I placed a delivery order through the app for lunch and was initially dissatisfied with my experience. However, I spoke with Manager CJ during the evening shift, and he promptly assisted me in correcting my order. Although I do not typically visit this location, the exceptional customer service I received may encourage me to drive the extra distance in the future 😊
This Buffalo Wild Wings is the best in town. Even during veterans day when they are busier than ever, I was greeted before I even touched my seat. Smiles and great vibes. I also noticed how they treated other guests as well. Attentive and respectful. I will for sure be visiting here again and recommending this spots to others. The restaurant is very spacious and comfortable as well.

I recently visited this Buffalo Wild Wings and had a mixed experience. The atmosphere was lively and the place looked great, but the service was definitely not up to the mark. We had to wait a long time for our food, and there wasn’t much communication or attention from the staff during the delay. The wings were decent once they arrived, but the overall service made the experience less enjoyable. Hoping they improve their speed and customer care, because the place has good potential.
I called ahead to confirm a special and was told it would be honored, but when I arrived I was informed otherwise. That was really frustrating, but I still decided to order. The food itself was good, though the wings were very small. I also feel the prices have gotten pretty expensive. Management should make sure all staff are aware of specials and promotions so customers aren’t misled.

I’ve been here about 3x’s now and to say the least not sure i’ll be returning back to this location.. It’s always a problem either with my food or the service I receive when sitting at the bar. I’ve had my wings come out wrong & cold before. Not to mention not sure if this is breaking health code violations but when asking for a water with lemon the server is using her BARE hands to serve me lemons on my cup of water after touching things that are clearly unsanitary. Today, was my worst experience I came for Happy Hour and ordered a drink only for it to be a BUG in it! After telling the bartender with no apology she nonchalantly says she’ll make another?? Oh wow not sure who the manager is but he needs to talk to the employees if they want to maintain customers this is ridiculous!
I’d love to say good things about this BWW but I have nothing to say good. Was hands down the worst BWW I been to. Service was poor, food came out cold after waiting well over 45 minutes for food. 1 member of our party didn’t even get their food for over an hour after ordering. 30 minutes after everyone else had already ate theirs. Server came out and said it would be 6 minutes and 30 minutes later it finally came out. Now that’s just the food. That’s not to mention every drink they ordered they didn’t have no matter what it was. Even when they offered to give a desert at the end of dining as a sorry for the wait they came back and said they didn’t have the stuff to make the desert that was offered. I will never recommend this location to anyone which sucks because I really enjoy BWW and will always go to them but will not be going back to this location
I frequent Buffalo Wild Wings at least once a week. This time I choose to sit down and have a drink and eat. I ordered a top shelf Long Island tea and so did the person I was with. We ordered that and our food. The drinks came and he commented that there was too much coke in them the lady just took the drinks and never asked if she could re make them. She had an attitude from the time we sat down. She had commented that the bartender was out and she was the back up. I will not sit down anymore in the restaurant if this is the service we will get. I use to enjoy coming to this location but not anymore!
**1st time at this location** I usually enjoy my visits to Buffalo Wild Wings. This is the worst rating I have ever given them. The only reason they did not get a 1 is because the Garden Salad was the best salad I have ever gotten at a Buffalo Wild Wings. We put our order in at 7:50 and waited exactly an hour to get our food. The garden salad and wings all came at the same time. Normally the salad comes sooner. The waitress was not very attentive. Our drinks were never refilled during the entire hour wait. The wings were over cooked which was a first. The nuggets were supposed to have the sauce on the side. They did not. I ate my garden salad while my strips got cold which is the reason the salad is always served early. To top things off the bus boy started sweeping around our table as we ate. This is a big pet peeve of mine. I will probably never eat at this location again. The location in Webster is by far a better restaurant and managed better.

I just placed an order at this location and the buffalo chicken sandwich was completely RAW. I had already taken a bite out of it and almost threw up. This is unacceptable and absolutely disgusting. I called to report it and thankfully the manager Thomas refunded me. But this never should have happened. Posting this as a warning to others.
