Excellent service, enthusiastic employees, clean and has the best tasting teriyaki. The chicken was so tender and tasted as if it has been marinated. I had the small noodles with spicy chicken and they were generous with the chicken! Crab Rangoon’s are THE BEST ever.

Amazing food at an amazing price. The staff here goes above and beyond to make your experience comfortable and enjoyable. I got the chicken teriyaki bowl with yakisoba noodles and veggies. My bf got the spicy chicken and potstickers. The large portions make for a sizable dinner and lunch the next day. The manager came out to meet us — what a sweet touch! We’re definitely coming back!

A great little gem. I got the chicken katsu, and it was perfectly fried, crispy, and already cut into the bowl. The vegetables weren't soggy and the sauce was excellent. A decent value for a filling dinner.

Food is delicious the only thing I recommend is picking up in store vs curbside. I opted for curbside but nobody ever came out. It wasn't super busy but just easier to walk in and pick up. Just as well could of been an issue with the app not notifying but definitely a good place to grab a bite

Five of us went on 18th February 2018. The food and service were excellent. A varied and delicious menu with all beautifully presented and all said we will definitely be making a return visit. Thank you to the chef and staff for the most enjoyable evening with tasty food. We cannot recommend this restaurant enough.

This place is a true gem for low carb menu options. You get a lot of protien and plenty of veggies for under 10$. Food, menu and service is all excellent! I received my food in less than 10 min after placing the order. I hope this spot sticks around and more of them start to open in the area.

We're right up the road from a different Teriyaki Madness but actually drive past it so we can visit this location instead. I've ordered Uber Eats a few times, and I love this place! I always get their spicy chicken bowl (extra spicy!) with noodles. So flavorful! Their chicken egg rolls are awesome, too. A lot of restaurants can be hit or miss when it comes to Uber Eats, but the this place has never messed up my order. The food is delicious every time. Quick, too. It's definitely a go-to for me. Love it!

So glad I happened upon this place! I was always craving lo mein noodles and theirs are the best! The chicken is flavorful and the veggies are fresh. The eggrolls are perfect too. This is my go to spot. I get a medium bowl and my 12 year old son destroys my leftovers after school. Service is great too, everyone seems happy to be working there.

Saw this on the way to our destination and decided to stop by without having any expectations. I got the teriyaki salmon bowl and my husband got the spicy chicken. The chicken wasn’t spicy to his taste. The salmon was sooooo good. I was really impressed by the flavor and the noodles and veggies. It was delicious.

I had great customer service with Oscar he asked us if we were ready to order since it was our first time we were looking at the menu when we were ready he took our order and was very nice about it. He even gave us teriyaki sauce! The food was so delicious definitely coming back & love that it’s down the street from us.

I order uber eats here frequently because I work about a mile away. The customer service is outstanding! I am a vegan and I always call ahead to say no egg in the fried rice and today when I called they told me they are already making it that way because the staff knows the name order and communicated such! They are always friendly and respectful when I call and i wish i could tell you them by name but the morning shift thanks so much for accommodating. Food is always fresh as well. Highly recommend!

This was our 2nd time coming here. Today we had the Spicy chicken bowl with brown rice and veggies. It was so Amazing. The flavor was great and not over powering. Just the right spices and not to hot. I could not stop eating. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back for the spicy chicken again.

I was disappointed... that this place isn't more popular than it is right now! Let me begin by saying that the cashier there is one of the friendliest and most helpful employees I have ever come across in fast food. I believe his name was Nick. I have several food restrictions, so it is usually difficult for me to eat out, but this cashier made it super clear to me what was in all of the food and even went as far as to make recommendations. The food was delicious and the preparation time was very speedy, less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this place, as it has great service and some of the best teriyaki I've ever had in Houston.

This place is amazing , I been eating this type of food for many years and the food here is the best I have ever tasted. I know this cause I travel a lot (truck driver) so trust me when I say there food is the best ever tasted. Especially there noodles omg they are just beyond delicious. And there katsu chicken Bowl , mad spicy steak omg Blown away delicious. Spoke with manager there and he made us feel at home and very welcoming. I definitely recommend this place to anyone definitely definitely come here also they are very fast not much long wait time like other places. I'm definitely stopping here by more than a few times a week definitely worth it. Everyone should be coming here to eat it's just amazing food ever tasted. No other place like this one just beyond delicious food.

