Pretty fast service. Food was delicious. There is a strange feeling in the atmosphere that there is something missing in your order. I just can’t pin point it . I’m guessing it is missing more love in the food handling. I could be wrong just inputting on how o felt in my visit.

This was quite a surprise, I ordered chicken wings and got quail wings.. I had no idea that Popeyes sold such a delicacy. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

It all tastes like chicken, right? Well, this is different enough to set it apart. Especially for those of us who like a little spice. Plus their desserts. Taste the beignets before they are gone. They aren't fresh from the oven from Cafe du Monde, but they are pretty good in their own right.

The food is awesome but we ordered a $25 pack that's supposed to come with four sandwiches, a side, and four chicken strips. We also ordered a gravy on the side. When we got our order, we specifically asked if everything was in the bag and they said yes. If it wasn't for my 5-year-old needing to go to the restroom, we wouldn't have noticed that we were missing the four chicken strips and the gravy. We asked for two spicy sandwiches and two regular sandwiches as some of our family can't eat spicy, and they labeled all chicken sandwiches as regular when in fact two of them were spicy. I'm sorry to say but everywhere we order fast food in Harlingen, they always mess up/forget something. This was no exception. We shouldn't have to go out of our way to check the order every time smh

They never seem to have ghost pepper wings to fill an order of 12-piece. I've been going through drive thru and have asked at least four times or better good food just takes too long

Have to give recognition to cashier for hooking both my kids up with coupon benifits despite one kid forgetting coupon at home. Thanks for saving me the trip. Food was good and as ordered.

It's my go to place when I don't know where to go and want something quick. Chicken sandwich is juicy and tender. Red beans and rice are always on point. Drive thru is efficient and staff are friendly at this location. The fried chicken is always good with the great Cajun spices. And I love the unique mash potatoes with that meaty gravy. Prices are same as all other fast food restaurants. I would recommend this place.

Christmas Eve not very busy. My spicy chicken sandwich was very tasty. Cole slaw was ok. If you get a sandwich combo you may choose any of the sides to go with it. It was my first time here and I was pleased. The temperature is cold like it was mentioned by other reviewer. I was the only diner and 7 out of 15 tables were not cleaned.

The food was good, employees were helpful, but it was freezing cold in the restaurant. I had to go back to our car, get a sweater & was still cold. As other customers came in they too were trying to find a warmer place to sit.

Had to order some mushy food (mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese) because I had a tooth pulled. The food was fine, my only problem was the macaroni was not fully filled. I ordered both sides large and paid over $11.00. Had I seen how expensive the sides were I could have just ordered a whole meal.

They hype was better than the sandwich! I wasn't pleased nor displeased. It's just the build up was so that it either had to be crack on a bun or what I actually got which was good but not beat up a Popeye's or other customer good!

Good was ready not all that. My food was cold and dry. I expected better food but got it cold and dry. Don't know if I really want to go back. Maybe I should've all for fresh food but was in a hurry and saw no one was in line so yeah should've known better.

They barely had enough chicken to fill a 10 piece spicy order and had no breasts available when we visited. This would be understandable at an off hour but we visited at 5 pm which is the beginning of the dinner rush hours. Having a personal history managing in food service this is unacceptable. There was not even an offer to cook fresh while we waited. Very disappointed.

The food was hot and fresh, but the service was horrible. Expect to wait! The popcorn chicken and fries were hot & crisp while the coleslaw was cold & delicious. Sweet tea was nasty, but the biscuits with honey made the experience so much better. I won't be stopping at this location if I'm in a hurry.

The food was ok. Mashed potatoes were too watery and gravy, also. The place looked clean. We were greeted when we went inside.

After a long day at work I just wanted some fries. I put in my $40 plus order for my family, got my food, and I head home. Normally I check but the line was long and the person behind me wanted to leave the line so I just moved on. I didn't get any of my sauces and I didn't get any of my fry orders. Totally disappointed. :(

The kindness and curiosity when ordering from the drive thru window is below standard. The times I've ordered from the drive thru we would be asked immediately to move our vehicle to the other side of the restaurant and our meal would be delivered there. When the food is finally delivered, a meaningless apology for the delay is said. Management and employees never seem to be happy to serve you.

