I went there to try the new blazing habanero flavor that they have and it didnt disappointed.. As soon you take first bite and the heat starts creeping on you... This flavor is not for those that cant handle the heat it will have you in tears when you less expect it... Over all the flavor is great i will definitely go back and eat them

This has been one of the most awesome BWWs we've been to in quite some time. We actually had eased up bcuz of service at other locations but here Manager Chris and server Omar where beyond exceptional, wings were sauced well & crispy, strawberry margarita 🍹 and blue long island 🏝 happy hour drinks were delicious 😋. This spot has definitely re-lit the torch for my wife & I and we'll be back regularly. Keep up the awesome 👌🏾 service guys & gals👏🏾

This BWW is a great place to bring the family for game nights or just family fun. Tons of tv's and tables. The service is pretty good as well. This location is also right in the middle of everything and 2 major highways (I-20 & 360).

If you like chicken wings deep fried, with lots of flavor, this is the place. Original or boneless, from a wimpy salt and pepper to a nuke and beyond. You dig your own grave... I mean , there are many flavors. Enjoy.

Marcus made the night worth it. He seemed to be the only waiter working but was attentive and quick to help us. He even gave us the Tuesday special when we didn’t even know about it and was looking out for us! Wings were good as I’m sure most people that come to BWW have tried it before. Pretzel bites were my fav part!

I do not like buffalo wild wings ...never have. However, I am so glad I met with friends to watch a game at the grand prairie location. The service was excellent, and I was floored. There was only one bartender on duty during the steelers game and I was certain we were going to have a bad time. The energy this kid had was amazing! Hustling and moving, never missed a beat. Even after he messed up someone else's payment, he managed to have it sorted in like 3 minutes. I manage a small bar and even asked him how happy he was and tried to steal him! Cody is quite possibly one of the best bartenders I've met in a long time. He turned down my offer because he really loves his job and is actually loyal to the company he works for. Y'all better take care of that one. He mentioned that he was just helping out at that location. I'm going to have to go all the way to cedar hill from now on. We will definitely be back to see him.

Great wings, awesome vibes, and perfect for game night! A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for 🍗📺🔥 Buffalo Wild Wings never disappoints when it comes to wings and a good vibe. The sauces are on point—especially the Spicy Garlic and Parmesan Garlic. Great spot to hang out with friends and watch the game, with TVs everywhere. Service was quick even though it was busy. A bit pricey on some items, but overall worth it. I’ll definitely be back!

We went to grab some takeout for our Valentine’s date dinner with 45 minutes til close. We didn’t want to be “those” last minute people but I really wanted to get it because it’s my girlfriend’s fav. Our worries quickly went away when we met Charlene aka Char-lean-wit-it-rock-wit-it! She was happy to help us out and was so patient while we figured out the rewards. A got what I expected from here, beer and chicken wings. We showed up to the restaurant and found a high top in the bar. Almost immediately our server greeted us and asked for our drink order. From then on he was attentive and I never felt like he forgot about us. 5 stars to this guy. However, what gets the 4 star review is the restaurant. The food was good but not phenomenal. Some of my boneless wings in the combo were a little dry, my bone in wings didn’t have a ton of sauce, and the coleslaw was a bit sour. Would I order it again and come here again? Yes, but I would also take into consideration other places in the area as well. Otherwise, this is pretty great location. Friendly staff and a good place to drink beer and hang out. We went there for dinner. I ordered the teriyaki bone in wings and the wedges. The wings were ok but the wedges were over cooked. It wasn't that busy that it should have taken that long. It seemed a bit noisier then normal and the food took more time than usual.

Didn't seem very busy, service was slow. Waitress seemed to forget us on a couple of occasions. She gave a weird look when I asked for silverware. Asked 'like real silverware?" Yes like everyone that I see has. The host couldn't keep his pants up.

