Omg gotta give credit for amazing service so this location went above and beyond i had a bad expirance on the 22nd and I didnt know with who to place blame I only knew I ordered through app so I called store direct and they said manager wasent available but they would let her know so I did have to trash my smoothie cause it wasent secure when I received it and it wasent full so I was not trusting it better safe then sorry so I asked for refund never heard back week later no refund yet so called to check in well manager Saud she did process it and company was suppose to reach out they didn't but I was like ok when she said it could take up to 15 day to see refund but still sad as im broke and was hoping for that refund to buy a smoothie today since I had to trash the one a week ago she asked my address and out of the kindness in her heart brought me a smoothie since im stuck at work and cant leave so if the refund does come cool ill just respond it with her store now 100% even if it dosent I got my now drinkable smoothie and will deff order from them everytime im on the river oaks side of town working :) thank you for awesome service 😀

First class service by Alex. She is the manager.She very knowledgeable about all ingredients and vitamins. Her fast friendly outgoing personality is very refreshing compared to other locations. She is truly a great role model and trainer hopefully she can help all locations.. the best thing about Smoothie King it helps everybody on the shots Mounjaro and ozempic.

I do not go inside Smoothie King. I remain loyal to the drive-thru like it is a sacred ritual. And every time, they deliver greatness through a little sliding window like smoothie royalty. The staff is always fast, friendly, and possibly trained in the ancient art of blending joy. I place my order and within moments, I am holding a cup of icy determination that tastes like victory and fruit got together and made something beautiful. There are no delays, just pure efficiency and a smoothie that somehow fixes my entire day. My blender at home has officially entered early retirement out of shame.

Smoothie King. The name really says it all. Kids smoothies are pretty dope. Muscle Punch is more than a clever name. It is in fact the tastiest of all.

I stopped on a whim to redeem a birthday drink. Carmen helped me and they were so friendly and kind. The drink was great, standard as other locations but the service is what makes the experience, so that's what will bring me back again!

This Smoothie King is hands down the best! Every time I stop by, my smoothie is always perfect—just the right balance of flavors, texture, and freshness. I’ve been coming to Uchi at least once a month for nearly ten years, and I’ll keep this short: it is hands down the best restaurant in Houston, and without question the best sushi in the area. It is one of those rare places that never disappoints. The food isn’t just great—it’s amazing. The service is extraordinary. The staff works seamlessly as a team: your water is always refilled without asking, plates are cleared promptly, and what’s most impressive is how deeply knowledgeable the servers are about the menu. I won’t even recommend specific dishes, because you truly can’t go wrong with anything here. The only two things I’ll say are: don’t miss the Fried Milk (and if you’re lucky, you might even snag a pint to take home), and be sure to visit during happy hour, when they offer unique small bites not regularly on the menu and absolutely worth trying.

We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary at Uchi for the first time and it was one of the greatest experiences we’ve ever had here in Houston. The food was absolutely fantastic I enjoyed the yellowtail, and the tuna sashimi. The service was excellent! Definitely recommend 10/10 for anyone who loves sushi and fine dining experiences.

Uchi needs to be on your list of places to dine in Houston. The crew starts of strong with prompt seating, menus and orders for beverages taken within minutes of entering. We did have a reservation, that helps. A+ We sat at the sushi bar which was fun since we had our personal chef whom we ordered food from directly. Our server took care of drinks and kept everything clean and tidy. A+ We ordered lots of Nigiri and some Sashimi and other dishes. Too many to remember. Simply put, every single bite was delicious. A+ Wonderful presentations and remember, you always eat with your eyes first! A+ Noise level is moderate and perfectly fine for conversation. Decor is upscale, elegant and minimalist. Contemporary and sleek also come to mind. From the futuristic domes at the entrance to the sultry interior, Uchi is a place to bask in great design. A+ Bottom line, go. Enjoy some of the best Asian inspired food focusing on Japanese cuisine. Creatively Uchi succeeds in providing a wonderful culinary event. It's pricey but you get what you pay for and IMHO it's worth every penny. Cheers

