My husband ordered through drive thru on October 28th. One item was incorrect so I called 15 min after he came home with the order to let them know that one item was incorrect. A young man took my name and stated that he could remake it that day or whenever I came in. So I said that I would be coming by the following day. So today I stopped by around 2:30pm and explained that I was suppose to get a replacement for an incorrect order from yesterday and that I left my name with an employee. So I guess the manager which was a short Hispanic lady with glasses informed me that my name wasn't left and she couldn't help me. I showed her the number and time in which I called and she stated that it wasn't their number but the employees in the back explained that it was their number and she said there was nothing she could do to help me. I told her to look up my husband's order and she could see that I was telling the truth and she refused and said she wasn't doing that and couldn't help me. So I left and called corporate to report her because she didn't even try to help me or hear me out. She said if she didn't see my name there's nothing she could do. My point is that I presented her with all evidence but she still refused to help me! What happened to assuming the customer is right and trying to help them out! She was flat out rude and defiant! And the order which was wrong was some dried and hard fries with a spoon full of chili! It was supposed to be a deluxe cheddar cheese fries but instead it was a dried out chili cheese fries! I will never go there again! Service is not good and the food is trash!

I ordered online thru Del Taco app. Amer-Mex El Big Box an El Big Box Classico. Worst food ever. Made us sick.Food thrown in a bag. Some as far as I know we're missing. Fee's to pricey. Order came too $34.?? No Condiments, or napkins. Unless I get a refund I will never order from this place again. Cold an hard as a rock

What is this BS Del Taco false advertising huh clearly the El BIG Boxes are 5$, 7$ and 9$ yet this Del Taco is over charging there customers if love an explanation because this BS is illegal avoid del Taco unless they honor there advertised pricing

Came here, picked up an order and asked to get hot sauce. Manager said no. Like I wasted my money and I can’t get stuff like ketchup, hot sauce, etc. place is ok but that manager needs to chill. Won’t be the end of the world to hand out a hot sauce packet. #hotsaucepolice

I go to this location all the time and this sucks to have happen but I received the worst food I have ever eaten from fast food I ordered 10 soft snack tacos and 10 regular none of it was warm the tortillas were not even hot as of they were just taken out of the bag and used the hard tacos the same no warmth to be found every single one the people working on Friday sep 16 around midnight are the worst people to have work there at least the "cook" well the other guy too he had to know that "cook" was taking short cuts fire them both they will get someone sick and if I do I will be contacting you guys any day.

I purchased the Carne Asada fries and 2 Del tacos along with a kids meal for dinner today 3/15. Only to find a long dark hair in my fries and what appeared to be the hard core of the lettuce in my taco. After biting into a hard piece in my taco I spit it out and checked the taco. This makes me think that the table that they made my food on wasn’t clean or this was left in the lettuce. Take out has become so expensive that gross incidents like this makes people even more against eating out. Clearly the employees don’t wear hairnets. Disgusting….. I won’t be returning.

So I ordered a macho strawberry lemonade and got a macho cup of ice with a small lemonade inside. , lame! Got a small bean and cheese burrito with green sauce and got a burrito with no sauce. Asked me if I wanted any sauce. Sure I'll take some mild sauce, nothing but disappointment. Gotta love it

I will never ever go to this Del Taco again. I don't eat fast food often but when I do, it's usually Del Taco. This one has always been the most convenient for me in terms of hours and location but after today I will drive out of my way to go elsewhere. The drive thru has always been slow and the customer service okay.. Polite with a smile, but never above the minimum expected. Today I ordered the Huervos Rancheros burrito without the beans. A couple bites in I came across hard bits of something black which appeared to be burned meat. No problem, I scooped it out and kept going.. Then I realized there are beans.. Well dang it.. I grabbed a bowl, opened the burrito and started scooping around the beans. I stopped instantly when I spotted a fairly thick black hair In the center of my burrito. It had the little white root still attached. I took multiple pictures and threw my food away. I called my sitter and asked that she toss the little burrito that I gotten for my son. I can stand a mistake in my order, but that's just gross.
