I live less than a mile from this location ans work graveyard so I eat at least 3 to 5 times a week and Carolina is amazing her customer service A above and beyond and always makes sure that my food is hot and delicious. She deserves a raise maybe even promote her to be the night shift Manager

I absolutely love this place. Best Carl's Jr I've ever ate at. The employees greeted me upon entering and checked on me while I was dining in. Veronica took my order and was respectful and made me feel very welcomed. We need more people like her!!! Because of her outstanding customer service I will forever be a customer.

I drive for Uber and start early. I love that I can get burgers all day. Tried their California burger (double patty with thousand island) and loved it. I wish they had more locations. Will explore the rest of their menu soon as the burger was very good. Quick and friendly service on my visit.
I worked all day in the west and I heard this Carls Jr was the very best, as i walking in the a glint in my eye the service was fast and the food was a blast if you're ever in this neck woods you'll know the workers do just as they should here at Carls Jr.

Clean and organized location with courteous and helpful staff ready to serve. Atmosphere is comfortable and spacious, there's always been plenty of places to sit every time I've eaten here. Drive-thru service is fast and they've never forgotten a part of my order.
I love their night shift staff because they are very friendly and my food is always fresh. I love their chicken stars for our toddler and my favorite is the jalapeño burger or the Santa fe chicken sandwich. Their shakes are also worth the money since they use real ice cream 🍦 😋 keep up the great work !
Great staff. When I was ready to order this young lady cashier fated on front of me and with the split sencond the entire staff when to help her. When the manager and others employees was assisting her another tall male employee took over the from register and assisted the customer customers waiting to order. Even when the fire department show up to assist the young woman the store staying on top of the service. Like always the I I ordered from Carl’s Jr., the food is great .
Running late for work so I stopped in to get food! My food was ready within 5 minutes, staff was really friendly, and delivered fresh hot fries! Overall I have eaten here 6 times and not a single issue including drive thru! Great spot!
Usually the food is good & hot after driving a mile to get home. They've never messed up my order, but the last time we went, we had to put our hamburger patties in our microwave to warm them up enough to kinda melt the cheese. I will give them another chance because I love their grilled cheese breakfast sandwich & western bacon cheeseburger. Crossing my fingers & toes next time is better
Oddly enough considering the neighborhood and weird set up to get into the drive thru...This is probably one of the unsung hero's in the Carl's Jr universe...still making amazing burgers, hot, made right, accurate orders, and fast! Yes, I know a fast food place that is still fast! Five Stars!
Ok I love carls jr since the day I've ever eaten breakfast n lunch here..From FL and AZ. Today I went to Store #1100829 by priest and baseline Tempe,AZ. As we came in automatically Charlee acknowledges with a welcome. Positive energy as well as her personality 10's across the board. The lobby freakingflapping clean as a babies butt and to extend the wow factor for me was her and mgr Alexis we on it ..you know like that pow done and done both helping out with drive-thru..Charlee cleaning her lobby and interacting with guest to the mothatuckin' T..even when Charlee was cleaning her lobby still giving out that welcome factor to new guest and politely saying I'll be there in a bit or give me a hollaaaaah..But then BAM out comes Alexis going for the kill to ensure guest care is given. I got the chicken tenders cuz I know those are fresh and mto. N without no doubt came out fresh,hot and pleasing to my mouth to give them the nod of satisfaction..PPL of the higher up from Carl's Jr. I implore you give them a great THANK YOU cuz this crew is something you should be proud of. The embodiment of teamwork and guest service is where it's at and I'll definitely come here for what they just got kudos from...10's 10's 10's across the board. 2024 has been a rough year. And we're all doing the best we can to make it. That's why I want to personally Thank Tracy & Myra for doing the BEST damn job for the customers. This Carl's Jr location may have the best owner/manager/leadership of all fast food anywhere. I have been going here maybe once or twice a year for 20 years and every time I'm amazed at the excellent service the staff provides and the cleanliness of the dining area. The staff offer to take my tray when I'm done, refill my drink for me - as if they are providing table service! They've always been this way. This comes from a well respected staff who know what they are expected to do and who care about their jobs. To the staff and the management here - WELL DONE. Keep it up. I'm not a regular fast food eater but I really notice the difference between your store and any other I walk into.