My order of 8 nuggets contained 2 or 3 full sized nuggets plus a bunch of smaller pieces of nuggets. In terms of quantity I think I probably got the equivalent of 8 but the smaller pieces were difficult to dip into the sauce plus the breading was falling off. The fries were barely warm and did not seem fresh. The young man at the counter was marginally helpful in taking my order and not quick at all. The order was ready for us very quickly. My chair and numerous other ones were missing a foot, making them wobble badly. The restrooms were filthy. I'm not sure why I was so generous in allowing a rating of 3. Attention to detail was missing at this place at the time I was there.

Well, my dark chicken piece was dried, hard and cold...but my husband's piece of chicken breast was big..my piece tasted like it had been really heated.

I specifically asked for beans and rice as a side with my 8 piece. I received fries, the biscuits were hard, the chicken was ok. They were not busy, I was the only one in line and they still got it wrong! Tried calling but no answer. Guess this is how a struggling franchise does business.

The service is really bad, they can see you standing there to order and they don't tell you anything. The cashier serving & texting. The wait was 45 minutes. It was just a bad experience.

The sandwich was very good but as everytime I go into the restaurant every table is dirty. As is the floor everytime. I honestly don't go there that often because of this. I believe the clientele would be better if it was keep cleaner. There was only 2 other tables with people there so there was no excuse to be duty.

The food was good, but the customer service was horrible. I went through the drivethru and there was no happy greeting or welcome. I didn’t get a price till I got to the window, and when I got there, there was absolutely no Expression from the employee. After I left with my food, and got to work. I noticed there were no utensils, napkins, or condiments in my bag. Noted, I got a family meal, there has to be at least that!!!

The sandwiches were good, the shrimp was trash and the ice tea was warm af!! . I asked for the girl to put extra ice and she looked at me like it was such an inconvenience...smh customer service needs to be worked on.

It's always hit and miss at this Popeye's. Chicken strips weren't breaded properly so chicken tends to dry up. The Cajun gravy was all watered. To be honest it didn't even look like Cajun gravy much less taste like it.

The restaurant was very clean & food was delicious. Chicken had just come out. 2 stars because the young man who took my order was NOT friendly. He wore a mask below his mouth. I had placed my order & when he went to get my order he came back to say there was no dark meat. It would take 8 minutes. I told him to cancel my order (I'm not from Harlingen). Then I changed my mind & told him to go ahead with my order & he seemed bothered that I changed my mind. The restaurant was empty when I arrived. Management needs to take time to work with employees etiquette. If it wouldn't of been for that, I would of given a 5 star.

People were too busy on their cell phones. Not really friendly. Wings I got on my 4 piece package were so small that if they fell off my plate I would not have found them. For the price we paid for two meals. Over 30 dollars. We could have gone to a buffet

This location has such RUDE employees/staff. The chick with the lip piercing was especially rude. Was giving me attitude the entire time she was taking my order and just handed me my receipt without a word after she took my order. The restrooms were leaking water all over the front dining area, which was super appetizing. All the tables had trash on them and all on the floor. A pack of cigarettes was left on one table. Only thing that was okay was the food.

Wasn’t asked if I wanted spicy or original, bread had been hard like it been sitting there for hrs , Mac was .. idk just thrown together. Mashed potatoes were decent. No care in the world for the napkins or cutlery. No smile from manager on duty. I miss Houston & Victoria Popeyes nothing compares !!! This is why I don’t come here , I spend over 18$ for a meal not as satisfying.. when I could have just gone to Taco Bell smh ..

