Cucina genuina con materie prime eccellenti. Veramente una goduria. Bottiglie di vino più che dignitose a partire da 10€ Staff carinissimo. Consiglio senza alcun dubbio!

Un ristorante storico che non ha perso la passione e l'attenzione per gli ingredienti di ottima qualità. Antipasti composti da prodotti del territorio, primi piatti dal gusto equilibrato (i secondi non li ho provati ma c'è una buona scelta fra carni e verdure) vino scelto: Terre del prete di Boveri Luigi, un cortese amabile. E i dolci? Tutti da provare (bunet super!) Anche il borgo di Gremiasco ci ha stupito per la sua bellezza sotto una luna quasi piena. Grazie, torneremo sicuramente.

Ristorante che compare fra le osterie consigliate da Slow Food, con prodotti del territorio ben cucinati. I piatti sono sia tipici piemontesi sia elaborazioni della casa. Menù fisso (farsi indicare quando cominciano a servire per tutti) che varia a seconda dei giorni. Comprende tanti assaggini sfiziosi di antipasti (fra cui salumi della zona), un paio di assaggi di primi e un assaggio di secondo (un tempo due), con contorno e vino in bottiglia di qualità (Cantine Boveri). Per certi piatti ripassano a fare il bis. Eventuali vini dalla carta (ottima) sono extra. Le quantità sono giuste se si mangia tutto quanto viene proposto, nel senso che non si esce sentendosi scoppiare con la nausea. Pre-covid costava 30 euro, ora 35, un adeguamento comune ai ristoranti della zona. Bel dehor d'estate, l'interno molto rustico. Personale gentile e diaponibile

Lunch with figliogrande, a renowned judge of agnolotti with roast sauce. The place is welcoming, the staff very kind and the cuisine deserves only a "wow"... Samples of appetizers, with the onion tart that borders on the mystical experience, the excellent agnolotti. Since it was a quick lunch we skipped the main courses this time, but I didn't give up the dessert: a peach tart that made me cry on the floor shouting "I don't deserve it!". The experience for me is worth it, but don't think of one of those places that change a menu a week: you go there when you want to eat local dishes, excellently cooked. The cost is more than adequate. I forgot: figliogrande literally polished off two plates of agnolotti...

Belvedere Restaurant proved to be an excellent choice for our New Year's Day lunch. Located in a picturesque hillside setting, the restaurant offers a splendid view of the surrounding hills, convenient parking, and a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for families with children. The guided set menu truly won us over: two courses of delicious appetizers, including caponata, cured meats, flan, and frittata; two impeccable first courses, including meat ravioli in capon broth and a rice timbale; and two succulent meat-based second courses with well-matched side dishes, such as roast kingfish. The meal concluded with a trio of unforgettable desserts, including the Genoese pandolce, simply perfect. The quality of the food is exceptional, all carefully prepared in-house and served at the perfect temperature. Belvedere's traditional cuisine is a true journey through authentic flavors, enhanced by the friendliness of the staff and the owner, who are always attentive and available. Finally, the quality-price ratio is exceptional, making this experience even more satisfying. We can't wait to come back to try their cuisine again!

As expected, we found everything excellent: the food and wine were excellent, as is the tradition of a valley that keeps its promises. The Montebore pumpkin gnocchi and tagliolini were superb, as were the desserts, especially the Bavarian cream. A warm welcome. Finally, a relaxing evening!

A traditional restaurant with a set dinner menu, excellent value. Everything is truly delicious: hot and cold appetizers, two first courses, two second courses, and desserts for €35, excluding drinks. A cool and quiet spot for summer.