Fast food items are attractively assembled, are delicious (for fast food), are more generously portioned & lower priced than other franchises, & they are provided expeditiously via smoothly-running drive-throughs.

The young man working the drive thru on 7/17/25 @ 7:45pm deserves much kudos & praise for his customer service! He was kind, clear, & mature. It is getting more & more rare to come across young workers with good work ethic & attitude. My daughter and I recently downloaded the app and we ordered dinner tonight for pickup. I got my food wrapped in lettuce, protein style because I can’t have bread. I am so happy you have this option not many places do. Everything was perfect and tasted great except my diet coke tasted off, like flat and not enough carbonation. Over $3 for a drink that wasn't very good. I hope you guys can check on the carbonation in the soda machine
Quick and respectful at the drive thru, I got my famous star and fries in under 5 mins. Great service by the young man at the window, Caden, he made sure I got some extra sauce in the bag and was respectful throughout.
I had a fantastic experience at Carl’s Jr, thanks to Jose! The service was outstanding, Jose was friendly, efficient, and made sure everything was just right. The food came out hot, fresh, and delicious, exactly how I ordered it. You can really tell they take pride in their work. On top of that, the restaurant was spotless, from the dining area to the restrooms. It’s clear the team, especially Jose, cares about creating a great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Never been to a place where everyone was super friendly and the cookers back there did an amazing job. Fries were so crispy I couldn’t believe it. The burger was fresh and hot. 1/23/25 at 2:50pm. They all deserve a raise. I will come back again.
Good food at a good price. I got here in the evening and they were a little bit busy but they got through the line really quick. I ordered the crispy chicken and swiss sandwich and it was great. The chicken was cooked perfectly and was very crispy and flavorful, and overall it was a great sandwich and the fries were also good.
It was my first time coming to this location and Desiree was so nice the moment I pulled up to the driveway. She even complemented my nails. You can tell she really cares about each customer and I greatly appreciate her. The food was great and definitely will come back again.
Went through the drive through today and received fast service from beginning to end I waited a total of 6 minutes with no mistakes on my order even though it was lunch rush. I appreciate the person at the window I believe her name was Monica I didn't even have to ask for any condiments as they were offered before she handed me my food. Will be back again!

Manager made minor mistakes taking my order and was quick to fix and replace items. He was about making customers happy. Even though was little stressed looking. Phoenix and surrounding communities have extreme problem with homeless people. Every state and City does. But every business restroom every bus stop every motel stairwell people sitting smoking off foil not caring if women children elderly going by

I love Western Bacon Cheeseburgers! The smoky grilled burger with the bacon, cheddar cheese, onion rings with the BBQ sauce has been a favorite of mine since I was a kid. I have had all their burgers and chicken sandwiches and I wasn't let down with any of them but WBC is the tops for me.
Being that this is right around the corner from my house the one off of baseline and Priest I just visited, I spent $22 on two burgers so obviously I expect them to be the way I ordered them, this did not happen and it doesn’t seem like I can reach anyone on the phone.. I’ve tried to call several times. I rarely have any issues, but my bread on my burger was wrong. The burger was not freshly made. Like I said, I usually don’t have any issues.
Considering other Carl's Jr locations in this city, this one is pretty good. I love the food of Carl's Jr! That being said, this location is pretty consistent in the quality of its preparation of their menu items. The inside is always clean, and the staff know what they're doing. They don't go through a bunch of new employees every week, so that says a lot about how it's managed, and how the employees are treated. I can say that I do NOT like the drive through at this location, only because the curb is way too wide at the window. You can't get close enough to the window, and if you do, you scratch the heck our of your wheels! Overall, I recommend this location to anybody that want's great fast food and great service!
I was not greeted when I arrived cat the drive thru window. I ordered the 3 rolled tacos to see how they are. They were presented and plated nicely but they did not taste very good. Loads of lettuce on the plate but I was provided a folk to eat any of it. I had to use my own.
