We personally think Carbone's is without a doubt, THE BEST PIZZA! Their employees work hard to make the pizza's in the promised time, and are always friendly when their customers pick up. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

Delicious, as always. We have a family tradition to get a large rectangle pizza when we come up to visit. The food is always good and there are always plenty of leftovers lol

I was impressed with the quick service, was in and out the door fast even though the place was very busy. Pizza was great and hit the spot, I think the pricing is average nothing extravagant. I will say the wings could use more sauce, I was a bit disappointed that they were dry but I'll just make note to ask for extra sauce next time. I will buy from here again!

Pizza is hit or miss on the weekends. Sometimes it will be so saucy the cheese doesn't even stay on the pizza.

We stopped in for a couple quick slices in the afternoon after a vet appointment, there was a young woman and a middle aged gentleman working. Good service, clean interior, nice outside seating area. We live in Rochester so I have to review the food taking into account all the other pizza places on the west wide of town that are easily accessible to us. We just got the slices already made up from the heated cabinet so I can't comment on their subs and freshly made pies, but I would give the slices a solid 4, kind of in between Rochester and NYC style in terms of crust thickness. It's not so amazing I would drive the extra 20 minutes from Gates to go there for a special occasion, but next time we're in Hilton for something we'll definitely stop there.

High quality ingredients used for pizzas, but sometimes they are thrown together carelessly and you wind up with a mess.

I find these comments very funny on Carbone's because there is only 2 pizza joints in Hilton and both are average at best

Pizza crust is too thin for my taste

We really like there wings but they're sneaking in the not so meaty wingetes too. Some of the pieces of there celery had black spots. (On there way out) but overall they are our favorites. Most of there pieces are nice and big, and there sweet sauce is my favorite. They could of used more sauce too.

I have ordered from the hilton location several times and everything has been wonderful!!!!! However, yesterday I ordered 2 subs ; one was cappicola with lettuce, tom, mayo and prov. When I got it back to my home in spencerport, I found that it had nothing but 3 slices of cap and one slice of provolone. That was it. Perhaps it was a bad time to order but I was extremely disappointed.The other chicken finger sub was fine,......

Food is awesome as always! BUT CALLED TONIGHT AND PERSON THAT ANSWERED SOUNDED PUT OUT AND BOTHERED. Then my husband gets home with just a sheet pizza and they charged him over $50. Well that’s because our 20 mild wings are missing. So he has to drive all the way back and not only were they missing but they aren’t even there/made so now he waits for a “fresh” order while our pizza sits at home getting cold. Any nobody seems to care that they made a mistake, we are just another dollar is how I feel.

Carbone's Pizza used to be our favorite pizza place in the Hilton-Hamlin area. The last few times we picked up a pizza from them, we noticed that they were skimping on the sauce and the toppings. The very last two times, they were dry and very sparse, about as sparse as Mark's Pizza in Hamlin. Carbone's in North Greece is still very good, however. We've stopped going to Carbone's Hilton.

2 stars only for OK wings and pizza. Customer service was bad on both recent visits. On most recent visit I and another customer weren’t acknowledged when we approached the counter, despite 8 guys working in the open kitchen. Once I said something after a few minutes an employee came over. He mumbled his questions and I had to ask him to speak up.a few times. This place used to be great up until recently. I hope they can improve on their service.

Horrible service...had a bunch of High School kids working there when I ordered, told 20 mins...waited an extra 10 mins there with my boys, they were using horrible language and when my food was actually ready they just spun it mid air on the counter and said here you go and laughed...will NEVER go there again

Ordered a supreme and instead of being told they don't offer one, we received a sheet pizza with every topping they had and were refused a refund. The best they would do was refund the toppings we didn't order, NEXT time we bought a pizza. Well, we're never ordering here again. Complete waste of 40 bucks. Steer clear; there are much better places to get food.

Terrible customer service! I arrived at 8:40pm to place an order for a sub sandwich. The employees told me that they were sorry, they were closed. The posted closing time of this location is 9pm on a Friday evening. The employees rudely refused my order because they couldn’t be bothered to prepare a sub so close to closing time. I advised the employees that they might as well turn off the “Open” sign as they apparently don’t care to sell the products their establishment produces. This was my last visit to Carbone’s (Edit: July 18th, 2023: Although this business is within walking distance of my home, I’ve still not placed another order since my poor experience mentioned earlier. The village of Hilton has several other options for pizza and subs, I highly encourage you to try them and avoid Carbone’s!)