I’ve been here during the lunch hour a few times and it wasn’t too busy. On one occasion my server took our order, someone else gave us the food and our server never came back until it was time to pay. We had to wait a while for her to come back after that. On another occasion I ordered Togo because of the previous experience with lack of service. The order was hot and ready and the manager was really nice when there was an issue with the gift card I received. Overall I would say it’s hit or miss.

Been to this location a couple times and it ALWAYS smells like dirty mop water!! Like as soon as you walk in. The people I’m with never seem to mind too much so we still eat and the food and service is fine but having the same smell and sticky floor everytime is just crazy.

I recently ordered 10 Thai curry wings they were not well prepared they barely had any sauce on them. The wings tasted dry and there was barely any Thai curry sauce on it. I order occasionally from BWW and almost always have a good experience but this time it was a let down.

Was thinking of ordering from here. In the past 5 visits I have had my order take about an HR longer than the timer says on the app. Rather than spend money and have a 50/50 shot of being disappointed. My family ended up cooking from what we had at home. The bad timing at this place got us out of a rut from eating out to much. Came in at around 1pm. It was surprisingly not busy for lunchtime on a Saturday. The hostess was slow and didn't know where to sit people down. She would offer whatever was available instead of where people wanted to be seated. When it was my turn to be seated I chose a booth. It was dirty. She then slowly went to get a rag and wiped HALF of the table off. Our server was great. No complaints on her. Our food was horrible. I ordered 10 boneless wings with potato wedges. My husband ordered the new hatch Chile burger and his daughter the chicken strips and fries. I got my order first. It was below warm. Then the child her order and lastly my husband. Her chicken strips were dry and fries somewhat stale. His burger literally fell apart! Overall, it wasn't delicious fresh food. I doubt I'd come any time soon again. How unfortunate.

We wanted to order BWW because we did not like our experience at another local wing establishment. Our online order was ready on time; however, they forgot 2 items and the quality of the wings has really gone down. Super Dry!!! For an order of 50+ wings and other sides, one also would think that this order would come with more than 7 baby carrots and 2 uncut pieces of celery. We will not be returning.

Went here after my sister's graduation on a Thursday night, and the service was horrible for our table. It was not crowded, so it should've been much better. We had a group of about 20. The servers took some people orders while some of us didn't get to order at all. The waitresses didn't know the details of the menu specials. The alcohol drinks were not good, very sweet. They have one of our first the wrong beer. There was cold food given, and food had to be sent back multiple times. Not a good experience at all, worst buffalo wild wings I've been to in a while.

As I walk into the restaurant. I am greeted by no one. I sit at the bar. About 10-12 minutes goes by. No bartender in sight. The bar area is filthy. There were empty glasses everywhere. There were three other people at the bar, so it wasn’t busy. Finally, the bartender comes from outside. It appears he was having a friendly chitchat with his manager. Which apparently was not anything serious because they were all laughing and you can hear them from inside. The bartender, Jeremy lacks people skills. As a bartender you’re supposed to possess a friendly and outgoing personality. Anybody can make a drink. But even when you’re multitasking, you interact with your customers. Walking up to me with a thumbs up is not interaction. Can you not speak? I’m no secret shopper or anything like that, but I’ve never set foot in this establishment, and it was the worst experience ever. Thankfully, the food was actually decent. Oh, he specifically asked me if I wanted celery and carrots, even wrote it down. But I didn’t get them. Buffalo wild wings, you can do better! I hope this poses as room for improvement. I still tipped 20% of my check. Because above all people do have to make a living these days.

I have tried multiple times to keep giving this location a chance, but it never fails the service here is horrible‼️ We had a table of 8 & got are food at different times. They said it’s because they serve it as it gets cooked so it doesn’t get cold waiting on the rest of the food. (We had 3 orders of kids Mac and cheese) they all came out 10 mins apart. One of are drinks from the bar took 20 mins. My chicken sandwich finally came out after everyone was done eating. I didn’t even want it anymore and decided not to eat. I can keep going about the bad service but I’ll keep it short‼️ SAVE YOUR TIME AND $$$ & GO SOMEWHERE ELSE‼️

It is nice little sports bar atmosphere with a good selection of beer on tap and a full service bar. The wings as typical of wing places are on the small size. Last visit, they gave me an under cooked AKA Bloody on the inside wing. I showed the server and he just kind of shrugged his shoulders. I have never been back since.

