The young sweet lady who went out of her to train a new worker, helping customers just went way above abd beyond customer service, my card card declined because of a fraud alert, I only had 5 in cash, she paid for it, so o ran out to my semi truck got cash ran it back into her. I was overwhelmed with the outstanding customer care, she refused to give her name, but out of all the subways I've been to in 18 years she's the 👌👍😍best. When I td everyone inside what she did, they applauded, thank you 😊 🙏 😘 😌
Me & my wife go there consistently & the ladies & manager there are very kind & understanding. Whatever you order, you get & if its off or wrong they fix it immediately without being rude or a type a way. Its definitely a great Subway & the workers are awesome.
More bread than anything else.. Skimpy on the fixings.. Bread always seem tough to chew..
Placed an order for curbside pickup. Waited over 10-15 minutes after saying I was here on the app before I called them. The lady answered said it would be out shortly. Indeed it was, however I was missing the three cookies. The gentleman who ran it out went back to get it. Came home and both sandwiches were extremely messy, soggy and one sandwich had toppings that were missing and toppings that were added and not supposed to be on there. Cookies were also stale.
If it were possible I wouldn't even give this place 1 single star. The staff was absolutely rude. They were to busy to pay attention to making our food and our sandwiches were smashed and the bread was stale. The booths were dirty and covered in sandwich toppings.
This subway is horrible. All I ever order is a toasted blt through doordash and they can’t even toast the bread. Every time I order from them the sandwich is smothered is mayonnaise to the point I can’t even eat it. The people there want to be paid more but can’t even make a basic sandwich on their menu. I will not continue to waste my money on poor service and poor quality.
I’ve never had a problem at this Subway until the owner switch. I don’t why but I’ve had bad experience after bad experience here over the last month or two. Whether it’s the drive thru being closed without notice, attitude from the new employees, or this last time where I watched my sandwich get cut with a knife that had all kinds of ingredients on it. Every bite of my sandwich had some sauce on it. I didn’t get a sauce. Had to toss half my food. I watched them make it sloppily and without any care at all. I haven’t had a good experience at this subway in so long that I more than likely am done trying.
Went through the drive-through today at Subway. Order three foot-long’s totaling $36 and some change. We ordered extra mayonnaise on our sandwiches which there was barely mayonnaise on them. Couple of items were missing off of the sandwiches and bread was not toasted I called the store nicely explaining what the problem was. The girl hung up on me. I then called back explaining to the guy also telling him that the girl previously had hung up on me. He put me on hold got back on and said my manager won’t allow me to replace the sandwiches because of mayonnaise. I have worked customer service most of my life and I understand mistakes happen. I usually will not complain, but this was simply BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE Our sandwiches were dry and nasty. It’s not like we were asking for anything free we just wanted what we Paid for I will not be returning to subway on Broadway Peru In
I asked for a flatbread to be toasted and they wouldn’t do it. I’m not eating cold flat bread so I asked them to switch the bread and they wouldn’t do it without me having to pay for another sandwich(this was an online order). Does anyone know why someone is so lazy they can put a sandwich in a toaster? And I don’t care about new policy I should be able to have the sandwich how I want. Absolutely ridiculous
everytime i go thru the drivethru and tell them i need my sandwich toasted, they never do and then when i call in to get it replaced i get attitude and they act like its my fault even when i tell them at the speaker to make sure its toasted and they say ok and then its not when i get home...... this is the 5th time its happened and each time i give them another chance and the GM there named Jo is something else...... when I came in with the sandwich one time because of it she rolled her eyes like I shouldn't get what I ordered and I've been in fast food for 15 years and when a customer comes in with a complaint that I messed up on I actually give them their money back and replace the order because it's my fault and then you have happy customers that will come back in order again and spend money there because they know that you accepted the fact that you made a mistake and you're correcting it but this woman God forbid that she says she was in the wrong in any way shape or form and I really truly wish there was another Subway close by because I sure as heck won't be going back if there was and the only reason I still go there is because it's my daughter's favorite food and she can't eat certain things. but the franchise or corporate district manager needs to take a heavy look at this store and get things corrected....... there is a couple really good workers there one named Nicole and another one I'm not sure her name but they work really well together and very kind.