Been eating carbones my whole life 30+ years. And love it. But....... today at the Hilton location I paid 20$ for a medium 2 topping pizza. My order of 20 wings and a medium pizza was $ 42.00. I know it's crazy times, but help someone out on a pizza if chicken is really that expensive!!!! 20$ medium pizzas at carbones if you want to try one. Good pizza but expensive. Very expensive

Could care less about your business. You better make sure you have a printer in your pocket as they will not honor any coupons unless it’s printed. TOLD THEM I WOULD HAVE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND THEY TOLD ME TO! On principal alone I will never be going back. Way too many places to go...

ordered pizza and wings on 10/31/2018 was told that order will be ready at 6:05 pm got there to pickup order and was told wings were ready and after 10 minutes or longer was told that the pizza wasn't even started this is not good business not sure if i will give them another chance we'll see

ordered a party pak ( sheet pizza / 50 wings for SB sunday for 6 p, i called sat at 3p for the 6 time slot which i was told there was no other orders...so i get there at 6p and pay and end up sitting there for another 15 mins waiting for my wings..when i asked manager for discount she said sorry we got behind , and said here's $5.00, or u like couple 2 litres...lmao...NOOOOOOO...i wanted my order ready for 6pm..... then she decided to say , you have been arguing for 7 mins. now....lol...then i heard in background.. "GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THEN..."....we'll see about that, after orderin from them every week for last 10 yrs I lived here, and 9thhats how we get treated.... Real Nice Carbones !!!!@!

Lost or messed up orders 3 times. Ask for proof that I called the correct location, showed them my phone with time , left on way out told to f off because 3 sticks your out

Never been and decided to go today... As soon as I walked through the door I was prompted to make a purchase, I don't even know what's on the menu smh.. I find what I want and step forward to purchase. I ask at the same time where the bathroom is as I would use it while waiting for my food and was DENIED.. first off NY states that a restroom is to be accessible to PAYING patrons but moral of the story is just as quick as you lost me as a potential long turn customers you'll loose a lot more with policies like this.. but thank you for being transparent enough the I didn't spend my money at your establishment

Ordered a pizza to go from the Hilton location. Explained I needed the smallest box I saw sitting up on a shelf next to the large boxes, so it would fit on the passenger seat of my motorcycle. The kid thought I was talking about an old radio that was sitting up there instead, and rang me up for a large! I had to rephrase my request to make sure I got the right size (boxed pizza). Paid up front and was told it would be 30min. Came back inside 30 min later, gave my name and description of medium/ pepperoni/mushroom/ lightly cooked, and he said I would be told when my order was ready. 30 more minutes went by and a dozen other customers came and went picking up their orders. I noticed a lonely medium pizza sitting on top of the oven just warming had not budged for half an hour. I finally figured it must be mine and approached the counter to suggest there must be some confusion about my order from an hour ago. The person who took my order never marked paid on my order ticket so the counter person said he was confused and had kept looking for a medium pizza marked paid. I had also given him my name which was on the order 🙄. They offered me a free drink for the long wait but I declined. Mistakes happen I thought. Got home and was ready to enjoy my delicious pizza, however it was tough, little to no sauce under cheese. Very disappointed in the product quality. I forced two slices down because I was very hungry, and threw the rest of the crap away. Wasted $20 bucks. As a 66yr old man, I find more and more these days poor food quality, and lack luster customer service is rampant all over. The prices are higher than ever now, and the food sucks.

Tonight was the final straw!! We placed the order almost an hour before it was needed because we had to go . The pizza was barely cooked in the center and the wings were undercooked with the wrong sauce. We always order well done wings with medium sauce, tonight they were mild and still had blood close to the bone. When I called the owner told me to bring back the food to PROVE what I was saying was correct and then he would remake it!! Go to Dewey, North Greece, or Alden, but avoid this location at all costs....well unless you like throwing your money out the window!!

Doesn't any one wear gloves any more taking cash and touching food? I see this all the time it's GROSS!! Yes and don't tell me it's cooked at a high temperature. Back to making my own. ☹️

We love Carbones’s, but last night the 24th we got a medium pepperoni and dozen wings. The pizza had very little cheese and pepperoni on it. The wings and sauce were on top of the blue cheese container and celery. We were very disappointed. The whole thing was done very sloppy.

Ordered a steak sub, it was SO bland. Legit had no taste. They didn’t add any mayo on it, no seasoning on the steak. Then paid $17 ! Super disappointing and probably won’t go back.