Pretty upset. Showed up and ordered 60 boneless wings and was told to pull over because they had to make them. Ok no problem, when I asked how long it would take they said 7 mins. Drove to the other side as requested when the seven minutes passed my wife went in and was told it would be another seven minutes went in several times after and was told the same thing. One occassion my wife overheard an employee saying "I don't explitive know how long it takes." Overall it took 45 minutes to receive my order, and on on top of that we were missing 20 of our boneless wings. The employees were not apologetic, friendly, and were very rude.

My family and I (family of 4) decided to stop by for dinner just about 2 mins ago at the Dixieland Road location in Harlingen. As soon as we walked in they said they are only taking to go orders due to being understaffed. We said ok that's fine. Then they proceeded to say that they are only taking small orders. I was confused. Was I supposed to order for myself? Or for 2 of us? Mind you that the dinning area was completely vacant. Not a single person was inside and the drive thru had 1 car ordering at the window. I turned around and walked out with my family and one of the employees was sarcastic and said HAVE A NICE DAY MA'AM! What in the world?! This is unacceptable.

This place is run by general manager Ashley must have to many customers to CARE about Customer Service. I ordered Spicy Chicken at popeyes and got mild chicken when I called a kid answered the phone took my name and phone number and told me to come back and tell the manager which I did so when I called I didn't talk to the manager I spoke to Ashley the General Manager all she wanted to do was Argue and DIDN'T MAKE IT RIGHT! I have to give them one star to post it wouldn't let me do NO Stars or even Half a star.

My order to go bag was a little sticky when the lady handed it to me. Not realizing how bad it was I drove off only to find honey all over the order. Having reached in the bag my wife and I both were covered. Returning I told the manager how wrong and unprofessional it was to pass off such to any patron. I now understand why we have gone from three local stores to only one. I have always loved Popeyes Chicken but this is a very poor showing of quality control and food preperation. I hope they can exhibit a better reckoning in future service or they will most likely follow the fore mentioned stores...

What’s wrong with the woman at the counter? I was there yesterday afternoon. This older woman was just so angry treating customers like rubbish!! Should find another job is she doesn’t like customer service.

Real bad service waited 1hr. And 6 minutes to get a chicken sandwich. No one wore gloves to prepare meals. One person doing all sandwiches. Rude workers. Don't recommend sandwich not that good. Chicken under cooked. Chick fil a #1.

Literally couldn’t respond appropriately to me via the drive thru right now! I ask for a price difference in the up charge since they want to upsell me but can’t even have manners. Was disrespectful. What’s even worse was the fact they advertise chocolate beignet but if you ask for them she lies and says they don’t have any but then the drive thru cashier says they do and tells me to drive around and then I drive around and she tells me again they don’t have any and wants to argue about it via the intercom. Highly disappointed with my first experience here. May not come back again.

Today I went to go eat, I got a dine for 2 for me and my friend. We were eating the chicken and all of a sudden, my friend finds a long piece of hair tangled around the chicken leg. It was nasty, we told the manager and they switched the order and gave us a new chicken and as a bonus, a free biscuit. After that, they started checking all the chickens before they started frying them. Horrible experience, I've gone there before and we also had a problem, that place is completely full of problems 😡!!!

Rude staff and rude managers, asked for our food fresh and didnt get that. Lady Manager wanted to give us bacon and cheese when we didn’t ask for that and said “ well I made bacon and cheese” when we said that wasn’t our order.

Unfortunately the food was not fresh when we went today around 4pm. We ordered 12piece family meal. Chicken was super crispy from sitting under heat light. Very dry. I added on fries. Which were very old as well. Overall very disappointed. IF FOODS OLD JUST THROW IT OUT......

Today was the first time I ever went to Popeye's. I ordered the chicken tender strips spicy. When I got home and open the box the tender strips for very small. Also they weren't spicy and they were dry and the biscuit was very hard. The only thing that was good was the coleslaw. I will never go back there again.

Was told my food would be ready in 15 minutes and got stuck waiting for over 45 minutes with five cars behind me having gotten their food before me. Freaking ridiculous! I DO NOT recommend coming to this Popeyes!