Came here and the cashier Hermes helped us. He was very pleasant and polite, a little overwhelmed because he was the only one in the front. It’s amazing that he still maintained good customer service when he was by himself. Great job to him…
This location was quick and the food was prepared well enough. The building is old AF, and the drive through lane is something but adds some character. Plenty of room for improvement.
Western bacon burger and the new chicken sandwich are great. Can't go wrong with the cross-cut fries. Service attitude could have been better, I ask for extra sauce, which means more than 1 additional packet of sauce and a dirty look. All the best MW
Only two workers on Sunday afternoon. They were both great having to take orders twice since they were not logged in to front cash register. Especially lady in the front she kept a positive attitude even when overwhelmed by customers.
This group of guys running the business when I went in work together well. My order was made fresh and you could tell. I enjoyed it over Hardee's menu, hands down. I would return to this location.
Tried to order 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and a large Dr Pepper. Order taker in drive thru seemed to have a hard time hearing me. Ended up with a small spicy chicken sandwich combo with a diet Dr.Pepper and another separate spicy chicken sandwich. Girl who handed out the order saved the transaction from being a one star review. She was very chipper and energetic. The girl who took my order also was the one who I paid and seemed upset with me.
Relatively good service, my biggest complaint would be they don't mix flavors on their milkshakes apparently? As in no chocolate and oreo, strawberry&chocolate etc. One employee even went as far to inform me that another employee had been fired for doing so .. Not sure about the truth behind that but yeah.
A bit expensive for what I get around here in Tempe Arizona! Definitely needed some salsa or hot sauce. Fast food around here doesn't offer real hot sauce that'll make you sweat!! None of them do. I have to supply my own☹️

I was told that my survey coupon for "free small fries" wouldn't count for any other varieties even though it didn't state that. I was then told because I was using the coupon anyway that I could not also get the veteran discount which I have done multiple times before. Otherwise the food was good and service was quick. The loudspeaker by the menu board is almost impossible to hear on both ends but they have still never fixed it. It doesn't help that parking in front of the speaker makes the menu board unreadable because the board is parallel to your vehicle and the speaker is positioned before it.

My friends and I decided to get separate orders through drive thru and they mixed our orders up. One of my friends got a taco that doesn’t even look like a taco and was extremely salty. I work at a fast food restaurant and I understand that it can be frustrating, but workers need to check the quality of the food they are serving and check if the order is done correctly. customer service needs to improve as well.
I was hopeful that my recent visit to Carl's Jr. would go well . It did not . I asked for my fries , extra crispy , I received then right from the waiting rack . I added two regular tacos from, I reviewed, 1. Paid for two . The taco I received was a train wreck. Not very pleased at all . I doubt l will try again in any time soon .
This place has gone downhill. It used to be good food and great service but the past several months that has changed. The food is slopped together and more than once we have been served old fries that were room temp at best. They did give us new fresh fries but the buns on the burgers were old and even hard in some spots. It's a shame because this place used to be awesome. Now we will have to find another place to go.
I was starving after work and craving some tacos (I work 2nd shift). Trying to find a taco place that was still open on a Sunday night close to midnight was not easy. Someone at work suggested this place. When I got there, the line at their drive-through was long. It didn't seem to be moving and it was a bit frustrating because I couldn't see what the holdup was. I wanted to back up and leave, but unfortunately, I got blocked in by more cars pulling up behind me. I had to wait even longer. I ordered a crunchy beef taco and a soft steak taco. I'm sad to report that neither was anything above average. But, I was so hungry that I just ate them. I doubt I will be going back to this location.
Well, the buns on my burger were stale, and the guy who rang me up was clearly having a bad day. The place was clean, which is good, but despite that it wasn't busy, it still took like 15 minutes to get my to go order. Not an overly pleasant experience, overall.
