There’s not much to tell. It’s a Starbucks. The team here is great and, of course they brew awesome coffee. I tried the 1971 roast. It’s fantastic!

I am usually satisfied with Starbucks but I have notice the last couple times the large latte doesn't fill the large cup. I think they are skimping on the steamed milk...hope they start doing better.

I come here a lot with my dog, I always get really great service. I had a long black hair in my shaken espresso this week… I called and they gave me a new one. It was loooong. But I’ve dropped my peanut butter face down in the sand before, nothing can be worse than that.

Just not my vibe. I'm kind of old school when it comes to my coffee. And my hubby only drinks black coffee. They are never prepared for that kind of order! Lol! To me, their coffee is highly overrated and overpriced.

This place is pretty nice and everything is great except that's its a 50/50 on whether my drink will be made correctly. At the price point of these drinks, it's rather irritating. Most recent drink was a Macchiato that I requested chocolate sauce instead of vanilla through the app and none of the chocolate was mixed into the drink. Last time it was a pink drink with the drink nearly half cold foam because I chose extra cold foam in the app. There has been other times too at this location.

Today I called in to ask if they could add oatmilk to my mobile order bc I don’t see the option in my friends phone that was ordering for us bc his phone is outdated and the girl I spoke with was very rude and told me she would only allow it the one time and next time I’m going to have to come in myself and order my drink. Once I got the drink there was not even any oatmilk in it although she told me they would add it in there for me. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience with them. Every time I DoorDash if they are out of the syrup that I add to my coffee such as hazelnut instead of replacing it with something else or having my dasher call me they just skip the syrup and I get a nasty harsh tasting coffee. Very disappointed. And we spent a lot of money on our drinks today given it was about 7 drinks. Expect more.

I ordered some cups online and when I went to pick them up I was told they were out of stock and they couldn’t give me a refund and would have to call customer service.They gave me a customer service number to call and then they said they would have to escalate it higher because it was a “high amount”. It was $25. In the meantime, I drove down the road a few miles to another Starbucks and though they were out of stock too, they provided excellent customer service and let me pick 2 cups to replace them. A shame Huntington couldn’t have offered the same customer service. So now I have to wait 3/5 days for my refund.

Ordered a tall caramel Frappuccino made with oat milk and no whipped cream through the drive-through told them it was not right. They took it back, scraped off the whipped cream, added caramel on top and gave it back. Never had this happen before, but in my opinion, they should not have a job if they can’t even remake a drink. I was not being difficult. I just informed them that the drink was not correct.

What's In A Name?

The staff was lovely, my issue is with the integrity of the business owner. While it is certainly within their right to practice as they choose, like other possibly selfish, possibly mentally disturbed people, they don't allow the public to use their restrooms. They aren't the only ones to be sure, but the only one I've come across recently and will call in others for dialogue as well moving forward. After all, to turn away a menstruating female because she isn't a patron, would be quite dehumanizing and could even verge on a hate crime with a good lawyer. We'll keep morality and faith based arguments ie Christian charity out of it, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't bode well for them there either. Just saying. It's 2025 let's bring human decency back, you certainly charge enough for your wares.

Be warned that they almost never put the lids to the frappes on correctly and then you end up spilling it all over your car, twice. After that 30 minute escapade the frappe is pretty good, what's left of it... The servers are always polite but not putting the lid on correctly should be a crime.