Extremely disappointed, we spent 121$ ordered a crown and coke with an extra sho and the drinks were just 8$, 4$ a shot of crown. The new order we ordered a double crown and coke and they charged us 12.70 something. I asked the server why the drinks were different prices and he was like because you ordered a double. I was like but its the same thing, crown and coke with extra shot 8$. Crown and coke double $12.70? How the hell does that make since? Confronted the server Shaggy, and he was like they are two different orders. He also got our order wrong and said he would make sure he took care of the charge on the frys, again I confronted that and he said “ I never said that” . Way to rob your customers with an inexperienced served who made the business look bad. I will not be back and I would highly recommend to look at your receipt before paying. Server would not even let me use my rewards number. Very saddened.

Wings are tasty but poor service. I spent $50 on 20 tradition and 20 bone out wings w/ large fries carry out. When I got home no fries and they gave me blue chz, instead of ranch. I love going to BWW and will go 2-3 times a month and usually get good service. I went with my bf and his cousins family this past Monday and our experience wasn’t great. We ordered a sandwich and got a wrap instead. Food came out at different times, we sat there without drink refills for awhile. What got me even more mad is that, my card got hit with an additional $10 this morning for what I’m assuming is the tip even though I left cash on the table. Don’t understand how they can just do that.

Used to go here a lot and it was really good, but lately the quality is really bad. Just ordered wings to go and everything single wing had feathers still on it. I had to pull them off to eat the wings there were so many. Also not a single napkin in my to go bag. It's cool, it's only wings, the most messy food known to man. We walked in waited 30 mins before anyone came to ask us what we want to drink then she finally came got our order very nonchalant and non conconcering then it took another 30 mins just for our food to come out cold for her to say imma give yall 50% off that for being cold then getting the bill paying full price! They got me and my boyfriend order wrong twice. They served me and boyfriend cold bonesless wings twice. Had also served me and my boyfriend cold fries. We asked for no salt 🧂 on the fries. They charge for honey mustard. I hate this location. They have terrible food and customers service. Don't eat here.

Walked in and no hostess in sight for at least 10 min. Several people waiting to be on the list. When she did come back, we were greeted with a nonchalant attitude. She took my name down and told us would be about 15 min wait. Still sitting there over 30 minutes later.. no one checking on the parties waiting. Another hostess started to give longer wait times as people started walking in. He had a poor attitude and it’s like he hoped no one wanted to wait as long as he was telling them it would take. We were only a party of 2 but we along with a party of 6 and another party of 4 walked out at the same time. That kind of service is horrible. A hostess set the tone and not one of the two were welcoming or inviting. If anything, they didn’t want customers. More employees that guests on the dining side. Guess they feel like they should get paid just to stand there. I wouldn’t give 1 star but I had to just to be able to write a review. Find better! Do better!

Waited 10 mins to be seated even though the place was almost empty. Sat me at a table thay was freshly wiled down so it was wet. Appetizer was the only hot food I recived. The wings where overcooked and dry and Luke warm.had to send one drink back because there was a chunk of dried strawberry stuck to the inside of my drink. Atmosphere was boring , they only had basketball and football games on all the tv’s, which is disappointing because majority of their customers had kids with them. They could’ve at least had a coloring paper menu to entertain the kids or something. Prices were definitely too high for the quality of those wings. Not complaining because they did let us leave without paying for the meal since we didn’t eat it 🤣.. If you decide to still go , know that you will probably wait at least 45 minutes for your wings. I don’t know if it’s just this location, but for a first time experience it was not good at all.

