Felt so bad. Wife and I came in right as it was closing not realizing the time. But the two younger kids working didn't mind at all and serviced us pizza still which was really nice of them! Just dont do what my wife and I did and come in at closing time 🤣

I live in Florida, but for most of my life I lived near this location. The pizza never disappoints, and the wings were fabulous.

Great pizza, very consistent. Prices are similar to other places. Quality products.

I was impressed with the quick service, was in and out the door fast even though the place was very busy. Pizza was great and hit the spot, I think the pricing is average nothing extravagant. I will say the wings could use more sauce, I was a bit disappointed that they were dry but I'll just make note to ask for extra sauce next time. I will buy from here again!

The food was fantastic fresh and the topping tasted like straight from a garden. That’s how fresh it is. Great atmosphere and love the people that work there. Definitely recommend this place!!!

Had family in from out of town and they always request Carbones. It’s a staple of a tradition in our house! Always love their pizza, wings and especially the chicken fingers! 10/10 recommend Carbones in Hilton!

Clean, small with friendly boothes and service. The food is EXCELLENT! I waited all day and only had a yogurt for breakfast so I could eat Carbone's pizza. Thank you! Delicious, best pizza in town! No photos because I ate everything😂🤣😂...TRUE.

First time at this location and sadly I was very disappointed. I’ve visited the other location in Greece several times and got the same thing at this location and it just wasn’t the same. I ordered a 10 piece wing mild with garlic Parmesan on the side because this location does not mix sauces. Chicken had no sauce no flavor and was squishy not fully cooked. I had to put them In my air fryer. The fries are the only stars I’m giving because those were delicious. I will not return to this location I will stick to the ones in the city.

Ordered a pizza to go from the Hilton location. Explained I needed the smallest box I saw sitting up on a shelf next to the large boxes, so it would fit on the passenger seat of my motorcycle. The kid thought I was talking about an old radio that was sitting up there instead, and rang me up for a large! I had to rephrase my request to make sure I got the right size (boxed pizza). Paid up front and was told it would be 30min. Came back inside 30 min later, gave my name and description of medium/ pepperoni/mushroom/ lightly cooked, and he said I would be told when my order was ready. 30 more minutes went by and a dozen other customers came and went picking up their orders. I noticed a lonely medium pizza sitting on top of the oven just warming had not budged for half an hour. I finally figured it must be mine and approached the counter to suggest there must be some confusion about my order from an hour ago. The person who took my order never marked paid on my order ticket so the counter person said he was confused and had kept looking for a medium pizza marked paid. I had also given him my name which was on the order 🙄. They offered me a free drink for the long wait but I declined. Mistakes happen I thought. Got home and was ready to enjoy my delicious pizza, however it was tough, little to no sauce under cheese. Very disappointed in the product quality. I forced two slices down because I was very hungry, and threw the rest of the crap away. Wasted $20 bucks. As a 66yr old man, I find more and more these days poor food quality, and lack luster customer service is rampant all over. The prices are higher than ever now, and the food sucks.

We have had wings where they forgot to put the sauce on, pizzas that were burned or undercooked, each time I've just let it go and keep giving this place chance after chance. Tonight was the final straw!! We placed the order almost an hour before it was needed because we had to go . The pizza was barely cooked in the center and the wings were undercooked with the wrong sauce. We always order well done wings with medium sauce, tonight they were mild and still had blood close to the bone. When I called the owner told me to bring back the food to PROVE what I was saying was correct and then he would remake it!! Go to Dewey, North Greece, or Alden, but avoid this location at all costs....well unless you like throwing your money out the window!!

Wow friendly staff, my family said great pizza but I could not get past the guy making pizza came over took my cash and said it would be ready in a few minutes. Doesn't any one wear gloves any more taking cash and touching food? I see this all the time it's GROSS!! Yes and don't tell me it's cooked at a high temperature. Back to making my own. ☹️

We love Carbones’s, but last night the 24th we got a medium pepperoni and dozen wings. The pizza had very little cheese and pepperoni on it. The wings and sauce were on top of the blue cheese container and celery. We were very disappointed. The whole thing was done very sloppy.

Ordered a steak sub, it was SO bland. Legit had no taste. They didn’t add any mayo on it, no seasoning on the steak. Then paid $17 ! Super disappointing and probably won’t go back.
