The food is usually decent but the wait tonight is ridiculous. I know it’s Friday but either the app lied about being 29 minutes for delivery or they’re slow as molasses!!! I ordered over an hour ago and my food still isn’t showing delivery yet on the tracker. Hasn’t even left the store and it’s been 67 minutes. More than twice the amount of time the app stated for delivery and had I known then I would have picked it up. Signed, hangry and waiting 😩 Update: I was ready to walk out the door to drive up there to get a refund when delivery driver arrived. I placed the order at 7:13 and he arrived at 8:43. AN HOUR AND A HALF for delivery. If the app was accurate and said 60-90 minutes for delivery that would have at least been up front. Quality of pizza was mediocre at best and cut like crap. Tony sizes an huge slices. They really have no training or don’t give a crap about their customer or product.

I think we officially have to switch pizza places. We've given an abundance of opportunities to get things correct. All the way from hours late deliveries, to wrong ingredients, to completely missing ingredients, to undercooked food. And as I, like most people, don't like to waste money, we won't be ordering from this Domino's any time in the near future. The bread bites were deflated and undercooked and also, that is not anywhere close to 32. We removed 1 to break apart, but other than that the picture is how the box came.

I have ordered at least 5 times from this store, they dint get my order right 3 times. They either miss the toppings, forget to add dips or forget the extra cheese. I go here because they are so close by. They can deliver pizza to your car at the parking lot or you can have it store picked. Staffs are ok, seems to be a very busy store.

The past 2 orders have been wrong. I was told that they didn’t have the lava cakes and just replaced them with the brownies. They said I got them free but still paid for the lava cakes, which they didn’t have.

Food is usually good but i have been wanting for over an hour and still have not received my delivery order

Came in for a pickup no one was wearing gloves while making the pizza one girl rubbed her nose and continued to make pizza nasty high fiving each other while still not wearing gloves I'm pretty sure that's a health code violation

I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent order from Domino's. I ordered garlic bread bites, but what I got was a mess. Instead of a dozen garlic bread bites of the same size, I received six extremely tiny ones and six that were large and the others were medium sized.The overall experience was marred by poor work and a lack of attention to detail. I hope Domino's takes steps to improve their quality control and customer service. Until then, I would think twice before ordering from them again.

Understaffed with terrible customer service. I have submitted two orders, delivery and carryout, with an estimated time of 15 to 30 minutes. Each time, an hour later, they haven't started to make the pizza. When I asked why, the manager said to blame me and other customers for putting in too many orders for their understaffed employees. I explained the concept of "hiring" staff, so they can "work" for your establishment. Won't go back, you know that if they treat customers this way they probably treat their employees the same.

This is seriously the worst food place I have ever ordered delivery from. After, the estimated delivery time was maxxed out I called back and my pizza hadnt even been put in the oven. On a slow Monday. They told me oh, its going in now, so I call back 20 minutes later and it hadn't arrived. I only live 5 minutes from the shop

Was notified my order was ready to be picked up, chose the curbside options as my back is in pain today. Sat in the spot right by the door with my hazards on as the app instructed for 20 minutes while 3 workers sat inside eating leftover pizza. I got sick of waiting and went inside where my pizza was taken off a cold shelf and given to me with zero words. Horrible customer service experience, and management should either consider new employees or really come down on the current ones. 20 minutes past my pickup time only to have to still walk in for my cold food when I chose curbside is not right.

Order 16 HOT wings and barley no sauce on them.. called to advise .. they said we will send fresh order out to replace .. we got it and less sauce then 1st order!!!! Looked like drizzled sauce . When called said this is standard .. all wings come like this ..

Long story short I ordered the pasta, sausage, and marinara and it arrived with no pasta. I called the store and they told me that they don't believe me and that I needed to drive to the store to prove it to them. I told them that wasn't going to happen as my child was asleep and I wasn't go to wake him up to prove they made a mistake. I asked for a refund and they said it would be refunded, but it hasn't been. I've ordered from here many times before but moving forward I will be choosing to no longer give them my business.

I know that it was raining.. I understand that a lot of people had a long wait. But THIS is the quality of pizza? It's burnt and dehydrated, curling up like 2 day old pizza.. like.. even though I waited over an hour and a half for my pizza.. you could have maybe brought me something other than a brick? I order from here often, and the quality is usually awesome. But... really? I had to put it in my own oven to heat it up because it was cold. But yet still burnt. Disappointed dominos... disappointed.