Monday went to this Popeyes in Harlingen and wanted to order chicken sandwiches. I did not know that it is up to management to control and put a stop as to frying more of these sandwiches for other customers to order. The crew needs to be told by management when they need to fry more of these chicken sandwiches. When it came time for me to order 3 of these sandwiches they told me the customer just bought 7 sandwiches and we need to wait for management to say when we can fry more. This is very rediculous and wierd for this restaurant to put a stop time for frying this chicken sandwiches. Management needs to be evaluated for something that this restaurant that sells chicken and are famous for thier chicken sandwich has a control on. I ask did the restaurant just run out of the chicken patty and was told no it's just management.

Terrible experience! Stood in line for 30 mins for a chicken sandwich only. I notice a worker with only 1 glove on. She is grabbing buns with ungloved hand also wiping her nose, face and pant leg with this hand. I asked to be refunded immediately!

Seriously they need to retrain their managers at this place, they forgot our biscuits one time and it was dead, no one in drive thru, only one person in the lobby wasn't even busy, left a bad review on the main website, they call us back and say we can pick them up whenever we go buy again. The manager didn't even apologize for the mistake, didn't say were sorry for your bad experience it's like really , someone get a better manager, never going back again.

There was an old lady in a suv Toyota in front of me for staters. She had a hard time deciding what she was going to order. Then about 12 minutes later I was finally able to move forward and place my order. Just for the person on the speaker tell me. To wait a couple of minutes more. Lucky for me there was just a Jeep behind me. So I flagged it to move back n let me out of that place. I will never go back for that kind of bad service. It's no wonder they closed the one on Ed Carry Dr.

The lady taking the orders was just laughing non stop so of course she got my order wrong, then the manager came out and was rude about it after having to wait 20min more after being in the long line. As first responders my wife and I just wanted to eat a simple meal and couldn't get it.

i went through drive through to order a kids meal for my little sister and i wasn’t not aware that i had to present the coupon at the speaker. when i got to the window to give it to them, what i asume is the manager ripped it out my hands and very rudely said “you were supposed to present it over there.” i was trying to not say anything given the fact that my younger siblings were in the car with me, but even they noticed that she was very rude.

I would give it 0 stars but you can’t. Ordered some wings to try them out though the drive through and they said it would be 10 minutes which is understandable. After 20 minutes of waiting outside I went inside to ask for them and was told it would be an extra 8 minutes so basically they didn’t even start cooking my wings until 20 minutes after I paid for them and was already waiting, finally got them after 34 minutes and no ranch in the bag 😂😅. No wonder their parking lot and store are always empty. Won’t be back….

Worst Popeyes! To start off the employees were rude and unhelpful. The chicken nuggets were really small and were mostly breading. The fries were old and stale. They claimed it was because of the time that had passed since they had given me the order but the fries on separate orders I placed were fine. They gave me a new order of fries but with a bad attitude. Do not recommend whatsoever!

If I could rate the place 0 stars I would. I've had instances of incorrect orders which I can understand happens but today took the cake. I placed an order for tenders and used a coupon, I was charged and went home. I signed onto my bank and saw I was charged 19.46 which is a lot more than the 8.99 I was going to pay for my one order. I called and the manager told me "Oh that happens a lot just wait because it'll clear." SHe failed to understand that what happened was I was charged 8.99 twice on the same order. She said she could give me a credit for 6 dollars towards my next order which is way less than what I paid. I let her know that I just wanted my money back. She said I would have to come in since she couldn't do card transactions over the phone. I drove back, and she repeatedly asked me if I only received one order. This was even after I explained this over the phone. She didn't even refund me on my card and proceeded to give me cash. The chicken itself wasn't even good. Most of my order was dry, the fries were cold, I was given the wrong sauce. Never coming back here again and I hope others see this and think twice of going here.

Worst customer service ever! The girl at window does not want to be there. She practically threw our order at us and not even a thank you. I really hope management takes care of this because that place is always slow of customers. I didn’t feel welcomed and not planning to go back.