Absolutely the worst experience ive had in a long time. Coming from someone who works in the service industry. I sat for 12 minutes before i had to get up and ask for service when the restaurant was no where near busy. It took 12 minutes to even get my WATERS i asked for. Also, we had to flag him down to get refills. It took about 30-40 minutes for our food to come out, and the mac and cheese was super dry. The servers awareness of tables was non existent, and this experience was ludicrous. The only reason i stayed was because i was lightheaded from being so hungry, and i didnt feel safe to drive to another establishment. Regardless, i will never be giving buffalo wild wings my hard earned money ever again.

Tables were not being wiped off, literally watched an employee use a menu to wipe the crumbs off of a table then walk to another table and toss a wet rag on it and walked away. Later another employee took a family to that table, picked up the rag and tossed it behind a wall but still sat them there. The table next to us had stacked cups the entire time we were sat at our table. After an hour of being there food was still not on our table, and they weren't busy. Our waitress was great, we could tell she was new. The overall experience was beyond bad.

Terrible dining experience. We weren't greeted for 10 minutes upon entry and we were extremely visible. We was finally greeted by one of the employees working in the back. Our waitress took another ten minutes to take our drink order. Once we finally ordered our meals I was done eating before my friends meal even made it to the table. We didn't recieve any refills and the manager is just acting like everything is fine. It wasn't busy. It wasn't understaffed. Nobody cares about the job they're doing.

Food was not it. Chicken sandwich looked mutated and not like a regular chicken patty. Hardly put any sauce on it and the appetizers were greasy. Couldn't even finish my meal. Used to love this place but it's gone down hill throughout the years. Won't be coming back

This was the worse meal we have ever had delivered. We ordered Honey BBQ wings which was marked on the box by a round sticker. When we opened it, it was not correct. When we called the manager was not willing to have correct ones delivered so we had to go pick it up and by the time we got home the rest of the food, French fries, onion rings were cold and stale. She was not willing to replace the fries and onion rings because we received them in the order. I regret ever wanting BWW for my Mothers Day lunch. Would not recommend this place at all. The only reason I gave them a one is really because the Uber Eats delivered in a reasonable amount of time. We paid for delivery, tip and still had to go pick up the order. Six items at $87.20 and the worst food ever. Would not recommend

Walked in and they weee already mopping for the night… (it was 9pm and they close at 1am), so needless to say.. the whole place smelled of wet mop and fried chicken. Not one person came over to greet us or add us to any list. After 15 minutes, I flagged someone down and asked what the process was to be seated. The lady told me the bar was open seating or I could wait if I wanted to sit in the dining room. I said I wanted dining room seating and where could I add my name to a list. The girl hiding behind the post hesitantly came out.. and asked how many.. and walked away.. it was 15 minutes later.. still no update.. not a “I’m working on it” “It will be x minutes” nothing. Between the experience of the smell and the poor service .. we didn’t wait for a strike 3.. we just walked out. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Came down to Arlington with the family to try and enjoy the last days of summer before my daughter goes back to school. Order for pick up, wasn't ready but 20 minutes later no apologies just a "check your food if you want" response. Definitely thrown together with barely any sauce on half the wings, the honey BBQ WAS MIXED WITH SOMETHING VERY SPICY and the rest of the food just seemed like it was left overs of the day. Honestly though they were pretty busy when I got there but earlier this year I was in town for work I had almost the same issue with this restaurant.

Food was drenched in so much salt that the chicken itself did not taste like chicken, it was more like just eating salt . We also ordered a cheeseburger and it was the same issue. I love salt but this was a bit extreme. However the Service was great and welcoming.