The night shift seems to close randomly when they don't want to work. Last time I was there, the guy had a terrible attitude, gave me the wrong food, and then said he was closed. I asked for a refund if they were closed and couldn't make my order, and he gave me more attitude as he didn't want to do either. This place has gone downhill. I've been going here for over 20 years, and only over the past year have I been having issues with the employees and them making my order correctly. It's a shame. Quality of food (especially the fries) had gone down, but of course the prices have gone up to balance it out /s
Probably one of the worst Carl's I've seen in my whole lifetime. Only my third time at this location and 2 of the 3 experiences were horrible. First time a cop (female) who was present when I walked in said only customers are allowed in here. I told her I placed a mobile order so technically I am a customer. She made me so nervous especially when I overheard her complain to one of the Carl's employees that she had two stalkers. I ate my food as fast I could and left. And my 2nd bad experience is tonight I think the cashiers were stoned. I ordered a combo and asked if it was supposed to have a drink and they said no just the food. So I ordered again for a separate drink but basically paid for two drinks and only got one. When the female cashier got my order she laughed non stop and said just a medium root beer? That's it? And I said yes don't need bigger. So with this I'll definitely take more of my chances at the Carl's location in Mesa at country club and Juanita. I'll be visiting the baseline and priest location as least as possible.
While paying, we told the cashier Sara that we wanted to do $10 cash and the rest on the debit card. She charged the whole amount to the card and put the $10 away. When brought to her attention, she brought who I’m assuming was the manager to try to fix her mistake. The guy didn’t even touch the screen, he literally just opened a drawer and handed us a $10. When he handed us the $10, we were about to drive off when we realized that we didn’t get our whole order so I had to walk back to the window and tell the guy so he could bring it out to us. If the restaurant was busy, we would understand but there was no one in front of us, only one car behind us and a completely empty dining room.
The food was edible. Drive-Thru service was at best, apathetic. She didn’t get any of my drink orders correct and when I asked her to fix it, she did so with a serious attitude problem. When I thanked her for doing her job, she acted like I kicked her puppy. I showed her respect and honest gratitude and was treated with disdain. I understand that in fast food the equipment is at best subpar and I didn’t show her any disrespect for not getting my order correct but to receive disrespect cause I asked her to fix it is unacceptable. This location has significant issues all around. If you don’t like your job, this is America, find a different one.
Two stars for this location is being very generous, and I’ve been to this location more than a few times and it just keeps getting worse. I don’t know if the native young man working the window late night hates his job or if he has some social disability that doesn’t allow him to be pleasant or exercise customer service skills but he is extremely unpleasant and rude! Not only that but EVERY TIME I go the food is cold! So you get rude people that can’t even serve hot food. Doesn’t matter when you order it’s always cold and on top of that you get a cold spirited human handing over your food with zero enthusiasm or pleasantry. Something needs to be done with the late night crew because the food has potential to be good but whoever is in the kitchen and that rude guy at the window is giving this location a very bad reputation! I don’t know if that means anything to whoever manages this location but something needs to be done.
My son and I stopped at this location to have a quick bite since our hotel is close by, my son had a bag of trash from his road snacks, they had no trash bins outside to dispose so I said to him just bring it inside and toss it, 2 gentlemen behind the counter greeted us, one turned and said in Spanish "watch him he is toss his trash in our trash can" i replied yes I told him to do so since no trash is outside, the man replied yes we do have some outside, I said yes you do but they are dumpster. And he said yes they are the dumpster in a smart remark. The other man that help me order my food was great. Im glad there is a McDonald's next door so next time im in town I will not stop here after driving 8 hours to a rude customer service.
My burger combo did not taste fresh even though the food came out fast. The cashier did not understand how to honor discounts through the app. Despite having a security guard inside the restaurant and a security code for the bathroom, I did not feel safe, but that is probably due to the area.

I used to love going to this place, the people that work here are amazing, but today I have decided I can no longer support this restaurant at this location,l. I ordered a single slider, small fry and a small drink. It was not busy but it took a long time to get my order, but as I noticed it was getting ready. I saw a lady, the same lady I see sweeping outside all the time, not wearing gloves and putting my little box together that my slider goes in, then wipes her bare hands on her pants, grabs my slider and puts it in a box! I immediately said oh no is that woman not wearing gloves and had her whole hand over my food? They all looked shocked and told the girl to put gloves on. The nasty woman finally did, but as she was doing that looked at me made a funny face and speaking in Spanish said something and started laughing. I told them I could just call state and we can see who’s laughing later? I usually don’t talk to people who are making my food like that, but no gloves and you are giving me an attitude?! I will never eat here again, and I let all my co workers know, who also spend a nice amount of money at this location. If you eat here please please watch who is making your food, and that they are wearing gloves, like the states requires!!!!

