I come here almost weekly. Everyone is friendly. They are super fast and accurate. Even when they're trying to get through a big catering order they're still quick with the counter orders. I don't think any of my orders have been wrong either. Can't go wrong with this Jimmy John's location!

Good quality sandwich with fresh ingredients and man this place is freaky fast. Great service. Music was a bit loud though. My daughter has a plain turkey and I had a spicy Italian. With drinks and chips $20 not bad. Seating outside as well. Nice place

Love jimmy johns, best sandwich joint around. They are the only sandwich shop who haven't messed up my order. I always ask for no lettuce, onion or tomato and every other place messes this up, BUT NOT JIMMY JOHNS, NO SIR. I always get the JJ gargantuan with a side of kickin ranch and it is mouth wateringly delicious, but I will warn you after 80% you start to feel full, This is a substantial sandwich, they really don't skimp on the fillings like some other sandwich places. Great staff too, always make the sandwich super quick. I love jimmy johns.

I ordered here not realizing it wasn’t a drive thru, my baby was asleep in the back seat. I called and asked them if they would be able to bring it out to me (thinking no way would they) and the staff was so kind and brought it right out! You saved this momma on a hot summer day!!

I love Jimmy John's. It is so much better than Subway or any of the other sub shops. And the bred is somehow really tasty. Also the amount of meat they give you is plenty to fill you up. I always get extra hot peppers with mine. There spicy and tasty. They make the stuff really fast.

So I've been to this location a few times and they have yet to disappoint me. Hell, when I would ask for extra oil on my sammich, they put so much on it that the U.S. government wanted to invade my lunch. The food has always been correct, tasted great, and the staff is awesome. Whatever they are being trained there as employees, they need to spread that to the rest of the world. Keep up the great work peeps and I'll see ya again for another epic sammich.

Unpleasant Dining Experience I recently visited Jimmy John's in Grapevine, TX, excited to enjoy their delicious sandwiches. While the food itself was tasty and satisfying, I couldn't help but feel extremely disappointed by the overall dining experience. The moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was bombarded with an assault of head-banging noise blaring from the speakers. It felt more like I had entered a concert than a sandwich shop. The music was a terrible choice. It made it nearly impossible to have a conversation with my dining companions. It's a shame because I genuinely enjoy their menu and the quality of their ingredients, but the noise ruined what could have been a pleasant meal. I believe that a restaurant should prioritize creating a comfortable and welcoming ambiance for its customers, allowing them to enjoy their meal and each other's company. Unfortunately, my experience at Jimmy John's was far from that. While the food might be commendable, I will have to think twice before returning, as I don't want to subject myself to such an uncomfortable environment again. Unless they take the necessary steps to rectify the noise problem, I can't recommend this location for a pleasant dining experience.

Very organized. Placed an order online and had 11 subs ordered. All were labeled and in a box along with all the condiments and pickles and cookies bagged separately. Food was better then Subway on my opinion. The only thing I would improve is the receipt, it combined total with names but not the taxes or pickles. Trying to divide that up could have been simple!

Value: For what I got, I didn’t feel the price matched the value. In my opinion, that meal and drink should have been closer to $10 tax included, not almost $14. Freaky fast is now painfully slow. I ordered two sandwiches at 11:45 am and they were just delivered at 1:17 pm. This is my second order in a row to take more than an hour. One time is somewhat understandable but twice now on consecutive orders? Not sure if I’ll trust delivery again. The sandwiches are good but don’t order if you’re hungry.

I always consider Jimmy Johns sandwiches to be average at best but others in my group wanted to get food from here. As expected, my sandwich was average as was my wife’s. But what stood out was something I didn’t know about – getting a “sandwich” in lettuce instead of bread. The others did that and I will try it the next time I am taken along to Jimmy Johns. Now, about this location. Probably the worst parking I have ever seen in this kind of mall location. Very little in front of the restaurant, drives in every direction, blind corners. Not their fault, other than selecting to place a storefront here. There are other Jimmy Johns nearby, and might just be wroth the extra 5 or 10 minute drive. Summary – average sandwiches, interesting idea using lettuce leaves instead of bread, terrible parking lot.