I don’t have a picture to accompany this review but! I went here for the first time today and I was soo pleased with my meal, I am definitely coming back with my boyfriend. The teriyaki sauce is excellent and the portion sizes are great. Lovely protein per dollar ratio haha. I got a regular combo with a chicken egg roll (10/10), chicken breast teriyaki, and all veggies. It was warm, cooked all the way through, and filled me up. You must try it if you are in the area and craving this type of american - chinese inspired food!

Food is pretty good, I want to say slightly above average, but not extraordinary. I like Teriyaki flavors so it does hit that spot. Proportion is not too bad, but I was still hungry after (although I do eat a lot, lol).

Train! Train! TRAIN! I decided to check this place because of the reviews. Food was hot and service was quick. 3 stars because the cashier was nonchalant about knowing the menu. He also was new with a in training badge on. I ask about a item and his response "I don't know." So I ask to change the item I ordered before swiping my card. He said "oh I think the order is already being made." Ok whatever. I said what if I had an allergy. *shruggs* is his response. Cashier should at least know the menu before being at counter by themselve.

I had spice orange chicken with salad and was disappointing. Traces of chicken dipped in flour dough in a, anything but, orange sauce.

Food was fresh, but unremarkable. Reminded me of mall food. I got the Katsu chicken and my wife got the Teriyaki chicken. The portions were good and service okay. Good for a quick bite, but nothing to get excited about.

Food is great sometimes, and not so good at other times. There’s luck of consistency in their food quality. Like today, the white rice is hard and the orange chicken is dry. They need to work on consistency.

Service was good, that’s the reason for the stars. The location itself is pretty messy. The drink fountain area was let go and some of the drinks didn’t go to the right mix, the lemonade was water and then the only working one for tea came out spraying. The food took a while which I don’t fault because labor is tough right now, I just wouldn’t be inclined to come back. As far as the food, it was good but nothing out of the ordinary. The spicy chicken wasn’t spicy so it was just a chicken teriyaki bowl. Not bad but also not second visit good.

I ordered spicy tofu and yakisoba. Please don't drench my noodles in the spicy sauce too. I was expecting the tofu to be the only thing coated in their spicy sauce. Noodles were so salty and spicy I threw out my bowl. What a waste.

First time eating as this place. Ordered the terriyaki chicken plate, about 8.99 and servings are filling, unfortunately food is bland, its a lot of nothing. More flavor would make this dish so much better. I would not come back nor recommend this place if your palette is use to flavorful foods.

Staff would not answer the phone. So we ordered online. Got to the store and they had no record of the order. Also, online has the store as being in Cypress, TX. The store is on Eldridge Parkway in Houston. This error has been on the web for over 9 months. Too many errors and failures to perform. A major disappointment. The food is good (thus 2 stars), but service and support is sub par. Get your act together!

Usually, Madness is good but my last 2 takeouts have been unfortunately subpar. On the first one, the noodles were clearly old and not fresh. With the 2nd one, I had specifically ordered not spicy but got the spicy instead. So I'm going to take an extended breather from them and maybe try them again at a much later time.

Used to be a favorite restaurant of mine but I have ordered food here twice and both times I have had soggy rice mixed in with hard stale rice. You might as well go to Jack in the box and get a teriyaki bowl because I'm pretty sure these places both microwave packets of rice instead of actually making it. I've been a total of three times... the last time for a good was yesterday. The service was mid. They were in the middle of training someone so I expected some sort of delay, but they were also delayed by completely forgetting the previous customers order and having to make it in a hurry. So I had to wait for her to get her food. However, yesterday my rice was nowhere near done, and the chicken was completely dry, almost as if it had been previously cooked and set to the side And reheated up to order..... completely lack of moisture almost too hard to swallow. Three strikes and you're out the third time I've been let down when I'm craving a teriyaki bowl.

This was our first and last time visiting this establishment. I ordered fried rice and vegetables, the peas and carrots tasted frozen and did not taste good. (I paid extra for fried rice.) The veggies were fresh and hot when served. I simply asked if I could get noodles instead. I was told that there was nothing they could do about it, so I ordered an additional order of noodles in order to finish my meal. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because my food was hot when served.

I ordered a grilled chicken teriyaki bowl with brown rice & veggies. I asked what type of veggies would be provided before confirming my order. I was told there would be broccoli, zucchini, carrots,and cabbage. It took 23 minutes to receive my order after I paid. A cook came from the back around 10 minutes after placing my order to tell me it would be an additional 4 minutes. That 4 minutes came & went. Once the cashier gave me my order, he apologized for the long wait & handed me a small clear cup for water & an extra teriyaki sauce. Thinking, at least my food will be fresh & hot, I immediately started eating my food. The chicken was tough & the veggies were only cabbage & carrots. Overall, it was not worth the wait or money & I had such high expectations because the food looked so good on the menu & in the container.

