I've been to a few smoothie kings to try these bowls and how they are prepared. Now maybe I went to one on a day the person that makes them perfect wasn't there but those who slack needs more practice or should take more pride in their work like this person who made my bowl at this smoothie king. I have selected the PB Delight and it looks delightful. Thank you JaNala I believe who made this beautiful and delicious bowl. Let's see who can top her. Just beautiful 😍 some people bowls be sloppy not JaNala bowls. (CHEFS KISS)

It was National Coffee Day where I was supposed to get a free smoothie. My coworker came up here and got a free smoothie with no problem. I came right after and they told me that they let a young lady go home for the day for doing it incorrectly because I needed to download other apps. However I know that was not true because there was no female working this day.

My order was incorrect- I ordered Pineapple Recharge for Fri upgrade size- instead I had wrong size and I was charged for two drinks that I did not order. I had to ask for a refund. Had I not looked over my receipt I would not have known. She never verified my order before taking payment .

I’m very disappointed.. I’m 13 weeks pregnant and I was craving it so badly that I even used my coworkers Uber Eats app for delivery. I order a vanilla hulk with extra butter pecan ice cream and almond. The ice cream had frost bite. It did not taste creamy at all. The only reason why it tasted appealing was because it was melted but other than that… it was all frost. No extra almonds either…

Tried to place an order but intercom said cash only. I ask the prices for 2 smoothies to see if I had enough cash and they act like they can’t hear and then they just say they are not taking orders. They should just not have a cash only sign and make it say close. I had inconsistent service at this location but today has been the worst.

This smoothie king location USE to be the best smoothies and customer service I would drive out of my way to specifically come to this location BUT NOW not sure what recently changed i’m assuming change in management possibly to many employees NOT providing excellent customer service,talking lounging, rude, hearing more of “i can’t”! Staff need more training on how to make smoothies because they’re terrible and re-visit what customer service is this new staff is horrible in particularly the evening shift

I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK! The lady taking my order was very rude and when I pulled around continued to be rude and I asked her if she could be more polite and she said she could refuse service if I didn’t hurry up with my payment because there was a long line waiting for me. I was the ONLY ONE there! She then shut the window and she was laughing with another worker. Well who’s laughing now? They lost money because they don’t know how to provide appropriate customer service.

A recent former employee informed me that they have a roach infestation and that they crawl over the powders, fruits, walls and stands. They also informed me that they store things such as straws, cup lids and also cups in a single restroom near the toilets in the back of the store! The smoothies are overall good but no one deserves to drink smoothies that are unsanitary!

The schedule says they close at 10 pm but I came at 9 pm and it was already closed, the sign at the entrance said open but the door was still locked even though everything was on
