been spot-on, with generous portions and fair pricing. Nui and Buck are super friendly and welcoming, which just adds to the charm. Service is always quick, and they’ve got the confidence to set up near a brewery — which is perfect, because grabbing a cold beer while I wait makes the experience even better. If you’re in the area and craving great Thai food without the fuss, this is a must-visit. Favorite dishes: Pad Thai & drunken noodle Frequent: Eat here biweekly.

The food is amazing! Reminds me of the food we had at Chiang Mai night markets. The Pad Thai is perfectly favored and has smokey charred aroma. The staff is awesome and they remember your order. I can’t believe there isn't a line every day at lunch. Get it before they get really popular and there will be lines!!! Grab an ice cold beer next door at Draughtman as well.

As a Pad Thai enthusiast, I make it a point to try it at every Thai restaurant I can. This is, hands down, the best Pad Thai in town—a 10 out of 10, and it’s priced better than the competition. Everything about it was just right, though I do wish they offered a pork option. The real surprise, however, was the Papaya Salad. I had practically given up on ordering it elsewhere because no one makes it authentically. This place nailed it. The spice level was perfect! It was so incredible that I immediately went back and ordered a second box. If you love authentic flavor and a good amount of heat, you have to try it. The lady in the truck was very nice and authentically Thai!

Don’t walk, run to Zapp Thai! Easily the best Thai in sb. The best pork belly I have ever had, best pad thai, the khao soi was 🔥 and the owner was so friendly! Amazing experience 10/5 would recommend

Best food truck by far! Stoked their a regular at Draughmans now! Gotta try the Korean wings, or the larb fries!!! A thounsand times better than Hollister duck fries!! Ask for an extra side of Lime-mayo and enjoy! Soo good!!!

I feel like a lot of the other Thai places I’ve been to Santa Barbara lack a bit of flavor in their noodles but these were spot on. The wings were so good. Crispy skin and great sauce. We love that Zapp Thai is at Draughtsman every day, so we can count on yummy rolls, chicken skewers, and pad Thai to go with any hangout. They have the spice dialed in so it is pleasant heat by continental standards. Service is fast!

Cute but $30 for noodles should make it slammin. Hand Wavy for me. The shrimp had 0 flavor the noodles were kinda limp and tasteless. Some people like bland but there should be sauce sides or something for those looking to add some spice to the nice veggie crunch on the Pad Thais. Hard to please everyone but $30 for noodles demands more. Cute outside seating great weather