We were looking forward to trying this place and I can say we were let down by the service and the food. We told the cashier it was our first time there and we were trying to figure out what to order since we were the only customers inside at the time. He literally showed no emotion, no friendly welcome no good vibe. As soon as another customer walked in he was quick to engage with them and talked about sports and summer with a smile. Now the food, the meat portion is very little compared to the price of it being charged and the noodles are nothing to special. We won't be coming back to any of the chain establishments.

Around 11:30am today, I show up to this place for an ubereats delivery. The one worker who was there not only didn't have the food ready for pickup, but also was on the phone and took his sweet time with the order. The man also told me to fill up the drink myself. I am not obligated to do such thing. I am not supposed to do anything related to the order except for pickup and delivery. The man tried to argue with me about the whole thing even though that is not my job. We are instructed NOT to do that as ubereats delivery workers. This is in contrast to last week when the worker at the store offered to get the food to the car after informing me of delays with the order. I am not planning on keeping this low review if ubereats employee treatment changes for the better at this restaurant.

I ordered online through Uber eats (a single meal) because I had a quick lunch break between calls and was unable to run out and grab something. They waited 20 mins (of a 20-30 min delivery window) to cancel my order! Now I have no time to order something different and will not be able to eat lunch. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

We are regular customers at Teriyaki Madness and rarely order this late, since it was 15 minutes before closing, we wanted to be considerate and asked at the counter if it was too late to order. William, who was at the register, checked the time and kindly reassured us that it wasn’t a problem. He took our order without hesitation, providing great customer service. However, as soon as our order was placed, we overheard negative remarks directed at William for taking a last-minute order. The manager, Ms. Ann, who was in the kitchen voiced out loud that they were out of chicken breast for the night (which affected two of our dishes), and instead of offering an alternative, she immediately processed a refund. Julissa also mmmmh as to back the initial dismissive remarks and also voiced about them closing soon. Rather than finding a solution or offering substitutions like another protein or the tofu dish we had ordered Ms. Ann’s response reinforced the kitchen staff’s unwelcoming attitude. This experience was disappointing. A good team supports each other and prioritizes customer service, especially when there’s still time to serve guests. Had the situation been handled differently, it could have contributed to both a better customer experience and additional revenue for the business.

I got teriyaki madness for dinner and there was a piece of plastic curled up in my food. I had put it in my mouth and it felt weird so i decided to take it out, when i unraveled it i realized it was plastic. i could have chocked

I've never had a problem, but this time is not good. This steak is not cooked good nor how it looks in the picture. The rice is soagy/no good either!

I normally come to this location once a week. I came in 5-28-24 the normal people that usually there was not working except one gentleman. The guy working the reg was not helpful, I was using the kiosk, I needed help but he act as if I was bothering him. After at least 20 min past my order was ready with gummy rice, but the worst part was it was smashed down to look completed. I asked for a refund because of the quality of food Ido wanted to pay for rice that looked like rice pudding worst experience ever.but the real problem was I was told I don't know if I can refund your money.

My wife placed an order for her food. She asked me to make sure they didnt put egg in it. So I called them to make sure they dont put egg in her order. I go to pick up the food, they say i have not paid yet. i offer to show them the receipt, they said i show this order as not paid so maybe she put the order as pay in store? so I paid it. I went to my car to check if there was egg in it, yes there was egg in it. So i went back into the store and asked if they could remake it. Then they came back with two orders, and asked if she ordered two of the same thing. No, i told them i had tried to tell them my wife told me she already placed the order. they told me both were the same thing, but my wife paid 20 dollars and i paid 12 in store. So i asked for a refund off the 20 dollar order. then i found out they were different sizes the whole time, so not the same thing. The manager came out and said "If i give you the bigger one does it solve the problem?". They wasted like 30 minutes of my time when i should have been able to just grab the order and go. The food ended up sucking and my wife didnt even like it.

The tofu here is very good. Soft on the inside, crunchy on the outside. I like that the vegetables aren't soaked in sauce -- you choose how much sauce you want to put. All in all a healthier choice and a very good value. Edit: Tonight 9/6/20 I found an open staple in my food. If I had swallowed this, it could have caused me serious internal injuries. I will inform the owner tomorrow, I won’t be able to summon the courage to continue eating here after this experience. Very scary.