When I went to pick up my order, I was not even acknowledged while both workers helped the family there when I walked in. I waited while both workers went back to the line, placed a sandwich in the refrigerator and still not a "Hi". When the youngest worker came to the counter to acknowledge me, the first thing out his mouth was, "Yes" with his hands on the counter as though I was a bother. Jimmy Johns is Jimmy Johns but I won't be back to this location and fairly recommend that another location be visited.

Why does it matter?? It's a PICK-UP order. Then, after I read all the bad reviews about sloppy sandwiches, I lost my appetite. I don't know what's going on at your location, but I recommend doing something about it.

Food is ready super quick, which is a plus. Beyond that, though, with so many different sandwich shops in the area, this one comes up short, by comparison. The cost here, is among the highest and exceeds the product by a good margin. To make matters worse, the rewards program is probably one of the worst I've seen.

UPDATE: Gave them another chance for redemption but this time it took EVEN longer. One whole hour for one sub to be delivered and I am not even 5 miles away. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. As someone who is busy at work and doesn't have much time to get out, I hoped this would be a good lunch. No more business ever again! OLD POST I always order delivery and somehow it takes them 35 minutes to make my sandwich every time. The sandwiches are great but for someone who only has so much time during their lunch, they need to speed up their delivery system. Will not be wasting time or money again.

Drivers are over loaded with so many orders at one time that they cannot deliver as advertised. Management refuses to have more than 2 drivers on per shift. When you call to ask about where your order is the driver that answers the phone is rude and not helpful in anyway what so ever. I have a 30 min lunch break, if I were given a more accurate delivery time I would never have made the order. I could have driven farther, made the order at the store front, gotten my food and made it back to my office in less time than this "freaky fast freshness". Shame on this Grapevine Store front's management style.. it's not working...

I stopped at this location today. It was just OK. The sandwich was a mess and the place was filthy. The employees were nice but at the end of the day for one sandwich a drink and a bag of chips it was almost $18. I don’t think so Jimmy John’s, I’m out.

For maybe a year or so I used to go to this location often, every third day, my lunch sandwich was bought over there! Same sandwich Vito #5, same ads, same skips..same taste! So the way I liked it! Due to some personal life events I was not in area for last 6-7 months did not use this location, either other Jimmy John's! Got opportunity to be back to routine today, got so excited, ordered same sandwich ..and oh, boy..so disappointed! New stuff over there, no hello, no smiles..my sandwich tasted like it was made two days ago, not even close it used to be! I asked to add extra lettuce (I was willing to pay) employer said, he does not have enough so can't add more for me! It literally make no sense..from any point I was thinking about! Maybe, it was bad day today, I will visit them on Monday..but something tells me it will be my last visit of this location at least!

Normally this location has been good. About 2 weeks ago I had my first bad experience where a couple of items were left off my special order and the items included on the sandwich (except for the meat portion) were VERY skimp. ( very little lettuce, 3 small pieces of onions, only 3 small pickles, only 3 small cucumber pieces etc ). Makes me not want to go back to this location. Pot Belly toppings are way more generous.

Well i do want to start off by saying i am the biggest Jimmy Johns fan and will always choose them over most sandwich places. However, this location was not a fav at all and i should have went to the store by my house. I do not know the name of this guy but he is a tall black guy and i saw him make at least 3 sandwiches without changing his gloves AND to top it off he was going back and forth between sandwich making and touching the screen and everything else behind him and near the floor. I REALLY hope my immune system works well enough to fight off any germs he exposed my food too. Also, my sandwich was very thin and had barely any meat. Unfortunately, i had to get back to work or else i would have went back to complain. So now, ill just avoid coming here.

The food itself isn't bad. It tastes like any other Jimmy Johns, but this location offers the worst customer experience of any of the JJ restaurants I've ever visited. They won't deliver to my office in spite of the fact that its a block away, so I have to pick-up when I order. When you walk in theres usually no one at the register, and regularly I wont even be acknowledged for up to a full five minutes before I get tired of waiting and start asking random employees for my sandwich. Awful service. There are much better sandwich restaurants within a 100 foot radius. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

Just had an aggressive confrontation with the delivery driver in traffic. The light was and the raggedy car was just sitting there so I give a honk. The car starts driving slowly so I try to pass, that speed up. Now we're both both driving too fast. I couldn't imagine what that driver does with the food in their car. I wouldn't order delivery if I were you

Service has really gone downhill at this location. It regularly takes 15 to 20 min for an order placed on the app. In addition they seem to have baked off on some ingredients. So much for Freaky Fast.

