And I wasn't in the best mood to begin with on a dreery rainy day about to drive 250 miles home, but Victoria brightened our day right up. This is a very clean WH, too. VERY well maintained and the food was on par to my favorite breakfast place

This is the best Waffle House I've ever been to. The food was incredible, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and it was so clean that it had me questioning if I was even in a Waffle House. From the eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, city ham, and chocolate chip waffle, it was a dream-worthy American breakfast, and I would absolutely come back to this location again and again.

Waffle House is always a good experience. They're always open. The food is consistent. The servers and cooks are always lovely. It feels like having a snack at a friends house.

My food was on the spot. Eggs were just like I ordered, so is the hash (extra crispy), meat was perfect. Waiters, Diana was so pleasant.

Ms. Vicky was our server, and she was sweet and friendly. After a long fight, I was looking for some comfort food. I ordered a double burger, and it was made to order with lots of jalapeños. With sweet Tennessee wiskey playing in the background made made for a perfect atmosphere! Good meal and good value.

The southern-most staple that you can EVER find, by far, is probably Waffle House — with many locations and splendid service, you’re bound to find something unique in every different location that you go to. Me and my friends happened to go to the one off of State Route 121 in Grapevine, and to be fair, this was probably one of the most energetic Waffle Houses that I’ve ever been to. Not only were they engaged with us on making sure we felt welcome, but they paid extra attentiveness to making sure our experience was one that could not beat ANY other Waffle House that I have been to. Thankfully, that week, they had a special where the Grand Slam combo was on discount — so I was able to get a hold of that opportunity. The eggs were cooked the way I liked them (sunny side up), as well as the pancakes! Talk about the grits for a second. Not only were they thoroughly cooked, but they were also thoroughly seasoned with the Southern love that every one deserves. I’d definitely come back to this location again to try more Waffle House delicacies!

I had longed for a WH waffle for maybe a year (give or take). Finally, I stopped by one I pass on the way to work. Pecan waffle, ummmmm... The waffle itself was good as I dreamt but WH should be ashamed of itself. How about they charge 20% for a to-go order now, claiming 10% to server, 10% for service to get a to-go order. So you elssentially charging 20% because I'm not sitting down to eat; I'm paying a tip whether I chose to or not. Customers are now picking up the tab to pay the workers for doing the job. I can totally agree to 10% to-go service fee; the supplies are costing more, but for the server to fix it is outrageous. They are getting paid already to fix orders. Then look at my waffle. Last time I had one, it was $4.90. I get the raise to cover inflation but can I at least get a whole waffle. So you bump the price, adding unjustified fees and you decrease the portion...NAH, I'm good WH, I will not support this kind of shadiness again. Trust me, if people continue not supporting yall in yalls shady business practices, you too will be on the 'gone bankrupt' list...

Walked in and right away when we sat down a lady stated she cannot serve this many people mind you there were seats available and sat. Her tone and attitude was unbelievable and unprofessional. Very disappointed on the service we received. Another big group came and lady told them are you all going to have a seat, the worker who was very rude is pictured. It seemed if you were of color it was a problem

Let me say this, I love waffle house. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. When I first walked in, music was blaring so loud, sounded like I was in the hood. Wait staff was incredibly rude. Food took forever to get. Hands down the worst waffle house I have ever been to.

Didn't eat, acting manager told me that they will charge for a full side of eggs as opposed to the price sheet that clearly says .75 cents per egg added to sandwich/bowl/breakfast. Said it only applies to things that already have eggs on them. Does that even make sense? Went to another waffle house off Hebron and they get 5 stars. Tipped 80%. I go to Waffle house at least twice a week. Won't go there.

At about 10:45 today: walk in with a 1 year old at their speed, so slowly. Don’t remember being acknowledged. Grab a high chair and a table by the window. Look at menu for 1-2 minutes and am ready to order. 5 minutes later a couple walks in, sits down and is approached for drinks, brought drinks and order taken. Nobody has acknowledged me still. Get up and walk out about 10:55 still no acknowledgment. I like Waffle House but normally eat at another: this one is affle house.

Ordered our eggs over easy, (fully set white with runny yolk) and when we received them they were still raw (white was still clear and cold). When I asked the staff about it, they treated me like I was stupid and said that over easy eggs include a runny white and yolk. Which is just wrong? But I wasn't gonna argue, I told them again that the eggs weren't even runny, they were RAW and they asked me very sarcastically if I wanted "over medium eggs". Which I don't. I want normal, over easy eggs. Just very rude staff.

I stopped in on the way to the airport for breakfast and there were only a few people seated. We were ignored for about 20 minutes before someone finally came to our table and dropped off menus. The server asked if we knew what we wanted, and we said we needed a second since we had just received the menus. She started walking away and I asked if we could have coffee. She continued walking away and said she would wait unitl she got our food order before getting us coffee. It was very strange. We continued to wait for her to return to get our order, and after almost 10 more minutes she still had not returned. We watched another couple enter and they were immediately served coffee and menus were dropped off. I decided we needed to just get up and leave. It's sad to experience that level of service.
