I absolutely loooove this place came here on accident the first time, sparked up a conversation with the Owner Beth and now we purposely come here!!! Great company great coke beer and yummy food!!! Thank you 💕💕💕
Incredible atmosphere, felt more at home than I have since leaving my hometown as a teenager to try to make the world a better place. 11/10 will return.
Great bar with cheap beer very friendly bartender and owner there the owner makes food everyday for the usually in a crock pot really good southern cooking
Very friendly, great service and reasonable prices 😊 awesome customers especially 'Cindy' 😊 a good old fashion bar with a welcoming owner and customers 😉 can't wait till the next time we visit 😊
Cindy is an amazing. We are regulars because of her. Remembers your drink. Service is fast. Not expensive. Great for parties, which, we had my boyfriends 36 birthday party here. Can decorate. If you go in and discuss ahead of time with the owner.
My favorite local beer bar in the inland empire. It's a historic building in Highland California. The beer on tap is always ice cold. The bartenders are quick to serve you and are always smiling. The patio is open to enjoy the crisp fresh air and you are allowed to smoke out there as well as sip on your ice cold beer. See you there
I'm glad I found this awesome little hole in the wall bar. Everyone was very friendly and I had a blast!
Great place to feel small town, quiet watering hole. Great local group that's funny and mostly open to new comers. Will go back for a beer and break from life.👍🍻
This is the best dive in the Inland Empire that's for sure you may argue with me and say no but rest assured when you just need a beer hear some tunes and be around good people the Belle is the place to be
People were fun and the karaoke was interesting
I enjoyed the experience there. Everyone was super friendly, happy vibes, and all around good energy. Loved being here to sing, dance, and sit with others.

Ambiance is great, reminding me of the classic dive before COVID hit. Crowd can get a bit salty, but I guess perfect for the watering hole
The Belle is always good to great. Great beers. 5 dollar pints of craft brews and free apitizers like the old days. Mac and cheeze, chips and salsa, deserts, home made cooking. Did I mention its free. Cool, home cooking, friendly family beer bar.
A nice Highland surprise! Had not heard of The Belle, until owner Martha hosted a mixer for the Highland Area Chamber of Commerce. This is a very comfortable wine and beer bar, with reasonable prices, and it's an historical part of the Highland community. Be sure to ask Martha about the poem, she will be glad to recite! Only parking is on the street The Belle is open during the day, so if you get there early, grab a seat at the bar to watch Sat & Sun football - 2 TVs. Screens are a little small for table viewing, but there are five or six 4-top tables.
Nice lil spot to get beer at a reasonable price. Older crowd but the love is always felt there. Karaoke is always playing and they watch football on the weekends.
The bell with a cool place to do karaoke it was fun and the people there were a bit kooky but fun upon walking in two best friends got into a fight over a digital bowling game then me and my friend saying a Beatles song A Little help from My friend they then bought each other beers went outside and hugged it out. My mother-in-law had to show up to karaoke to save everybody's ears from bleeding. Ironically she performed jelly rolls save me and she did she saved all of us from those terrible vocals. But they do not serve any food there. So if you're drunk and looking to sober up the Bell is not for you you will end up drinking more because you'll be depressed that there is no food. I feel like if they just purchased a mini pizza oven and a cute little classy popcorn popper it would change the atmosphere so much for the better.

It's San Bernarghetto. It's a small place They don't serve hard liquor just beer. It's mostly made up of regulars, it's not a bad place, it's just hard to get four stars or above for a hole in the wall

They claim they have karoke, but only if the Kj feels like it! If they set up then people will come! The bar tender told me I could participate if I brought people! Very unprofessional. I wonder if Martha knows they are running her bar into the ground. And I really hope she isnt paying that KJ!