I’m not happy with the service! I placed an order online after 30 min I called with the ETA in my orde and the guy told me my order was leaving the store. I called back 30 minutes later and the guy told me the same thing. It took over and hour for my food to arrive. The fact that they told me something just to get me off the phone. Bad customer service!!

Placed our order online for our small office. 5 sandwiches. 2 of which were unwich sandwiches. We had to pick up our order as the website was not allowing us to have it delivered. Picked up our order. Only "one" unwich, the other on french bread. Requested a packet of mustard and mayo on the side, there was none. I called the store, the gentleman that answered the phone asked me to bring my receipt in so that they could see the order. I asked how did you make the sandwiches? You have the order, and we just picked them up. (ordered at noon, picked up at 12:30) He asked my name and said yes, I have it. I then asked if they would deliver it since it was there mistake. He said how did you order it? I said, to be picked up, but this is your mistake and I've been there once. He said let me get my manager. He left the phone off the hook, and I could hear her say several times, she got her unwich. Then I was put on hold for about 5 minutes. She came back on the line and said I just had a driver come back, he'll bring you your sandwich and hung up. We are 7 minutes from them. It is now coming up on an hour later, still no delivery. She didn't give her name, she didn't apologize for the order being wrong, she was rude and unprofessional, she didn't let me speak. How in the world do you get a manager's job and act like this? What a horrible example for the employee's of that store. The expectation bar must be low or just plain non-existent. I should have gone with Firehouse subs. So much better all the way around and well worth the drive to pick them up. We'll not be back. Absolutely horrible customer service!! And unacceptable behavior from a manager. Driver just called, (remember we "picked up" our order) I can't find a 105. Well that's because she hung up so quickly and never even asked or confirmed our address. Who knows where she sent the driver. No attention to detail either. Holy Crap!!

Jimmy Johns App chose a location (Grapevine, TX) that wasn't near me when I palced my order. Called to cancel the order as soon as I realized it. Woman picked up, I explained what happened and that I needed to cancel my order. Woman simply said "ok" and then hung up on me, leaving me totally unsure of whether this person actually cancelled my order or if I was just hung up on. Naturally, I called back to verify. The employee who identified herself as the "manager" SCOLDED me for calling back. I asked her if she thought it was rude to just say "ok" to a customer and then hang up on them without verifying any details for the cancelled order. She then rudely informed me that she thought it was rude of ME to call back when she is busy and the only person working in the store and hung up on me again. Glad I don't need the Grapevine Jimmy Johns. Explained to my Jimmy Johns (Argyle, TX) what happened, they said it was ridiculous and offerred me a cookie and/or drink. I didn't need either, but was so glad to be at a Jimmy Johns where customers aren't berrated by the "manager" for simply trying to make sure an order got cancelled.

Well three times are not a charm. We’ve tried to give this location a good chance but the last three times our delivery has taken an hour or more and we live 5 minutes from the location. I can appreciate if they’re getting busy and delays at times but it sounds like this location has been getting the same complaints of delivery speed for a long time and nothing has changed. May be time to remove that “Freaky Fast” catch phrase.

Ordered 3x in the last 2 months and had to cancel after an hour because they never delivered. The sandwiches are good if you can actually get them to deliver them. My friend just ordered yesterday and his food was never delivered, canceled after 55 minutes and then after 10 more minutes passed the driver called and asked him where he was.....you have the address on the order. I hope a DM sees this and looks into it. There's a problem at this location. 3 lunch hours wasted waiting, never did get to eat. Prefer Jimmy Johns but order from Jersey Mike's now.

I ordered food today for 3 of my porters. The driver that delivered it came in and said "NEXT TIME YOU ORDER $65.00 WORTH OF FODD ( 3 sandwiches ) YOU SHOULD LEAVE A TIP!!!!! The problem I have is , #1 of course we are going to give you a tip ( I wasn't able to over the phone and my car runner was going to add it on the receipt ) but did not get the chance.

Jimmy John's always makes a great sandwich. My issue with this location is the staff. In the last 2 weeks I have gone to this Jimmy's and experienced a staff who is complacent and lacks any for of understanding Customer Service. The first time I went there, there was a new guy working the register. He did not know what sauce was and how to add it to the order. When he asked his fellow co workers in the line, they chose to ignore him . Needless to say my sandwich came out wrong. The line guys did not offer an apology and just made a new sandwich. I said thank you and there was no response offer. Each time I have returned I continue to say thank you when given my sandwich and yet no one ever responds "you're welcome". This is such trivial request and you would think those choosing to work in customer service would have this mundane skill set. I guess store manager doesn't require his staff to enjoy their job.