After waiting for 10+ minutes we had to ask who our waitress was. Once she came over she said they do the tables weird and it's not her fault. Then we waited roughly 30 minutes for our food. There were only 3 tables with people in the entire place. 2 of the 3 orders are brought out, 1 was wrong. They take it back, 10 minutes later bring the 3rd order then 15 minutes later we ask where the 2nd one is because it was wrong. It finally comes out and the chicken on both sandwiches are WAY overcooked and nasty. The waitress brings our receipt and asks if she put everything down correctly then walks off. We have to flag her down for drinks and to pay after having asked for a manager and one never came. Oh and when our food was brought it was brought by 3 different people. The WORST experience ever!! And didn't even offer some of the price off when one of the sandwiches was inedible. Worst place ever.

Imagine going to a dirty restaurant one hour and ten minutes before closing, being seated and then the manager telling you the kitchen is closed, and all we have is chicken and fries. When you put a closing time on a restaurant you should not close down the kitchen until the closing time. Of course we did not stay and eat. Who wants to eat while there are dirty tables and staff is vacuuming. This is Incredibly unprofessional and will not be back. The bad reviews on this place are for sure true!!

My boyfriend ordered Buffalo Wild Wings through the app. First when he requested it it was 20 minutes late when he went to pick it up. He got to the house and two orders were supposed to be lemon pepper sauce not lemon pepper seasoning and his was Buffalo seasoning but requested the sauce. The fries appeared to be at least a day old if not more. This location does not compare to when eating in at the Bedford location.

I told the waitress there was a feather on my wings and she said “its chicken wings what do you expect”

Service was horrible!!!! It took forever for us to beat seated, got a rude server she threw menu on table. We changed tables to the bar and bartender never came to service us. Asked to speak to mngr. the server and bartender were quick to defend themselves and jump into ny conversation w the mngr, mngr said nothing. So then i said we were leaving and he said OK. We never got our drinks or got the chance to order!!

I just ordered to go. Buffalo Ranch chicken sandwich and 6 wings. I told them that I wanted mild sauce. First they gave me the spicy chicken sandwich and the hot sauce wings. Fries were cold and dried. I didn't want to make the trip back so I forced to eat my sandwich with milk. Might have to wash off the hot sauce from my wings to eat them. After reading some of the comments from this place, I should have gone to Dairy Queen instead. Never again 😒

They forget about you here, will be waiting some time to get service. Wings very thin and dry . Do better like Mansfield .

I went there last night around 7 pm and it started off with us waiting quite a while for someone to take our drink order. Then when I placed my order the waiter said they closed at 8 pm. Which I was fine with because my plan was taking most of it home with me. Besides taking our drink and food order we never saw the waiter until our food arrived. Other than getting my order completely wrong, my food arrived cold. Any time I would ask for something the waiter would just say ok and walk away without waiting to see if I was going to say something else. I felt rushed out of the restaurant, the service the waiter provided was abysmal, and was M.I.A. the entire time. I have never felt so rushed out of a restaurant before. They even overcharged me for a for my order they had to fix. Just the entire experience was uncomfortable and disrespectful

The was ridiculous Ts too loud waitress couldn't even hear my order took forever too get our drinks ice tea water and dr pepper just ridiculous was ready too just walk out bad service waitress kept leaving couldn't find here they had no lettuce to make a side salad w th not good service all around

Terrible service. We waited 30 mins to be seated and another 20 mins for someone to take our drinks. All while 4 tables were open and servers were standing around. While we waited we had to ask someone to clean our table as we were seated at a used dirty table. No one ever came to take our drink order so we decided to leave before anymore time was spent. We’ve never had this experience at any other Buffalo Wings locations.

Everytime I come here my food is never ready. This time my food was supposed to be ready an hour ago. Instead I'm still here waiting with 20 other people.

my experience at this establishment was rather disappointing. The food was excessively salty and overcooked, which detracted from the overall enjoyment of the meal. Additionally, there was a noticeable and unpleasant odor emanating from the women's restroom, which was quite disconcerting. Given these circumstances, I must express my disappointment and indicate that I will not be returning.

