Best Dutch Bros service! Everybody is genuinely happy to be there and has a smile on their face. They remember your name and usually what you like to drink. Keep doing great and never change!

This young upstart to the drink.Business is making a fast rise. Can't say much about the atmosphere as it's a drive-through. But the staff across several of these that I have visited is always upbeat, cheerful, and talkative. Each is very familiar with their menu and suggestive to try Options on the menu.

The extra hot cocoa was a welcome warm up on a cold day!

I love Dutch Bros! Delilah helped me this last time. The girls are so friendly and know their stuff! This is one of my favorite locations!

My favorite location! Absolutely love Dutch Bros. The vibes, drinks, and customer service are always top notch. We come here just about every morning, and love the employees. Brit, Lyla, and Bailey are always super nice and friendly which is hard to be that early in the mornings!! But they do a great job and work quick. :)

If you’re reading this and you own a Starbucks franchise sell it and invest in Dutch Bros . If you’re reading this and you’re drinking Starbucks coffee dump it and give Dutch Bros a try. This coffee is by far the best coffee I have ever had. My only complaint is there is not enough of them. I drive 15 minutes to get the hazelnut mocha and it is absolutely worth it. We need more of them Dutch Bros. Keep them coming. I can not wait until there is one closer to me.

Ordered at the walk up window. Service was fast and friendly. The only prices listed were for medium, so if I hadn't been with people who knew, I wouldn't have even known there were different sizes, or the prices for them. I had a blended caramel something, I don't remember exactly, but it was excellent! Will definitely be going back

This is by far my favorite location it's right by my job and on my off days I will drive out of my way just to get my flapjack mocha! I love the whole crew and they are always super sweet and super attentive.

Employees are so sweet like please please please give them a raise like they just have like the most amazing awesome energy vibe and they’re so kind and they have some of the best employees ever and I never want them to stop being kind and sweet like sometimes I feel like giving back to them because they’re so sweet And they also like raise up my spirit. I just love these guys. They’re so awesome.

Gabby is always fantastic. If there's ever an issue with my order, she gets it corrected quickly and efficiently (but there are rarely any mistakes, and we're there often.) She's the type of person that makes you want to be loyal to a brand.

Every single employee knows me by name and they know my regular order when I pull up…I couldn’t ask for a better experience. You get the experience of a small town coffee shop with the variety of a national chain.

This Dutch is hidden it’s right next to gas station but you will miss it if not paying attention. They did take a while even though line wasn’t long 😐 only 2 ppl seemed to be working .

Other than that, the usual girl here with blue hair and fun glasses is the sweetest and always makes my drink so yummy!

I explained that I did not want a remake and asked for a refund instead. She then continued to have an attitude throughout the refund process. This was very disappointing, as I only asked for a simple resolution and did not expect to be treated with disrespect.

Late to work because I’ve been stuck in this line for 25 minutes. Not the first time either Edit: Came back after some months, and was 30 minutes late to work instead!! Several people left the line as well

Went to this place 3 different times. Twice it was too busy, and finally, I got into the line, and the service was decent, but the coffee was trash. Personally, it tasted like QT frozen coffee to me. I got a large Golden Eagle, and it was not worth 8 bucks.

I ordered a blended, sugar free rebel with sugar free strawberry and peach this morning. I didn't notice till I grabbed it to take a drink after pulling away from the drive thru. This drink was awful. It was half liquid, half lumpy blended ice. I would have gone back through the drive through but had to be at work and the line was so long. I order this all the time from my Dutch Bros Arlington and it has never looked like this. I couldn't even drink it.