Uchi Houston has to been one of the best Sushi restaurants in Houston or the best! The ambiance was perfecto, with low lighting and just light background music so it was not too loud. Waiter was absolutely amazing , he was always so attentive and helpful in making sure our needs were met. We came for the 7p Somakase which is omakase that pretty much Keri's coming until you say stop and the waiter finds out exactly what you prefer and what you don't like and make sure the sushi chef knows what dishes best fit you . We had over 18 courses and they were customized to what best suits your liking. Sushi was Fish super fresh, food was soooo good . Otoro is my favorite melted in your mouth along with caviar. Presentation of each dish was beautifully executed and we love the experience. We cannot wait to come back. Reservations are HIGHLY recommended on weekends walk in accepted but it gets really crowded. Best for dates, anniversaries and celebrating birthdays.

We had an amazing anniversary dinner for our first time at Uchi. Virginia, our waitress, was very kind and helpful. The ambiance and vibe was classy and cozy. Parking is a challenge in this area but don't fret they have a complementary valet, just remember to validate your ticket when you get your check. The star of the evening, besides Virginia, was the "somakase." After a brief discussion Virginia was able to curate a custom omakase menu for us. The food was delectable, unique, and fresh. We received some of the vegetarian items which blew my mind. The tomato nigiri was the biggest surprise. Thank you for a wonderful celebration, I look forward to coming back!

I’m from Canada and this was my first time at Uchi Houston. Honestly, it blew me away. I did the curated omakase and every single dish was not only beautiful but absolutely delicious. I sat at the sushi bar and it was such a cool experience watching the chef work and being able to chat with him as he prepared each course. It made the whole meal feel really personal and engaging. The service was fantastic. Super friendly and welcoming. They knew it was my first time and treated me with a lot of care and warmth. From the crudo to the edamame to the nigiri, everything was incredibly fresh and perfectly balanced. If you're thinking of going, do it. It’s more than just a meal. It’s an experience. Easily one of the best sushi dinners I've ever had.

Super cool spot! I have never really cared for sushi or raw fish before but my daughter loves it and wanted to spend her birthday here. The service was impeccable and every single server that came by to bring something or pick something up said happy birthday to her. I tried everything they ordered and it was surprisingly amazing! Try everything! Get suggestions from the wait staff. The variety of dishes, the quality and freshness of this food allows for you to be adventurous. The flavor combinations are absolutely chef-inspired and amazing! Everything here is small plates and shareable so it's a great place to try lots of wonderful dishes. Lovely place, amazing service! The food options are huge and everything is delicious and visually appealing. DO NOT SKIP DESSERT! I'm not sure if reservations are required but I would highly suggest making a reservation, especially if you have a larger group.

They ignored me in the drive thru for 10 minutes. So I parked and went inside just for them to tell me “hold on” and take the drive thru order before me. It was unprofessional. It also was not busy and I was the only person there until someone else came into the drive thru. They were friendly when they took my order and my smoothie tasted consistently as always. It was just disappointing for the lack of communication. I will be back to this smoothie king if I’m in the area though.

i love this drive thru smoothie king! i used to get smoothie king in college since it was on campus and was a good meal replacement after a workout. however it never really appealed to me as a drink id l go for when i think about what to drink. lately the weather has been crazy hot and so i decided to go get a smoothie and i think since then ive been going here often. i dont mind going in the store but i'd rather drive thru. they have a few parallel parking spots. staffs are nice. their default cup is the foam cup but for some reason i hate that material so i request the transparent plastic cup. looks way better. overall i see myself going to this location and the quality of the smoothie is consistent. below is the 32oz berry punch. it tastes way better when it's melted a little.