If I could leave less than one star I would absolutely atrocious service. Food took over and hour and 30 minutes to come out with only 3 people in the dining room, dining room was filthy no clean tables despite there being over 20 tables on one side of the establishment. Dirty dishes, rags, and clean up containers all over the dining room extremely unsanitary. When the food came out multiple plates were cold, drinks took over 45 minutes to get to the table. Service was absolutely unacceptable. There were even door dashers waiting over an hour for orders multiple patrons complained. Even when notified that food was cold servers were inconsiderate. Not even 2 hours before closing and almost no patrons in the store and still service was atrocious.
Made an online order at 8am to be picked up at 5pm. I got there at 4:45pm and at 7pm my order was still not ready. Super unorganized. Manager was clueless. Over 20 people waiting for their order. I asked for a refund and now I have to wait for that to happen. So pore waiting. Never eating at Buffalo Wild Wings again.
The pick up orders are always 30/45 mins behind. If you come to eat in the delay is about the same 30mins to have your food ready. They definitely need more people working here, capacity is like 200 customers for only 3 or 4 employees. Crazy!
Was hungry for wings. Noticed they open late and decided to order to go because their phone just rang for 10 minutes without anyone picking it up. When I got there, although the place was empty except a few customers, there was no hostess or anyone at the take out counter. It took another 7 minute for someone to come to assist me and take the order. After waiting another 10 minutes the order came out and it was wrong. I had asked for extra crispy fries with no seasoning. It came out cold, salted and stale, like it had been sitting there a while. I waited another 5 minute to talk to someone to ask for fresh fries. This place has terrible customer service and really bad service period. Will not be returning to this location any time soon. I will take my business to where it is appreciated. Don't go here, the service is horrendous.
I love going here to enjoy a beer and wings but the two time ive been here to the one in 3939 Washington ave have been the worst service experience ive every had and thats with them getting my order wrong and me telling the server exactly what i wanted two timea. As well as that the manager had to start our drink order and take our app order as well since the server with one table was to busy to take it. After our actual food was ever dropped off she never one came to check up on us and we had to wave her to even help us and never would come back to ask if we were still doing good and when i would ask for thing she would let me have two words and just walk away without asking if i needed anything else and would be more busy to people at the bar then her own tables. I just cant believe the service here its been horrible but thanks to the manger he at least did a great job.
This is my neighborhood Buffalo Wild Wings, and I stop in often for lunch or dinner a few times a month. When I dine in, everything is consistently great. The bone-in wings are always large, tender, and well prepared. Recently, due to a busy work schedule, I’ve had to rely on takeout and delivery. Unfortunately, the difference in quality is night and day. The wings I’ve received through takeout and delivery have been burnt, chewy, and noticeably smaller, with very little meat. At first, I thought this might be a one-off issue, but after multiple takeout orders with the same poor quality, it became a clear pattern. What’s especially frustrating is that I recently dined in again with a friend, and the food was excellent, just as it always has been. It feels like a deliberate choice to send lower-quality wings out with takeout and delivery orders, where complaints are less immediate. That’s disappointing, because I’ve otherwise enjoyed this location for years. Unfortunately, because of this inconsistency, I’ll be looking for another place for wings going forward.
Literally the worst restaurant experience ever. Never received napkins or our waters. Ordered drinks that were wrong. Had to get another waitress to assist us. Also as a waitress you should know your product to know when you’re handing out a cocktail versus a mocktail. Our food was wrong as well and almost our whole party ended up with cold food. We had help getting help on the few items we tried to get remedied so we all just endured the cold food. The waitress also kept running incorrect items to our table. I get staffing per volume but maybe ensure the person that’s serving guests can properly do their job. we won’t be back.