Myra “the rude unprofessional manager” thinks its okay to have customers waiting for their food and block the drive thru..its common sense to have drive thru customers park and wait for their order at the front of the store then staff can drop it off when ready. We have been asked to do this before!

Service was horrible. The tables weren't clean for dine in so nobody would eat there. No lids, napkins or sweet tea ready. Lost track of orders and needed to go to the front to ask for it. Sandwich wasn't made properly and fries were clumped together. Really bad first time experience and i hope I'm contacted to replace my order.

Got there about thirty minutes before closing. Could tell by the conversation of the fellow customer in front of me that the staff was ready to call it a night. When I placed my order I was told that it would take about ten minutes for them to cook the chicken sandwich. So I was really surprised when it came out in about four minutes. I didn't think anything about it until I was about a third of the way into the sandwich when I bit into a cold almost frozen part. Won't go to that location again.

Well. Our first time. Thought we would give it a try. We ordered 5 chicken tender combo with fries & a side of coleslaw & a side of gravy. A shrimp tackle box & a side of onion rings. 2 medium drinks. They got the drinks right. No onion rings. What comes with a tackle box combo??? Just 6 tiny breaded shrimp & nothing else? All this for $23. Never going back.

First off customer service the moment I drove up was terrible. Rushing me the moment I started ordering. The lady in the drive-thru was very rude, just handed my food and not a word was said. Now with the food! The packaging was awful, the boxes were all open. The chicken was frozen!! I ordered the chicken stripes and a chicken sandwich and the chicken was very hard and very cold on the inside. I have kept calling this location to get a refund but they apparently they number is not working or just don't answer the phones! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

Well let me start off by saying that the people are very nice about taking your order, but there pop corn shrimp was terrible didn't even get cocktail sauce even though I asked for it. My wife got chicken she said it was decent even though she ask for mild it was still super spicy. Not sure what going on but it needs improvement.

So, on a very important day for our family our 60 pieces of chicken and red beans and rice is taking over an hour to prepare and they are acting like this is our fault. So disappointed in a place that sells tasty food. The management doesn't care and out their newest member on our large order.

Never again. We ordered spicy chicken strips told us there is a wait on the spicy we said ok and then they decided to give us regular chicken strips anyways. Also the chicken sandwiches were dry, cold and had no pickles. They also "forgot" to give us a receipt. This is not the first time this has happened therefore if wanting chicken strips in harlingen just go elsewhere. Customer service is non existence since they refuse to answer the phone.

They forgot my apple juice, and they needed to confirm with the manager first to make sure that they didn't give it to me in the first place. They also forgot my gravy and said that I asked for Buffalo sauce instead......when I asked for an extra Buffalo sauce on the side. So I didn't get my gravy 😕

This is my first review ever, I feel I had to share. I order a family meal dark when I got to the table I notice it was not dark, I touch every piece looking for the dark meat ones in the pack so I can pull them out to feed the kids. I take it back to the register, the cashier take it to the back and put the chicken right back to the warmer with the fresh chicken coming out. I will never eat again at Popeyes!

Placed a drive-thru order. The lady taking the order was so rude. I know everyone has bad days but come on. Don't take it out on customers. No smile or response when customers try to interact with a "Hi or Hello". Her mood was more like get the hek out of my face and don't come back. Just wow. Not someone I would recommend to interact with customers. Just from the drive-thru experience should have been enough to veer me away from ordering from this place. Then when I get my order it's not so great. Biscuits had a weird smell and flavor. And the rice was hard and the chicken was dry.

