Ordered online for pick up, pre-paid. Walked in my order was ready just grabbed and left. So far I've had two of the meals the turkey bowl, and the elote cesar salad SOOO DELICIOUS!
Excellent food, I don’t eat at the location, but it’s plenty comfy enough for a quick bite, the meals and options are really fantastic, my wife and I are on our second week of subscription and couldn’t be happier

Jules was absolutely the greatest she helped me with my decision and as well as I am goin to start ordering in the morning before I get to work and I love this location and will definitely refer this place!!!

Is this location closing? I tried going 4 times this week and it's been close every time. Can someone let me know. So I can find another everytable close to me.. thank you

This is the fourth time I come here, and every single time the store is closed for “breaks”. I understand employees have to take breaks but I think the system is being abused. Today I got here at 9am and the sign on the door said they were in a 10 minute break and that they would re-open at 9:20. The math is not mathing. That sounds like a 20 minute break. Then I noticed the employee was shirtless in his car smoking weed. I have come at different times everyday and it’s always closed. I’ve come early, I’ve come in the afternoon and I’ve come just before closing time and the store is never open. This is ridiculous! You should post all break times in the door so people know when not to come. And make sure the employees are not closing the store at random times.

Showed up at 1:30pm on Friday today and the business was closed. Not sure what business closes at 1pm on a Friday or closes for lunch.
The food was decent; good flavors and just enough spice. I bought the jerk chicken with coconut rice and peas, and collard greens. Mango sauce was on the side. It was a small container, but I wanted to try it. Although it was good, that will be my first and last time visiting. The customer service is horrible and extremely inhospitable. I see why it was EMPTY. Decent food + small portions + horrible customer service = no revenue.