We came here because we have been craving BWW for a while. This was our first time at this location and the service was atrocious. We get in, and see that it’s full but definitely not busy. We automatically get told the wait is minimum 45 minutes. We see plenty of empty tables but assume the wait is long because they’re short staffed. We’re waiting minimum 30 minutes and start seeing different tables automatically being sat down. And it’s not tables of 2-3 people. It’s tables of 5 - 6. I go up to ask when is it our turn to be sat and before I could speak a word, the cashier looks surprised like she forgot about us and says we can sit down. We get sat down and wait an additional hour. All for all our food to be wrong, bringing additional items we didn’t ask for, and completely forgetting main food courses. We’ve been waiting for 2 hours at this point. And the food is not even remotely good. Worst service/experience.
This Buffalo Wild Wings is the worse location I’ve ever went to. I usually do dine in and it’s the same wait time. It’s like no one cares to serve the customers. Today I decided to place an online order directly through Buffalo Wild Wings app. I placed my order and the prompt time to pick up was 25 mins from ordering so I headed to the store…. When I arrive no one was working the front or assisting the dine in or take out but they had the empty bar with two workers just looking and not a word. The manager on shift was asked what’s the hold up for dine in and to go but no response other than people employee wise have left. Mind you as I’m writing this I’m still waiting and it’s been plus 1 hr and 15 mins now.
We order an online order and got there and the food wasn’t even warm. Then we looked at our food, it looked like it was cooked yesterday! Like really. The night manger was very rude and she snatched my food out of my hand and went to proceed to make new food. She said she’ll be back in 20 minutes. She returned in 5 minutes with the same old food which at this point looked like it was cooked last week! As if she went and dropped the food back into the same oil, she told me was old which is the reason my food looks this way!!! NEVER EVER EAT THERE!!! Unless you want to eat rocks!!!
We just left there about an hour ago and the service was very poor from start to finish. Every interaction with the waiter (male with long hair tied back) felt dismissive, rushed, and unprofessional. Simple requests, such as asking for water, were met with sighs and an attitude that made it feel like we were inconveniencing him the entire time. We were a party of six and experienced a long wait, which we didn’t mind, but the service never improved. The most concerning issue occurred when dessert arrived and there was a hair in one of the desserts. When we brought it to the waiter’s attention, no replacement was offered. He later returned and said they couldn’t determine whose hair it was and even mentioned that “both people back there are bald,” which was an inappropriate and unprofessional response to a legitimate concern. We asked to speak with a manager, but no one ever came. Between the hair in the dessert, the lack of accountability, and consistently bad service during every interaction, this is not a place we would return to or recommend.
I am beyond disappointed with my experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings location. I visit this restaurant about twice a month, and it is usually a "seat yourself" environment. Today, my wife and I sat down and waited for nearly an hour. Multiple servers walked past us and looked directly at us, yet no one ever stopped to offer water or even acknowledge our presence. It felt as though we were being intentionally ignored. The most frustrating part was attempting to communicate with both the serving staff and the manager. Neither made any effort to help us or address the situation; they simply ignored us. I don’t expect VIP treatment, but as a loyal customer, I do expect basic human decency and professional service. The management at this location needs a serious wake-up call. We left feeling disrespected and will be reconsidering if we ever want to return. Poor management and even worse customer service.
The general manager is a liar! They charged my husband for the 10 piece bone in on Veterans day! I brought it to his attention and whoever the waiter was took the receipt, wrote his name on it and put it in the office and stated that once he came back management would honor that deal. Upon going back with my husband, I spoke to a white man with Red hair who stated that he would do something. Not knowing no one has our original receipt to verify the transaction, we dined! Upon getting ready to check out, that white man with the red hair sends a white lady to the table only to tell us that the only thing he can do is the 15%. Had we known that, we would've left and not ordered but because he told us he would do something other than the military discount we stated only to be deceived!! The waiter who was Spanish was very short and also rude. He moved very fast! If you tell him you want your fries fresh, he would say everything is fresh, trying to be smart!! He charged us for milk on the kids menu and then had the unmitigated nerve to tell me that my daughter wasn't 12 ( She's tall, hell, I'm tall)! I will be contacting Cooperate tomorrow because this is truly unacceptable! This location is terrible!! Never again!!
