The service is consistently fast and smoothies are always great! You can tell they love their job because they are always laughing and smiling with each other. The store manager karla always has great recommendations when I want to try something new. I just wish they had a better store to work but I guess the higher ups don't see it as a priority. Overall, my experience is always wonderful.

So far every time I have come to this location everything has been great and well prepared. My first visit I trusted what they recommended me and it was spot on. Now I'm addicted to the Passion Passport smoothie. Their size of servings is very decent for the price you pay. I definitely recommend the location.

It was crazy busy. Drive thru line was wrapped around the building and equally busy inside. It was a bit of a wait but, no one was complaining. The employees were moving like they could hear each other thoughts. No one was bumping into each other, no one was not moving, the ingredients area was clean and blenders were cleaned and put back into rotation - like it was just a normal, quiet day. Incredible. Smoothie was great too!

I love smoothie king. The only thing I dislike is when I go in the mornings, there is always a wait. But they can’t really help that because people are trying to get their breakfast before work. I love that they can just scan the QR Code in my phone and at the same time it pays for my smoothie and gives me my points. They always know what I want when I go in there because I order the same thing every time. Great customer service!

We love Smoothie King's Angel Food smoothie. Light, flavorful, refreshing. The only issue we ever have is how slow the drive-thru is. But, it doesn't mean we don't deal with it when we want a smoothie!

The night crew there is awful. The never know what's going on. Orders take forever to come out, and they are inconsistent on quality. I need to find another place for my after gym smoothies.

The server said they discontinued the lean 1i wanted, so I did not get anything. The blenders did not have covers and were loud.

I come here at least twice a week. New girl (i think) at the window was rude to not only me, but the vehicle in front of me. Prior, I had to wait forever for her to take my order. When she repeated it back, i asked to change it to a small. I kid you not her response was "well you said medium, so...." ok and? ill change it to a large if i want to. Ive worked food for years, I know how it is. We are all going through the same thing rn sis... I love this place but she literally made me want to leave the drive thru. I feel bad for the next person she rubs the wrong way cause there's crazy people out there.

I love the customer service I receive at this location, but I am disappointed that my Daily Warrior smoothie doesnt have any peanut butter 😢 the smoothie is a completely different color than normal.

Ordered an almond mocha protein coffee. The flavor was good but it’s like it wasn’t blended enough or something because there were big chunks of the protein powder which made it hard to drink and gross in some parts because these gooey clumps of protein were throughout .

It was National Coffee Day where I was supposed to get a free smoothie. My coworker came up here and got a free smoothie with no problem. I came right after and they told me that they let a young lady go home for the day for doing it incorrectly because I needed to download other apps. However I know that was not true because there was no female working this day.

Service is not always but frequently sub par. Last visit, had to re-order my smoothie three times. Still wasn’t right but I had to leave because it was taking a very long time. Not sure how many more attempts it would have taken. Other problems have been inconsistent/not good flavor of the same order, watered down taste, melted, seemingly missing ingredients.

I come to this location every other day coming out of time. I got to this location at exactly 9:54 and I was told they weren’t taking anymore orders!! They close at 10 and I know I’m cutting it close but 1 more smoothie wouldn’t hurt. This actually happened another time that I got there at 9:50. Like what the heck

Evelyn has no idea how to take someone's order correctly. The past 3 times our order is always not correct even though she asked us at the drive thru and multiple times at the window. The poor guy making the shakes I feel sorry for because she messes it up. I don't like to make bad reviews, but this is ridiculous. I applaud her for being young and working but please listen to your customers request.

Take it the time in the door says they open at 9 a.m.. So, I go through the drive thru exactly at 9 a.m.. I had to sit there till almost 9:10 a.m. saying hello, good morning, and then finally someone finally says something. My order was incorrect- I ordered Pineapple Recharge for Fri upgrade size- instead I had wrong size and I was charged for two drinks that I did not order. I had to ask for a refund. Had I not looked over my receipt I would not have known. She never verified my order before taking payment .

What's the point of asking for customizations and paying all the extra money for it if they just aren't going to give a damn and do whatever they want anyway? I literally asked for no blueberries and all I got was blueberries in my drink, makes me wonder what else they didn't customize in my drink.

Service is a little slow. Smoothie had a chemical taste (Houston flavor? Lol) I much prefer tropical smoothie cafe but none were close by.

I had to edit my review. I used to come a lot back then, they were so kind and sweet. Today, My smoothie was very watery and the workers were very disrespectful. A small hispanic woman with short hair and a gray mask serviced me. This location is terrible.

