Always get the pesto and pepperoni pizza. So good. And our server Lisa was lovely and very attentive.

We had such a wonderful dining experience at Bertucci’s, and a huge part of that was thanks to our server, Paula (I think that was her name). She was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we sat down. Paula made sure our drinks were always full, checked in just the right amount without ever feeling intrusive, and had a warm, friendly personality that made the whole meal even more enjoyable. She made great recommendations and genuinely seemed to care that we were having a great time. It’s rare to find service that feels so personal and genuine, and Paula really made our night special. Thank you for making our visit so memorable!

Derek was an amazing server and made me feel at home while eating. He had great customer service and made sure we were taken care of. Definitely ask for Derek!

The manager Zack has a great team here in Hingham! Place is very welcoming, polite, and service was exceptional. I’d definitely would recommend this location and the food was delicious!

I came in with my son for a late lunch while we were in town for the weekend. Our waitress was Charlotte and she was one of the sweetest people I've met. She was very attentive and accommodated every need, going above and beyond for me and my son. The food was great and the service even better. I will definitely stop by again if we are ever in town!

We love Bertuccis! We'll be heartbroken if any more locations close. The brick oven pizzas are awesome and I love the house salad as well as the delicious rolls and dipping oil.

Delicious food at an affordable price. Not only that, but the service was really good. The server that waited on me was Katerin. She was efficient and prompt. I had to change my order and she patiently listened to me and made the correction in the kitchen.Exellent!

Lisa our server provided outstanding service, especially taking careful consideration of my food allergies even doing some quick research in her own to learn about it! She is genuinely friendly, skilled and excellent at her job! She made us feel at home!

I recently went to dine in at Bertucci restaurant and i must say the food was very good, and i had the Margarita Pizza which was fresh and very delicious, customer service was great, the general manager Sandro was very amazing , my food was done very quick.

Came in for a quick dinner and was greeted immediately once we arrived in to the Hingham Mass location. Once seated which was quick fit the time of day and the amount of people already seated. Out server Lisa came over and welcomed us and took a quick order, and brought us some rolls and dipping oil (amazing). Lisa continued with telling us the specials of the day which was pizza deal. My son and I both decided pizza was the correct decision for us both. After about ten minutes our pizzas arrived and we were both satisfied and full. Great service and food!

My friend and I ate here earlier today and had the pleasure of meeting our waiter Derrik in Hingham. He was a great waiter who made our time there even better. He was friendly, attentive, and he made sure we had everything we needed. He knew the menu well, gave great recommendations, and kept the service running smoothly throughout our meal. We had the Sporkie pizza because of his recommendation and we loved it. His positive attitude really stood out and made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have him as our server.

Today my girlfriend and I came in and got a pizza. The pie was excellent and the service was unmatched. Kylie delivered 5 star service and was extremely helpful during our meal. We will definitely come back.

My family has grown up going to Bertuccis because of its great service, good food, and friendly atmosphere! Tonight we had a very kind server, Lisa, and she noticed my dad wasn’t completely satisfied with his dish. She came right up to us and told him he could get anything else off the menu free of charge. This place will always hold a place in my heart!

Excellent service! Riley was our waitress and she was very attentive to everything we needed. She refilled drinks without needing prompting, was very friendly and kind, and kept checking in to make sure we were all set.

Lisa our server was beyond good. She always attentive and friendly. Usually knows part of our order and has impeccable timing and suggestions for dinner. It's one of our reasons why we return frequently 😎😉

I came here with my mom and we had the cheese pizza with some ricotta on top, it was cooked perfectly and was delicious! Lisa was our server and she was very positive and kind! The service was really good and the food came quickly. They even had a deal where if you bought a meal you got a second one for free to take home. Overall a great experience!

My family had the pleasure of eating at Bertucci’s to celebrate my father and my brother’s birthdays. Our waitress, Paula, was exceptional in every way. She went above and beyond to take care of us, to anticipate everything we might need, and to give us space to enjoy each other‘s company. She is truly outstanding.

Our server Lisa was absolutely amazing - she provided helpful suggestions and read our non-verbals and made sure we we more than happy and satisfied with our meal. Music provided good cover for other people’s conversations but was a tad loud for my taste, but only because I have family members who are hard of hearing and would not be able to follow a conversation in this environment.

We have been missing our Bertucci’s! We live in CT now after living here for 8 years. This is the place our children grew up! It was so wonderful to come back to the same amazing restaurant 18 years later! Come early and come hungry!

We celebrated our dad‘s 91st birthday and it was a great celebration. Thanks to the fantastic weight staff especially Paula. Paulawent above and beyond, and I would recommend this restaurant to anybody. Also, the rolls with olive oil are to die for.

Very good, waiter was super nice and apologized for any mistakes in our food. She also made sure to double check our orders before placing them. Overall very nice experience and i enjoyed eating here. Will be coming back soon!

OMG on the wings! The pizza was perfect. Alfredo for the wife was outstanding. Wife and I were split on the new salad greens, I loved the arugula, wife was more of an ice berg... not her , the lettuce, haha. Service by Lisa was absolutely amazing and engaging. We've found a new favorite place. So glad BERTUCCIS is still here.

It was pretty good. dough was nicely cooked and they even brought out raw dough for the kiddos upon request. i’m very pleased to say that in the menu there was a very fine looking man whom my daughter was very interested in.would recommend

Without knowing it, we went for the two for Tuesday special. When our order didn't come as quickly as we thought it should, we realized that other people were ordering as soon as they sat down. Clearly they had done this before. Our food is hot and delicious when it arrived. We like the food and the vegetarian and gluten-free options.