This is the second time I've ordered from here for delivery. I am about 5 minutes away max. Both times I had to call inquiring about the status of my order and both times I've been given excuses. It took over 30 minutes for my order and the employee on the phone told me "He had two stops ahead of you, he only left 17 minutes ago, and we only have 1 driver." No apologies, no offer for compensation of any kind. Not ordering from this location again. Horrible customer service. Very slow delivery.

Absolutely horrible. Manager is incompetent. Incredibly rude & slow. Avoid this place during your lunch break as there isn’t sufficient time to both order and eat your food. Despite being advertised as “freaky fast”, the service is insanely slow. And clearly, the manager here had a reputation for being rude, as the previous reviews show.

2 customers in the store and 2 people working. It took 10 minutes for them to make 2 sandwiches. One worker was cutting meat and the girl was working the register and making sandwiches slowly as she talked on the phone. What happened to “freaky fast”

Worst Jimmy John's experience ever! We have ordered delivery from this store numerous times and never had any problems, but last night was ridiculous! Placed online order @ 6:56 pm, 7:05 pm rcvd. call from Jimmy John's saying they were out of tomatoes would we like anything to replace them, I replied no that was fine with no tomatoes. I called them @ 7:43 to see where delivery was, to be told they were on the way. When driver finally arrived @ 7:55 pm he apologized and also said "we were out of the Little John bread so we did the best we could do". We opened the sandwiches to find they had butchered a regular sub roll to make a joke of two sandwiches. Pics of what we ordered vs. what we rcvd.: No cheese on either, very little lettuce & one of the sandwiches as you see had a little meat on it and then a blob of bread on top. You call to say you were out of tomatoes, but you didn't consider to call and say hey we are out of the bread for your sandwiches would you like to change to something else. Of course I called the store to complain and the guy who answered my call was very nice as he apologized and said "I told them you would not be happy with these sandwiches" which we definitely were not happy at all! Apparently whoever is in charge of this store clearly does not care about their customers. Also definitely NOT FREAKY FAST experience!

Jimmy John’s just isn’t what it used to be, or at least this location! I do frequent this location from time to time but the last few times I’ve gone here I’ve been wry disappointed. Let me begin by first saying that the first time I was disappointed I found out that they raised their prices, just like everybody else has been, but I don’t want or desire to pay $14 to $15 for a sandwich. Secondly, and this is the reason for this post, is that I ordered a sandwich today and I didn’t have any meat. I was kindly informed that the new owners of the business not only raised the prices but they also lowered the amount of meat, by weight, that goes on each sandwich. So long story short I won’t be ordering here anymore, and I definitely won’t be ordering delivery as they charge a $3 to $4 dollar delivery fee, so two sandwiches, a couple pickles, cookie, and a Coke cost me $45! Also, when I called Jimmy John’s to ask about the sandwich they didn’t offer me a new sandwich, or to fix the issue, which would have been nice.

Two of the rudest employees today. Went to order a sandwich and asked if I could build a sandwich, and the guy rudely stated that this isn't subway. Pick your sandwich, then modify. It was just a simple question they didn't have to be a holes about it. After deciding what I wanted, I specifically stated I only wanted mustard. When I got back to work to eat my sandwich, I saw that they added mayonnaise instead of mustard. Didn't have time to go back, so I paid for a sandwich I didn't get to eat. I will NEVER be going back here.

Went to this place for a second time today. First time, I ordered a turkey sando, hit the road and ended up getting ham…..which I detest. My family convinced me to go back today, which I did, and ordered 3 sandos - 2 were the same and the final was completely different. What did I get? 3 of the exact same. I don’t think it’s that hard to read the order and make a sando to suit, but clearly this place is a mess. BTW, the sandos were not good either. Hard pass!

I’m not happy with the service! I placed an order online after 30 min I called with the ETA in my orde and the guy told me my order was leaving the store. I called back 30 minutes later and the guy told me the same thing. It took over and hour for my food to arrive. The fact that they told me something just to get me off the phone.