I want a refund I’m not paying for 2 2 piece meals and end up with this. Horrible

Update on 12/17/2023...the one server was trying to do it all..she did her best but two of the managers ignored customers to have a verbal battle regarding what the previous shift did not do. Then, after waiting 10 minutes to order and waiting 12 more minutes for my order, I was told it would be another 10 minutes because they didn't put the chicken in the fryer. One hour later, I left with my $40 order for 3 people. It was not an affordable place to eat, and unfortunately, one of the chicken sandwiches was too tough to eat. I absolutely love the spicy chicken sandwich. I am very selective when eating chicken or meat in restaurants because I don't like any surprises such as grizzle. I have never had a problem with Popeyes, but during my recent visit, I had to spit out disgusting g pieces of the chicken. The sandwich was horrible, I was so disappointed. On a good note, the Cajun fries were fantastic, crispy, and hot.staff was not friendly.

Cashier called 23 then 25 and left my tray of food sitting on counter. When she got to 27 I asked what happened to 24? She said she called it. I was standing there the whole entire time which I saw with my own eyes and ears she was lying. Then later she drags chairs making screeching noise. If she hates her job that much why is she there??? Those screeching noises moving chairs were hard on our ears. No courtesy service whatsoever!!!

First off I want to say, I typically love Popeyes. This location however is just sad. I have taken coupons in that were sent to me and was told they don't accept "those" coupons. (Shrugs) Okay, fine. The customer service is by far the worst. I'm not sure who owns the place, but you really need to revaluate yourself and your hires. The food quality for a fast food place was a joke for the cost. Will not be returning.

Workers here are RUDE!! Yesterday I had pulled up to the drive through and got asked, "what do you want?" like excuse me? what am I? your friend? I don't know you, and it's weird because when you order they either give you a bad tone or HURRY YOU UP!! It's always both, and the workers there are so sad. They all act like teenagers who just got a job after being kicked out.. RUDE! When I looked through their window some girl just threw my fries and they just shove everything in the bag. Another time I had ordered Mac and cheese right? Nothing but boiled shells and clumped up cheese. Not even melted. Tasted bad, maybe it was just that one time but I'm not sure because I'm not ORDERING THAT AGAIN!! And I HATTEEE how they give you bad looks.. They groan and sigh loudly when you pull up to get your food? Like why get mad at me when this is your job? the food is ok, but I rather go to chick fil a than deal with this attitude bs.

The lady taking the orders is rude. Doesn't greet the customers always anxious to get you out of the way. If you have any questions about the specials or menu get ready for a dry condescending response.

Went to have one of their famous Chicken sandwiches I've been hearing so much about! Very delicious, the best I've ever had! I had the spicy one and the sauce they put in the sandwich is very tasty. My wife said it's the best, "it's like having crispy tasty chicken in a warm bun! She normally doesn't eat chicken sandwiches but like me she's sold on this sandwich. Just Went to get a fish sandwich they've been advertising all morning and I'm told it's not available for the rest of this Lent season, why would you spend millions of dollars on advertising National? Poor business Marketing 😢

Worst experience ever! The lady in grey shirt that took my order sounded like she didn't want to be there in the first place. I got to the window we had asked for light ice in my husband there was 4 ice cubes. My son's drink was filled with ice and barely any soda for him to drink with his food. I ordered the frozen strawberry lemonade with my meal. the girl tried to hand me a chilled strawberry lemonade, when I asked her if that was the frozen one right in front of me she turned looked at who I think was the manager in a grey shirt and slammed the drink down while saying it's a frozen strawberry lemonade and the grey shirt lady says she didn't specify. When the girl made my frozen drink I apologized while she practically threw my drink at me, advised her I did specify and she walked away. I didn't get a receipt nor offered one. We didn't get napkins or utensils. I went inside to ask for my receipt from a different girl at the register however grey shirt lady and drive thru girl all after 4 mins of me waiting came to ask her what I needed. She told them my receipt and grey shirt lady pulled it crumpled up out of the trash and told her if she wanted a receipt she should of asked.i had also ordered my husband a diet Coke and got Dr pepper and a cheese cake they didn't even charge me for. This was by far the worst drive thru experience I have ever had. Idk how those girls are still working there but this franchise owner must not really care. I saw the reviews and wish I had before we went. I was already not having a good day, starving and just trying to get through the day like every one else.

