Customer service is horrible. Cashier seems in a bad mood all the time. If you don't like your job get another one.

This is my favorite Wingstop and have been coming here for over 5 years. Unfortunately, this will be my last time due to how a supervisor by the name of Charlene (or close to that name) treats the young girls at the front. I was ordering and I notice the apparent supervision yelling at the guys in the back and I heard her call one of them out of their name. I asked the cashier what her name was and if she was always like that. The cashier said that about 80% of the time they get mistreated but are afraid to speak up cuz they could lose their job. As we were eating I saw the supervisor belittling a cashier and had the young girl in tears. I have been in management for many years and I would never treat my employees or allow any supervisor to treat employees like she did. I highly recommend that the owner investigate the bully that supervisor does to the employees before a lawsuit happens.

Place was super dirty , service was slow and there was NO ONE who spoke BASIC Spanish or understood it . which is ridiculous and sad . Super rude when someone did speak 4 words in spanish they were super rude to my grandmother with an attitude for no reason . Once the order was taken and paid for , for dine in . We were there waiting for 40 minutes just to find out that the order was never placed even thoe it got paid for!?! That is ridiculous and horrible service . We were just hungry and tired from a long day just for this place to make our day so much worse instead of better. Workers were just standing there looked lazy sad how the place was so dirty . Never coming here again .

I feel like I'm going to throw up🤢. I ordered food for my daughter's sleepover tonight and a chicken sandwich for myself. I bit into it and thought the texture was weird and when I looked at my sandwich it was raw! My husband called and was told the manager ( chastity?)was too busy to talk to him about it. I really hope they refund me after all but I'll never go back.

I thought maybe this wingstop would be better than the other one on 77 harlingen. Turns out its FREAKING HOT IN HERE TOO. why is there no ceiling fans? Or fans in general??? Have 2 big fans on each corner so air can pass around. I might as well be the boss because common sense is missing in the Restaurant. I stood under the vent and sometime pass and the ac turned on. It was blowing mild air. Ok I understand the business maybe trying to save crap ton of money on having it on 80 or something but this is ridiculous. The real owner must have accomplished some goal of saving 10 dollars on the electic bill. It looks nice to dine in to eat but its to hot. Food is eh its a hit or miss. Did see some young guy by himself by the fryer putting raw wings into the basket with no gloves. Just his hands.i need to find a better place.

I was really disappointed to find what looked like a bitten or previously eaten flat wing in my meal. It was very off-putting and made me question the food safety and handling practices. I expected better quality and attention to hygiene. This experience has made me hesitant to order from here again. Manager did give me a refund.

Food has gone downhill tremendously. Fries are never fresh, especially on takeout. Wings are not made with pride anymore. Idk if some days are just hit and miss but paying for what we pay is definitely not it.

Flies everywhere, box of chicken wings dripping blood next to the prep station where the carrots and sticks were cutting them. Cross contamination at its best . Staff did not care at all when I mentioned it. Disgusting restaurant and worse of all, unwrapped straws .when all the costumers were touching them . I Talked to the leader in charge and she doesn't even know how to handle big problems like that . Do not go to this restaurant unless you wanna contract with COVID 19 . Warning ⚠️⚠️

Restaurant is short staff which I totally understand but if you see a customer waiting for more than a hour in front of your face at least take the time to ask for the name of the order…they lost my receipt for my order now I have to wait 20 more minutes for my food! Really disappointed first & last time at this WINGSTOP !

Worst service ever.. placed an order at 11:18 I didn’t receive my order until 12:30! Every time I asked how much longer I was told “5 mins” then finally at 12:15 “oh they’re about to start on it” cooks were just horse-playing and cracking jokes! The management was a joke. I’d understand if the place was packed but there was only two tables occupied while 7 people stood and wait on their orders. Everyone was told “5mins” some got frustrated and left.. I left these pictures as well to show you how we received our burnt order.. never again!

As a loyal customer, I am offended to be served my food in the condition that they did. The tenders in the photo were almost charred and were severely undercooked in the inside. The chicken is glossy the breading is very doughy. When speaking to the "manager" she stated all of the tenders are "coming out that way". No apologies were offered. I am beyond disappointed. Wingstop, would you eat your chicken this way? Then, why would you serve it to your customers this way? You could really hurt someone by serving undercooked chicken.
