Lulu's Waikiki

My wife and I went here for her birthday and it was wonderful! Make a reservation as round 6pm to enjoy the sunset! Drinks are very good and the food is delicious! Got the butterfish and the fettuccine with chicken! The views are amazing! Josh was the best server and took great care of us!

Excellent food and great service! We went here for my birthday dinner and had the Garlic Shrimp Plate and Lulu Moco. The food was delicious and he plates were huge! Soooo much food for 2 people! The service was excellent and they made my birthday extra special with a small congratulatory sign on the table and a dessert after the meal. The restaurant is on the second floor of the building with opened windows that look out toward the ocean. I recommend making reservations as it was crowded for dinner. Will definitely go back again if given the chance!

Went with my family, we ordered one of the burgers, the quesadillas, the chips (& dip) and 2 orders of the coconut shrimp. Staff were very attentive and social with guests, including us. Server Paulina recommended us the coconut shrimp which was AMAZING. Ended our experience with the Lilikoi Cheesecake which was phenomenal. Highly recommend dining here!

I went here twice while visiting the island. I had to have my order of the kalua pork nachos before I left!! They were so good, I had them for dinner one night and lunch the next! 😆I enjoyed the lively vibe and great service with the delicious food and drinks! I could have eaten this everyday!

We went on 11/27 for their thanksgiving dinner, let me tell you… the BEST thanksgiving meal I have ever had. I was expecting just average food, boy was I wrong. The portions were great..somehow I had leftovers. I may have to come back on thanksgiving every year🤣 I will be dreaming about this meal!

We had dinner here on our first night visiting Oahu and it was a great starter for our food adventure of the island. They had a variety of cocktails and crispy beers on tap. We ordered the Poke Nachos and the Original Hawaiian Style Loco Moco. I don’t know what to say was more delicious than the other because both was delicious! Definitely coming back here agin during this trip and future Oahu trips! P.S. Place was pricey but what isn’t pricey on island right?

One of our all time fav restaurants featured our cat rescue! Amazing food and view!! We highly recommend the poke bowl and papaya salad! Yummmilicious!

We had an awesome time! Josh was one of the best servers we have ever experienced! He made our visit more enjoyable with his happy upbeat personality! He was very helpful too

We had the fisherman’s choice (ahi tuna) and the vodka cream linguine which both were phenomenal. Our server Jack, was also absolutely amazing. He was super attentive, fast, and super friendly with great knowledge of the menu to give great recommendations! Definitely would recommend coming here, we can’t wait to come back again!

Came here for breakfast and was not disappointed!! Food was bomb, drinks were great and the views unbelievable!! Shoutout to our server Cat! She gave us great recommendations and had a lovely chat with her! Make sure to get the strawberry mochi pancakes, 10/10!!!

Great atmosphere, the staff is courteous and very attentive. Drinks are right on point. Had the Lulu’s Moco it was delicious and a big portion. My wife had the Loco Moco another delicious one. I highly recommend Lulu’s Waikiki and try them out. You will not regret it!

The food was great- the service was better. Sanna made fantastic recommendations. Thank you for a great start to my day. Get the sd gravy as an add on to the Longboard Burrito- you will be glad you did.

Watched the sunset at Luku's and had a fantastic time. I sat at the bar, Trevor took great care of me. I gave him free-reign with creating a drink and he presented me with a Spicy Strawberry Mezcal Margarita which was AMAZING! Perfect amount of heat! I ordered the Lulu Loco and a side salad. Absolutely delicious. This is a fantastic spot. LGBTQIA+ friendly with a great view...😉 10/10 would highly recommend! Excellent menu options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A must if in Waikiki! 🏳️‍🌈

The food here was great for breakfast and view is just by the beach. The food was a little pricey but worth it in taste and quantity. Be warned, the pigeons will try to get your sympathy for delicious eats. Everyone that we spoke to was friendly. My favorite meal was the Lulu Moco.

I am allergic to soy, gluten, and dairy. The staff was knowledgeable and I had the chipotle burger modified to accommodate my allergies. The chicken wings + lillikoi BBQ sauce were also OK. The portion sizes are large for Hawaii

Great restaurant on the strip. The nachos really were big. And delicious. I had the salmon salad and salmon was cooked perfectly. The staff was also so welcoming and kind. I would go back just to hang with them. They also had life music and a Great happy hour menu. I’d definitely go back

Marky was absolutely phenomenal she has a great personality. she was very attentive our drinks were never empty as far as the whole restaurant Vibe it was great food was amazing. And the price point was not bad at all. we will definitely be back while we are here on vacation.

