I usually always have a positive experience at DD. However, today my husband discovered the cream cheese to be 6+ weeks outdated. We called and the offered us a replacement or refund which we appreciated. Hopefully they will be more on top of checking the date on there stock in the future.

I ordered a order for doordash and when I got it there was no tape on the lid I work in fast food and I know that for the safety of others you are sopposed to tape the lid this is not the first time it has happened this would be the second time so clearly they just don’t tape the lids it is a safety thing considering we do not know the dasher you don’t know what could happen also when I got my drink it was not filled completly yes I wanted that last bit considering I paid $9 some for a medium drink and I didn’t get a full cup…

This was just about the craziest drive-thru I have ever been to. Remind me of trying to go to a bank teller drive up window . do not try this location or drive thru with a larger truck or hauling a trailer. I do not know about the lobby option as I saw no one inside, one person working.Alsotook way too long to get my order taken and received. I do like thier doughnut and coffee

I wanted drive-through breakfast, but the oven was down so no food. Okay, I'll just take my coffee. Twice I was offered food, if my name was Mary (very funny because I'm a big bearded dude), and I had to say I just wanted my coffee. I did eventually get that coffee, and it was fine. But I can't imagine this bad day is how it always is here, otherwise how could they stay in business? I hope that my experience here isn't how things usually are.

$14 for 6 donuts is ridiculous. No thanks on coming here again

Was out egg for sandwiches. Would not compensate. Last time here walked in at 7:30 and was told kitchen was closed for sandwiches. Twice with a $40 order I was turned away. That is it I will take my business to pana donut shop. They have better donuts and sandwiches all the coffee types at cheaper prices.

We were in the drive-thru line for 10 minutes and only 1 car moved. We got out of that line and I went inside. They took my order timely and I got my donuts quickly. My coffee on the other hand sat under the dispenser for 5 minutes and I was about to dispense it myself. The donuts tasted off as well. Stay away from this store unless you have 30 minutes to waste.

Thought I'd stop and get a fun snack with my kid. The doughnuts were stale like they had been sitting out for a few days. I ended up throwing them away. I do not recommend them for doughnuts.

I placed two orders for my family which was 1 dozen donuts and 1 coffee through doordash. The dasher called me and told me he was showing them i had two orders yet they were telling him they only had the cheaper order of the two. i called the store and spoke to a middle aged man and he told me if it doesn’t come through he can’t do anything i proceed to tell him the money had already came out of my account and i needed food to feed my family that morning and he begun to get louder than me and speak over me eventually leading to him hanging up and just canceling my order on their end completely. Very unprofessional as i work in a fast food restaurant as well.

I went to DD to buy donuts for my colleagues this morning. Because the drive thru line was so long, I went inside. The lady that was working the front was an elderly lady. She was the sweetest kindest person I have ever encountered at DD. In the process of fulfilling an order, one tray caught on another tray, and she accidentally pulled it to the ground. There was a total of two donuts on it, so by no means would the corporation be in financial jeopardy over this loss. A few moments later, a woman with dark hair named Jess comes out of the back with a fresh tray of donuts to replace those on the ground. JESS very loudly berates the kind employee and insists "Don't let this happen again." Everyone heard it. Everyone was shocked. The woman was obviously embarrassed and began to apologize. I expressed that she didn't need to apologize, nor should she have been spoken to like that. I don't know if JESS is the manager there, but she certainly has zero respect for her elders and had no problem publicly berating an elderly woman over the accidental loss of a few donuts. Perhaps JESS needs some training in leadership, or just human decency.