Waited at counter for 10 min, messed up my wife sandwich. I told them everybody makes mistakes. Then wouldn't take my coupon because we didn't buy a sandwich. We just paid for our meal, I think that's buying a sandwich. Adrenna was horrible at the register. That girl needs fired.
If I could give no stars I would. I had my son wait here after school I was maybe 20 mins away to order him food and myself and the manager told him to get out him nor any other teenager was welcome if they weren't purchasing anything, didn't really give him time to say he was waiting for his mom. However when I did get there and ask to speak to the district manager or corporate she refused me service.
I placed an online order as I have before at this store and I ALWAYS go through the drive thru and pick it up, well today I was told that my sandwiches were inside on the rack so I said can I please just get them at the window and was told no, makes absolutely zero sense to me and they weren’t busy as a matter of fact there was no one inside or at the drive thru. I have NEVER been a fan of this subway but keep going back because it’s convenient! Subway do better and please make it make sense to me! Let me add I’d give zero stars if I could but you have to give 1 to leave a review 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
Ya might as well eat the dirt in the parking lot bc at least it’s what you wanted, they never get my order right. You HAVE to go inside otherwise they rlly just put whatever on it and call it a day. Following directions is their biggest issue. The lady there literally tried telling me what I ordered versus what I didn’t order. I went inside to talk to her about it because I was over the window situation and she went in hid in the back until I left. The teenagers there do a better job than the adults.
I order a wrap meal and a Philly Steak Footlong with everything but hot peppers, banana peppers, and olives. I added mayo and smashed avocado. I get my food and wrap is made fine, however I receive my sandwich and get my meat and peppers and onions. I call to speak to a manager and she finds my order and I get questioned about what was actually on my sandwich and then told that she will go check the cameras and call me back. 10 minutes later, I am still waiting for a phone call. Do not recommend order delivery, I would go into the store itself so at least you can see what they are putting on your sandwich and you won't be questioned about it later. Poor customer service. Over a sandwich that I paid for.
Prices are ridiculous anymore. One footlong ham and cheese, one rotisserie style chicken wrap, and 2 cookies came to $23 and change. They only have white wraps now, gross. If I wanted a burrito, I would've gone to Taco Bell. I asked for Chipotle sauce on my wrap and only tasted it in one of the bites. The girl working the drive thru register had to ask me what I ordered so she could ring me up. And then she asked me again because for whatever reason she seemed to be dazed and confused. Her 2 inch long acrylics were also very disturbing to see considering the industry she's working in. Gross. Back when I was a teenager, the Subway manager didn't let anything slide for the employees. She's apparently become soft over time. The place may have had a recent face lift, but the service and affordability has gone downhill at an alarming rate. And we all know the owners are doing well enough and don't need to be charging $4-5 more than the national average for these mediocre sandwiches.
Poor Customer Service!!! Very young employees do not engage, smile, or ask, "How can I help you?" They don't talk to be heard. When I asked a question about what drinks come with the combo, the girl rolled her eyes and mumbled as if I were trying make her job harder. I was the only person in line. The total was Very Expensive. Finally, I was presented with 6 items from my order. I asked for a bag. The cashier handed me the bag without a word. She just stood there. I put the items in the bag she provided myself.
Had one of the worst experiences at this location. Not only did the drive thru take forever, but they also over charged me almost 20 dollars by adding two extra sandwiches to the order. They then voided the order and recharged my card again. How long will it take to get 50 dollars back into my bank account? The young girl running the window ate cookies instead.
I’m not usually one to complain, but this was the absolute worst service I’ve ever had at the Peru, IN location. I’m not kidding when I say that I waited in line for twenty minutes drive thru. I thought maybe they were short staffed, so I waited patiently. Upon pulling up to the window, I see there’s three people working. So not short staffed. The young male at the window took two minutes giving us our change, and dropped it on the ground trying to hand it back to us. Didn’t even say sorry just closed the window. I finally get my sandwich (BLT) and there’s no tomato, and it isn’t even toasted like I asked for. Thanks for the worst service…. Not.
I ordered a fresh melt today and wish I was able to post a picture! Half the sandwich had grill marks but everything inside the sandwich was cold and not melted the other half had no grill marks and was cold! When I called I was told “yeah, we can’t do anything about that, we put it in the bag and press footling on the toaster”. Well okay then!!! Oh my …..I’m still laughing at this experience. I can tell you if you are ordering this to try based on the picture DONT!