First time ever going to a Smoothie king, and worse experience. I walked in during business hours (20+ minutes before closing) and I was told to use the drive through. I was already inside and the employee at the register was ready to take my order. That manager needs some training in customer service, I will give another store a chance and hope they are not the same. I usually don't write reviews on customer service but on the product but this location really needs professionalism!!!!

We got sick here! 🤮 I was going here until recently. My husband and I order two different smoothies only to have given some of the other mix into mine and his. Then not properly washing in between orders. 🙅🏻‍♀️ I could taste mango and whatever else vs strawberry and banana. Terrible service!

I come to this location quite a bit after my workouts and everyday I get the same thing a strawberry gladiator small with added protein, and she asked me some question and when I asked her where it was on the menu she SIGHED at me and got an attitude when I simply couldn’t see on the menu after that the lady was rude to to me this was on the 10th at around 1ish, I then gave it another shot the next day and I said my order twice very clearly and they gave me a medium with energy in it and that’s not what I asked for at all and I was very clear with my order. Then when I got up to the window and told them that’s not what I ordered she was very rude to me AGAIN and told me she couldn’t do anything about it. Will never be coming back here.

This is the second time this happened asked for the banana passion fruit smoothie this time and seemed like it was missing ingredients because last time (new caney location) it tasted good but every time I go to the one in humble it’s not the same. The Lady was nice to re make my smoothies but one had a lot of plastic pieces it was for my 16 year old sister and she stopped drinking it and spit it out and it was like plastic pieces. I called to let them know and all they had to say was “sorry do you want a refund?” Really??? That’s dangerous!!! I will be suing!

Went there I asked for a greek yogurt strawberry blueberry with extra protein. Did not get any extra protein and it was a watered down blueberry smoothie. Apparently they think I'm stupid, and I can't taste the extra protein when it's added. Plus the Employees that work there are mostly in a bit of a bad mood. It's just not a pleasant experience. Would try to avoid going to this location tbh²

Not sure how this location is even in business. The smoothies are made poorly and if you come inside then you will just be pushed to the side. Drivwthru and online orders will come first. You will just stand there. It's no surprise with the types of people they have employed. They need some management up there to show them how to treat customers

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Smoothie King. There were 5 kids working behind the counter. It took 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was there. I order the same smoothie every time I go to Smoothie King, and this one was terrible. In fact, it wasn’t even the same color as my husband’s and he ordered the same smoothie. Total mess in there. Stay away!!

I typically don’t leave bad reviews but after having my mobile orders either be completely incorrect, or having to wait 10 - 15 minutes past the time my mobile orders are supposed to be ready… I felt compelled to state my disdain with this location. Today is definitely my last time giving this establishment my money.

This location is poorly kept & disgusting. I went in, to pickup my order & the amount of flies & gnats were so overwhelming. They were all over the windows, containers & mixing equipment. One of the young ladies making an order jumped & screamed and said to another worker " I'm sorry, but these flies are so big and scary". Just after that the other worker handed me my order & in 1 motion from her hand to mine, I threw it in the trash. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION. IT'S NASTY IN THERE.

Worst smoothie ever. I have been getting the same smoothie for yrs. I have never had a problem before. I was out of my area today. I didn’t go to my usual location. There was a lot of Unblended Ice and it taste horrible. Never going back there.

I got off to go inside but girl said if we can go through the drive thru since they closed their door. Keep in mind it's still an hr until they close. Literally waited in the drive through for more than 5 minutes. All they said was hold on & never came back. Went around the store & there was no other cars there so I don't understand what the hold up was. 1st & last time going there.

This location is not up to the standards of other Smoothie King stores. It's disorganized, unclean, and the staff are rude. You need to address these issues immediately.

Aside from the outrageous prices for a simple smoothie, I had a scheduled pickup time of 1:06PM on November 5, 2023 for an online order. After waiting several minutes in their car line, I finally spoke to their staff and was told to pull around. I had to wait several more minutes without moving in their car line, so I decided to go into the smoothie shop to get my smoothie in person and save time. I reached the counter and they told me at 1:22PM, “It’s getting made” —by this point from order to service, it had already been over thirty minutes. The staff was very disorganized and inattentive. I was finally given my smoothie at 1:34PM —a whopping 37minutes after ordering— without so much as an apology. Completely absent customer service…excruciatingly slow. Definitely would not recommend, and I definitely will not repeat.

