Had the most delicious burger and fries in recent memory here. It was a bit smokey inside but that didn't deeply impact my enjoyment of the food. Staff were friendly and food came out quickly! Will definitely be stopping here again when I am in town. Prices were very reasonable.

The service here it’s wow, I felt so welcomed. I went in at 9:52 a few minutes before closing, instead of not letting me or being rude/complaining ever single person there were so welcoming and told me not to worry if I took long. I asked them if they wanted I could take it out but I wanted to eat in, they told me not to rush that they would clean the back first and then finish there to not hurry. Honestly, such a small gesture made me feel very good, me and my nephew ate there and the food was out so quick and it was good. What I loved the most was the people there. They deserve a raise, for being so sweet and hard working!

PINCHO is my new must-stop whenever I'm down in Miami. This location specifically was even nicer than the last one I went to, and had a great atmosphere. Food was very tasty as always and the staff go above and beyond for you compared to other chains of this size. Will definitely be returning!

Very tasty. I had a little difficulty finding it at first, but it was worth it. The decor is appealing, and though the menu isn't huge, they have lots of good options to choose from.

Ive been wanting pincho factory for about two months to give them another try first time i went i really didnt like the choice i picked but today i had my bf help me pick and im extremely satisfied i wanted the fritanga burger but without the crema and coleslaw so i ended up getting the perfecto burger with queso fresca that was the best decision ever i havent had a good burger in a couple months and my prego self finally got what i wanted we got fries two drinks two perfecto burgers one with the added cheese and it came out to be around 26 dollars So if thats in your price range give it a try i wish they had one closer to ft lauderdale but we were in hialeah so it worked out perfectly

The restaurant - chose to take a rustic look upon a Cuban American fusion cuisine. The cleanliness of the restaurant is more than above average. The restrooms are nice, modern, clean and functional, which of course, is crucial. The best part - I was personally recommended by a friendly employee The Perfecto Burger. Cheese, caramelizad onions, and nice toasted buns, makes the perfect combination for a taste, full of excitement and pure pleasure. I also eat the bacon and cheddar fries which were perfectly cooked with melted cheese on top of it, just perfect. I also drank one of many craft sodas they sell, it was delightful. They also serve craft beer and they have them at a reduced price during their happy hours. There is nothing more I could say about this restaurant. I am very satisfied with my experience. Thank you guys. Keep up the great work. Love how it looks!

The young servers were incredibly attentive, respectful, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they take pride in what they do — they made us feel valued and well taken care of the entire time.
