I always love me some central American chicken one thing I wish they didn't serve breakfast like they did in El Salvador that would be awesome

I ordered the grilled 3 piece meal. The chicken seasoning had hints of cumin, black pepper, salt, and other. It was not spicy. It was good flavor profile for fast food. The chicken was moist too. The beans are canned ranch style beans. The bread roll is soft and not dry. Overall i would recommend and I will return. Take it to-go, this location is on a rough area.

Food was delicious. Service was...awkward.🤔 I guess they assumed we don't speak Spanish because once we walked up, the Spanish speaking cashier didn't even greet us, just called someone else to the register who spoke very little English. She seemed nervous, but polite. We felt like an inconvenience to the staff. Dining room was nice, restrooms were disgusting.

We visited today via drive thru and ordered a 3 piece dinner with rice and beans and a roll as well as an empanada to try. There was a wait for the empanada and then when we got our order the person at the drive through assured us that it was all there and all fresh. It was my first time visiting so I wasn’t sure of the packaging but when I got all the way home in Spring, Texas I saw that I was given yucca fries and regular fries instead of rice and beans. We didn’t eat either side. Total waste of money. Our total was nearly $20, so for the price and the wait time accuracy is expected. I would not have written the review but when I tried calling it’s a generic phone number and the prompts are in Spanish so I was unable to speak with anyone and unable to navigate the phone number due to the language barrier. Very frustrating experience all around.

Overall it’s wasn’t overly bad or good it was right in the middle. The staff were friendly, food was good. If you dine in they give you plates to eat with which is a nice addition.

I purchased 2 grilled chicken dinners and had to put it in the air fryer when I got home. The pictures for the menu shows well done and what you get is not. The rice was hard and the fries were cold. The dining are needed cleaning too.

I went back so they can fix my order because I asked for fried and they forgot my flan they gave one of the orders right but on the three peace they gave me roasted instead , second time they gave me roasted again and the meat was raw I wasted two trips on going back so they can fix their mistake. I Would like a refund.

Placed an order through the app a day ahead for pickup next day @ 5:45pm and it was not ready until 6:50pm. Read the rest of the 1-star reviews and you will see a trend. In what world should I wait over an hour after ordering 24 hours in advance. Save your money and go somewhere else.

ordered to-go food yesterday, and it was a really disappointing experience. The drinks came without straws, the food was cold, and honestly, it was barely edible. The service wasn’t great either — very careless for what they charge. I paid around $43, which is way too expensive for food that ended up going to waste. Definitely not ordering from here again.

Just stopped by this location and the lady that was there taking my order has a bad attitude. I know they work long hours and have rude customers sometimes but my attitude was great had a smile and throughout my order she did not smile one bit attitude stunk. Not only did I get charged extra fix pieces but got 9 pieces instead of 12. When I went to her and told her that I was missing 3 pieces she questioned me and counted the pieces 3x and the one that put my order also counted twice. People should smile even if you’re having a bad day.

They made we wait almost 10 min to take my order for take out, nobody was In front of me, and the restaurant wasn't busy They were cleaning and packing food, talking, even the Sr behind me was getting tired. Not even getting, or hi. Or apologize Like we were a ghost. Not being extra if you check the camera. 🙂 Please improve that area. Within that time, I should've gone to other pollo campero on i-45 Wow, my fries, they squish this well 🫠 at this point, I'm not sure if this chicken is good .. Chicken is dripping juice/oil. Now I've been here when I first visited Texas It was great my first time. A couple years go by. I saw it and immediately stopped to get it. They have fried chicken and grilled chicken. I went they didn't have grill I said okay. I went 1 week after no grill chicken again. I said okay I might be coming too late. I went today and the guy had ask if I want grill I said yes got home and it was fried chicken. The plantains were dry. Chicken fried and I'm not going here again. I don't want no refund or food but at least be mindful of what you serve and how your employee acts. I didn't include his behavior because it's a food review. Why give me a big oddly looking box. For small three pieces of chicken. This is sad and a disappointment.
