Each time I've passed through, the same young man has helped me. He's always helpful and kind.! The food is always prepared with care. This is the only fast food restaurant I will stop at for food on my way to and from Arizona. I LOVE this Arby's!!!

Haven't had a Arby's roast beef sandwich in years. Was on my way home from my Vets office and stopped. The food was just outstanding!! Fresh, fries were hot. Was really impressed with the food quality. Delicious!

I love Arby's!!! This location is open 24/7! & What makes this place even better is that they accept EBT! The beef & cheddar is my favorite! Convenient location & the prices aren't to to bad! Plus they have a couple deals if your on a tight budget!

It's been years since I've been to Arby's. First I looked at the info online. It says savings in the app. So I downloaded the app and under deals was a 50% off coupon. SCORE! A whole meal for 7.00 just like the good ol days. I ordered online and drove the 9 min or so and everything was ready, fries were HOTA and my drink cold and not watered down.

I went through the drive-thru and the young gentleman that helped me at the drive-thru was very interesting and talkative. He gave me a little small cup with a little bit of whipped cream in it for my little frontier had with me. Definitely will come back again!

It's a quick meal on the way home. It was hot and ready quickly. Honestly not a bad meal. The 4 stars was simply because it was a bit expensive...but the food was good and the service was great.

Pecan chicken salad and crispy chicken sandwich were good. The fries(free with purchase) were not so good. The person who took our order was courteous.

I had one of the best experiences at this Arby's. It was all due to the gentleman running the window. I had been driving for 6 hours and he had such an infectious great attitude I left the drive thru with a smile on my face.

Order a beef and cheddar 😋 always good. It hasn't changed, and it still offers tasting yummy food i remember as a kid.

They have alot of 2 for sandwiches which is easy on the pocket. Also when you combo order it comes out cheaper than most fast food restaurants.

This a New Arby's to the Valley and it's so nice to see. It's so clean and the Staff is Bright and Welcoming. The food was good. Beef and Cheddar kinda got bigger which is nice. The Chicken Ranch Sandwich is Bomb! Such a Surprise but order it. The curly fries are legendary. The have some yummy little options for a sweet tooth but totally Bear approved are the Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies are my New Crack!!

I love Arby's turkey rolls with curly fries. Their chicken nuggets and crinkle fries come in second. Unfortunately, with inflation, they've become pricier, and it isn't anything against this restaurant in particular. Luckily, they have coupons available if you sign up for their app, which make prices somewhat bearable. So, every so often, I'll treat myself to a close to a near $20 dollar turkey roll combo. The service is great, and when they do have a line, it doesn't take too long to get in and out. It's located in one of the newly developed area of North Indio and is kept clean on the outside. It's also right next to Starbucks, so I can swing by to grab a black iced tea, too.

People in the drive thru are not friendly at all. They just thrust your food at you. No HI, No Thank You, No have a nice day. Nope. The jalapeños poppers are amazing. The chicken wrap is good.

So although Arby's food is pretty good there service is horrible at there indio location. I went through the drive through and the girl that took my order had the most stank attitude. She was mumbling as if she couldn't open her mouth. I get to the window and she basically threw my food at me. And don't be thirsty and ask for a large drink cause it's so small a 12 oz can of soda fills it up and there expensive. I was very disappointed and wouldnt recommended the Arby's in Indio to anyone.

$16 for a combo meal is a little steep even though the brisket was very delicious it was a great sandwich I just don't feel it's worth $16

Excessive GREED-FLATION at it's finest. With the trifecta of higher prices, reduced portions and lower quality it's really hard to justify visiting and wasting good money here. Once upon a time Arby's was a real treat. But now I'm asked to pay an extra sum for "extra meat" which should in all honesty be called "the meat we are willfully, deliberately and intentionally withholding from the regular sandwich" all pointing to excessive GREED-FLATION. If it's not on sale or covered under a coupon, I don't buy it at Arby's anymore. I am however considerably grateful for bringing back the potato cakes. Perhaps Arby's could take up a new strategy and do something totally proactive to induce me to want to eat here vs. deliberately driving me and others away.

Expensive and quality is not worth it. Extras are way expensive $1.29 for cheese. Macaroni & cheese bites nope you only get 4. The Young man at the window was extremely pleasant and helpful.

