Just went by there tonight, 5 min. before closing to buy a sandwich, but they were already putting everything away and washed their dishes and I felt so bad for coming in so late, but I couldn't get out of work fast enough and I was really craving a subway sandwich and they went ahead and made me a sandwich anyways, the two night time guys that was there are very nice and patient with me. 5/5 stars from me, would recommend this store to everyone! ⭐

I spent 13 dollars on the meatball sub and was pretty disappointed with this subway. On the positives it was very clean and the service was fast enough. All though my server spoke very poor English and I had a hard time ordering. The sandwich was very light on the meat and I was not full at all when I was done eating. This location also had a tacky no coupons sign taped to the glass so the whole place just feels like it's cheap.

Floors and tables were gross, also why are there so many tables, seriously back to back like you’re in a night club, so weird! Printed out sign taped to window “no coupons accepted”, and the toasting process was 30 seconds, basically just microwaved LOL, I toasted at home in Airfryer. Employees very nice, but the lingering owners seemed creepy!

Manners go a long way. Could be nicer to your patrons. Also last visit the two artisans were arguing about cleaning duties in front of me.. tacky. Don't be so stingy with the meat and condiments. I understand it's profit but cmon! I'm choosing to eat there, don't make me regret it. Right now this subway is a last resort visit for me..

We came in ten minutes to close and we knew that so we were being quick and getting it to go. The employees were annoyed and rude and quiet while helping us, then turned off the lights 4 minutes early just so we wouldn't sit inside. Awful customer service. Employees need a lot of work.

I ordered through the Subway app for delivery. Some of my items weren't delivered. Since I ordered through Subway's app, I went back there to contact support. I received an email from the franchisor the following day that basically said "sorry about that." No refund for the missing item, no credit, no reference to any future failsafe. They just took my money and ran. Subway's not known for being awesome, but this is basically theft. I'd recommend ordering from one of the other sub shops in town. This one won't be around much longer.

This subway does not accept coupons and are stingy with their veggies. The young lady that was making my sandwich was adding only 3 spinach? I had to tell her to add more. On top of that both workers were giving each other the side eye which didn’t make the atmosphere very welcoming. Any other subway in Denton is better than here in my opinion!!!

ZERO STARS!! They can't even read my order correct. Sandwich wasn't even toasted after I specifically said DOUBLE toasted... My sandwich is soggy & shows no signs of being toasted. Thanks Subway but won't return again.

Ordered 4 subs through the app, picked them up, and 3 were right with about half the amount of meat as any other Subway I have ever been to. One was not even close to what was ordered. I ordered a footlong Ultimate BMT, with double meat, Capacola, lettuce, red onion, extra black olives, extra banana peppers, oil vinegar, salt, and pepper. The picture below is what I got. Called the store and was given a hard time about suggesting my order was wrong. I got in the car and brought the sandwich back and asked them if this matched the order. Almost no meat, no Capacola, and light on the veggies. I was again given a hard time by the gentleman who made the sub about it being wrong. The, I am assuming owner told the guy to put the Capacola on it. I asked again if the sub had double meat, and the guy looked at the owner until he told him to fix it. At that point, I was done. The guy didn't even put double meat on it, stopped with pepperoni and salami, and didn't add the double ham. I just wasn't going to argue anymore and left. Stay far, far, away. Double meat there is like regular meat at any other Subway.

When I called the store to complain, I was told that it was correct and to double check, it was not. On the phone with 3 different people that told me it was correct. They don’t give you enough vegetables. They put 3 sliced olives on a foot long and when I asked for more I got 1 more sliced olive. Same on another sandwich where I only wanted meat and green peppers. I want more than 2 little slivers. Every time I requested more I’d get 1 more and she’d roll her eyes like I’m stealing from her. I paid for the sandwich and I should be able to get a normal amount of veggies. Rude staff. I’ll be picking a different location from now on.

Walked in at 8:45pm, 15 minutes before closing. Thought I had plenty of time to grab a 6 inch meatball. All food product and condiments were put away. Everything was wiped down and impeccably clean. Looks like the only thing left to do was turn the lights off and lock the door. As I'm writing this in the parking lot, someone else just entered and had to be turned down. Extremely disappointing.

I would rather pay full price elsewhere than fall for bait and switch! Big sign at the order counter that they DON'T TAKE COUPONS. Whats the point of owning a franchise if they don't take coupons assigned from their corporate owners? The lady at the counter said that most franchise locations no longer accept coupons send out from corporate in the mail. Just another reason for me to stop eating at Subway.

Never coming back to this location. Did an order through the app for my wife and I to save time. When I got home we discovered that they messed up both of our sandwiches. They put some ingredients that was supposed to be on my wife's sandwich on mine, and vice versa. I took the sandwiches back and watched her make the sandwiches. She started doing the same exact thing. I didn't order mayonnaise on my sandwich but there she was putting mayonnaise on my sandwich even though it was supposed to be on my wife's sandwich. When I told her that there wasn't supposed to be mayonnaise on my sandwich she took a napkin and started wiping it off. I couldn't believe my eyes. The manager watched the whole thing and neither of them offered any sort of apology whatsoever, which was the part that pissed me off the most. What was supposed to take 15 minutes ended up being an hour. I do not recommend this location.

Everything has already been said in this thread of reviews... Subway corporate has got to take this location away from the franchisee. They are careless, cruel, confused people with no awareness for how to run a fast food restaurant. I feel bad for the employees who must labor under these owners. Hickory Creek deserves a more competent operator, and I'll write a letter to corporate encouraging them to put that in motion right away. Pathetic business owners.

Our sandwiches were not what we ordered. They omitted two meats. Called the store and an Indian said “we did what ya ordered”. We ordered online. They can’t read!! How can they mess this up! Trashy restaurant! We’ll not order from them again.

I seriously do not understand why subway corporate doesn't shut this place down. There is absolutely no reason to stop at this subway sandwich shop. It's not clean. They do not participate in any of the subway promotions. They put as little product as possible on your sandwich. And they charge you as much as they possibly can every time you walk through the door. There is no sign that they appreciate your business in any former fashion.

Terrible and old produce put back out 1st thing in the morning. Asked for garlic bread and just said I have none...ok. I told her what I wanted and still I had to tell 12” 3 times. Tomatoes were overnight and dark and mushy - let’s was browning and they just dumped fresh cut over it to recycle. Will NOT go back there ever agin. Come prepared and less attitude.