We arrived in Honolulu yesterday and on our walk this morning decided to try Lulu’s. The French toast medley did not disappoint with a side of bacon cooked just the way my husband likes it! The French toast was like none we’ve ever had! So fluffy! Paulina was such an attention server! Everything about this place screamed COME BACK!!! And we will ❤️

I wish we had pictures of our food but we demolished it. We got the lulu moco and the kula pork burger and both were gone. Lick the plate gone. Highly recommend. Sage was a really good server too. Quick with the recommendations when asked and very friendly.

This is a great food spot that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner at reasonable prices. It also has a nice view of the ocean and you get that ocean breeze while you’re eating. The servers were very friendly and attentive. The only downside of this place is the annoying pigeons that walk around scavenging for anything you might drop on the floor. Clearly tourists have fed them and they’re accustomed to finding food. Because it’s an open air establishment there isn’t much they can do but scare them away if they approach you. It’s a minor annoyance but the food, prices, views and service make up for it. So I highly recommend this place for families.

Honestly loved this place, convenient location, beautiful views, chill vibe, beautiful breeze, pigeons roaming around here and there. When we arrived I was so pleased to see that they had diff menus within the menu for each dietary restriction they see most. They are very accommodating and really happy to see restaurants taking the extra mile to make diners feel safe. We ordered two Lulu mocos. diamond ( our server) reassured us by showing the notation he put In the order. He was extremely patient, considerate and hardworking. One thing I regret not doing is personally requesting both orders as celiac/allergy so that when they both come out we don’t have to question which one was the safer one where the chef took extra measures for cross contamination. luckily their lulu moco is Already GF. Hopefully in the future the chef can place some sort of GF flag/on the dish in the future to provide more reassurance. Otherwise doing an excellent job with accommodations esp with the lack of celiac safe/ limited gluten free options in Waikiki. I 100% recommend and would come back for their Lulu moco even for people who are not gf or do not have any dietary restrictions.

My family and I stopped by for dinner without reservations and were seated right away, the restaurant had a lively atmosphere, great food and great service! Thank you to our server Josh for being so attentive! Would definitely recommend

Enjoyed a beautiful dinner tonight with my wife. Started with a Lava flow cocktail for myself and Blue Hawaii for my wife Entree Buffalo Chicken Wings Main 14 Oz Ribeye with Garlic Mash and Gorgonzola butter And dessert UBE Cheesecake Definitely recommend the UBE Cheesecake it was fantastic.

I am on vacation and had breakfast here this morning, I had an omelette with spinach, cheese, mushrooms, and fried potatoes. This was the best omelette I have had in years. I had a guava juice to drink, and the price was a lot cheaper than expected. My waitress was very friendly and I really enjoyed my meal. My view was great from the balcony

Fantastic beach view since on the second floor. The nachos were fabulous and we couldn’t even put a dent in them! The atmosphere was fun and the drinks were delish!

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant! The view was beautiful, and the food was delicious. Our server, Paulina, was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent customer service.

We stopped by for breakfast. We tried the pancakes, and acai bowl. Food was fresh and delicious. Great views of the beach. Coffee was strong and hot! Just how I like it. 👍

Our server was amazing I wish I got her name. The smoothie she recommended was my favorite thing, the poke nachos were so good definitely get that to share with the table. I got the fish and chips and it was exactly what I wanted. 10/10 definitely try this place if you’re in the area. Ima come back and update this with the servers name because she really made my whole experience better.

We went here for the final dinner of our trip in Waikiki. We got seated facing the ocean and it was a great view especially as we got closer to Sunset. Dinner was great. Had the Moco Loco and did not disappoint. The beer selection was pretty good. The service started off good and then halfway through our server disappeared for a long period of time. I'd go back again for the food and views not the staff

We loved LuLus! We stayed at Twin Fin so it was a super short walk. We did dinner the first night we were there. I had the pork roast and wife had the loaded Mac. Both were pretty good but the loaded Mac was damn good! We talked about it all trip! Haha. We had breakfast here a few days later and it was okay. Service was slower and food was average. Killer view of the beach though! Get the loaded Mac when you go!!!!