I visited this establishment on 06-02-2022 My experience was awful due to getting my order wrong and when I called to speak with the management was placed on hold for and left there! I finally hung up the girl answered the and gave me so much attitude😒 My order was 10 wings all flats and the cauliflower wings with fries. That's not what I received but I'm just going to assume they have this issue often due to the bad service I received. You only have to show me once how you do business so yes I'm good on them‼️

This was this worst experience of my life our food was cold the kids were waiting for ever just for a drink our appetizer came out cold with our cold food our server jasmine was horrible we had to ask for refills the service was horrible she not once checked on us in between waiting for food and even after we received it there was a girl standing at the to go register was giving us dirty looks all night long only one waiter was helpful I wish I got his name to give at least him credit but all in all this was horrible and even after multiple time asking for my rewards to be put on my bill it still was not done

Last night my husband and I had the worst service we've ever had at this location. Normally service is much better but the majority of the team working last night were not on it. I have recieved better service on much busier days in this location. The host sat us pretty quickly but then we spent over 15min sitting at our table before having to go back to the front of the restaurant to ask if a server was going to come to our table. In that 15min, 2 servers had spoke to/helped tables around us but nobody acknowledged us sitting there without drinks and clearly looking for someone to even just say that a server would be with us shortly. Turned out one of the servers that cleaned the table right behind us and attended to the two tables on the other side of us was the server assigned to us. He took our full order and then aside from bringing us our food, didn't really check in the rest of the meal and had to be flagged down for a drink refill. When the food came out my husband's burger was fine but the wedges, tots and wings were clearly fried in very dirty oil and my wings were burnt. At no point after having to ask for someone to check in on us did a manager ever come to table touch or a sincere apology given to us for straight up ignoring us. It really felt like the staff working just did not care in any way.

Neglect and full of gnats is not a great combination! On top of the sassy bad attitude of a so-called a.k.a. “T” short for tiara. Just completely garbage I highly encourage for you to visit they might spit on your food or not wash their hands. Date of visit 1/21/26 annnnnnnnnd so everybody understands I even left her a $15 tip!

If I could give a 0 star I would, food took about an hour after we ordered, the appetizer which was chips and salsa took about 40 minutes to arrive, the server checked up on us about let me see, ONE time. I will not be returning. I hope yall have a better experience than I did (this was the 2nd time I’ve came and I’ve gotten the same lack of service) 0 star. Also why are yall out of dishes? P.s it was not a busy night. Goodnight.

I placed an order through the app for the location in Grand Prairie Texas on the evening of 9/21. When I placed the order the estimate to pick up time was 7 PM. I arrived at 7:05 and was told that the order needed ten more minutes before it would be ready. After waiting 10 more minutes I went back up to the counter and was told it would be another 10 minutes before it would be ready because the wings were still cooking. After waiting an additional 10 minutes I was then told that it was five minutes away from being finished, in total I waited an additional 25 minutes in the restaurant before the food was finally ready which was 30 minutes past the pick up time quoted in the app. While waiting I observed how dirty the restaurant was with trash on the floor, dirty walls, and torn seats in the waiting area. I also observed the two women working the pick up counter eating cookies and drinking drinks while texting on their phones rather than checking on the to go orders. Also one of the times I was at the counter checking on my food I was able to see into the kitchen door and observed a large pile of trash and food debris all over the floor, it was very obvious that nothing had been cleaned in hours. During this time the restaurant was only about half full with customers. While I was waiting on my order another man who was waiting had an order brought out to him and he proceeded to leave the store with it and then returned about three minutes later with the order after realizing that it was not his order. The very alarming part is that this order then was given out to another customer just a couple of minutes later without it being remade after it left the store and was potentially contaminated by another guest, this is an obvious health code issue.

On the busiest day of the year, opening day for NFL kickoff. It’s apparent that the staff was ill prepared for the rush. The amount of people waiting 20+ minutes for their food was completely unacceptable. Management here did not set up their staff for success. No organization with the line, or how they were processing orders. What a joke when it comes to running an efficient operation and one built on customer success