Every time I come I’m waiting 30-45+ mins alone just in the drive through. Get to the window just to be waiting another 10 mins without being helped then finally I get asked what’s my order. Unprofessional and the slowest restaurant I’ve ever been to in my life. I highly recommend this location hire more help or schedule more people to work so not worth the wait of the food.
didn’t like that they tell you to park in the front parking when ordering in the drive thru so that it seems the order was handled timely even though there were no cars behind me and when the order came i had missing food items and had to get off the car and wait for my order inside the restaurant
Food service was horrible, the guy had an attitude as well. Knowing that I shouldn’t have gotten the sandwich, but I gave it a shot. The food was reheated, as well as being served cold. I’m highly upset ! The only thing good was my Diet Coke and even that was watered down. Definitely won’t be going back at all.
Ate here because it was convenient. Ordered two famous stars and two large fries. Had to go back through the drive thru when I realized they only gave me one order of fries. They gave me a large to complete the order, at which point I realized the first fry they gave me was regular size and and had to have them correct the order again. So irritating!
Worst service I've ever seen. Waited in a massive line just to reach the intercom, by the time i reached the speaker i arrived to a dark screen and no answer from the employees. Waited a full five minutes at the speaker while all the cars in front of me cleared. I tried to speak to anybody over the intercom and no response. As the cars piled up behind me i moved forward assuming the speaker is broken (as it has been at this location before) and pull up to the window. I was greeted by a rude woman who flat out told me i would have to go back around and wait in the same line i just spent 20 minutes in. I will never return to this location and i will urge as many people as possible to do the same. A simple "I will take your order in a moment" would have saved me wasting 25 minutes of my life at your establishment. Edit: 7 Years ago and this is still the worst drive-through experience I've ever had. I was left unattended for almost 30 minutes just sitting in line the then told I should have waited longer. To be clear the screen on the intercom was busted. After waiting and attempting to speak into the intercom for a minimum of 5 minutes. The cars ahead of me had all cleared out and nobody was even parked at the window. There was however a massive line building behind me as I waited for employees to speak a single word from the speaker. When I eventually pulled forward to the window to find out what was happening they told me to go wait in line and closed the window. Still have not been back to this location, likely never will.
I was asked to hold on speaker 5 minutes after I had to ask if I was still on hold to be helped, I got to the window, and they did not have my order even taken. I was given my bag, no napkins, no straw, and there was no communication at all, not a hi, not a thank you, not a parting coming. Seemed to get mad when I asked for ketchup, napkins, and a straw. There were only 3 cars, and I was on line for litarry, not exaggerating 26 minutes. Food was fresh, and they got that 🤷♂️
Wouldn’t honor code for free frozen drink.
Be aware of this place. The counter person didn't even greet me. When I walked up to the counter, she said, "What? My food was ok. The dining room was disgusting. You could hear the entire crew making fun of people in the drive-thru. I felt sorry for those people.
It is Sunday, July 16th at 6:20 am and I am waiting behind a car for 8 minutes because they are talking with the worker like old friends. No worries about anyone else in line. Zero tact when ordering. Most unprofessional experience I have ever seen. My food was sitting there cold and it took over 2 minutes to get my receipt. So when ordering, worst way to talk to customer, pushy and zero politeness. Wait in line for the worker and customer to talk for 8 minutes. Then food Luke warm and seemed annoyed that I wanted my receipt.
Definitely very disappointed we were recommended this place by family and too get into town from a long drive. The drive through employee hermes was very disrespectful and seemed very annoyed too take our order. Definitely will NOT be coming here again
Came in at 3:00 am the associate was counting his till in full view of customers with the drive thru window partially open. When my food was ready the associate grabbed my food with his dirty hands that had been counting money, didn't wash his hands or at the very least put on gloves. When he went to hand me the food I asked him why would you do that? Count money and immediately handle my food? His response was I didn't think about it. Just makes me wonder if he doesn't think about washing his hands at other times if he doesn't after handling dirty money, cross contamination can be deadly it's nothing to take lightly.