Ordered 20 piece bone in wings and fries for pickup from this location tonight. Once we got home, more than half of the wings were dark and super hard. This is usually an indication that they have been refried. I should've read the reviews for this location before ordering because there are several 1 star reviews posted. This location wont be here much longer, based on the reviews, and the food quality at this rate.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT’S FINEST! I placed an order online and it clearly states no pickles due to a pickle allergy and they totally disregarded that. When I called to let them know of their mistake the manager was like I have to see it to believe it. I’m like okay I have pictures I can send due to me not being able to return right away. This lady tells me well freeze the food or something but I have to see it because we’re visual learners!
I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Bdubs. I called to place an order and spoke with Mary, the manager. When I asked if my wings could be cooked well-done, she flat-out refused with no explanation. It’s literally just frying wings a few minutes longer—l why is that such a problem? Instead of trying to be accommodating, she gave me attitude and every reason to make things difficult. When I told her I would be leaving a bad review, she actually started making prank phone calls from the store phone calling and hanging up like a child. Completely unprofessional and honestly bizarre behavior for a manager.
It took a long time for someone to come to the front when we walked in...WE seated ourselves..it took about 30min before a waiter came and gave us ordering option...The mozzarella sticks and chips and queso was good,but my wings and onion rings was burnt,I didn't even want to order anymore bottomless sides and it was free
I just left this restaurant and tipped the cashier nine dollars to make sure my food was fresh and I get these dark cruddy wing. He tells me they just had 100 wing order that’s why they so dark. I’ll talk to the manager. He said he can’t refund me or replace my order unless I come back I do not live in Houston. I stay in Atlanta. I’m here visiting and the fact that y’all can’t do anything about my order being messed up is crazy to me so I need to speak to the district manager, the head store manager or I’m a contact inspire brands
I would like to start this bad view off by saying my server, Kathy is awesome and very knowledgeable and (SHE HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE). She was very attentive. Once my food came out I was ready to eat. My fries was hot however my BONELESS WINGS was cold and hard I ate one and my mother at one they was so hard to the point that my mother couldn’t even swallow them. I advised my server that the wings was cold she said ok she will take them. She informed the FRONT OF THE HOUSE MANAGER KENNETH. She came back with the same wings within 2 minutes. My mother has cancer and certain textures of food she cannot eat. So I advised my mom that I will try them since they was (so called remade). Kennth the manager on duty didn’t come by the table and advised my mother apologize for the cold wings or nothing. So my mother went and ask for the manager and my mother told him about what transpired. He advised my mother that he got them remade. So my mother asked how they was remade when they still have the same bit of wings that I already bid on on the tray and they were not hot. He advised my mom that they put them in the microwave to make them softer for moisture. My mom advised him of her health problems, and that the wings were cold and still hard and no she cannot swallow them. He fan his hand at my mother as to say, get away, or get out of my face. my mom wasn’t yelling at him. It was a whole counter in between him and the chaos. He fan his hand again at my mother and walked away, shaking his head because he didn’t want to do his job properly. I am not for sure why he has a food handling license to handle food when he just did cross contamination and does not have customer service or any professionalism and then he told my mother that he can be professional when he wants to you and I was standing right there witnessing his poor customer service to a disabled person in Houston, Texas and Houston do not play about the food administration or the food handlers learners license and he was just talking to my mom and didn’t even know who my mother is my mother could be a part of the CDC or the food administration department, and I will be attaching the photos and the video for this to be acknowledged, and I will be calling corporate for them to know how this establishment is running! I was not able to post the video. It only allows you to post photos. THE BONELESS WINGS WAS SO HARD LIKE THEY WAS COOKED EARLIER THAT DAY AND SAT THERE FOR 12 HOURS