Ordered shrimp combo they call the "tackle box" and the shrimp was popcorn size and very dry. Not a good meal. Barely a snack.

Every single time have tried to get food here you must wait 25-30 min. There is never any traffic or people... terrible service! They never have any chicken! Never ever stop here. Save yourself and go somewhere you are appreciated

Exposing Criminal Activity

Read this before you order food from this place. If you do order food here check your food carefully before you eat it. The apple pie in the order was bitten. We don't know if their employees are sick or if they have any health problems and bit it on purpose or if they want to get other people sick and intentionally do stuff to food that people order. We called and spoke to "Hector" the manager and he did not care this needs to be known about the employees that work there and what they do to people's orders. Becarful out there people.

I went today to purchase a wrap and an apple pie at 722 Dixeland Rd Harlingen Texas 78552 when I opened the package of the apple pie it had handwriting in blue ink inside of it had scribbles and also on the outside and I looked at the pie closer and it had teeth marks was bitten on the side of the pie. I called to speak to the supervisor he said his name was Hector I explained everything I saw on the package and that the pie was bitten he didn't show no concern much less empathy about the whole situation. He didn't seem to care or make any improvements he has bad customer service and I don't believe he's the supervisor I think he's covering up an he's just a regular employee.

I had a disappointing experience with a staff member who exhibited unprofessional behavior. The individual's personal hygiene was concerning, as I noticed visible skin issues. Additionally, the customer service provided was rude, especially since I was the only customer an hour before closing. This raises concerns about the management and overall standards of service. Customer services needs to be improve. The manager has some work to do.

order of 6 plane no spice chicken wings. Service was slow. Wings with batter were dry spicy and each wing wasvthe size of my big thumb . zusless, couldn't eat any of them They went into the garbage. Will definitely not say they rated one star. Terrible experience.

Food was nice and hot the issue is there was a small roach in my soda drink . Iim so grossed out! I called and they were offering me a free side on my next visit. I’m like no, you have your branch manager call me. I would’ve been happy if they would’ve said we'll refund the whole meal.

This visit was the most recent in a string of disappointing experiences at this Popeye's. When ordering, I asked if they could please leave the wings out of my box. They said no, so that was fine. I asked which pieces would be included so that I could plan the rest of my order accordingly so that everyone in my party would be satisfied with their meals. They told me which pieces and even had it listed on the screen. I ordered extra pieces to fit our needs. The receipt clearly shows the pieces that should be included. When I got home, we realized the listed pieces (which had then been confirmed 3 different ways) were not what was in the bag. What is the point of listing the pieces and refusing to swap pieces if you're not even going to put the pieces that YOU stated are included?... At this point, I'm so frustrated with the behavior of the staff I'm not even sure what I could do. I will not be spending my money at Popeye's anymore. I will miss the foods I enjoy from here, but it's not worth the stress.

I should have believed the reviews. I recommend if your reading this, go elsewhere. This Popeyes store is 100% horrible. I don't know who runs this franchise but it is beyond a shadow of doubt the worst chicken in the Valley. Yes that's a bold statement but the food is that bad. I'd ask for a new order but why be disappointed twice? 40 bucks for bone dry tasteless chicken. Mac N Cheese was scraped off the bottom of the pan, the Biscuits could have been used as chock blocks. The mashed potatoes had more salt than the Great Salt Lake.. I've had bad food in the Valley but this is now #1 on the crapshow chow list. Save yourself the heartache. Go somewhere else. Plotted. Not only were my portions of the fries cold but we had to go back because they forgot our sauces. Then once we opened my boyfriends food we saw they gave us broken up fish (looked like it had been stepped on) with no sides or bread. We called the resturant and they blamed it on "being understaffed". We're in the food industry as well and even tho we're understaffed too, we still make sure the food comes out right and hot. Never coming back.

Bad Drivers

Not only did my food come cold with wrong sauce even though driver took less than 9 minutes to deliver, there people sent me a fried paper towel!!!!!!
