Rachel was amazing and definitely provides top of the line customer service. Polite, knowledgeable and very welcoming. I will definitely give the service 10/10. And nothing can compare when your cravings have that little hotdog man doing cartwheels in your mind.
I had an issue with the chili being too salty and they replaced it and the food was great. Great service great environment great food definitely recommend
Someone needs to give Mrs Rachel in the drive thru a raise. One of the sweetest food service workers I've ever come into contact with.
Extremely disappointed in the huge price jump. I use to be able to buy 3 plain dogs and a small fry for like 15 dollars. Now that costs 30 dollars!!! Update and added photo to the reply. Then why is it this expensive? 2nd update. Changing my rating because I honestly love this location and grateful they are listening
I tried the burger and chicken strips this time and it did not disappoint. The food is always great. Rachel was amazing and so nice to everyone.
The 1st. Visit was the best visit.since then, the food presentation dropped. Things didn't look the same. On my 1st visit, the Manager was there & everything was perfect. I'm still a returning customer. Lov this PLACE !!!
The BEST Weinerschnitzel EVER!! I had the pleasure of getting a huge order delivered to us by the great workers of this location. First off we couldn’t have been more thrilled to chow down on all the goodies! We had hotdogs, chilli-cheese fries, corndogs, jalapeño poppers and they all arrived at a PERFECT temperature!! And Talk about DELICIOUS! 👌 A huge THANK YOU! If you haven’t stop by this location you’re missing out. Please make an effort to check them out! 🌭
I've been eating at their various locations for many years. Their chili dogs are amazing and 10 times better than James Coney Island in my opinion. They also sell these chicken strip dogs and I love those. Great food and great service.
This was hands down the best service I have received at any food place ever. I called in advance with a large order. I talked to Kevin on the phone and he was extremely helptul! When I arrived, Rachel welcomed me with a big smile. She was so kind and an awesome manager. Amy and Devonte made our food which was nothing less than excellent. The vibe in there was so fun and made you wanna dance while eating your food. Thank you guys for making our night!!!
Been coming here every now and then for 5 months always gotten great service and good food it was an older white lady didn't catch her name she's usually there at night time there's an older black guy as well they both are very nice and cool to me and my dog diamond.

Small little dive. But the service was amazing. The manager is as lovely and kind as can be. She'll make you laugh, make you feel like family, and always check on you to see if you're enjoying your visit.
Staff was more than friendly, they were amazing! Gave us free samples of ice cream to try out(fruit loops/cotton candy) fruit loops is the best if anyone is wondering. Also, really clean restrooms and clean lobby! Will come again and again.
The manager and staff are wonderful! The manager came out and asked how we liked our food. We told her about our experiences, growing up eating Wienerschnitzel. She shared her extensive training with us. She takes extreme pride in that location. The store was clean and staff was friendly and hustled. The food was great and this location stands for what this chain strives for! #wienrerlova4life
As I am a big fan of chili dogs, I had to check this place out. The first thing I noticed was how friendly and welcoming the staff was. Service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was great. Kudos to the manager and staff.
When I was a kid, we used to go to this place in Colorado. It's been forever since I found one, and I am so glad I did. It's still the same as I remember it and JUST as good as I remember. I was told by one of the employees who was super sweet that this site is almost 2 years old. It's not in my usual stomping grounds, so i never knew it was here, but I would gladly make a trip over here anytime. They also told me they are building a new one off of Katy Fwy. I've informed my mom and mother in law of this place, and they have already made plans for a trip up as well!
Food was great. They’re dogs and burgers not much too expect. Just wish the brisket fries had more brisket on them.
Came here because the wifey loves this place AND THEY JUST OPENED IN HOUSTON. the first one in Houston. We dined in and we were not disappointed. The food was very fresh and prices were reasonable. We will come back.
Food was great as usual. The young man working 4pm on 09/06/25 brought a very dead vibe to the store though. He didn't speak, only gave cold stare to customers. No how can I help you, no hello, not even a you're welcome when told thank you by the customers, didn't prepare order like requested, acted same towards his co worker. Appeared uninterested or hates his job. Other employees total opposite.
It is what it is. Fast food hot dogs and burgers and shrimp dog. Only two tables inside and you'll be staring at the kitchen.
Went through drive-thru everyone was so nice. I was so excited to finally see weinerschnitzel out here especially being a Cali native. I ordered the mini corn dog, chili cheese dog, and the chili cheese burger