Discovered this place randomly… glad we did! Rolls were great, as were the mozzarella fritters. Service was amazing, our waitress Lisa kept our glasses filled, and the meal didn’t take too long to come out.

Lisa, our server was lovely and very helpful. The roasted broccoli I ordered was not great and I didn’t eat it, but didn’t say anything, and not only did she notice but she took it off the bill. She also made an excellent recommendation of the lemon cake for dessert and it was so so so delicious. My ravioli was passable, and my boyfriend really enjoyed his Solano pizza.

I'm doordash driver and waited for quite a bit time for a customer's order. I never ordered from there but really want to try. I understand it takes time to make food but man please hire more people and focus on doordash orders. We dashers aren't paid by the minute. They need to understand time is money.

I just want to start by saying that our server, Jim, was fantastic. He was extremely attentive, checked on us several times, and was genuinely pleasant to chat with—great service all around. We ordered the Bertucci pizza with basil pesto, which was yummy, though a bit oily. Since it was a Monday, we took advantage of the endless pasta bowl and tried the rigatoni with chicken and broccoli in a cream sauce, along with the spaghetti and meatballs. Both dishes were fresh and tasty. We also ordered the sampler appetizer, which included wings, bread, meatballs, and mozzarella. Everything was enjoyable, and the cheese pull on the mozzarella was amazing. While the food and service were highlights, the restaurant itself could use a little attention. The wall next to our booth was visibly dirty, and the seltzer water we ordered tasted off and had a few small black specs in it. That said, Jim handled it immediately and made us a strawberry lemonade without hesitation, which we really appreciated. Overall, we will definitely be back again. The food and service were great, and we just hope the restaurant takes a bit more time to focus on the small details.

The delivery time was reasonable. The Garlic Notes and the Rigatoni, Broccoli & chicken were fine, nothing great. What upset me was the dessert. Both were over $10. The portions weren't even full slices. They were way too small. Our pricey neighborhood market charges between $3.50 and $5.00 for larger portions,

Was just there an hour ago. Food was good, new waiter but he was fine. But the bartender had some grudge against the waiter and was taking 20-30 minutes to make drinks for that waiter. As our food arrived I threatened to get management involved. Then the margarita showed up in a beer glass with no salt or lime. (The bar wasn’t busy, only 1 person at the bar) the bartender should be fired.

Ordered pizzas for pickup via Uber eats on October 31st. Ordered at 4 pm for a pickup estimate of 4:50pm showed up at 5 giving them extra time because they are always late. They hadn't even started the order. The first guy I spoke to implied my order wasn't going to be ready for a long because they were busy. Manager offered to cancel order so I left. Uber Eats argued i had to take it up with the restaurant to get a refund. someone from bertucci called me to say id get my money back over the weekend, something about a manager having to action a refund. A week later with no refund. This place was 5 stars its absolutely fallen apart. $100 out of pocket, no pizza , no refund.

Very disappointed during our visit today. Waiter took forever to take our order, the beer tap wasn’t working and the bottled beer was warm, the food took forever to come and the bathroom didn’t have supplies. At least the food still tasted good though food portions were overall smaller than usual. Overall our experience was not good.

This has been a "go to" place for me and one of my South Shore friends for many, many years. We have passed birthdays, kids dinners out, get togethers, etc for years here. We went this afternoon and it is the last time we will go. The carpet smelled musty and dirty. That was the first thing that I noticed. The second thing I noticed was that there were very few people in there. Thirdly, the server seemed to be the manager, the bar keep, the host and greeter, the take-out phone recipient and servicer, and the person who even boxed up and bagged take-out. Part of our order was put in incorrectly and he rectified that and was kind enough to not charge us for it, but the food itself was awful. The quality of it was very much subpar. It has just gone down hill to the point where we both decided that this was our last visit despite the good memories. I felt bad for the manager/server as he was working hard and it seemed he was doing nearly every job save for cooking! Thank you for the memories and prior years of good service but we will no longer be visiting as the quality of this Bertucci's has plummeted.

I don't know what else to say besides disgusting. My granddaughter salads that she ordered the lettuce was brown on the ends the olives look like they've been there a long time.. I had chicken parmesan. How can you screw up chicken parmesan. It was tasteless and cool.. I did ask for the garlic olive oil on the spaghetti instead of the red sauce, there was no flavor. Just got back from vacation stopped on the way back from the airport to have some real food. yuck. Left 5 minutes after it was served. Although our waitress was very nice;) $87 for not anything better than fast food. Sorry it is what it is

Worst experience! Went to Bertucci’s in Hingham last night (was a huge fan) and will NEVER be back!! We ordered our drinks as soon as we sat. Non-alcoholic drinks were brought over within 5 minutes. After 30 minutes and asking the waiter 4 times on the status of 2 wines we were told the bartender wouldn’t do it and was giving an attitude. The server said the bartender does it to all the servers and despite reporting it, nothing is ever done. It wasn’t busy inside. There were only 6 tables in the restaurant, most not drinking alcohol- I made a point of looking, and no one in the bar. I finally got up to get the manager and when the bartender saw me, started getting the drinks. I saw the manager spend more time speaking to our great server than he did speaking to the bartender about his behavior. The manager came over and said it was handled but that was it. Nothing else was done. I felt like it was barely a concern. Our food came the same time as the drinks which was very disappointing. 2 people ordered the baked Mac n cheese and it had no breadcrumbs on it at all, as was described. As the manager was helping plate the food and did nothing about our drink issue, it was useless saying anything. We love Bertucci’s but none of us will be back. I will spend my money at a restaurant who cares about their customers. That bartender should be fired for his behavior.