I really don’t understand the hype of smoothie king, or maybe it’s just this location. The smoothies are always watery, taste different, & the workers clearly don’t like the jobs. Oh and it smells!!!! The new caney location is way more cleaner and professional. Still don’t change the fact the smoothies ain’t that good. I’ll stick to Jamba Juice and tropical smoothie!

Every time I come to this Smoothie King, there’s always an issue. Either they’re out of bowls or they’re only taking online orders. It’s frustrating and feels like they’re never actually ready for customers. What’s the point of coming in if I can’t even order?

Hire a new staff, please!!! The customer service is bad. And Associates do not listen, nor do they follow directions. I ordered and substituted fruits for another fruits on my order. Associate asked me a 2nd time about the fruit. And when I got to the window, they just fixed like they wanted to. Customer service Sucks. When spending my money I should get what I paid for. I tried calling back 3 times to speak to a manager. There line was busy. Guess they took the phone off the hook. Now I’m just contacting Corporate. I’m done. 8/18 Gave this location another try. Same experience…They gave me a watery açaí bowl. And again Not listen, gave me the bowl with the wrong toppings vs what was ordered.

They charged me for a 20oz smoothie but handed me a 12oz. I wasn't sure until I got home, then actually measured it. I tried to call to get the issue resolved, but it seems as though they have disconnected their phone. It's too late to drive back. I will try to drop by again tomorrow. Very disappointed.

I hate to even leave a review, I hate people that leave bad reviews for no reason, or maybe it wasn’t the staff’s fault, but that is not the case in this instance. Absolutely terrible customer service. To wait in a very long drive through line for a very long time, and then be spoken to so rudely. The teenagers working there do not care whatsoever, and the girl we spoke to in the drive through doesn’t belong in a customer oriented job, intact, none of them do. And no manager in sight. We went to Tropical Smoothie Cafe down the street. A little more expensive but AMAZING staff, so it was well worth it.

This has to be the most disgusting smoothie king in the USA. The smell is horrible. The place is old and I can tell it's not properly maintained. Whoever owns this is definitely a penny pincher. Boxes are piled up in the front. Smells like mold and wet boxes. I asked the employee, and they said that the owner had been notified about the smell and that nothing had been done. This place honestly needs to be stripped down to the studs and remodeled. You can tell that it improperly maintained. The city needs to inspect thos building and sanitation needs to go and take a look. This is definitely nasty and poorly maintained. Nice workers, though. I can tell it is not their fault. I am definitely reporting this to corporate. Gives smoothie king a bad name.

This place is disgusting! It smells it's not well managed at all! I go to New Caney location much cleaner and professional. I took a picture of the Batman tumbler cup and it has sticky stuff all over it.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced, after a long wait at the drive-through window they tell me "we don't know how to make that drink" then 2 different employees checking my receipt and asked me "what was the order?" They end up handing me a drink that tasted like blended strawberries with ice water and it tasted horrible. I told her to remake my drink and the girl said "in order to do that you have to talk to the manager, but she's not here". I drove away and threw away the drink they gave me. This location is one that should definitely be AVOIDED 🚫

PB just look like it was just throw on it and on top of that my lid has sticky stuff and hand prints and dirty … very unprofessional and nasty I will never spend a dollar there again !!!

I’m very disappointed.. I’m 13 weeks pregnant and I was craving it so badly that I even used my coworkers Uber Eats app for delivery. I order a vanilla hulk with extra butter pecan ice cream and almond. The ice cream had frost bite. It did not taste creamy at all. The only reason why it tasted appealing was because it was melted but other than that… it was all frost. No extra almonds either…

Tried to place an order but intercom said cash only. I ask the prices for 2 smoothies to see if I had enough cash and they act like they can’t hear and then they just say they are not taking orders. They should just not have a cash only sign and make it say close. I had inconsistent service at this location but today has been the worst.

This smoothie king location USE to be the best smoothies and customer service I would drive out of my way to specifically come to this location BUT NOW not sure what recently changed i’m assuming change in management possibly to many employees NOT providing excellent customer service,talking lounging, rude, hearing more of “i can’t”! Staff need more training on how to make smoothies because they’re terrible and re-visit what customer service is this new staff is horrible in particularly the evening shift

A recent former employee informed me that they have a roach infestation and that they crawl over the powders, fruits, walls and stands. They also informed me that they store things such as straws, cup lids and also cups in a single restroom near the toilets in the back of the store! The smoothies are overall good but no one deserves to drink smoothies that are unsanitary!