I had been interested in trying uchi for a long time. Have been to quite a few of the sushi restaurants here in Houston including Oheya, the omakase restaurant attached to uchi. We got a reservation for the sushi bar and opted for the happy hour omakase for two. The pictures are attached, keep in mind that we ordered extra dish (uni and a tuna flight) at the end as we were still hungry. Given that the omakase was $60 per person, it was rather reasonable and didn't feel bad about buying the extra stuff. There was not that much nigiri, less than four pieces I think, but the the hamachi crudo in the beginning was delightful, they had a bunch of a warm dishes that were good. The hand roll was nice if it was a salmon hand roll with I believe smoked trout roe. Dessert was a rather Vietnamese inspired dish which reminded me a lot of eating che. I was a little bit disappointed in the uni and tuna that we ordered extra. The uni that was provided was a Santa Barbara and Hokkaido uni. Was expecting a nice flash of salinity that you typically get while eating uni which sort of wasn't there. And then the tuna flight which consisted of akami tuna Chutoro And otoro, had a mild fishy flavor to them which was surprising. My favorite piece has got to be the eggplant nigiri. I was pleasantly surprised to see an array of vegetarian offerings and even a vegetarian omakase. They have the corner on this market and I will bring all of my vegetarian friends here for sure. The atmosphere was absolutely wonderful. Busy crowded. Lively. Our chef was David who I liked a lot. Our server was very knowledgeable about the drink menu. Overall I was very happy with the experience. I think the value might be just a little better at places like Aiko and hachi, but I should really withhold judgment until I try full omakase at uchi. It will be interesting to distinguish between the omakase at uchi versus oheya.

I really enjoy the smoothies at smoothie king, but this location is a hit or miss. There’s a serious lack of consistency. Usually when there’s very young male staff, it is a complete miss. It doesn’t taste like it should at all. But other times (usually when there’s an older lady that I’ve seen work here) it’s perfect. I don’t know why. The location over near Post Oak is much more consistent.

Finally I was able to visit uchi in Houston and was very excited. I sat at the shusi bar and really enjoyed watching all the sushi being made with such precision. The service here is spectacular and made our experience great. We came during happy hour and were able to try their happy hour 9 course tasting menu which was very good and fresh.. On top of that we order a couple of other things off the happy hour menu to satisfy us. I will come back as they have a good drink special and their lychee Martini was really good but no old fashioned on their happy hour menu. I think the only downside was maybe our expectations were too high but everything was good. We just left a little unsatisfied especially for the price. I can see our bill being doubled if we come outside of happy hour which I wouldn't be inclined to come back to. Overall it is very good with high quality ingredients what amazing service just turned away by the price point. Great for special occasions!

Went yesterday before an interview and didn’t feel welcome inside, the supervisor or more tenured employee had a horrible attitude towards me and her coworker. I didn’t taste the strawberry flavored protein I asked for and the color didn’t match the fruits I asked for. I used to go to this location regularly now I realize why I haven’t been back and will likely never return again.

One of the employees tried to assault me for looking in her direction in the parking lot.

**Update, they responded below as if they were really going to do something. I followed instructions and they HAVE YET TO REACH OUT! Just ordered a smoothie bowl and paid for EXTRA Toppings only to be delivered soup and then my peanut was missing! I live less than 4 mins away from the location and I ordered priority on UberEats. I think gave me the wrong order because it’s impossible to be that watery so quickly. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

The hours of operation posted say 6:30am-10:00pm. So I ordered a smoothie online only to arrive to see that the shop wasn’t even opened/

I just came through the drive through and had the worst experience ever. This place isn’t welcoming at all. The person taking orders in the drive thru had a complete attitude, she didn’t seem like she wanted to work this morning at all. She was rushing me thru me order and got even more aggravated when I added on. This was not a good customer experience at all. I regret not reading the reviews first!

Do not go to this smoothie king. The store is dirty, the staff is rude, and at the end of it all my smoothie was incorrect and undrinkable.

I was on a time crunch, so I stopped by this location since it was near work. When I ordered my drink, a car had got in front of me, cut in line and order a drink at the pick up window. It would’ve been nice if the employee ask them to order in line instead of cutting the line. So once after I receive my drink, I arrived at work. I haven’t touched the smoothie and waited till after I open then once I got to drink my smoothie turns out it was not even a smoothie. It was just liquid with a bunch of foam. Since I was opening up, the foam had time to settled so by the time I open the drink, there was about a 2 inch indention. So I basically paid for a medium but got a small instead and didn’t get a smoothie but got juice with 2 inch of foam. I never had an issue with any other location and this is my first and last time at this location.

The girl at the window was more interested in chewing her lunch than waiting on the customer. I saw her tap her 25% tip and then she refused to remove it.