I was disappointed. Didn't have time to go back. We were eating in the car while driving. The 2 classic roast beef sandwiches had not so fresh buns and the meat was luke warm at best. We love Arby's so this was surprising. Hopefully it won't happen again. This is the Arby's closest to us. Curly fries were fine!

Food is okay but not as lean and flavorful as it used to be. The cashier at the drive-thru window accepted my coupon for two classic roast beef sandwiches for $5. She proceeded to charge me $6. I called the manager and I got my dollar back but not without having to jump through some hoops.☹️

The young man that took our order was awesome. The food however tasted like it was made 45 min ago. The guys were working while the girls were too busy playing around. We were the only ones there.

My hair could have been on fire and the server would not have noticed, or for that matter cared. No one seemed particularly concerned about the cleanliness, or if the straws were available.. Service was just neglectful. The food at best was OK. But just there, not interesting or flavorful. Maybe I am just too picky, but I remember when roast beef was full of flavor. This tasted like it had been boiled not roasted. The bun was gummy. Just not a great experience. Oh well, we'll try again next year..

Brand New place,and so r the workers, told the three times no djoun sauce, of course they put it on they had to remake the double roostbeef sandwich.ordered a lamb gyro the tasted old very chewing. Asked the worker for the bathroom code and she was very rude 😡

First off I walk in about 430 on a Friday afternoon there’s three unprofessional and inmature employees working didn’t even greet me I walk up to the cashier no one is there and I sat there for over a minute and a half, and I finally had to ask them if they were open for somebody to take my order I ordered the most expensive sandwich the Arby’s prime rib sandwich. I heard someone say you make it and other person says I don’t know how to make it. I’m not sure who made my sandwich but at the end it was dried chewed up meat stuck in a microwave. It tasted like a reheated stale sandwich Horrible place I’ll never go back. I don’t recommend it to anyone on a sidenote in the fryer they had everything already cooked and waiting so nobody gets fresh. There were french fries, cheese, sticks, curly fries everything was already pre-cooked and waiting for customers to order so they can get cold sides. Absolutely the worst Arbys I’ve ever been to lack of training and lack of maturity with the staff.

It was not a good experience as the posted price for the Arbys meal was not what they charged me. I brought it to their attention but the guy just blew me off and said it's a new price. I asked him to post a sign so we can know he's not pocketing the extra money. I told him I was going to call corporate and he said it was privately owned. This location just lost my business.😠

Food was thrown together. Wife and I both had stomach problems after eating here. Cannot eat inside. No bathrooms. No signs on any tables stating we could not eat inside. Employees seem empty. Wont be back or recommend.

Went to the drive thru at 11:30pm Tue 1/25, Waited for 5 mins in the drive thru and nobody would take my order from the speaker box, so I drove away. The Open sign was on and their hours are listed as open until 12am. I guess the employees are lazy, closed early, and forgot to turn off their sign.

I am elderly and very sick. I requested a Slider "A La Cart". I repeated my order three times, and the server said okay. When I got my check, I was charged for a full sandwich. The manager told me they cannot do A La Cart, when all other stores in the area do. By the way, he was very arregant when I tried to discuss issue with him.

Online it says opens at 9 am and they open past that time.

Ive gone a few times .. the food is not good. Some of the female employees are sadly rude they were talking badly about me in Spanish as I stood in line. As if I was bothering them. However, I was just standing there waiting patiently. Honestly, the worst is just the food quality. Avoid this location save your money and go elsewhere.

I was so “relieved” to see the OPEN sign lit up (see photo) and people still inside. When I parked, they were leaving and I asked the girl if I could use the restroom. She seemed sympathetic but was forced to ‘ask her manager’ before showing kindness and mercy to a stranger. The manager said NO. I pointed out three things: 1. Your posted hours say you’re still open 2. Your LED sign says OPEN in bright lights 3. People were just inside and the door was unlocked I hope the manager never has to URGENTLY use the bathroom only to have the door shut in THEIR face. Avoid this Arby’s like the plague. It’s management wouldn’t know human kindness if it gave them a hug.

The worst service ever encountered in an arbys.
