there’s some new guy there some big young guy with glasses and it’s very weird. i put my drink to be made with water and no lemonade. i watch him pour lemonade (keep in mind this was a mobile order and they were very busy so i had no idea this drink was for me) and then he gave it to me and i told him super nicely that i asked for the water version and he looked at the receipt and told me oh you should’ve told me while i was making it. like what? and i told him i didn’t know it was mine and he is just staring at me and remade it while he keeps looking at me with this weird smile as if i was the problem. new hire btw

We didn't use to have any issues with this store. However, the past couple of times we've ordered here have had either wrong, missing, or mixed up items.

This used to be great. Seems to have been a change in management last few years and it shows. The tables and where you get napkins are filthy! The food depending what you get could be stale and old they sell expired items. The drinks are only decent thing but some, not all, of the workers seem to not want to be there and also they argue with one another. The wait time is long. The disinterested lazy slow ones discourage the ones who do work and are pleasant. I stopped going there. Why pay sky high prices for dirty tables, expired food, ok drinks, and bad attitudes.

THIS LOCATION HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ordered online two drinks and a snack. When I arrived at the store nobody was paying attention to the customers. I had to call three time to a employee to see if my order was ready. When finally someone told me it wasn't I had to wait like 20 minutes. I employee came, and old men who looked like Hagrid from harry potter but short, with the long and messy hair and beard, the mesy clothes. His appearance was very disgusting. He asked me four more times what I ordered, and I told him how many times he will asked me the same he very disrespectful began to imitate me. In the end he threw me the order in a bad way. This is no the way you treat a customer, never go to buy anything in this store. Customer service. 0

They do not tell you good morning, More than one occasion my name was turn the opposite direction. I I touch and turn around all the cops to see if my order was ready. I asked one time if they could announce the order and a young lady turn and say that she’s too busy to call names, l spoke with the manager he said that it was wrong of her to say that, but it seems like he’s OK with it because she was not discipline. I went by more than one occasion and the same thing happened, no greetings no thank you. I will not return to that Location There is no appreciation and I felt so disrespected.

Extremely Disappointed The service at this Starbucks is consistently terrible. The wait times are ridiculously long, and the staff moves at a painfully slow pace with no sense of urgency. On top of that, the drinks are often made incorrectly or sloppily. It feels like no one is paying attention to quality or customer experience. Definitely not what you’d expect from a brand like Starbucks.

Slow service and terrible customer service. I got an email from corporate offering fifty percent off drinks. I waited online while the servers were just going very slow and A few seconds past 6, when the sale was over, they tried to finalize my purchase.The discount no longer applied. Instead of giving me a Courtesy for waiting.They looked at me and said well.Now it's full price Because it is after six. They only rang it up late.Because I was waiting in the store for ten minutes to be served by this slow servers. I asked to speak to a manager and of course he Was not in the store. After they rang me up at full price.The computer asked to add a tip. Why would I give a tip for slow service on overpriced coffee. These servers are getting paid to do a job and then they expect a tip on top of that shame on them..

It was a really loud and packed environment. I came with my friends and kids from other schools made racist comments about me. As we were waiting for our orders, a lady standing beside us took a close up pic of my friend and then another pic of all of us and sent it to a group chat on WhatsApp without our permission then, left without purchasing anything. A group of girls besides us were screaming and one of the staff members came over and blamed it on me. I didn’t understand what he meant by me screaming because I was speaking to the person beside me. Later, he attempted kicked us out as we were leaving. We even cleaned up after ourselves and left politely, I don’t understand why he accused us for causing disturbances. Can’t believe he decided to blame ME out of all people. I can’t stop thinking about this because I know how to act in public and I am a good person but, this man made me feel as if I caused trouble and ruined a day with my friends, I cannot stop beating myself up about it because this really upset me. The drinks and food are good but, the communication, people over there are horrible and it takes a long time for orders to be prepared. I would never go back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was just at this Starbucks for my first time and I asked for a diluted pink drink and the girl with long red braids and glasses looks at the cashier and says “ what does she want then, just with water” with a lot of attitude. This drink was for my mom and she can’t have drinks that are too sweet because she has diabetes. On top of that she was talking under her breath with another coworker of hers. The whole work environment there was just horrible, they were all talking about their personal lives which is very unprofessional and it was very dirty as well. The only thing good about my experience today was the cashier who rang me up because she really tried to accommodate my needs.
