I am not one to complain or write poor reviews, but I have tried this place twice and both times have had a very awful experience. I ordered online so I didn’t have to wait a super long time due to only having a thirty minute lunch break. My order was supposed to be ready at 3:55pm. I arrived at 4:00pm just give them a five minute buffer in case they were running behind. When I got there it was busy. I was very understanding since I was an assistant manager at Jersey Mike’s for two and a half years and have been through the fast pace environment the food industry often comes with. I went to the online order pickup zone and nobody even acknowledged me. I spoke up and asked if they had my order. Nobody answered me. I stood back for about five more minutes and then asked if my order was being worked on. I get no response. Since I was not getting any help where I was supposed to pick up my order, I then sat in line for a good fifteen minutes to get to the front and ask for my order. He then gets my order which had been done the whole time and sitting on a counter. The man at the register was very nice and handed the order to me. I walk back to work (about a two minute walk) and when I go to take a bite everything is bone cold. It had been sitting there for so long it was not even warm. I couldn’t even eat my lunch. The same thing happened the first time I tried this place and today I decided to give it another chance. I spent my whole lunch break waiting for food I ordered ahead of time. This was very disappointing and I will not be back. I understand being busy and I understand the rush that a fast food joint is put through, but neglecting a customer? I did not pay for that type of service and I won’t be paying for that type of service in the future. I will find another place to eat next time.

There was a time I craved this place! Had been a while since I went (wasn’t impressed my last few visits) so I stopped by today and NOPE! I know they used to offer a different cheese, maybe white American, but definitely not just provolone. The sandwiches are just dry and flavorless now.

Ordered prime bbq JALAPEÑO but they left out the Jalapeño🙄🙄 the main cook(guy with ponytail) was too busy laughing at a customer who couldn’t understand their accent yelling out the order number. Nothing like coming all the way home to realize they messed up your order

My 11 year old and I just ate there while shopping. I grabbed my food and turned to walk away and didn’t realize the big silver container of ketchup got stuck in my purse. The lid was not on correctly and the whole thing fell spilling on the floor, myself, and everyone around me. First off, accidents happen I get it, second, it wouldn’t have splattered everywhere if the lid was on all the way. The lid was still hooked on my purse. Then I let the worker know right away and I was blown away at his reaction. He tilted his head to the sky a few times and was not happy. I asked for rags and he told me there wasn’t any. I’ve worked in restaurants for 25 years and have had absolutely everything under the sun spilled on me or spilled where I right away cleaned and let whoever it was know that it’s ok. This gentleman was busy so I understand the frustration but maybe, just maybe a bit of understanding and compassion would go a long way. And,,,,,, never ever leave a giant container of ketchup with a lid barely hanging on. Very disappointing

We gave our order to a guy who was more interested in joking with his coworkers than actually taking the order. You know ok, that's fine. The order was taken, and honestly, that's what we cared about, but then we get the food, and there are tomatoes everywhere even though we asked for none. The guy who took our order just laughed and said, "Oh wait, didn't you say no tomatoes?" And that was it. He turned around and just started talking again.. I know we did not spend $15.00 per sandwich for him to get the order wrong, and then just laugh it off and walk away. We pulled the tomatoes off and tried to ignore the situation, we were so busy Christmas shopping, and we had kids to get home too, but then the meat had ZERO flavor and why when we were just handed this food was it cold in some spots?!? When we went to talk to the guy taking orders there was a line and there was little hope that he would actually help so we just tossed food and grabbed a slice of pizza to scarf down so we could get back to shopping. Just worst encounter, especially since this was our first time eating at this business. Best believe we will not be visiting any other location either. It's definitely a one and done.

Great food, fast service, rude server. Asked for clarification on what number she was calling because I couldn’t hear. Instead I got yelled at and she had an attitude. Love this place, but I’d rather order ahead instead of dealing with that

Ordered Regular cheese steak + banana peppers and extra provolone. Got my sandwich after being visibly ignored. No banana peppers and no extra provolone. Service was bad. Didn't get what I paid for. And what I did get was bland and tasteless. Thanks but no thanks.

Absolutely horrible, there will probably be an owner who replies that wants to make it right. I don’t think anything could make right the fact that even when they are slow - it takes forever, the food was horrible (soggy) and cannot even understand how to evenly spread sauce across the bread. Every time i pass by (i work in the mall) i’m disgusted thinking about the buffalo chicken i ordered. Take it off the menu, take this place out of the mall and replace it with ANYTHING else.

We waited in a long line to order vegetarian sandwiches (cheesesteaks minus the meat). When we got to the front, they said the button to order that item was removed from their register. So, we weren’t allowed to order that item. Ridiculous!! Never heard of such a dumb answer, when you have all the supplies to make the item your store store specializes in (minus the meat) and then you can’t figure out how to ring up something else and get the price to be about right, but instead turn paying customers away.

This is the third time I attempted to order over the phone a to go order. The slang talking young man that answered the phone insisted that he would not and could not take my order over the phone. He told me I had to download their app and place the order through the app. I said I am not clogging up my phone with another unnecessary app and if he didn’t want my business to continue insisting that I download their app to place an order that pays their bills. He said the owner is not here and “can’t do nothin’ ‘bout that!” Needless to say I found an alternative that doesn’t require I download their app to do business with them. I will never order from this place ever after the third attempt to give money and business to a small business when they don’t value my patronage enough to keep their employees from being so lazy that they insist on placing my order through an app that I don’t have any desire to put on my phone.