This location has zero consistency. Sometimes when going through drive thru they say they are closed, sometimes they server breakfast at 5:30, sometimes they say not until 6. You can no go here twice in a week at the same time in the morning and get the same answer. I gave up months ago and then had luck two days ago so I came by today just to see that nothing has changed.
They got my order wrong and they were unprofessional while I was telling them my order and they were laughing, making fun of my mom's language and had charged me with these extra burgers that I didn't want. They also said that they couldn't take it off or change it. So my money went down the drain with this Carl's Jr and hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
Cold burger with a dry, stale bun. Asked for extra BBQ sauce on my burger and there was about 1/2 tsp of BBQ barely smeared, completely soaked in by the bun that rivaled the dryness of the Gobi Desert. The cheese wasn't even melted. Fries were cold (asked for onion rings). I feel like somebody just stole $25 from me. What happened to this place? How places like this is stay in business is a great mystery. How disgusting and disappointing.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Carl’s Jr. this morning. It was 9:33 a.m., and the dining area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned from the night before — or possibly longer. There were visible stains and leftover food around the drink station that made the entire area feel unsanitary. It genuinely looked like it hadn’t been touched in days. For a restaurant open for breakfast service, basic cleanliness should already be handled before customers walk in the door. Instead, I found myself questioning whether I’d track something out just by standing there. To make matters worse, there were no napkins stocked at the drink station. When I asked for napkins, I was told they were “kind of out” and that I would be given only a few with my meal. So if I spill something while filling my drink — or simply need to wipe my hands — I’m expected to wait until my food arrives? That’s not practical, and it’s certainly not customer-focused service. Cleanliness and simple supplies like napkins are the bare minimum. This experience did not meet even basic expectations.
I used the app and ordered from the last Carl's I purchased food from. Unfortunately I was an hour away. I'm not sure why the app doesn't switch locations automatically. Anyways my fault. But what isn't my fault is when I try to call to let you know that Noone will be coming to pickup the food, I would think someone would answer the phone. But I was wrong. Get an answering machine. They still have those right?
Late-night order from Carl’s Jr and it was a mess. The burger was completely cold, and I ordered a double but they only gave me ONE patty. Super disappointing and not worth the money at all.
Food is great a majority of the time, but each time i come and get helped by the girl desiree she is always rude, she has terrible customer service every time i come to this location, please teach her better or get better cashiers. She is the only one that I've always had bad service from.
I almost forgot why I avoided this restaurant, I always get a cold burger, should have gone to in and out down the street.
Stopped in for a late night burger. Patty was still partially cold and was mostly raw. I’m amazed that they let this happen somebody should have a good talking to… guess they want to be like Jack in the Box back in the day killing people with raw meat! Not even trying to get my money back. Sometimes natural consequences are the best form of justice!
They selling people cold food. I just had to double back Just tell tell them to make my food fresh & they tell me don’t come back here no more
I have come here a few times and every time the staff is very rude. Have gotten my order wrong. And over charged another time. This time I pulled up and the staff said something unclear. I said, “I am sorry I didn’t hear what you said. Her response was a very annoyed, “what do you want?” I figured maybe she was just a little down so dismissed it and placed my order. Which she got wrong. She only put one thing I ordered and when I pulled up to the window she was very dismissive and clearly annoyed. This has been my experience with different staff the three times I have come here. I don’t know if I will come again.
Zero Stars for This Carl’s Jr! (Anthony does not like his JOB) The experience at this fast food restaurant was absolutely terrible. The AC was barely functioning, leaving the interior sweltering at 88 degrees while the outside temperature soared to 115 degrees. The service was abysmal; the person taking the order couldn't be heard over the counter. I strongly urge management or the owners to reach out and refund my money immediately. It's hard to believe this is a direct store because it was undoubtedly my worst experience in any fast food restaurant. The employees worked at a snail's pace, and to top it off, they didn't even put ice after I asked multiple. When I requested a refund, I was disrespectfully directed to contact the owner, which is completely unacceptable. What kind of establishment are they running here? Employee’s name who disrespected my wife after asking for items missing that were included in the meal was Anthony. I understand being new and young, but this guy did his very best to try and be confronting towards my wife and my family.