We came here on a Tuesday night. We parked at the zoo and it was just across the street. That is probably the cheapest parking if you are going to drive down to Waikiki. The food was just average. During the day, it would be nice because you could see the water. By the time we got there, it was dark.Service was excellent! Our table was wobbly, and our server made sure to put something underneath so that it would not move. We also enjoyed our cocktails.

A second floor restaurant on the beach - great views of the ocean! I had a frozen strawberry daiquiri which was amazing! My husband and I shared the kahlua pork quesadilla, nachos and Cajun fries. The quesadilla and nachos were okay. The Cajun fries were good! Service was great.

Easy in and out spot. This place stays busy with patrons coming in for the sunset view and mass seating. You can see the staff here hustling and kitchen is pumping out the food fast and accurate. So I give it a solid 4 and would recommend 👌

Chill relaxed vibe, especially as a solo visitor. Ordered the ube mochi pancakes, and for people who may be sensitive to weird color food, the syrup reminded me of that purple ketchup from the 90s, so be warned. That being said, they were delicious and the serving size was great. I also ordered the brewed coffee (coffee snobs, it’s a dark roast) that paired really well with the sweetness of the pancakes.

Lulu's Waikiki is a must-try for brunch! The Beach Benny with Kalua Pork was phenomenal; the Kalua Pork was incredibly tender and melted in my mouth. Delicious food and a great view—highly recommend!

My experience here was not amazing. The food was great, tasted delicious and fresh. However, our waitress, who I will keep anonymous out of respect, was rather rude. Not sure if all the staff was this way, but from my experience do not expect amazing service. Not only was the service subpar, but the beverages were not sufficient either. Do NOT order the Piña Colada, it was disgusting, and my wife described the after taste as similar to that of vomit. Stick to regular soda products if you want a better time here. The atmosphere was nice and lively, right on the beach, although views are not amazing unless seated right at the window. Still a fun environment. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone, but have caution about certain beverages and be aware of rude staff

You know what to expect when you walk in. It’s an open air patio seating with lots of large screen televisions and a large bar area. Wonderful variety of beers on tap. The hosts and server staff are all young and cheery and friendly. The vibe is loud, energetic and upbeat. This is not the place you go to have a quiet conversation. This is the place for 8+ person dining. The food quality is not great so I don’t think we’ll be coming back. I would recommend it for groups of teens/20s/30s - somethings.

2 stars. 1 for good drinks, 1 for our waiter Max/cool atmosphere. Other than that I was genuinely disgusted by the food. Came here for dinner on Saturday night. Ordered the spicy burger and nachos. Nachos came out after the burger and was cold where everything was stuck together. I had high expectations for the nachos as this was a signature app. This could have been due to the fans blowing overhead on super high. But still bland. The burger was definitely not wagyu, though edible. The fries were absolutely NASTY. They definitely did not have the fryer hot enough because it came out as soggy and each bite was just oil. We left half the food and left after 25 minutes once the drinks were done. Not to mention they have people trying to sell you photos and flowers in the middle of dinner. I’m not sure how the reviews are so strong. I’m scared to see what tomorrow morning brings me as our stomachs are already turning back at the hotel. And live music was suppose to go to 10 but ended by 8. Bad food, nice people, nice atmosphere. Would never come back for food, only to have drinks and watch the game. $100 down the drain.

So, my initial review was ok. Unfortunately after our last experience I had to change it. First time in, we sat at the bar. Our server seemed a little young and smug, rudely asked our age. I’m pretty sure he gave me a mocktail. The food was incredible, we ordered the poke nachos. Even tho we didn’t get our bacon like we asked, we really enjoyed it. We decided to dine here again a few nights later. After being sat, we waited at least 15 minutes for anyone to even ask us for drinks (servers just standing around, pointing and staring) Most of the servers were literally just on their phones. So yeah, after about 15 minutes, someone finally came over and apologized (same girl who stood around for the 15 just chit chatting with 2 other servers literally doing nothing even tho they knew we were waiting) drinks and food came out quickly, which we were happy about, we were pretty hungry and tired. We again ordered the poke nachos which were absolutely fresh and delicious. Because of the terrible service, twice, we probably will not be dining here again. We understand being busy, but the place was not packed, and servers were literally ignoring us. Very rude.
