Ordered a new seasonal latte that has pumpkin spice topping. I requested Extra of the pumpkin spice topping on my drink because it helps with the flavor, it seems they never add enough pumps of syrup. I mobile ordered and ran through the drive thru. The line wasn’t long so I figured no mistakes would be made, grabbed my drink and pulled away. I looked down and realized there was no spice topping when I requested extra. No worries… I park and walk inside with my coffee in hand. No line again, everyone just looks at me and continues doing what they are doing. I’m standing at the counter for 5 mins and finally a worker who kept staring at me says “she will be right out to help you” so I’m guessing only 1 person takes orders while everyone else does their own thing. I ask if they are out of pumpkin spice topping because I didn’t receive any. She says no. I ask if I could please have some and the lady says “take off your lid so I can put it on” well alright. She proceeds to grab the jar of cinnamon and says “tell me when to stop”. After an absurd amount of cinnamon was poured on top of my drink I just accepted defeat and left. The drink was awful and tasted like milk with heaps of cinnamon on it. Mind you, pumpkin spice topping has nutmeg and ginger and clove. Sad location being that it’s the only Starbucks that isn’t 20+ miles from my home.

I always get the same thing here but today i wanted a frappe. All i asked for was no mocha in the frappe which was acknowledged as its noted on the cup. What I got was very much only mocha. This is hands down the worst Starbucks ever. They can’t make a pink drink right ever. There should be a standard mix by size. They are either white or red, pink isn’t difficult. I really don’t get it.

This morning the app said you would not do an order on line. Well I understand that but when I go to the store they not even taking orders till 5:30. They should have said the store is close instead of having people drive there and be turn away!! That’s bad business cause they could have done that just like it said they wasn’t taking orders!! Expect a 20min wait. Everyday is what I have to go through when ordering in the lobby or online for a simple expresso. Your better off going through the drive thru. Ridiculous!

This is by far the slowest Starbucks in about a 30 mile radius. Often times, nobody even acknowledges that I’m there. I’ve cancelled multiple pick up orders after just standing and waiting for over 10 minutes. Not sure why all the others can get orders out quickly and this one can’t. Please NEVER order here.

I said multiple times "EXTRA LIGHT ICE", because the more space ice takes up, the less of actual drink you get. I paid for a large drink, but got less than half of a small one. Also, ice melts and makes the drink watery, discusting.

This is the worst Starbucks location I've ever been to! Waited 20 minutes in line for a tall, the smallest you can order, hot latte. When I received my order it felt really light. After letting it sit for a minute I opened it to find that it was only half way full and tasted nothing like it was supposed too! I paid $6.22 for THIS!!

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!! Why do I have to wait 20 minutes for two drinks? There was five people making drinks and I had to sit there and wait 20 minutes!! The past few times I’ve gone up there it’s been like this. Not everyone does a mobile order every time so at what point do the people that order in store become priority because it definitely wasn’t today. Now I’m late to an event.

Clean building inside & out. Service not wonderful especially when a cashier argues with you about what you order. And the caramel machchiato tastes like a cup of iced whole milk with a tiny bit of caramel flavoring although I requested extra drizzle. 🤢🤮 Wouldn't complain but after one getting ONE good cup outta the several times I've been, I won't be back to this location. Waste of money and very long wait times. You'd think the lines would move faster considering they dont even make people's orders right. Please train the employees a little better on making customers drinks!! If anyone wants a good cup, visit the Commerce location. They are very consistent & their drinks always taste the same with great quality.

If a person is paying nearly 7 bucks for 1 drink you they would at least make it decent. It’s not just one time, it’s every time we go to this location. Sent email to Starbucks but that was ignored.
